지하철골공사 공사비산정기준 마련을 위한 현장조사 연구 (A Study on the Establishment of Construction Cost Estimation Standard of Underground Steel Construction through Field Survey)

  • Steel construction is one of the commonly used methods in building construction due to its efficiency in terms of time and cost. In particular, the top-down method using steel frames is widely used in the construction of underground structures in urban areas to shorten the construction period. However, there is currently no standardized cost estimation for subway steel frame construction in Korea, causing difficulties in determining the expected cost. In this study, we aim to provide basic data for establishing a cost estimation standard for subway steel frame construction through on-site surveys of subway steel frame construction commonly used in urban areas.

플랜트 건설의 현장시공 및 모듈시공에 대한 공사비 비교 사례연구 - Pipe Rack을 대상으로 공사비 산정 - (A Case Study on Construction Cost Comparison for On-Site Construction and Off-Site Construction of Plant Project)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 플랜트 건설에서 현장시공과 모듈시공에 대한 공사비를 산정하여 비교하는 것으로 공사비를 산정하는 대상을 Pipe Rack으로 한정하였다. 이에, 현장시공으로 준공된 국내 석유화학플랜트 건설사업 1곳을 사례로 선정한 후 비용자료를 조사하여 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. Pipe Rack의 현장시공에 대한 직접공사비는 560억원으로 Steel Structure 251억원, Piping 308억원이며, 모듈시공에 대한 직접공사비는 607억원으로 Steel Structure 238억원, Piping 297억원으로 산정되었다. 또한, 현장시공과 모듈시공의 증감률을 비교해 보면, 재료비 1.9%, 경비 192.1% 증액되었으나, 노무비는 -9.1% 감액되어, 전체 직접공사비는 8.4%(47억원)가 증액되었다. 그리고 공사원가는 현장시공이 761억원, 모듈시공은 810억원으로 모듈시공이 6.4%(49억원) 증액되는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과는 Pipe Rack을 모듈로 시공하는 경우 공사비가 증감되는 현황을 확인하기 위한 참고자료로 활용이 용이한 반면에, 모듈시공에 따른 간접적인 효과(노무인력 감소, 안전사고 발생 감소, 공사기간 단축 등)에 대한 연구가 필요하다.

  • The research is to verify by experiments whether the steel truss structure is able to withstand the load of cement bricks of upper part of a door for the safe use of lightweight steel truss structure instead of concrete lintel which is to be installed at upper part of door frame in building cement bricks for apartment construction. The steel truss is designed in order not to disturb bricks-building and the shape of structure was verified by bending test. According to experiments result, camber was applied to steel structure that enabled construction work to be improved and was proved effective for the prevention of accidents by cement bricks-building load test.

  • Construction projects are being the skyscraper and the large size by limited site condition and developing construction technology. Therefore, Steel structure work is steadily increasing caused by easy to work and structural safety. However, steel-frame work has the large incidence of heavy accident potentially. Recently a research group has recently developed newly designed self-supported steel joint for enhancing safety of steel erection work. Before applying the steel joint in a construction site, economic evaluation should be performed. Thus, we proposed the method for measuring economic efficiency of the new steel joint and verified economic feasibility of the steel joint method through a case study. As a result, Steel erection method using by self-supported steel joint showed economic rather than the one using by H-beams.

  • 본 연구에서는 단부 철근콘크리트구조와 중앙부 철골구조로 이루어진 복합구조 보를 대상으로 내력 및 강성, 변형능력을 평가하기 위해 반복재하 실험을 행하였다. 주된 실험변수는 철근콘크리트와 철골보의 이종구조 이음부부의 응력전달을 위해 철골보에 접합되는 철근의 개수와 단부 콘크리트를 구속하여 강성을 상승시킬 목적으로 설치되는 부착판의 설치유무이다. 실험결과 모든 실험체가 방추형의 이력 거동을 나타내며 안정된 거동을 하였으며, 내력에 있어서는 부착판 설치 실험체의 경우가 기본형 실험체 보다 높게 나타났다. 또한, 강성에 있어서도 단부에 부착판을 설치한 실험체가 설치하지 않은 실험체에 비하여 보다 높게 나타났으며, 모든 실험체가 최대 내력시의 부재각이 0.03rad. 이상의 변형능력을 나타내고 있다.

Numerical and analytical study on initial stiffness of corrugated steel plate shear walls in modular construction

  • Modular construction has been increasingly used for mid-to-high rise buildings attributable to the high construction speed, improved quality and low environmental pollution. The individual and repetitive room-sized module unit is usually fully finished in the factory and installed on-site to constitute an integrated construction. However, there is a lack of design guidance on modular structures. This paper mainly focuses on the evaluation of the initial stiffness of corrugated steel plate shears walls (CSPSWs) in container-like modular construction. A finite element model was firstly developed and verified against the existing cyclic tests. The theoretical formulas predicting the initial stiffness of CSPSWs were then derived. The accuracy of the theoretical formulas was verified by the related numerical and test results. Furthermore, parametric analysis was conducted and the influence of the geometrical parameters on the initial stiffness of CSPSWs was discussed and evaluated in detail. The present study provides practical design formulas and recommendations for CSPSWs in modular construction, which are useful to broaden the application of modular construction in high-rise buildings and seismic area.

  • Steel frame construction is divided into subsidiary materials with column, beam, girder and bracing. After these are processed in factory for using installing in construction field. These prefabricated furniture is very important in accordance with design drawing about processing and prefabricating. In the case of design process using information transmission in blueprint, omission of material number, processing measure and finishing material, or discordance of each structure drawing and selecting incongruent structural material generated an error in the process of design. These error caused delaying tine and increasing cost and increasing safety accident in the steel-structure work operating process. therefore, design process should consider problem of operating process.

  • Reinforcing steel works should be carefully controlled by the construction manager considering the severe fluctuation of the price of reinforcing steel bars and for the safety of structure in building constructions. In particular, preparing rebar placing drawings needs more effort and time than before because of the emergence of higher and more complicated buildings. Moreover, the experience of field engineers or foremen (fabricators or detailers) in preparing placing drawings gives rise to the differences in fabricated bar type and quantity of bars used. To address these problems, this study proposed the support system in preparing placing drawings for reinforcing steel works efficiency. In the near future, if this system can be made available on the web, multiple end-users will be able to share the result; the efficiency of rebar supply chain management will also be improved.
