Wind energy issued as most spotlight general energy by excellence of actuality as well as economical efficiency, solving environmental problem which caused by creating the energy and possibility of eternal production. Accordingly, government is at the stage of corresponding level by requesting development of new technology to the developed countries as a part of national key industries. The grievous situation from such a rapid movement is meteorological comprehension and assessment as well as the problem of estimation exactness about the wind. In this study, numerical simulation from the MM5 is counducted for 3km resolution and data assimilation using QuikSCAT seawinds data is applied.

A new form of software piracy known as digital piracy has taken the spotlight. Lost revenues due to digital piracy could reach 2,500 billion won in year 2010 alone. This paper examines the causal relationships among the attitude toward digital piracy, subjective norm, economic gain, political efficacy, school policy, etc, in a university setting. Results from survey responses indicate that the social norm and economic gain affect the attitude toward digital piracy, and that school policy influences the subjective norm as well as political efficacy. But, contrary to our expectation, political efficacy has been found to have no impact on the social norm and economic gain. Prior learning experiences have been shown to affect economic gain, but not the subjective norm. As a conclusion, the academic and practical implications of these findings are discussed.

One field that the information society has recently taken much interest in and has continuously implemented is medical services. Health tourism services which emphasize today's patient-oriented management rather than the past hospital-oriented management are highly value-added. As interest in physical fitness increases in keeping with such trends of the society at large as the declining birth rate and increasing life expectancy, and the medical market is opened, the added value of medical services that attract and manage domestic and foreign patients from the global market and satisfy their diverse desires with domestic medical competitiveness such as excellent medical staff and technology is on the spotlight. Hereupon, this study intends to suggest the possibility of developing competitive domestic medical services into a highly value-added industry in keeping with changing environment.

The spotlight is thrown on the ubiquitous technology these days, and diverse management technologies are proposed to efficiently manage the networks in the ubiquitous environment. Because each network has its unique management technology, the integrated management of complex networks is a very difficult challenge. In this paper, an integrated network management methodology is proposed to ensure the efficient management of different networks using ontology. Although the proposed integrated network management methodology is quite simple, the definition of this methodology is essential for the integrated network management. Using the $Prot\acute{e}g\acute{e}$ to Ontology development, the terms for the integrated network management were defined, along with the OWL and relevant rules, and several methods were implemented according to the proposed methodology. The process in this paper is considered essential for the network expansion and multiple network management.

Ion beam sputtering (IBS) by collision of energetic ions at surfaces is one of the representative methods for physical self-assembly. It is in spotlight as an easy tool to make nano structures in various sizes and shapes by controlling physical variablesWe investigate nano patterning on graphite. We found well-ordered nano ripple patterns after sputtering under the oblique angle and mean wavelengths of these ripples could be controlled as ion fluence increases from sub-10 nm to 80 nm. Each nano ripple is terminated by nano buds, which look like a cotton bud. We also examined the formation of various patterns on graphite by sputtering during swinging the sample at a constant angular velocity that have been never reported.

CRM is one of fields that come into the spotlight in academic circles. A Marked changes of business environment makes it get a various information about competitive products unlike in the past and makes it understand the customer needs. Also, Market boundary become to be uncleared. Insurance industry is lied in the age of limitless competition due to uncleared market boundary. Channels for getting customer information and understandings become to be various. In this study, we collect the customer information using various channel and we analyze out a primary factor. Using this results, we present the method that cluster target customers. It is the object of this paper that analyze out the effects when we execute the One-to-One-Marketing using clustered target customer based customer pattern.

In medical applications, the cooperation work using computer network is in the spotlight as next generation technology, because it offers sharing of equipments, knowledge of specialists, and data and surmounts the limitations of geographical position and time. We present a prototype of telepresent surgical simulation system in this treatise. It is a telemedicine system using volume image, which is reconstructed from radiological images such as MRI and CT. It is used as a tool for surgical simulation among telepresent doctors. It provides the functions of conference control, volume reconstruction and manipulation, and multimedia database management among one server and multi-clients through high-speed network. It is implemented on Unix workstation using X-windows and C language, TCP/IP protocol and UNiSQL as DBMS.

Recently, hydraulic motor is getting the spotlight. It is resulted from rapid civil engineering public works by a lot of developing countries around the world. In this study, we divided the valves which are affixed in the hydraulic motor into some parts, implemented them through computer simulation, verified validation of each component, and analyzed behavior adding driving condition. Through the analyzed results with general driving condition, we found the reason why behavior became unstable as the motor had started spinning. Through the analyzed results with tough driving condition, we verified that the valve works well with it's production purpose.

The radar method based non-destruction inspection stands in the spotlight of concrete tunnel lining due to the advantages of less restrictions of applicability, simpleness and quickness. However, in the case of utilizing at constructions, the decomposition ability is decreased because the effect of damping and dispersion is potent and the utilization of high frequency is difficult. In particular, it is very difficult to investigate the size and thickness of tunnel using the low frequency radar with low decomposition ability In this work, to resolve the above problems, the effect of arrangement between adjacent tunnels is investigated utilizing the low frequency radar and results are reported

최근 들어 인터넷은 화상회의, 인터넷방송, 네트워크게임 등과 같은 광대역, 멀티미디어 서비스가 요구되는 멀티캐스트 서비스로 발전되고 있다. 이러한 광대역의 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 많은 대역폭이 요구되므로 현재 망의 대안으로 WDM 방송망이 대두되고 있다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서 WDM 방송망 구조에서 멀티캐스트 서비스를 제공하기 위한 스케줄링 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 제안된 알고리즘은 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 이용하여 기존의 스케줄링 알고리즘에 비해 적은 수의 서브 그룹수와 짧은 지연시간을 보임을 확인하였다.
