  • In this paper, we obtain the intuitionistic fuzzy subgroups generated by intuitionistic fuzzy sets and some properties preserved by a ring homomorphism. Furthermore, we introduce the concept of intuitionistic fuzzy coset and study some of it's properties.

  • 인구이동통계는 사회현상에 대한 공간적 이해와 공간과정의 사회적 영향 파악에 유용한 정보를 제공해줌에도 불구하고 데이터 구조의 복잡성 때문에 자료 서비스와 분석이 제한되어 왔다. 한편 인구이동통계를 탐색하고 시각화하는 효과적인 방법인 유선도 작성(flow mapping)은 아직 상용 GIS 소프트웨어서 완전히 구현되지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은 Web GIS를 통한 유선도 제작과 이를 이용한 인구이동통계에 대한 탐색적 공간 분석이 가능함으로 보여주는 것이다. 데이터베이스, GIS, 지도학적 관점에서 인구이동통계의 특성을 고찰하였고, 이를 바탕으로 O-D 구조의 인구이동통계를 유선도 제작에 적합한 공간데이터로 변환하였다. 인구이동통계에 적합하도록 Web GIS의 사용자 인터페이스를 전문화하였고, 지도화의 시간, 공간 및 속성 범위의 설정을 통한 탐색적 시각화가 가능하도록 구성하였다.

화학교과에서 수행목표지향성, 성취욕구, 자기핸디캡경향 및 학습전략 사이의 인과구조에 대한 통계 (Statistics of Causal Relations among Performance Goal Orientation, Achievement Need, Self-handicapping Tendency and Learning Strategy in Chemistry Education)

  • Statistics by structural equation modeling techniques were used to assess a model of chemistry learning strategy based on performance goal orientation. In the optimal Model III of this research, Performance-approach goal was positively related to the use of learning strategy(p<.05) and achievement need(p<.05). Performance-avoidance goal was negatively related to learning strategy(p<.05) and was positively related to self-handicapping tendency(p<.15). Performance-approach goal affected learning strategy indirectly through achievement need(p<.05). Use of achievement need was positively related to learning strategy(p<.05) and self-handicapping tendency(p<.35). Self-handicapping tendency affected learning strategy negatively(p<.05). Implications of these findings for learning strategy in chemistry education are discussed.

우도원리에 대한 분석과 그에 따른 교육적 시사점에 대한 연구 (A Study on Analysis of Likelihood Principle and its Educational Implications)

  • This study analyzes the likelihood principle and elicits an educational implication. As a result of analysis, this study shows that Frequentist and Bayesian interpret the principle differently by assigning different role to that principle from each other. While frequentist regards the principle as 'the principle forming a basis for statistical inference using the likelihood ratio' through considering the likelihood as a direct tool for statistical inference, Bayesian looks upon the principle as 'the principle providing a basis for statistical inference using the posterior probability' by looking at the likelihood as a means for updating. Despite this distinction between two methods of statistical inference, two statistics schools get clues to compromise in a regard of using frequency prior probability. According to this result, this study suggests the statistics education that is a help to building of students' critical eye by their comparing inferences based on likelihood and posterior probability in the learning and teaching of updating process from frequency prior probability to posterior probability.

대학 연구실험실 안전환경과 교육시간에 대한 만족도 조사 (A Satisfaction Survey On the Safety Environment and Education Time in University Laboratories)

  • This paper seeks to survey and analyze the status of obligatory execution from key institutional aspects that have taken effect according to laws on creating safe environment for laboratory and of general details such as the level of satisfaction on the part of people engaged in research activity regarding the laws after they have taken effect. The subjects of this study were MA and PhD graduate students in science and engineering who are primarily involved in research. This questionnaire survey was focused on finding basic data required for safety education for researcher and for efficient safety management by examining the correlation between education time and level of satisfaction. The collected data were analyzed by using frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, one way anova by SPSS12 package. The results obtained by this study are as follow. 1) Awarences of safety management rules, ordinary inspection, safety education were around 70% and other law clauses were around 50%. 2) The general satisfaction after the Laboratory Safety Act enforcement was usual level with 4.72 points in 7. 3) Researchers demanded ordinary inspection and protective equipment in a safe environmental composition. 4) The safety education time for improvement of a safe consciousness level was needed 12h or 24h at 1 years.

  • The purpose of this study is to consider the efficient methods for introducing the confidence interval. We explain various concepts and approaches about the confidence interval estimation. Computing methods for calculating the efficient confidence interval are suggested.

Characteristics of Problem on the Area of Probability and Statistics for the Korean College Scholastic Aptitude Test

  • In this study, we gave 132 high school students fifteen probabilities and nine statistics problems of the Korean College Scholastic Aptitude Test and then analyzed their answer using the classical test theory and the item response theory. Using the classical test theory (the Testian 1.0) we get the item reliability ($0.730 \sim 0.765$), and using the item response theory (the Bayesian 1.0) we get the item difficulty ( $-2.32\sim0.83$ ) and discrimination ( $0.55\sim 2.71$). From results, we find out what and why students could not understand well.

일부 고등학교 학생들의 구강보건교육에 대한 구강건강증진 효과 (Effectiveness of oral health promotion on the oral health education in some high school students)

  • Objectives : This study is to examine the effectiveness in the oral health promotion through the oral health education for high school students. In adolescence, there seems to be the high incidences of dental caries, gingivitis and periodontal diseases. Concerning preventing all such outbreaks, this study focuses on applying the oral health education to their health education, and on analyzing its effectiveness. Methods : To verify its effectiveness, this research administered 85 students of both genders of a certain high school in Seoul during May-October 2010, followed by the evaluation of DMFT, S-PHP, and CPITN. Results : First, the oral health promotion through the education was statistically significant in the permanent effects of index (FT index). Second, the effect of S-PHP index gradually decreased in statistics from the first to the fifth session, but, after five months ever since the education, it seemed relatively higher in the next sessions. Third, the changing in the level of CPITN decreased continuously as the students received the education repeatedly, but there is no significant difference in statistics for each session. Conclusions : For the oral health promotion in the high school students, the education ought to be focused on the behavior-change objectives rather than on the knowledge-based objectives. The repeated education for tooth-brushing instruction should be stressed for preventing from returning to the old bad behaviors.

  • 본 연구는 실제 자료로 통계적 과정을 경험할 수 있는 교수 학습 자료를 개발하고 수업에 적용했을 때 나타나는 중학교 1학년생들의 통계적 사고를 단계별, 수업형태별로 비교분석하였다. 그 결과 통계적 사고와 수업 형태간의 연관성이 있으며 단계별, 수업 형태별 차이가 나타났다. 향후 통계교육을 위한 교수 학습 모델의 설계와 적용에 유용한 시사점을 제공하였다.
