Supernova (SN) cosmology is based on the assumption that the width-luminosity relation (WLR) in the type Ia SN luminosity standardization would not vary with progenitor age. Unlike this expectation, recent age datings of stellar populations in host galaxies have shown significant correlations between progenitor age and Hubble residual (HR). It was not clear, however, how this correlation arises from the SN luminosity standardization process, and how this would impact the cosmological result. Here we show that this correlation originates from a strong progenitor age dependence of the WLR and color-luminosity relation (CLR), in the sense that SNe from younger progenitors are fainter each at given light-curve parameters x1 and c. This is reminiscent of Baade's discovery of two Cepheid period-luminosity relations, and, as such, causes a serious systematic bias with redshift in SN cosmology. We illustrate that the differences between the high-z and low-z SNe in the WLR and CLR, and in HR after the standardization, are fully comparable to those between the correspondingly young and old SNe at intermediate redshift, indicating that the observed dimming of SNe with redshift is most likely an artifact of over-correction in the luminosity standardization. When this systematic bias with redshift is properly taken into account, there is no evidence left for an accelerating universe, and the SN data now support a decelerating cosmic expansion. Since the SN cosmology has long been considered as the most direct evidence for an accelerating universe with dark energy, this finding poses a serious question to one of the cornerstones of the concordance model.

본 연구는 중소기업의 정보화를 추진함에 있어, 정보화 중에서도 중단기적인 도입 성과를 낼 수 있는 생산정보관리시스템 구축을 위하여, 화학제조업 분야의 핵심 업무 프로세스에 대하여 표준화를 연구하고 그에 따른 생산정보관리시스템을 구축 적용하는데 제공하고자 한다. 화학제조업 생산정보관리시스템 표준화를 위한 개발방법론은 중소기업기술정보진흥원에서 기 연구 개발된 생산정보관리시스템 개발 방법론(PSDM)을 적용하며, 표준화 대상은 시스템 구성도, 업무절차 흐름도, Menu Structure 등과 같이 시스템구축 시 골격이 되는 핵심 업무 프로세스이다. 본 연구로 생산정보관리시스템을 구축하고자 하는 화학제조업 중소기업 및 관련 전문 IT업체들이 표준화된 핵심 업무 프로세스를 적용하여 시스템을 보다 효과적으로 구축 할 수 있으며, 시스템에 대한 구축 용이성과 신뢰성을 제공하며 아울러 핵심 업무 프로세스의 활용이 극대화되기 위해서 사후관리 교육훈련 및 유지보수 방안도 제시하고 있다. 본 연구 결과를 적용함으로써 생산 공정의 불합리한 요소제거, 생산제품 품질 향상, 생산비용절감이 가능하다.

Even though 3D press die design gains more attention everyday in Korea, there are shortages of infrastructure and proper environments for it. What is most needed is human resources development and 3D die design standardization, on which the pace of 3D die design adoption depends. This study focuses on 3D press die design process by looking into an instance in which 3D die design system had been used to sell dies to a company "S" in Japan.

With the recent development of spatial information technology, the relative importance of satellite image contents has increased to about 62%, the techniques related to satellite images have improved, and their demand is gradually increasing. Accordingly, a standard processing method for the whole process of collection from satellites to distribution of satellite images is required in many countries for efficient distribution of images and improvement of their utilization. This study presents the processor standardization technique for the preprocessing of satellite images including geometric correction, orthorectification, color adjustment, interpolation for DEM (Digital Elevation Model) production, rearrangement, and image data management, which will standardize the subjective, complex process and improve their utilization by making it easy for general users to use them

In this paper, we introduce the design method using CAE(Computer Aided Engineering) which is profitable in the compatability and standardization of the developed product, and the reduction of construction time and price to develop and design a machine equipment. Particularly, we select the standard model to design or develop from the large machinery to the super precision one, extract the peculiar characters of the model by the close analysis of the physical and technical part, the experiment for the characteristics of objective dimensions by analogical mathematical analysis for previous results, and can induce the design model demanded by user investigating optimal data in the design previous We present the analogical algorithms and process method of design factors and restriction factors in the systematization design with computer. Then we analyze step functions for each systematization equipment and induce the process of technical data with actuator model.

본 논문은 도시철도 개발과 관련된 기술 자료들을 표준화시키기 위한 프로젝트에서 생성되는 자료들을 체계적으로 관리하기 위한 방안에 대한 사례 연구이다. 이 사례에서는 자료의 DB화, 스키마 설계, 자료와 해당 항목의 연결 절차를 이용하여 데이터 관리 시스템을 구축하였다. 데이터관리 시스템은 시스템엔지니어링 도구인 Cradle을 이용하여 구축되었다. 이렇게 구축된 데이터관리 시스템은 저장된 방대한 정보를 손쉽게 찾을 수 있을 뿐 아니라 해당 정보와 연관된 정보 및 데이터를 빠른 시간에 찾아낼 수 있게 해 준다.

This study was carried out to examine the role soy milk in the preparation of Yukwa, possibility of substitution of soy milk to isolated soy protein and the effect of drying condition of Yukwa dough on the quality of Yukwa for the purpose of standardization of Yukwa preparation process. Although isolated soy protein did not make any particular effect on the gelatinization characteristics of waxy rice flour, soy milk lowered peak viscosity to half of waxy rice flour. The optimum moisture content of dried Yukwa dough was about 25%, and it can be reached by drying at $60^{\circ}C$ under atmosphere pressure for $4{\sim}5$ hours. On the basis of the results of morphological observations, mechanical and sensory measurement of hardness, and sensory test of the internal structure, mouthfeel and overall acceptability, soy milk was more desirable than isolated soy protein for the quality improvement of yukwa.

In this paper, the design characteristics, the manufacturing process and the results of performance test on the AC traction motor for urban transit standard E.M.U which is newly developed with applying standardization specification will be introduced. It is reviewed that the design and performance analysis on conventional motors considering system correlation and design constraint and the design optimization through an analysis of electro-magnetic, thermal and dynamic properties. The properties of factory products manufactured by 200 Class VPI process exhibit a excellent performance with a lower noise and vibration, higher efficiency and power factor etc.

정보통신기술의 발전과 인터넷 보급 확산의 영향으로 디지털 범죄는 해마다 증가하고 있다. 고도화 전문화되어 가고 있는 디지털 범죄를 해결하기 위해서는 디지털 포렌식 프로세스 표준화, 전문가 양성 및 교육, R&D, 정부의 정책적인 지원 등 디지털 포렌식 기술 발전을 위한 노력이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내 디지털 포렌식 기술의 현황을 파악하고 발전방안을 제시하고자 한다.
