저유수량의 소실률 조사연구 (A Study on Sediment Deposite in Reservoir)

  • Yochon reservoir was consturcted with an original storage capacity of 202.7 chung-meters. This reservoir receives the water from watershed area of 933.0 chungbo and has irrigated area of 478.0 chungbo. In 1967 a detailed capacity survey of this reservoir was carried out by a new depth-recorder under the scheme of reservoir sedimentation of Agricultural Engineering Research Center. Significant findings are 1. The capacity of the reservoir for the water storage has been reduced by 8.9%(18.066 chung-meters out of the 202.7 chung-meters) since its construction, a period of just 39.0 years. 2. The sediment accumulation in the reservoir represents an average annual soil loss of 0.496mm depth(0.463 chung-meters) of soil from the watershed area of 933.0 chungbo. Eventually the capacity of the reservoir for the water storage will be reducing by about 25%(50.7 chung-meters out of the 202.7 chung-meters)in one hundred years since its construction. We have to set up controlling projects for those reservoir protections from the sediment, soil loss, and other failures. The depth recorder is very useful, convenient, and accurate machine for surveys of reservoir capacity and other river surveys.

중국 동북부지역 콜드체인 네트워크 설계에 관한 연구 (The Network Design of China's Northeast Cold Chain)

  • Yet logistics base in China has a refrigerated storage facilities installed areas, the number of those is very limited and is generally insufficient. According to these especial points, a new construction cold chain logistics network design strategy is required from how to use the existing refrigerated warehouses to new issue. For example, however refrigerated storage facility is supplied, can it satisfy all demand of this area? Then does it have optimized location of this area? If future demand expansion, adding that already other refrigerated storage facilities matter? Or, add another refrigerated facilities, optimum cold chain established a network matter? So on. Above problems can be occurred. In order to solve facing many of these issues of distribution network, northeast area in China has been selected as a subject, and we designed a new cold chain distribution network.

Design of QFT controller of superconductor flywheel energy storage system for load frequency control

  • In this paper, the Superconductor flywheel energy storage system (SFESS) was used for the load frequency control (LFC) of an interconnected 2 area power system. The robust SFESS controller using quantitative feedback theory (QFT) was designed to improve control performance in spite of parameter uncertainty and unexpected disturbances. An overlapping decomposition method was applied to simplify SFESS controller design for the interconnected 2 area power system. The model for simulation of the interconnected 2 area power system included the reheat steam turbine, governor, boiler dynamics and nonlinearity such as governor deadband and generation rate constraint (GRC). To verify robust performance of proposed SFESS controller, dynamic simulation was performed under various disturbances and parameters variation of power system. The results showed that the proposed SFESS controller was more robust than the conventional method.

저장에 따른 생태형별 현미의 발아율과 지질 성분의 변화 (Changes of Seed Germination Rate and Lipid Components in Different Brown Rices during Ageing)

  • 토콜즈(tocols) 이성질체 조성이 서로 다른 자포니카와 통일형 품종을 이용하여 저장기간에 따른 지질 관련 품질의 변화를 살펴보았다. 자포니카와 통일형 품종의 현미를 $35^{\circ}C$, 습도 80%에서 8주간 저장하며, 2주 간격으로 품질 변화를 분석한 결과, 자포니카 품종들의 발아율은 저장 초기 98.0%에서 저장 8주 후 22.4%까지 감소한 데 반해, 통일형 품종들은 저장 초기 93.3%에서 8주 후 59.7%로 감소해 통일형 품종의 발아율 감소율이 2배 이상 낮았고, 쌀의 저장 중의 산패 정도를 나타내는 지방산가 또한 통일형 품종에서 유의적으로 낮았다. 발아율 및 지방산가는 쌀의 저장 중 품질 저하를 판단하는 주요 기준이며, 본 실험을 통해 통일형 벼 품종이 자포니카 품종에 비해 저장에 따른 품질 저하 속도가 늦다는 사실을 확인하였다. 통일형 벼는 토코페롤 대비 토코트리에놀 함량이 높고, 특히 지질 안정성 및 지질의 산화 억제 효과가 뛰어난 ${\gamma}$-토코트리에놀의 함량이 높은 지질 특징을 지니고 있어, 벼 저장 중의 지질 산패 지연에 관여하였을 것으로 추측된다. 그러나 벼의 저장성과 관련된 명확한 성분 구명을 위해서는 자포니카와 통일형의 토콜즈(tocols) 조성 혼합물을 이용한 저장 실험이 추가로 수행되어야 할 것으로 생각된다.

혐기화 시간에 따른 활성슬러지의 물리ㆍ화학적 특성변화 (Changes of physico-chemical properties of the activated sludges with anaerobic storage time)

  • Physico-chemical properties of the activated sludges(Suyoung and Changlim treatment plant), such as SVI(sludge volume index), absorbance, specific surface area, and specific resistance using Buchener funnel test were investigated with changing anaerobic storage time. This experimental condition was found that it was possible to estimate a linear relationship between their parameters such as specific surface area specific resistance, and sludge volume index(SVI). The specific surface area and the specific resistance to filtration of the activated sludges of Suyoung and Changlim treatment plant were found as 123.6~136.6$m^2$/gDS and 41.5~44.9$m^2$/gDS(dry solid), and 1.09$\times$10$^{14}$ ~5.48$\times$10$_{14}$ m/kg and 1.05$\times$10$^{14}$ ~2.48$\times$10$^{14}$ m/kg, respectively. The results gave a good linear relationship between the specific surface area and the specific resistance, r=2.25$\times$10$^{12}$ s-8.10$\times$10$^{13}$ ($R^2$=0.8885) at Suyoung treatment plant and r=1.26$\times$10$^{13}$ s-4.75$\times$10$^{14}$ ($R^2$=0.8756) at Changlim treatment plant.

농업용저수지를 이용한 소수력의 연간발전량 추정 (Estimation of Annual Capacity of Small Hydro Power Using Agricultural Reservoirs)

  • This study was carried out to investigate the effect of hydro power factors (e.g., irrigation area, watershed area, active storage, gross head) on annual generation capacity and operation ratio for agricultural reservoirs in Chungbuk Province with active storage of over 1 million $m^3$. The annual generation capacity and operation ratio were estimated using HOMWRS (Hydrological Operation Model for Water Resources System) from last 10-year daily hydrological data. The correlation coefficients between annual generation capacity and the hydro power factors except gross head were high (over 0.87), but the correlation coefficients between operational rate and the factors were low (below 0.28). The optimum multiple regression equations of the annual generation capacity were expressed as the functions of watershed area, active storage, and gross head. Also, the simple regression equation of annual generation capacity was expressed as a function of watershed area. The average relative root-mean-square-error (RRMSE) between observed and estimated values by the optimum multiple regression equations was smaller than that by the simple regression equation, suggesting that the former has more accuracy than the latter.

수소저장용 활성탄소섬유의 표면개질 특성 (Surface modification characteristics of activated carbon fibers for hydrogen storage)

  • Activated carbon fibers (ACFs) with high surface area and pore volume were modified with metal Ni impregnation and fluorination and investigated hydrogen storage properties by volumetric method. Micropore volume values of ACFs obtained from surface modification with Ni impregnation and fluorination were decreased 9 and 35 %, respectively. Hydrogen storage capacities of fluorinated ACFs were slightly changed, on the other hand, that of Ni impregnated ACF was considerably increased. It means that hydrogen was not only adsorbed on ACF surface, but also on Ni metal surface by means of dissociation. Although the microphone volume of ACF modified with fluorination was decreased, its hydrogen storage were found not to be changed compared with fresh ACF. These results indicated that the surface of ACF after fluorination modification may be strongly attracted hydrogen due to high electronegativity of fluorine. Therefore, it was proven that hydrogen storage capacity was related with micropore volume and surface property of carbon materials as well as specific surface area.

  • 네트워크 시스템의 빠른 발전으로 인해 인터넷을 통한 대용량 멀티미디어 데이터가 폭발적으로 증가하고 있으며 대용량 데이터의 효율적인 저장 및 제공을 위해 기존 컴퓨팅 중심으저장 방식이 아닌 데이터 중심의 새로운 저장 시스템 패러다임이 요구되고 있다. 또한 저장장치 전용 네트워크인 SAN(Storage Area Network)과 NAS(network attached storage)의 보급으로 인해 클러스터 공유 파일 시스템의 요구가 증가하고 있다. 본 논문은 SAN 기반의 네트워크-부착형 저장 장치들을 군집화하여 파일 서버 없이 직접 데이터 전송이 가능한 클러스터 공유 파일 시스템인 SANiqueTM의 설계방법 및 각 주요 구성요소들의 기능을 기술한다. 특히 효율적인 데이터 접근을 극대화하기 위한 전역 버퍼 관리기의 설계를 제안하며 그 프로토콜에 대하여 기술한다.

전장관리체계 전자결재시스템을 위한 역할기반 스토리지 암호화 기법 (A Role-based Storage Encryption for the Electronic Approval System of Battle Management Systems)

  • 전장관리체계의 전자결재시스템은 가용성과 신뢰성이 최우선이기 때문에 서버와 스토리지를 가장 신뢰성 있게 구축하지 위해 SAN(Storage Area Network)을 이용하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 전장관리체계 내 전자결재 시스템에서 중요한 군사자료가 저장되는 SAN을 대상으로 보안취약점을 분석하고, 분석된 결과를 바탕으로 가상 공격 시나리오를 작성하여 내부자에 의한 자료 유출이 가능할 수 있음을 실험을 통해 검증한 후, 내부자에 의한 자료 유출 위협을 방지할 수 있는 새로운 개념의 사용자 역할 기반 스토리지 암호화 기법을 제안한다.

Design of Detention Pond and Critical Duration of Design Rainfall in Seoul

  • This study is to determine the critical duration of design rainfall and to utilize it for the design of detention pond with pump station. To examine the effect of the duration and temporal distribytion of the design rainfall, Huff's quartile method is used for the 9 cases of durations (ranges from 20 to 240 minutes) with ten years return period, and the ILLUDAS model is used for runoff analysis. The storage ratio, which is the ratio of maximum storage amounts to total runoff volume, is introduced to determine the criticalduration of design rainfall. The duration which maximizes the storage ratio is adopted as the critical duration. This study is applied to 18 urban drainage watercheds with pump station in Seoul, of which the range of watershed area is 0.24~12.70$km^2$. The result of simulation shows that the duration which maximizes storage ratio is 30 and 60 minutes on the whole. It is also shown that the storage ratios of 2nd - and 3rd-quartile pattern are larger than those of 1st- and 4th-quartile pattern of temporal distribution. A simplified empirical formula for Seoul area is suggested by the regression analysis between the maximum storage ratio and the peak ratio. This formula can be utilized for the preliminary design and planning of detention pond with pump station.
