Some nonlocal boundary value problems which arise from a feedback control problem are considered. We give a precise statement of the mathematical problems and then prove the existence and uniqueness of the solutions. We consider the Dirichlet type boundary value problem and the Neumann type boundary value problem with nonlinear boundary conditions. We also provide a regularity results for the solutions.

While Korea does not have any legal statement on surrogacy, treatments are carried out in practice. As a result, every Institutional Review Board (IRB) of each fertility clinic faces an ethical predicament in reviewing each case. There is a need to arrange the institutions' own standards of surrogate pregnancy procedures before the establishment of national or professional regulation. This article examines the legal, social, and medical issues of surrogacy to help IRBs to judge their cases.

1994년 봄부터 남부지역으로 심화되기 시작함 가뭄은 우리에게 물관리의 중요성을 다시금 일깨워주고 있다. 본 논문에서는 가용 수자원의 수요와 공급사이의 불균형을 해소시키고 물이 생산성을 높이기 위한 방안을 수요관리의 측면에서 고찰한다. ASCE의 국가 물 정책위원회에서 제시한 "물 보존을 위한 정책선언(Water Conservation Policy Statement)"의 9가지의 정책분야를 중심으로 가능한 절수 관리 방안들을 외국의 사례를 통하여 구체적으로 재조명해 보고 절수를 새로운 공급원으로 하여 시스템분석 기법을 활용하는 방안과 우리가 하여야 할 과업을 정리해 본다.업을 정리해 본다.

Since John and Nirenberg introduced the BMO in early 1960 [JN], it has been one of the most significant function spaces. The significance of BMO lies in the fact that BMO is a limiting space of $L^p (p \longrightarrow \infty)$, or a proper substitute of $L^\infty$. A dual statement of this would be that the Hardy space $H^1$ is a proper substitute of $L^1$.

In 1970 Monsky proved that a square cannot be cut into an odd number of triangles of equal areas. In 1990 it was proved that the statement is true for any centrally symmetric polygon. In the present paper we consider dissections of general polygons into triangles of equal areas.

In this article, we study the behavior of half integral weight thetaseries under theta operators. Theta operators are very important in the study of theta-series in connection with Hecke operators. Andrianov[A1] proved that the space of integral weight theta-series is invariant under the action of theta operators. We prove that his statement can be extened for half integral weight theta-series with a slight modification. By using this result one can prove that the space of theta-series is invariant under the action of Hecke operators as Andrianov did for intrgral weight theta-series [A1].
