The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationship between the viewing motivation, viewing commitment, re-audience intention, and game use intention of e-sports competition broadcast viewers. According to the purpose of the study, an online survey was conducted on 300 college students with experience watching broadcasting of e-sports competitions. After excluding inappropriate data from 8 out of 300 people, 292 people's data were used for final data processing. For data processing, the validity and reliability were verified using SPSS 26 and AMOS 23, and then the research hypothesis was verified. We has the results were shown as follows. First, it was found that entertainment, social intercourse and vicarious satisfaction had a positive effect on viewing commitment, but information has not significantly effect on viewing commitment. Second, it was found that viewing commitment had a positive effect on reviewing intention and game use intention. Third, it was found that reviewing intention had a positive effect on game use intention.

This study aimed to investigate the formation of the social perception of domestic maritime sports using text mining analysis of keywords and topics from domestic media coverage over the past 10 years related to representative maritime sports, including yachting, rowing, and canoeing. The results are as follows: First, term frequency (TF) and word cloud analyses identified the top keywords: "maritime," "competition," "experience," "tourism," "world," "yachting," "canoeing," "leisure," and "participation." Second, semantic network analysis revealed that yachting was correlated with terms like "maritime," "industry," "competition," "leisure," "tourism," "boat," "facilities," and "business"; rowing with terms like "competition" and "Chungju"; and canoeing with terms like "maritime," "competition," "experience," "leisure," and "tourism." Third, topic modeling analysis indicated that yachting, rowing, and canoeing are perceived as elite sports and maritime leisure sports. However, the perception of these sports has been demonstrated to have little impact on society, public opinion, and social transformation. In summary, when considering these results comprehensively, it can be concluded that yachting and canoeing have gradually shifted from being perceived as elite sports to essential elements of the maritime leisure industry. Contrariwise, rowing remains primarily associated with elite sports, and its popularization as a maritime leisure sport appears limited at this time.

Purpose : This thesis aims to explore sports physical therapist program of university of education of korea and usa for the whole process of becoming sports physical therapist and provide better education programs for cultivating sports physical therapist in the future. Methods : This thesis education programs of physical therapy department in Korea and 3 universities in east california region were selected with recommendation of a professional on sports physical therapist in USA. for the purpose of this study, curriculum of physical education department at school of education was analyzed using internet survey, phone survey, visitor survey and examination of hand book in korea. in usa, homepage, internet survey, e-mail and examination of handbook were used to analyze the data. Results : First, the results of this study can be summarized as follows: second, In comparison of required subjects and selective subject of physical therapy education in Korea and USA, Korea presents the least required subjects for major while USA offer more required subjects for majors. Korea puts focus on education practice while USA offers initial field experience and education practice well connected and organized systematically. Third, comparison of system of professional sports physical therapist, Korea did not establish system of a professional sports physical therapist, USA systematically established system of a professional sports physical therapist. Conclusion : On the basis Professional physical therapist, PNF association has to need to study hardly about special therapist.

International sports events is one of the core products in the sports industry the scale of sports event business is steadily increasing. However, In terms of sports event management, knowledge and experience generated through sports events are ineffective and non-systematically managed. For this reason, unnecessary resources are wasted and trial and error are repeated in hosting, preparing and operating in sports event management. The purpose of this study is to develop a sports event management process and evaluate conformance. To accomplish the purpose of this study, developed the core processes of sports events in step by step and then applied and conformance evaluated of the designed process. Developed and evaluated sports events management processes are five Functional Area of registration, accommodation, transport, broadcasting, and food and beverage. Of these FA, 63 activities were selected and analyzed. The modeling was used as IDEF method, the conformity analysis was used as Fuzzy logic, analysis tool was used ProM.

A growing gap between market needs and the capabilities of the enterprise prompts repositioning (Corstjens and Dolye 1989). This article examines the strategic repositioning of 'Korando Sports' undertaken by SYMC throughout the period from Jan. 2012 to Jun. 2012, to boost sales volume and market share by entering market of active-lifestyle consumers currently occupied by SUVs. SYMC's experience indicates that it is essential to close the gap between the market needs and the ability of the enterprise to make a shift to new consumer segment with a new positioning. The successful repositioning framework(Ryan et al. 2007) were employed in this paper. This framework is comprised of six elements: core strategic values, strategic flexibility/learning capabilities, customer awareness and sensitivity, external orientation, management commitment, and belief in the product and brand. The evaluation based on the successful framework also confirms that 'Korando Sports' case meets all the requirements of the successful strategic repositioning. This paper provides some of the managerial implications with aim of assisting executives in identifying strategic repositioning opportunities. Primarily, the 'Korando Sports' case affirms the repositioning as a viable strategy and indicates that repositioning is a feasible means for strategic change. Second, this case shows the influence of a target consumer and SYMC's repositioning to follow consumer preference for a particular attribute. Moreover, we can understand how a product formerly considered weak in attributes can enjoy benefits in other segments with the same attributes.

Purpose: This study attempts to investigate causal and intervening conditions for sport participation of Korean immigrants in the United States. Research design, data, and methodology: Grounded theory approach was used to develop a conceptual framework that presents the psychosocial processes that occur in immigrants' experience of sport participation. Participants were selected purposefully for information-rich cases. Korean immigrants with current experience of having periodically participated in sports were the criterion for sample selection. Based on selection criteria, 9 Korean immigrants took part in interview. The interview discussions were taped and transcribed verbatim into a Word file. The process for data analysis included four grounded theory approaches of purposive and theoretical sampling, an open and axial coding, memo writing, and finally the development of the conceptual framework. Results: Six concepts were revealed in the causal conditions that facilitate the process of immigrants' sport participation in the states: Personal experience, significant others, personality, physical environment, psychological well-being, and social connection. Three concepts were revealed as the intervening conditions that block the process of immigrants' sport participation in the states: Conflict with cultural change of organization, Pressure at workplace, and Economic constraints. Conclusions: Conceptual model presents causal and intervening factors. Further implications were discussed.

The study is aimed at examining the influence of empathy and pro-social behavior on school life happiness of multicultural and Korean adolescents through sports activities. The results of the analysis of total 461 adolescents participating in sports activities and not participating in sports activities are as follows. Adolescents participating in sports activities have higher levels of empathy, pro-social behavior and school life happiness than those who do not participate. And the more experience involved in sports activities, the higher the level of empathy, the level of pro-social behavior and the level of school life happiness. There is a significant correlation between empathy and pro-social behavior and school life happiness. Empathy and pro-social behavior factors affecting school life happiness are statistically influencing factors such as "relationship formation", "communication", "cooperation", "assistance", "emotional expression", and "comfort". The results of this study suggest the importance of dealing with empathy and pro-social behavior through sports activities in the school life happiness of multicultural families and Korean adolescents.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the actual situation of the surrogate games and win trading gameplays in e-sports leagues, and to insist on the creation of new regulations to punish them. The surrogate game surveys was conducted for 40 amateur users and 17 professional users in e-sports leagues. The survey was conducted in-depth interviews with a professional user to learn more about the actual situation of the win trading gameplay. As a result of the study, professional users had a high rate of experience with Gahz'rilla, and they would be able to increase their game rankings through Gahz'rilla. But they did not think Gahz'rilla is a surrogate game. Amateur users had a low rate of experience with Gahz'rilla and did not think they would be able to increase their game rankings through Gahz'rilla relative to professional users. Amature users tend to think of Gahz'rilla as a surrogate game. Both the users agree on the necessity of regulation on Gahz'rilla and surrogate game. Therefore, it is necessary to narrow the gap between the professional users and the amateur users by establishing rules for Gahz'rilla and surrogate game.

Exercise programs conducted for people with stroke disabilities tend to be monotonous as they are mainly focused on therapeutic effects in the form of physical therapy performed in hospitals. However, the news sports program conducted in this study is thought to deform the intensity and difficulty of exercise in consideration of the exercise ability of each subject and to participate safely and interestingly to use equipment made of special materials. The purpose of the present study was to understand new sports program participation experiences in people with stroke. The qualitative data on eleven participants' new sports program participation experiences were acquired through in-depth interviews. As a result of the study, four subcategories (expectations for the program, experience in participating in the program, and program improvement plan) and ten core concepts were derived. Based on the results of this study, the new sports program for people with stroke living in the community after discharge is expected to be the basis for the development of community-based exercise programs considering the characteristics of stroke.
