이 연구는 산업보안 관련 분야가 시스템 측면에서 국제표준기구인 ISO를 통해서 표준화되어 가는 추세를 분석한 것이다. 산업기밀 유출 방지와 같은 악의적 범죄공격에 의한 위험을 관리하고 손실을 방지하기 위한 산업재산권 보호 관련한 체계라는 범위를 벗어나서 공급사슬, 제품 및 문서 위조의 방지, 재난관리, 커뮤니티 회복력과 같이 폭넓은 분야를 다루었다. 이를 위해 산업보안 분야 표준화의 역사를 연혁적으로 분석하면서 ISO TC 292가 탄생된 역사적 배경과 표준화의 틀이 어떻게 변화되어 왔는지를 체계적으로 안내하였다. 또한 TC 292 안에서 워킹그룹 별로 개발되고 제정되어 온 보안 관련 표준들의 대략적인 내용들을 용어 정의(terminology) 및 일반적 보안 원칙(general standards)부터 공급사슬보안경영시스템(supply chain security management)까지 상세하게 살펴보았다. 분석을 통해 도출된 주요 발견점은 보안의 대상(target)과 위협(threat)이 다양화되면서 기업 등의 조직이 보다 유연성 있게 보호하고 피해를 입고도 조속히 회복되는 적응력을 갖추기 위한 체계가 표준화되고 있으며, 산업보안 관련 국제표준화의 범위가 확장되고 있다는 점, 그 국제표준화는 공공 및 민간 보안의 홀리스틱(holistic) 접근의 중요성을 강조하고 있다는 점, 마지막으로 산업이 적절한 보안과 회복력을 갖추기 위해서 이러한 국제표준화를 통한 ISO인증 요구사항에 시급히 대비 및 대응하여야 한다는 점이다.

Scientific documentation is one of the three preconditions for scientific research and its technical application in the industrialization process. To solve the documentation problems on an international level, UNESCO promotes abstracting, standardization of terminology and of scientifc publications, automatic information processing and translating. Moreover, UNESCO has helped to establish since 1950, on the request of interested national governments, 12 documentation centers within the framework of United Nations Technical Assistance Programme by providing experts, fellowships and equipment. Some data on these documentation centers and a comparison of their features should be of interest for all those who wish to set up new documentation centers or to improve already existing ones.

As technologies are developed, the quantify of new vocabularies is increasing more rapidly. So many vocabularies of technology have various meanings for each part and are used diversely according to circumstances. Therefore, the necessity of reseonable methods of standardization and purification is increasing and it is necessary to establish a classification system of terminology for the first phase of the standardization. In this papaer, the new system and the meaning elucidation of KS are proposed to correspond with IEC Terminologies.

This paper is to introduce guidelines for project quality management system. International standards such as ISO 10006, IEC 62198, ISO/IEC TR 16326 and ISO 15188 are considered. This study is to discuss guidelines for quality management in projects, and application guidelines for project risk management, and guide for the application of ISO/IEC 12207 to software project management, and project management guidelines for terminology standardization.

Objectives : Moxibustion-related standards have been established by organizations such as the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the Korean Standards Association (KSA), among others. Methods : We summarized moxibustion-related standards that have been published by ISO and KSA. Results : Technical Committees 249 (ISO/TC 249), which was established in 2009, has been established moxibustion devices standards in working group (WG) 4. International standards have been established for moxibustion devices, smokeless moxibustion devices, moxa floss quality, and electric heating moxibustion equipment. Work on international standards for infrared moxibustion-like instruments and moxibustion device terminology is currently in progress. Conclusions : Korea has taken a central role establishing international standards for a wide range of moxibustion devices, supported by fundamental research data in this field. To continue its influence in establishing these international standards, further studies providing the basis for moxibustion device standardization are required.

The 3D virtual fitting system is a new and very efficient system replacing real fitting in apparel industry and on-line shopping. It is a win-win system for both of consumer and manufacturer which not only reduces design and production time but also resolves consumer's complaints by checking the wearing image beforehand. It is a must-have item in the future. The purpose of this study is to analyze sizing menu, terms, and current status and to figure out problems of avatar sizing programs which substitute human bodies in virtual fitting. We chose three existing outstanding programs in domestic and global market, compared and analyzed the program, manual, and terms that are used in avatar sizing, and investigated the strengths, weaknesses, problems of options and terms and finally suggested an alternative terms. The revealed problems are as follows: each program supports various avatars ranging from male to female, from child to adult, and from oriental style to western style. The image of the avatar could be changed through the options for hair style, shoes and accessories. But we found out some problems. The avatar body types are far from actual human body types, avatar sizing menus and item terms are different from program to program, and terms not yet standardized. Cooperative efforts of industry and academy on standardization of sizing menus and terms should be emphasized for the virtual fitting system to be widely used like the other computer graphic programs or word editors.

Objectives: The study was to survey use of electronic medical records in subjects of Korean medicine doctors working for Korean medicine organizations and to contemplate ways to develop utilization of electronic medical records. Methods: On August 2017, it conducted online self-reported survey on subjects of Korean medicine doctors at Korean hospitals and clinics who agreed to participate in the study. A total 40 doctors in hospital and 279 doctors in clinic were included. The surveyed contents include kinds of electronic chart, reason for not using electronic medical records and problems with creation of medical records. Results: It finds that 100% of those working at Korean medicine hospitals and 86.4% of those at Korean medicine clinics have used electronic medical records. Subjects answered the biggest reason for not using electronic medical records was inconvenience. The most serious problems with creation of electronic medical records at Korean medicine organizations found in the study include there was no method of creation of medical records and no standardized terminology for use in electronic medical records. Conclusion: For utilization of electronic medical records at Korean medicine organizations, standardization of terminology, development of EMR in favour of its users and development of strategy that motivates use of EMR are required.

Fishery sea anchor is widely used for many fishing vessels. However, standardization of the dimension and terminology of the fishery sea anchor has not been achieved, reducing the reliability of the performance and safety of the fishery sea anchor. Therefore, this study researches the reality of usage of fishery sea anchor and then attempts to suggest the development direction of the standard draft as basic data. As a result of the survey on the reality of usage show that various terms were used for each part of the fishery sea anchor (including the incorrect form of non-standard words derived from Japanese) and that the production of this product in the fishery sea anchor market was concentrated on one specific manufacturer. In addition, the main specifications of the fishery sea anchor are set and manufactured based on conventional experience without standards. In the field, there was no standardized drawing for fishery sea anchor and users had low awareness of the main specifications of fishery sea anchor. Therefore, this study suggested the following regarding the fishery sea anchor: standard terms for each part including Korean and English names and standard drawing of sea anchor. It is hoped that this study will contribute to research for the standardization of fishery sea anchor, which will increase in reliability and lead to increased interest in standardization in the fishery field.

본 연구는 국가기록원에서 개발 및 보급하고 있는 기록관리 공공표준의 적정성 검토 현행 절차를 점검하고, 그에 따른 개선방안을 탐색하여 표준 운영의 내실을 다지기 위한 기초자료로 활용하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 국제표준과 한국산업표준의 사례를 살펴보고, 국가기록원이 추진해온 표준화 이력을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 법령 개정에 따른 용어 변경, 표준명칭의 변경 등 단순개정이 주를 이루었고 표준별 표준화의 빈도수 또한 현격한 차이를 보였는데, 적정성 검토 과정이나 결과가 명시적으로 확인되지 않는 문제점이 존재하였다. 이러한 문제들을 해결하기 위해 기록관리 표준화 제도를 보완하고, 관련 심의를 위한 세부절차의 마련, 적정성 검토 평가기준의 필요성 등 다양한 개선 방안을 제안하였다.
