Recently virtual advertising is located in an important area of interest in the TV market by convenience of application and reduction of cost. The methods of inserting a virtual advertising in broadcasting are Up-link that method insert the image through the production equipment of the broadcasting station and dispatch equipment and technical personnel in the shooting and Down-streaming that method insert a virtual image automatically in relay video using image processing technology. In recent years, the image processing technology is an important research area in the virtual advertising area for automatically insertion of advertising images. In this paper, we propose the method to extract less-informative region in sports video using image processing. The proposed method extracts less-Informative region through rectangle detection of Hough transform and analysis of color histogram distribution.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the color environment of urban small parks. We selected the urban small parks located in the subway stations around the line 2 and the Yamanote line in Seoul and Tokyo, and measured the environmental color with a spectroscopic colorimeter. Four urban parks, four urban parks, four urban parks, four urban parks, and four urban parks in Tokyo, and conducted field surveys. The study was divided into social sports facilities, park facilities and floor paved areas. The results of the study are as follows. The color of Y, YR, and GY colors were high in the environmental color of the first sports facilities in Seoul and Tokyo. In the case of Seoul, B, BG, PB, and Tokyo are R and P series, respectively. econd, in the case of social sports facilities, Tokyo has a different color distribution than Seoul, and Seoul has a somewhat higher brightness, so bright colors have been applied to the facilities. Third, the colors of park facilities showed similar brightness and saturation values in Seoul and Tokyo. In color distribution, Seoul is higher in Y-series and B-series, and Tokyo is higher in Y-series and R-series. The brightness and the saturation of the bottom pavement are similar to those of Seoul and Tokyo. However, the difference in color distribution shows that the color difference of the social facilities of urban small parks in Seoul and Tokyo varies depending on the color distribution rather than brightness and saturation.

This study was carried out to demonstrate how realistic any action that causes the selection criteria for new members to join the decisions of the general public about the growing recreational sport of golf to the present day. This study is about the Korean Jockey's uniform, etc. and horse riding costume as the traditional riding culture grows. I studied informations from the Korea Racing Association's equestrian park, equine museum and Seoul Racecourse Trainers & Jockey's Association. The international regulations of riding costume are compared with Korean regulations, and I consulted some reference books, materials of sports wear and catalogues of some brands regarding horse equipment. The contents includes ; 1. Analysis of informations about horse racing 2. Study of racing, for detail comparative analysis on the following aspects ; -Symbolism, riding costume of jockey, that is, color·pattern·and some formal designs. 3. Suggestion for reasonable and fashionable riding costumes. In the aspects of design, there have not been any historical records, and material adjustments about riding costume in Korea. Therefore we should make more efforts to do developing our traditional costume culture. The result o this study is as follows ; 1. Riding is the sport of etiquette and manners. 2. Most of riding wears are the casual wear centered foreign licenced brands. 3. Study and investment upon specialized material development and processing technology are in demand 4. The need of the consumers are to be satisfied by the quality improvement of the native products design. In addition, we perform to horse racing which is fine play and leisure sports in current society. The horse riding will be a popular sports such as golf, wind surfing, skiing, etc. with the period including lots of kinds of leisure.

Critical multi-field loads and free vibration responses of the sandwich piezoelectric/piezomagnetic microplate subjected to combination of magnetoelectromechanical loads based on a thickness-stretched higher order shear deformable model using Hamilton's principle. The lateral displacement is assumed summation of bending, shearing and stretching functions. The elasti core is sandwiched by a couple of piezoelectric/piezomagnetic face-sheets subjected to electromagnetocmechanical loads. The work of external force is calculated with considering the in-plane mechanical, electrical and magnetic loads based on piezomagnetoelasticity relations. The critical multi field loading and natural frequency analysis are performed to investigate influence of geometric and loading parameters on the responses. A verification is performed for justification of the numerical results.

The purpose of the study is on offer present condition of School Facilities for Local Residents in Daegu City. This study made progress within the scope of twenty-four public schools excepting one private school and five schools refused request. but opening present condition of the equipment was stopping in negative opening more than thing that is seen in present condition(to be a hall, a computer, swimming pool, physical education market, clearinghouse, art thread, library, language study thread) of two locals that show in old research. As result that diagnose this research, The school facilities open every schools excepting three schools could not open on account of establishment of sprinkler, residents protest about noise, small playground. The opening equipment was limited the playground, hall, basketball court, Badminton court, parking lot, classroom, library. And The use present condition was used by parking, walk, jogging and light exercise, basketball, badminton, state examination, sports meeting, books inspection, early stage soccer. When local residents require equipment use, it is not negative attitude in school but have active carriage. and Must consider plan that raise practical use degree so that can use school equipment.

The purpose of this study is to increase the usage of satisfaction of outdoor exercise equipment installed at parks when plans and designs are made for renovation or formation of parks. In order to do so, the study surveyed and analyzed the usage satisfaction of 150 men and women who use outdoor exercise equipment in neighborhood parks located in Dongtan New Town. There were four factors that affect the variables of usage satisfaction. They can be defined as the main facility factor, awning factor, maintenance factor, and additional facility factor. From the result regression analysis of the total satisfaction rate and the factors, the main facility factor was the most influential of the variables. This could indicate that the facility factor affects the satisfactory rate of outdoor exercise equipment. This research is done only with the examples of neighborhood parks, so it limits the possibility of analysis of seasonal use. It is necessary to conduct analysis research of parks which installed many outdoor exercise equipment, such as a vest-pocket park, children's garden, and pedestrian/urban/metropolitan neighborhood parks.

The change from people's work-centered values to their leisure-centered values leads into the change in their life styles. In the circumstance, people's participation into sports activities seems to be an important means to improve their quality of life. Along with the change of the times, more people take part in water leisure sports including kayak. As a result, people's needs for various designs of water leisure goods are on the rise. In this sense, it is necessary to come up with strategies to actively respond to such a change. In this paper, we proposed a user decision-making support system for designing kayaks for leisure. Based on the previous studies and literatures and a questionnaire survey with consumers, it chose the sensitivity related to design. By conducting factor analysis and evaluation, it drew sensitivity and proposed kayak design layouts in the aspect of customer sensitivity preference. It is expected that the result of this study will be used not only for kayak design, but as a design guide for the equipment of water leisure sports, and will be applied for user-friendly design.

Exercise programs conducted for people with stroke disabilities tend to be monotonous as they are mainly focused on therapeutic effects in the form of physical therapy performed in hospitals. However, the news sports program conducted in this study is thought to deform the intensity and difficulty of exercise in consideration of the exercise ability of each subject and to participate safely and interestingly to use equipment made of special materials. The purpose of the present study was to understand new sports program participation experiences in people with stroke. The qualitative data on eleven participants' new sports program participation experiences were acquired through in-depth interviews. As a result of the study, four subcategories (expectations for the program, experience in participating in the program, and program improvement plan) and ten core concepts were derived. Based on the results of this study, the new sports program for people with stroke living in the community after discharge is expected to be the basis for the development of community-based exercise programs considering the characteristics of stroke.

Nanomotors are gaining popularity as novel drug delivery methods since they can move rapidly, penetrate deeply into tissues, and be regulated. The ability of manufactured nanomotors to swiftly transport therapeutic payloads to their intended location constitutes a revolutionary nanomedicine strategy. The nanomotors for the drug delivery purpose are released in the blood flow under the different physical conditions, so the stability investigation of these devices is essential before the production, especially in the sport and physical exercise conditions that the blood flow enhances. As a result, using dynamic analysis, this article investigates the stability of the nanomotor released in the blood flow when sport and physical activity circumstances increase blood flow. The considered nanodevice is made of a central motor, and nanotubes are used for the nanomotor blade, which is the drug capsule. Finally, the stability examination of nanomotor as the drug delivery equipment is discussed in detail, and the proposed results can present beneficial results in designing and producing small-scale intelligent devices.
