Fourier 변환 기반 시정수 추정 알고리즘을 이용한 직류 급전계통 보호 알고리즘 (A Protection Algorithm for DC Railway Systems Using Estimation of Time Constant Based on Fourier Transform)

  • A DC railway system has low feeder voltage, The remote fault current can be smaller than the current of load starting. So it is important to discriminate between the small fault current and the load starting current. The load starting current increases step by step but the fault current increases all at once. As for the load starting current, the time constant of load current at each step is much smaller than that of the fault current. To detect faults in DC railway systems, an algorithm using the time constant calculated by the method of least squares was presented. But, It have a weakness about harmonic to calculate time constant. So in this paper, new protection algorithm for DC railway systems using estimation of time constant based on fourier transform was presented.

LPG성상에 따른 세미리턴방식 LPi엔진의 시동성 및 싸이클 별 HC/NOx 배출 특성 (Effect of semi-return fuel supply system on the startability and HC/NOx emissions during cold transient starting phase in an LPi engine)

  • This paper was investigated the behaviors of the engine and combustion phenomena for various LPG compositions in the semi-return type system, which is not recircurated to LPG tank through furl rail, applied LPi engine during a cold idle condition and including a cold start of the engine. Cyclic HC and NOx emissions were measured at exhaust port to examine their formation mechanical and reduction mechanical with fast response gas analyzers. Various ignition timing is experimented to study the characteristics of combustion phenomena, HC/NOx emissions during fast idle. Also, this study was investigated start delay time, cylinder pressure, HC/NOx emissions, Mass Fraction Burned, starting time to evaluate performance of transient cold startability. Compared to the return type system, the semi-return type system have advantages in point of production cost and equivalent performance of engine starting time and pressure settling time.

증명에서 연역 체계 이해에 관한 연구 (A study on understanding the deduction system in the proof)

  • To help students understand the deduction system in the proof, we analyzed the textbook on mathematics at first. As results, we could find that the textbook' system of deduction is similar with the Euclid' system of deduction. The starting point of deduction is different with each other. But the flow of deduction match with each other. Next, we searched for the example of circular argument and analyzed. As results, we classified the circular argument into two groups. The first is an internal circular argument which is a circular argument occurred in a theorem. The second is an external circular argument which is a circular argument occurred between many theorems. We could know that the flow of deduction system is consistent in internal-external dimension. Lastly, we proposed the desirable teaching direction to help students understand the deduction system in the proof.

  • 풍력발전용 회전날개의 공력성능과 시동특성은 정격출력 및 운용방법 등의 전체적인 시스템 성능을 결정짓는 중요한 요소이다. 따라서, 풍력발전용 회전날개를 설계한 경우 공력성능과 풍속 및 깃각에 따른 시동특성은 반드시 검토되어야 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 수평축 풍력발전용으로 개발된 회전날개의 공력성능을 해석하기 위한 프로그램을 개발하였으며, 타당성 검증을 위해 상용화 되어있는 회전날개의 공력성능해석을 수행한 결과 회사측에서 제시한 실험치와 잘 일치함을 확인하였다. 또한 개발된 공력 해석 프로그램을 바탕으로 시동특성 해석 프로그램을 개발하여 분석한 결과 우리나라와 같이 저풍속에서 운용되는 풍력발전기에는 가변깃각 제어방식이 유리함을 확인하였다.

북한이탈주민의 창업 개인특성과 창업동기가 창업의지에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of North Korean Refugees' Individual Characteristics and Entrepreneurial Motives on Entrepreneurial Intention)

  • 북한이탈주민은 남한사회에서 적응하는 과정에서 경험하는 경제적인 어려움은 낮은 소득수준과 전문성 부족에서 찾아볼 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 북한이탈주민을 대상으로 하는 창업지원을 위해서 정책과 제도개선 방안을 목적으로 수행되었다. 본 연구결과 창업자의 개인적 특성인 자기효능감이 창업의지에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 창업동기와 창업교육도 창업의지에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 사회적 적응의 조절효과를 살펴본 결과 창업자의 개인적 특성 중 위험감수성향과 창업경험이 사회적응과의 상호작용과 창업동기와 사회적응의 상호작용을 통해서 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 북한이탈주민의 효율적인 창업지원 정착을 위해서는 창업자의 자기효능감을 높일 수 있는 창업교육이 필요하며, 창업동기와 위험감수성향과 사회적응 정도에 따라 창업지원이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

경유의 저온특성에 따른 농용 디젤엔진의 저온시동성 (Starting of Farming Diesel Engines According to Characteristics of Light Oil at Low Temperature)

  • This study was carried cut to get basic data of troubles in starting and supply of farm diesel engines in cold winter. The results of the study are summarized as follows: 1. As the result of farm survey. the proportions of farms which had starting problems or troubles in fuel supply in cold winter for the last 5 years were 38% for the farms with power-tillers and 32% for the farms with tractors. Most of the farms which had starting problems or troubles in fuel supply in cold winter used light oil for summer. spring or fall rather than for winter. 2. As the result of fuel supply test, fuel supply was stopped at -6$^{\circ}C$ and -18$^{\circ}C$ for summer light oil and winter light oil. respectively 3. The lowest temperatures of winter light oil for starting engine were -7.5$^{\circ}C$ for power-tiller. -12.5$^{\circ}C$ for tractor of 38ps, and -17.5$^{\circ}C$ for tractor of 45ps. which were 5~7.5$^{\circ}C$ lower than that of summer light oil. 4. The performance of engine starting and the trouble of fuel supply system at lower temperature were significantly improved by using winter hight oil rather than summer light oil.

선박용 전기추진시스템의 운전조건별 Dynamic 특성 연구 (Dynamic Characteristic Analysis at Each Operating Condition for Electric Ship Propulsion System)

  • This paper deals with modeling and dynamic characteristic analysis of a large-powered LNG electric ship propulsion system. Basically, we perform to verify the adequacy of system modeling on the sea going mode and LNG unloading mode based on load flow analysis. And then, we observe the dynamic characteristic of system to perform motor starting analysis and transient stability analysis. Particularly, this paper examine analysis results in comparison with the IEEE standard 141 and the class rule. Hence, this paper has evaluated stability of the electric ship propulsion system at static and dynamic conditions.

  • The previous MCC's have the demerits of high cost and much manhour for rework because they are impossible for the standardization of products and have many manual connections. The customers require the products which can operate in connection with SCADA system by digitalizing the functions of the current MCC's and are systematized with capability of remote control. To solve these disadvantages and requirements, we developed the Electronic Motor Control System according to starting type for applying to fields based on this. This system has the various functions such as protection, measurement, and communication. Using these functions, it can monitor motor status through communication with the upper system and define the circuit for lower connection cost according to starting type and shorter manufacture period by program. The development of this product results in establishment of competitive structure with domestic competition and perfect automatic monitoring through linkage with SCADA system. In addition, it provides the comparable dominancy of receiving on orders in switch gear and adaptability to change of MCC market in Japan and Europe.

  • Every engineering discipline has, in recent year, felt the impact of computer-aided analysis and design Normally the studies of power system analysis by computer are load flow, short circuit and harmonic calculation, the amount the voltage deviates from motor starting, reliability and system stability. These studies are very important from the operating and planning points of power system. This paper presents analysis of load flow, short circuit current calculation, the effect for voltage deviation of induction motor starting and harmonic distortion in power system of continuous casting(C. C) plant. The resulting of analysis is applied the configuration and design engineering of power system.

Development of Flapping Type Wind Turbine System for 5 kW Class Hybrid Power Generation System

  • Even though the differential drag type machines of the vertical wind turbines are a bit less efficient than the lift type machines such as Darrieus type machines, they have an advantage of low starting torque. The flapping blade type wind turbine is a specific type of the differential drag machines, and it has no need for orientation as well as quite low starting torque. This work is to develop an innovative 5kW class flapping type vertical wind turbine system which will be applicable to a hybrid power generation system driven by the diesel engine and the wind turbine. The parametric study was carried out to decide an optimum aerodynamic configuration of the wind turbine blade. In order to evaluate the designed blade, the subscale wind tunnel test and the performance test were carried out, and their test results were compared with the analysis results.
