지능형 대퇴 의족 사용자의 의도 검출을 통한 제어 모드 변경 기법에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Mode Change Technique of Intelligent Above-Knee Prosthesis Based on User Intention Capture)

  • 최근 다양한 환경에서의 보행과 특정 동작에서 해당 모드를 지원하는 지능형 대퇴 의족이 개발되고 있다. 계단 상행, 하행과 같은 특정 제어는 동작 전 모드를 변경해야하기 때문에 사용자의 의도를 기반으로 제어명령을 구분하는 기법이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 지능형 대퇴 의족 시스템에서 사용자의 의도에 기반하여 다양한 제어명령을 구분할 수 있는 기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 기법은 근전도 신호의 보상이 필요하다고 판단되는 경우, 평상시의 근전도 신호의 세기 및 주파수 성분과 압력센서로 추정한 근육의 부피 정도의 상관관계를 이용하여 근전도 신호를 보상하는 것이며 실험을 통해 근피로가 축적되어 있는 상황에도 사용자의 의도를 정확하게 검출하는 것을 확인하였다. 향상된 사용자 의도 검출 기법을 통해 정해진 시간 내 근육의 수축 횟수를 기반으로 5개의 제어모드를 구분할 수 있도록 하였으며 실험 결과 운동 후 근피로로 인해 근신호의 세기가 평시와 다를 경우에도 근신호 보상을 통해 97.5%의 정확도를 갖는 것을 확인하였다.

하지정맥류의 임상양상 - 227 수술예의 분석 - (Clinical Analysis of Varicose Veins in the Lower Extremities - an analysis of 227 operative cases -)

  • Background: To know the clinical aspects of varicose vein and the effectiveness of operative treatment, the patients who had been operated during the five and a half years were reviewed. Material and Method: From September 1993 to February 1999, 227 patients with varicose vein were operated upon. These patients were reviewed with history taking, physical examination, laboratory tests, operation and follow up visits at an out patient department. Result: The ages of the patients were from 20 to 69 years, mean 40.2 years. varicose veins. Occupations of the patients include housewives, store or factory owners, cooks, waiter or waitresses in a restaurant, salary men(women), teachers, hair stylists, professional athletes, in sequence, most of them require standing all day long. The 126 women had experienced child birth, among them 116 patients delivered more than 2 babies. All patients had protruding leg veins as the symptom. Most of them(61%) had pain. Other additional symptoms were heaviness, heatness, tingling, cramp, fatigue, etc. 68.3% of the patients had the symptoms for more than 10 years. Anatomical location of varicose vein was in long saphenous vein in 157 patients, in small saphenous vein in 27, and in other regions(combined or perforating vein) in 43 patients. There was no operative mortality. There were 2 patients who underwent reoperation due to recurrence during this study period. In one patient, it recurred in the distal perforating vein in small saphenous vein. The other patient had recurrence at the saphenofemoral junction in groin. The patients are doing well after the reoperation, but a long term observation is needed. Conclusion: Clinical aspects of varicose vein were reviewed. For the patients with varicose vein who had saphenofemoral regurgitation, operative treatment seemed to bea safe and effective modality of treatment.

한.중 FTA 추진에 따른 농산물교역의 과제와 대응방안 (Prospect of FTA and Trade of Agricultural Products between Korea and China)

  • The global financial crisis, the instability of the global economy since the beginning of the growing economic interests of the countries to adjust to establish a new economic system was set up on occasion. Meanwhile, standing in the international trade environment, multilateral system of international trade for the country as the cumulative fatigue of open markets and trade liberalization as an alternative to lead the free trade agreements between countries. Currently in Korea and China, in addition to the geographical proximity in all areas, including economic exchanges and mutually dependent relationship that is deepening the world's No. 1 exporter in China and overseas investors have become partners. FTA with China by promoting the growth of emerging economies in the Chinese market by securing a stable economic growth of China as a driver of economic growth in the country to utilize the plan is being promoted from. This study is currently being promoted, in a discussion of the FTA's agricultural trade measures to address the challenges and poems. Agricultural trade with other goods to be different from the specificity of the discussion of market opening and liberalization of trade has been recognized in the main essentially nothing. We promote an FTA, according to one review and discuss the background and trends of the agricultural trade in a market, through the analysis of the status and trends and present problems for future bilateral trade negotiations with Korea for agricultural markets and propose countermeasures for. Agricultural trade, during a discussion of the FTA is essentially nothing in the review is expected to expand the bilateral trade in agricultural products, while protecting its agricultural markets to be trying to policy implications.

소방대원들의 작업자세에 따른 족저압력 분석 (Analysis of Foot Pressure according to the Work Postures on Fire Fighters)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out the difference of foot pressure according to the firefighter's work postures for providing the basic information to prevent Musculoskeletal disorders. This study was conducted by 9 male firefighters. Work postures were selected for rescuee handling, fire hose and hydraulic rescue equipment work postures. These were divided into 3 position, "High", "Middle" and the postures of taking out and letting down hydraulic rescue equipment were analyzed as starting point and end point respectively. Foot Pressure was used to analyze contact area, peak pressure, and maximum force in terms of work postures, and compared between fire hose and hydraulic rescue equipment work postures. The results of foot pressure are as follows. According to the results of rescuee handling work postures, one person handling posture showed wide contact area and foot pressure showed the highest at right foot. Accoridng to the (High), (Middle), (Low) postures of fire hose, the results didn't show the difference among the contact area, peak pressure and maximum force. As the results of hydraulic rescue equipment work postures, (Low) postures showed the highest in terms of the right foot of contact area, peak pressure and maximum force and (High) postures showed the highest in left foot. The increase of foot pressure lead to be inconvenience of low extremity and muscle fatigue for maintaining postural control cause pain. Thus, it is necessary to design insole-equipped working shoe for reduce the impulse and effect of foot during the rescuee handling work which standing out as foot pressure.

정적 스쿼트 운동 시 키 높이 깔창이 하지의 근 활성도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of thick insoles on lower extremity muscular activity during squat exercise)

  • 본 연구는 경남소재 H대학에 재학 중인 20~30대를 대상으로 연구목적, 연구내용, 측정방법을 설명한 후 본 실험에 참여하기로 동의한 남녀 16명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 스쿼트 운동시 세 가지 조건, 즉 선자세, 60도 굴곡자세, 90도 굴곡자세 저항에 따른 넙다리곧은근, 가쪽넓은근, 안쪽넓은근, 앞정강근, 장딴지근 활성도의 전후차를 비교하기 위하여 대응표본 T-검정을 실시하였고, 저항에 따른 각 근육을 비교하기 위하여 반복측정에 의한 분산분석(repeated measured ANOVA)을 실시하였다. 60도 무릎관절 굴곡, 90도 무릎관절 굴곡시 앞정강근을 제외한 넙다리곧은근, 안쪽넓은근, 가쪽넓은근, 장딴지근에서 통계학적으로 근활성도가 증가하는 것으로 나타났고, 90도 무릎관절 굴곡시에는 안쪽넓은근에 비해 가쪽넓은근의 근활성도의 값이 큰 것으로 나타나 슬개대퇴동통증후군에도 좋지 않은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구를 바탕으로 키높이 깔창을 착용한 상태에서의 운동의 슬개대퇴동통증후군을 악화시킬 수 있으므로 키높이 깔창을 착용하지 않는 것이 좋을 것으로 사료된다.

한의 치료로 호전된 기립성 저혈압을 동반한 어지럼증 환자 치험 1례 (A Case Report of Dizziness with Postural Hypotension Improved by Korean Medicine Treatment)

  • Background: Postural hypotension refers to a drop in systolic blood pressure of 20 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure of 10 mmHg or more within three minutes after standing up from lying down. Symptoms of postural hypotension not only include dizziness and blurred vision but also fatigue, cognitive decline, leg weakness, headache, and, in severe cases, fainting. Postural hypotension is a phenomenon that occurs in about 6% of the total population, and in Korea, the number of patients with postural hypotension is continuously increasing. Both pharmacological and non-drug therapies, which are treatment methods for this disease, do not show a satisfactory symptom improvement effect. Case summary: A 65-year-old male patient who visited the hospital complaining of dizziness and paresthesia due to postural hypotension was treated with acupuncture, moxibustion, and herbal medicine. For symptom evaluation, the numeric rating scale (NRS) of each symptom was used, and blood pressure change according to posture was measured. After treatment, the NRSs of dizziness and dysesthesia were decreased, and blood pressure changes according to posture was improved. Conclusion: This case report suggests that Korean medicine treatment, including acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, moxibustion, and herbal medicine, can be an effective treatment for dizziness with postural hypotension.

통신 항법용 다중대역 안테나 내장 스킨구조의 지상시험평가 (Ground Test & Evaluation of Conformal Load-bearing Antenna Structure for Communication and Navigation)

  • 본 논문에서는 전투기 주구조물에 적용할 수 있는 안테나 내장 스킨구조(CLAS)의 새로운 시험평가 절차를 제시하였다. 대수 주기 패치형 안테나를 통신항법용 다중대역 안테나로 설계하였다. 탄소/유리 섬유 강화 적층 복합재(CFRP/GFRP)를 공력하중을 지지하기 위한 구조로 사용하고 안테나 성능 향상을 위해 하니컴 층을 적층하였다. 여러 재질로 구성된 다층구조의 안테나 내장 스킨구조를 고온의 오븐에서 경화하였다. 내장된 안테나의 이득, 전압 정재파비, 방사패턴을 0.15GHz~2GHz 주파수 범위에서 무반향 챔버시설을 이용하여 측정하였다. 안테나 내장 스킨구조의 구조강도를 평가하기 위하여 인장, 전단, 피로, 충격 하중을 부가하는 구조시험을 수행하였다. 각각의 구조시험 후에 안테나 성능시험을 수행하여 초기 값과 비교하므로써 구조시험이 안테나에 미치는 영향을 확인하였다. 새로 개발한 안테나 내장 스킨구조 시험평가 절차를 통신항법용 CLAS에 적용하여 설계개선이 필요한 점을 발견하였다.

  • The maximum breathing capacity (MBC) and the maximum mid-expiratory flow rate (MMF) are widely used in evaluation of the ventilatory function, among various parameters of pulmonary function. The MBC volume is the amount of gas which can be exchanged per unit time during maximal voluntary hyperventilation. Performance of this test, unlike that of single breath maneuvers, is affected by the integrity of the respiratory bellows as a whole including such factors are respiratory muscle blood supply, fatigue, and progressive trapping of air. Because of this, the MBC and its relation to ventilatory requirement correlates more closely with subjective dyspnea than does any other test. The MMF is the average flow rate during expiration of the middle 50% of the vital capacity. The MMF is a measurement of a fast vital capacity related to the time required for the maneuver and the MMF relates much better to other dynamic tests of ventilatory function and to dyspnea than total vital capacity, because the MMF reflects the effective volume, or gas per unit of time. Therefore, it is important to have a prediction formula with one can compute the normal value for the subject and the compare with the measured value. However, the formulas for prediction of both MBC and MMF of the Korean children and adolescents are not yet available in the present. Hence, present investigation was attempt to derive the formulas for prediction of both MBC and MMF of the Korean children and adolescents. MBC and MMF were measured in 1,037 healthy Korean children and adolescents (1,035 male and 1,002 female) whose ages ranged from 8 to 18 years. A spirometer (9L, Collins) was used for the measurement of MBC and MMF. Both MBC and MMF were measured 3times in a standing position and the highest values were used. For measurement, the $CO_2$ absorber and sadd valve were removed from the spirometer in order to reduce the resistance in the breathing circuit and the subject was asked to breathe as fast and deeply as possible for 12 seconds in MBC and to exhale completely as fast as possible after maximum inspiration for MMF. During the measurement, investigator stood by the subject to give a constant encouragement. All the measured values were subsequently converted to values at BTPS. The formulas for MBC and MMF were derived by a manner similar to those for Baldwin et al (1949) and Im (1965) as function of age and BSA or age and height. 흔들림이 있는 표면에서 여성 노인의 신발 굽 높이가 하지 근육 활성도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of heel Heights of shoe on Muscle Activation of Lower Extremity on the Rocking Surface in older Women)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate muscle activation of lower extremity such as rectus femoris, tibialis anterior and soleus according to 0cm(bare foot), 4cm and 7cm heel height of shoe on the rocking surface in older women. 20 older women who did not have any lower musculoskeletal and neurological disorders in the past were participated in this study. Each subject was standing for 15 seconds on the level 8 of Biodex Stability System (BSS) while wearing 4cm and 7cm heel height shoes including bare foot. Electromyography was used to measure muscle activation of lower extremity, and the muscle activation was expressed as a percentage of maximal voluntary isometric contraction (% MVIC). We measured % MVIC of three muscles during 5 seconds except for the first 5 seconds and last 5 seconds. SPSS 12.0 program was used for this study. Repeated one-way analysis of variance(ANOVA) was performed to compare the significant difference among the muscles of lower extremities according to heel heights of shoe on the rocking plate. % MVIC of each muscle such as rectus femoris, tibialis anterior and soleus regarding heel heights of shoe had statistically significant differences (p<0.05). The results of contrast test were as follows; 1) % MVIC of rectus femoris had significant differences between barefoot and 4cm, and barefoot and 7cm. 2) % MVIC of tibialis anterior had significant differences between barefoot and 4cm, barefoot and 7cm, and 4cm and 7cm. 3) % MVIC of soleus had significant differences between barefoot and 7cm, 4cm and 7cm. The results indicate that all commonly responsive muscle on the conditions of barefoot, 4cm, and 7cm shoe height on the rcoking surface is tibialis anterior muscle. We found out that the more heels of shoe high, the more muscle activation increases. High-heeled shoes above 7cm remarkably increase the muscle activation of lower extremity and may result in muscle fatigue. Thus, these shoes may summate risk factors of falls in older women. We can acknowledge that the heels above 4 cm affect each muscle activation in lower extremity on the rocking surface.

방사선학과 학생들의 임상실습 스트레스 감소 방안 (Ways to Reduce Clinical Practice Stress of Students in the Department of Radiology)

  • 본 연구는 부산, 경남 소재 방사선학과 재학생중 임상실습을 마친 253명을 대상으로 실습 기간 중에 받는 스트레스를 분석하고 감소 방안을 마련하여 효율적인 임상실습을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 실시하였다. 결과는 환경요인 스트레스가 가장 높았다. 문항별로는 '오랜 시간 서 있다'가 $3.27{\pm}1.04$로 가장 높았고 '모른다고 무시', '단순한 일 반복'에서 높게 나타났다. 실습분위기와 임상방사선사와의 관계가 좋고 실습 지도를 성의 있게 받은 대상자와 방사선사에 대한 자부심이 높은 대상자들의 스트레스 지수가 낮았다. 대인관계요인과 수행요인이 BEPSI scale에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 실습기관에서는 학생들에게 휴식 및 편의 공간을 배려하고 단순하고 반복적인 실습이 아닌 다양한 실습프로그램을 진행하여야 할 것이다. 또한 임상방사선사들은 학생들이 모른다고 무시하거나 비교하는 행위는 자제하고 앉을 자리와 휴식시간을 배정하여 피로를 줄여주고 따뜻한 말과 격려를 통해 학생들의 임상실습 스트레스를 감소시키는 노력이 필요하다.
