중국 대학생의 의복 쇼핑 성향에 따른 점포 평가 기준, 의복 평가 기준 및 캐쥬얼 의류 구매 행동 (Store Evaluative Criteria, Clothing Evaluative Criteria, and Purchasing Behavior for Casual Wear according to Shopping Orientation of Chinese College Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the differences in store evaluative criteria, clothing evaluative criteria, and purchasing behavior for casual wear among groups with different types of shopping orientation. Data were collected from 175 female and 169 male college students living in Beijing, and analysed by factor analysis, cluster analysis, ANDVA, Duncan test, crosstabulation analysis, and frequency analysis. Chinese college students were classified into four groups by their shopping orientations; fashion-pursuit type, individuality-pursuit type, practical type, and apathetic type. Significant differences were found in store evaluative criteria, clothing evaluative criteria, purchasing behaviors, and demographic characteristics. The fashion-pursuit type and individuality-pursuit type were more influenced by store location and service, product attributes, and fashion. They purchased more frequently and spent more money. Esthetic clothing evaluative criteria were considered more important by the individuality-pursuit type than the others, and symbolic clothing evaluative criteria by the fashion-pursuit type.

  • The purpose of this study was to find out evaluative criteria of cyber store toward shopping orientation, purchasing experience and demographic factors of consumers to visit cyber store. This study surveyed consumers who have an experience of using cyber store and judgment sampling was used. The respondents were 240 men and women living in the metropolitan area of Seoul and Gyeonggi province. Research method was measured by clothing shopping orientation (utilitarian and hedonic factors), cyber store evaluation criteria (convenience, quality & trust and product character factors), purchasing experience(existent and nonexistent) and demographic factors. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, factor analysis, cluster analysis, ANOVA, t-test, Duncan test, and reliability analysis were conducted. The results were as follows: 1. Evaluative criteria of cyber store were considered importantly in order of possibility of exchange and refund, stability of personal information security, substance of quality degree of product and service and store. 2. Among shopping orientation groups, there were significant differences in all evaluative criteria of cyber store: convenience, quality & trust and product character of store. 3. Among groups toward existence and nonexistence in a purchasing experience, there were significant differences in convenience and quality & trust of store. 4. Among Demographic factors(gender, job, education and income) there were significant differences in convenience and quality & trust of store.

패션전문점 소비자의 쇼핑성향과 점포평가기준에 대한 연구 (A Study on Shopping Orientationss and Store Evaluative Criteria of Fashion Specialty Store Consumer)

  • The purpose of this study are to investigate the consumer characteristics of fashion specialty store and compare them among different fashion specialty store types. Based on the results, patronage profiles for multi brand shop, maker total shop, mart brand shop, and oulet multi shop are develop, Marketing implications are discussed. Before empirical study, theoretical study was done through reviewing the existing litera-tures and a questionnaire was developed. Data(N=410) were collected via a questionnaire distributed to 469 female consumers who shopped at fashion specialty store in Pusan. The results were as follows ; 1) Factor analysis revealed seven factors of shopping orientations(Brand Conscious, Planning Purchase, Self-confidence in clothing shopping, Economy, Common Style in fashion, Individuality Seeking, and Passive Purchase), and seven factors of store evaluative criteria(Store Atmosphere, Assortment, Quality, Promotion, Price/Information, Sales Personnel, and Convenience). 2)By crosstabulation analysis with $\chi$2-test and multivariate analysis variance with sheff-test, consumer characteristics such as shopping orientations, store evaluative criteria, purchase behavior variables, and demo-graphic variables were significantly different among fashion specialty store types.

  • The purpose of this study is to clarify the change of important clothing evaluative criteria according to the clothing buying process and to bulid the flow chart of clothing buying process and clothing evaluative criteria. The study is carried out in two ways, they are, literature study and empirical survey. The results are as following; 1. the change of the important clothing evaluative criteria according to the clothing buying process is found out. 2. 골프웨어 소비자들의 쇼핑가치가 의복선택기준과 점포선택행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (Effects of Shopping Value on Store Choice Behavior for Golf Wear)

  • The purposes of this study were to examine the conceptual structure of shopping value, evaluative criteria of golf wear and store choice behavior, and to investigate the effect of shopping value and evaluative criteria of golf wear on store choice behavior. Data were obtained from 415 men and women aged 20-60 who had purchased golf wears living in Busan. The results of the study were as follows: Shopping value were composed of Hedonic shopping value and Utilitarian shopping value, and evaluative criteria of golf wear were consisted of Size/design.quality, Fitness/appropriateness of use, and Fashionability/brand. Stores choice behavior were composed of Atmosphere/salesperson, Diversity of product/service, Display/assortment, and convenience of location. Hedonic consumers tended to consider the price and display/assortment when they chose golf wear stores, and they were more likely to consider display/assortment mediated by fashionability/brand. But utilitarian consumers perceived less important diversity of product/service when they chose golf wear stores. Consumers who chose golf wear depending on fittness/design and quality patronaged stores offering diverse product/service.

소비자의 의복쇼핑성향에 관한 연구 (A Study on Clothing Shopping Orientations of Consumers)

  • The purposes of this study were to identify shopper types by analyzing clothing shopping orientations and to compare consumer characteristics such as store evaluative criteria, perceived risks in clothing purchase, and demographic characteristics among different shopper types. A questionnaire was developed to measure clothing shopping orientations, store evaluative criteria, perceived risks in clothing purchase, and demographic characteristics. The questionnaire was administered to 453 female adults during the fall of 1993. The results of this study were as follows: 1. Clothing shopping orientations were factor analyzed resulting six factors, such as Recreational Shopping, Economic Shopping, Store/Brand Loyalty, Careful Shopping, In- dependent Shopping, and Self-confidence in Clothing Shopping factors. 2. According to the factor scores of recreational shopping factor and economic shopping factor, consumers were segmented into four shopper types: Low Shopping-involved Shopper, High Shopping-involved Shopper, Recreational Shopper, and Economic Shopper. Consumer characteristics such as store evaluative criteria, perceived risks in clothing purchase, and demographic characteristics were significantly different among shopper types.

주관적 연령에 따른 의복구매행동에 관한 연구 (A Study of Clothing Purchase Behaviors According to Subjective Age)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the differences in clothing purchase behaviors among groups determined by subjective and chronological ages. The subjects of this study were teens and adults of up to 59 years of age residing in Seoul and the Metropolitan areas. Out of 700, 578 were used for final data analysis, Chi-square analysis, ANOVA, Duncans multiple range test and descriptive statistics were used for statistics analysis. The following results were found: the subjects were divided into 3 groups based on the subjective age. All age groups tended to perceive subjective age similar to chronological one. Regarding evaluative criteria for selecting clothes and stores, significant differences were found among all chronological and subjective age groups. By chronological age levels, significant differences were found among subjective age groups except the teens in the evaluative criteria used for purchasing clothing. Significant differences were found among subjective age group in all chronological age brackets in store selection criteria.

대학생들의 청바지 구매 행동과 소비자 특성에 따른 평가 기준의 차이 (Purchasing Behavior and Evaluative Criteria of Jeans Consumers)

  • This study was conducted to investigate purchasing behavior of jeans consumers and to find differences in jeans evaluative criteria according to consumers' characteristics. Male and female university students participated in the study. Quota sampling method was used to collect the data. Data from 492 questionnaires were used for the statistical analysis. Descriptive analysis, factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha coefficient, ANOVA, Duncan test, and t-test were conducted. Three factors of jeans evaluative criteria classified (i.e., external criteria, internal/aesthetic criteria, internal/quality criteria). Results indicated that most of respondents put on jeans wear more than three times per a week and 38.1% of respondents reported that they owned three to four jeans products on average. Department store was the most used place to buy jeans product with 44.2%. 27.5% of respondents spent from 50,000 won to 100,000 won on purchasing jeans. Style was the highest important jeans evaluative criterion with 36.2%, followed by fitness, price, color, condition of washing treatment. Women respondents considered aesthetic criteria and quality criteria more importantly than men did. Respondents who were on a high income and spent more than 200,000 won per a month on apparel more concerned aesthetic criteria and external criteria than the other respondents did. Results of this study provide a basis for understanding jeans consumers' purchase behavior and evaluative criteria.

  • 본 연구는 의복 구매시 소비자들에게 영향을 주는 의류점포의 서비스 품질, 의복평가 기준과 위험지각의 관계를 살펴보고, 이러한 관련변수들이 의복충동구매행동에 미치는 영향을 살펴봄으로써 의류제품을 다루는 마케터나 리테일러들에게 소비자 행동을 파악하는데 도움을 주어 차별적 경쟁우위 수단으로 활용할 수 있도록 하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구 결과, 의복을 구매할 때 소비자가 지각하는 의류점포의 서비스 품질과 의복평가 기준은 구매와 관련된 위험지각과 부분적으로 관련이 있었다. 또한 의복충동구매행동에 대한 의류점포 서비스 품질, 의복평가기준 및 위험지각의 영향을 살펴본 결과, 위험지각요인 중 소비자들이 의류제품의 봉제상태가 나빠지지 않을까, 세탁/관리하기에는 불편함이 없을까 등의 관리적 위험과 다른 옷과의 조화나 비슷한 제품을 더 싼값에 살 수 있지 않을까 등의 성과적 위험, 그리고 점포분위기나 실내장식 등의 시설서비스가 의복충동구매행동에 영향을 미침을 알 수 있었다.

의복구매 상황과 의복평가 기준과의 관계 연구 (A Study on the Relationship between Clothing Purchase Situation and Clothing Evaluative Criteria)

  • The purposes of this study was to identify the typology of clothing purchase situation considered by female students and to find out the relationship between clothing purchase situation and clothing evaluative criteria. Data were obtained from 223 female undergraduate students living in Busan, and analyzed by factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha, Pearson's correlation, cannonical correlation and regres-sion analysis. The results were as follows; 1. There were three types of clothing purchase situation considered by female students; antecedent states were momentary moods and conditions such as depression, unpleasantness, and sufficient time, point-of·purchase situations were physical surrounding and social surround-ing such as store atmosphere and salesperson, and communication situations were consisted of catalog, advertising and usability of credit cards or installment tickets. 2. There were high the relationships between clothing purchase situations and clothing evaluative criteria. It was the communication situation that reflected the most of the clothing evaluative criteria, and extrinsic criteria that explained the most the clothing purchase situ-tions.
