When we see normal gait, gait cycle is seperated as stance phase and swing phase. It needs 6 determinant of gait of pelvic rotation, pelvic tilt, knee joint of stance phase, ankle and foot motion, ankle and knee motion, and pelvic movement to be accomplished. In addition, a joint and muscle action is accomplished biomechanically at the same time with its gait cycle. In oriental medicine, the relationships between chang-fu physiology and meridian physiology are summaried as follows ; ${\bullet}$ chang-fu physiology : Spleen manages the extremities. Liver manages soft tissues. Liver stores blood. Kidney stores essences. Kidney manages bones. ${\bullet}$ meridian physiology : The Leg Greater Yang Meridian and meridian soft tissues The Leg Yang-Myeong Meridian and meridian soft tissues The Leg Lesser Yang Meridian and meridian soft tissues The Leg Greater Yin Meridian and meridian soft tissues The Leg Lesser Yin Meridian and meridian soft tissues The Leg Absolute Yin Meridian and meridian soft tissues Especially, we can find out relations between in a "blood supplied feet can walk well" that explains "blood regulations and by liver nourishing effects"that is the closest concept of muscle. Abnormal gaits are due to three causes as following; first, physical defect secoud, pain third, nervous system or instability of muscle. In oriental medicine, we can know relationship in "atrophy, numbness, stroke, convulsion, muscular dystrophy of knee, rheumatoid arthritis, five causes of infantile growing defects, five causes of softening, sprain". Especially, atrophy is the most important symptom. Gait evaluation should be emphasized where a point can walk 8 feet to 10 feet considering stride width, stride length, the body weight center, stride number, flexion, extension, rotation of a joint as a standard factor. The point is we should find out something strange in a patient's side, front and back view. After that we should find out its cause as an index that we can observe abnormal findings in a joint and muscle.

A more efficient use of nutrients from organic sources can benefit both farmers and water quality in agriculture. In this paper we reviewed information related to the regulations and guidelines of a swine liquid fertilizer to propose an establishment scheme for the official standards of swine manure slurry as a liquid fertilizer for organic farming. According to the law of establishment and designation of official standard of fertilizers, the liquid fertilizer made with pig liquid manure belongs to the byproduct fertilizer as of one of organic fertilizer. However, the official standards for byproduct fertilizers including the liquid fertilizer set by the Rural Development Administration (RDA), especially for a liquid swine manure fertilizer, should be revised to meet the goals of laws pursuing the environmentally sound agriculture, especially for organic farming because the terms and relevant standards need additional specific standards alike the standards such as impurities and parameter for declaration in EU. Therefore, it is suggested that official standards for byproduct fertilizers should be revised with respect to nutrient, salt content as of SAR and Na content instead of NaCl. Also we need to develop the maximum limit of heavy metals in soil to which the liquid fertilizer can be applied, as well as application rate depending on EC of the liquid fertilizer.

The aim of this study is to evaluate quality of the bibliographic records for DVDs owned by the domestic university libraries and to suggest how to improve the problems as a result of the evaluation. In order to conduct this study, the previous studies related to the topic were analyzed, and then, four regions of quality evaluation standard including accuracy of inputting, observance of regulations related to cataloging, perfection of expressions and consistency of structure were established. And the quality evaluation was made on total 100 records of the lists for DVDs from 10 university libraries. As a result, several types of errors were discovered in the quality evaluation and some solutions were suggested to improve quality of cataloging records for DVDs by interviewing with catalogers in the domestic university libraries.

This paper provided a counter measures against the troubles and accidents that are likely to take place in the power plant using hydrogen gas as a coolant for the cooling system of the generator. Because of the extremely wide flammability limits of hydrogen in comparison to the other flammable gases, the safety measures against the hydrogen accidents is very important to ensure the normal operation of electric-power facility. This study's purpose was a presentation of standard model of safety management of hydrogen equipments in the coal firing power plant such as following items: 1) providing the technical prevention manual of the hydrogen explosions and hydrogen fires occurring in the cooling system of power generator; 2) the selection of explosion-proof equipments in terms of the risk level of operating environment; 3) the establishment of regulations and counter measures, such as the incorporation of gas leakage alarm device, for preventing the accidents from arising, 4) the establishment of safety management system to ensure the normal operation of the power plant.

Ministry of National Defense made has set a standard regulations and detail to classify the revision of the military security and the plan to adjust or use those secrets. Moreover, the confidential management system with online secret process is operated by it. However, the study for management plan of stored secret data in these systems should be urgently required because the current regulation of military headquarter is different from present military situation so that it is not applicable up to now. This paper is focused on the Defense Ammunition Information Systems to find the proper way to deal with the secret data of the Defense Information Systems. The purpose is to describe the management plan for the secret data consistent with the current situation of the Military by study for the secret classification and case study. Therefore limitations are considered and solutions are finally suggested in this paper.

Cloud computing has been activated globally due to the demands of the 4th industrial revolution and the efficient use of IT resources, and domestic usage is also increasing due to legislation and related laws. However, domestic financial companies are subject to various regulations due to the importance of their information and the ripple effects of accidents such as outflows. Only non-critical information processing systems that handle non-critical information are allowed to use cloud computing. Financial companies are required to set specific criteria and judgment to distinguish them. In this paper, we propose a method to enable the financial company cloud computing to be more active by specifying the ambiguous non - essential information processing system designation standard and making it easier to designate.

Korean language is to be characterized by the rich vocal sound variation. In order to increase the probability of vocal sound recognition and to provide a natural vocal sound synthesis, a systematic and thorough research into the characteristics of Korean language including its vocal sound changing rules is required. This paper addresses an effective way of vocal sound recognition and synthesis by providing the design and implementation of the Korean vocal sound variation rule. The regulation we followed for the design of the vocal sound variation rule is the Phonetic Standard(Section 30. Chapter 7) of the Korean Orthographic Standards. We have first factor out rules for each regulations, then grouped them into 27 groups for eaeh final-consonant. The Phonological Change Processing System suggested in the paper provides a fast processing ability for vocal sound variation by a single application of the rule. The contents of the process for information augmented to words or the stem of innected words are included in the rules. We believe that the Phonological Change Processing System will facilitate the vocal sound recognition and synthesis by the sentence. Also, this system may be referred as an example for similar research areas.

Review half configuration to enhance the professionalism and efficiency of the work of this research was performed.

The objective of this study is to investigate the difference between the standard 'design guideline' in barrier free laws for the disabled and the disabled's real experience in public convenient facilities. It is mainly focused on accessibility by the disabled people who use an electric motion wheel chair, a wheel chair and crutches as well as a visual impaired person in the public resident centers. For this purpose, four resident centers in Busan have been selected as the objects of investigation. We observed and video recorded the disabled people with various handicaps to access and use facilities in four resident centers, and interviewed them afterwards. We found out problems from the perspective of the disabled and figured out the difference between barrier free laws and the disabled's real experience. The research result is as follows. First, it is important to make the arrangement of public convenient facilities according to the flow of the user's movements. Second, it is necessary to provide better conditions for the disabled to access the public toilet easily and conveniently. Third, it is essential for public convenient facilities to be more strictly controlled by regulations. Fourth, we need to make better standards that could reflect real experiences of various disabled users. Fifth, we need to keep providing the best follow-up service for the disabled in terms of using public convenient facilities safely. This study can contribute for designers to understand specific users through their experiences and suggest improvement ideas for better public convenient Facilities.

As a response to exhaust gas regulations, the electronic control system was applied to the diesel engine. The injected fuel mass and injection timing are accurately controlled using it, and the fuel efficiency and the engine output are significantly increased. In addition, the noise and the vibration of vehicles are decreased. To maintain the optimal performance of an electronic control diesel engine, it is important to control the fuel injection pressure accurately using the fuel pressure regulator. When the fuel pressure regulator is not worked normally, the failure phenomena (starting failure, staring delay, accelerated failure, engine mismatch et al.) occurred because the fuel pressure is not stabilized and controlled accurately. In this study, the effects on a fuel pressure, return fuel mass flow, and engine rotating speed according to the control rate of fuel pressure regulator were investigated to analyze the performance variation under the failure conditions of a fuel pressure regulator. As a result, when the control rate of a fuel pressure regulator decreased by 4%~6% compared to that of the standard condition, the variation of engine rotating speed and return fuel flow were increased greatly, and the abnormal condition occurred. In addition, it is possible to diagnose the failure of a fuel pressure regulator by monitoring these conditions.
