This study present the standard flow chart for civil engineering considering Korean education environment. The flow charts of USA's 20 universities and Korea's 6 universities are investigated. The standard flow chart are proposed based on the standard curriculum of civil engineering and flow charts of USA and Korea though analyzing of prerequisite of each subject. The proposed standard flow chart is expected when used to improve korean universities curriculum.

American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) standard test method PS 070-97 has been created for measuring fracture toughness of advanced ceramics. PS 070-97 includes three test methods which use beams in bending: chevron notch (CNB), single-edged precracked beam (SEPB), and surface crack in flexure (SCF). Supporting data has been collected through several Versailles Advanced Materials and Standards round robins. This paper discusses the evolution of the standard including the rationale for the choice of the three methods and the specifications in the standard. Progress on Standard Reference material 2100 which will have certified values of fracture toughness is presented.

This paper is for standard of South and North Korea clothing, especially size. It is analysis and make a comparative study of KS K 0050-0052 which is South Korea industrial standard) and KPS 8477.1∼3, 8477.6, 8477.9, 10253 which is North Korea's. With this research, it is found the difference and sameness, then this paper suggests the method for combining two different standard systems.

We introduce the standard two-sided power normal distribution and consider the relation between the probability in standard two-sided power distribution and the probability in standard two-sided power normal distribution and obtain the even moment of the special two-sided power normal distribution including the cases considered by Gupta and Nadarajah(2004)

The transformation processes from unit cell data, Miller indices and atomic coordinates of non-standard space groups to the ones of the standard space groups in monoclinic system and the calculation processes of their standard deviations have been shown and computerized. The computer programs can be applied to all the seven crystal systems.

Developed in this paper is a standard time data for shirt sewing operations in the apparel-making industry. Since this data is made of formula developed for each unit operation and includes the formula for the machine time calculation, users could use it for obtaining the normal or standard time without any special efforts. In addition, this data handles the variations due to the design changes of a shirt through the parameters in the formula. compared with the MTM-1. The standard time data developed is shown to be easier and faster in determining the standard time with acceptable accuracy.
