The generalized canonical correlation biplot is a 2-dimensional plot to graphically investigate the relationship between more than three sets of variables and the relationship between observations and variables. Recently, Choi and Choi (2010) investigated the relationship physique, physical fitness and basic skill factors of Korea Tennis Association(KTA) players of using this biplot; however we consider the set of covariate variables affecting the linearly on two sets of variables. In this case, if we apply the generalized canonical correlation biplot, we cannot clearly interpret the other two sets of variables due to the effect of the set of covariate variables. Moreover, Yeom and Choi (2011) provided partial canonical correlation analysis that removed the linear effect of the set of covariate variables on two sets of variables. In addition, Procrustes analysis is a useful tool for comparing shape between configurations. In this study, we will investigate the relationship between physical fitness and basic skill factors of KTA players of using a partial canonical correlation biplot and Procrustes analysis. We compare shapes and shape variabilities for the generalized, partial and simple canonical correlation biplots.
Native Kerean lawngrass (Zeysia japonica steud.) and Manilagrass ( Zeysia matrella Merr.) are frequently used as sport turf and lawn in Kerea and ether Asian countries because of its excellent summer qualities and superior winter-hardiness compared to ether warm-season turfgrass . The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of the plant growth retardants ( PGR ) en the inhibition (d the growth of the two Kerean native turfgrasses. Kerean lawngrass and Manilagrass were treated with [2 RS , 3 RS] -1- [4- chlorophenyl ] -4, 4-dimethyl -2- [1 H -1, 2, 4- tiazol -1- y] pentan -3- ol ( PP -333) at 93 and 930 gha -j ; 5-[4- chlorphenyl ]-3, 4, 5, 9, 10- peiitaaza - tetracyclo [5, 4, 1, 0 2 6 . o ~'~I -3, 9- diene ( BAS -106) at 16 and 160 gha ; [ E I-] - cyclohexyl -4, 4- dimethyl -2- [1, 2, 4- triazol -1- yl ]-1-pentene - 3- ol ( NTN -821) at 56 and 560 gha ', and 4- chloro -2- [$\alpha$- hydrozybenzy I isonicotin anilide ( CGR -811) at 92 gha in pot study . All PGR treatments were effective in reducing the plant height, with the exception of BAS -106 at 16 gha for Korean lawngrass ; however , all increased quality to some degree , with the exception of PP -333 at 93 gha . The low PGR rates significantly increased Korean lawngrass height during late jtily aitd mid-August . On the other hand , BAS -106 significantly increased Manilagrass height {rom 24 Septeml)er onwards . All PGR treatments haol higher turfgrass quality than untreatments , and also the high rates of PGIt treatments were more effective in increasing quality than the low rates observed on 8 October . Meanwhile , Manilagrass quality was increased to some extent than Korean lawegrass . PP - 333 was significantly effective in reducing clipping yield and the same results were found with the application of NTN -821 at 560 gha -l for both Korean lawngrass and Manilagrass , BAS -106 at 160 gha for Korean lawegrass , and CGR -811 at 92 gha for Manilagrass . The high PGR rates had higher turfgrass shoot weight observed on 8 October than the low rates , and there were little increases obtained with the low rates of PP -333 for Korean lawngrass and BAS - 1 06 for Manilagrass . Effeets on stolon growth varied between growth retardants , and between retardant treatments ; the high rates of PGR as well as the low rate of NTN -821 elongated stolon of Korean lawngrass and manoilagrass . However , PP -333 at 93 gha and BAS -106 at 16 gha - shortened stolons of Korean lawugrass , resulting in inhibition or little difference of stolon dry weight . NTN -821 at 560 gha and CGR -811 had no positive effect on the stolon length of Manilagrass . 101) -333 and the low rate of BAS -106 and NTN -821 decreased root weight of Korean lawng - rass All PGR rates had negative effect on the root weight of Manilagrass with the exception of BAS -106 CR -811 and the high rate of NTN -821 which made no difference in root weight between retarolant treatments and the control .

The purpose of the study was to compare the differences among phases accoring to the gait time on the heel height during gait, investigate the effect on ROM of the lower limb on gait time. Ten female college students in their 20s participated in the study, and variables were calculated through 3D gait analysis on height of heel. As a statistical method, one-way ANOVA was performed for the differences between the three heel heights, and multiple regression analysis was performed to determine the effect of gait time on the ROM. As a result of the study, phase 2, the higher the heel, the longer the gait time, but phase 3, the higher the heel, the shorter the gait time. As a result of analyzing the effect of gait time on the ROM of the lower limb, in phase 2, the greater the ROM for the ankle and knee joint in 1 cm, and for the ankle joint in 5 cm, the longer the gait time. In phase 3, the greater the ROM for the hip joint in 1 cm, the longer the gait time, and the smaller the ROM for the ankle joint in 10 cm, the longer the gait time. Therefore, in the case of high-heeled shoes, it is suggested that the control of the ankle joint is important.

This study was understood the risk mechanism of falls in the elderly and reviewed previous research data to see if the principle of Pilates rehabilitation exercise could have a positive effect on balance ability and postural stabilization in the elderly, and the purpose of this study is to present literature-based data on the fall prevention effect of rehabilitation Pilates exercise. First, the rehabilitation Pilates exercise makes it available for strengthening the center of the body to stabilize the spine and pelvis and stimulates the nerve root, thereby having an effect on the balance and the joint stabilization. Second, a proprioceptive sensory impairment and a musculoskeletal degenerative disease due to aging increase the loss of balance ability and the instability in posture maintenance, thereby coming to raise the risk of a fall damage caused by the difficulty in performing motor functions and by the gait disturbance. Third, the rehabilitation Pilates exercise leads to improving the core muscle strength in older adults, resulting in being capable of expecting the betterment in the balance and the reaction time motor function. And there is a positive impact on the improvement in body imbalance and on the stability in movement involved in the fall prevention, resulting in being able to suggest the possibility of likely contributing to a reduction in a fall risk rate. In conclusion, the rehabilitation Pilates as the elderly exercise program showed effects on the improvement in the body's muscular strength, on the upgrade in a sense of balance, and on the stabilization of core. Thus, it was considered to diminish the risk factors for a fall damage caused by musculoskeletal degeneration and to be capable of preventing a serious disorder of activity due to a chronic senile disease.

Objectives The purpose of this study is to investigate the corelation between traffic accident severity and treatment period and cost by traffic accident. Methods Outpatients who visited Jaseng Korean medicine hospital traffic accident clinic were investigated by hospital computer system about period and cost of treatment. And we requested for repair cost of car, a sort of car groups and agreement date with car insurance company to insurance company. Therefore we could analysis statistical correlation of traffic accident severity (repair cost of car) with period of treatment, cost of treatment, number of treatment in same sort of car groups. For statistics, we used SPSS version 18.0 for windows. Results A significant positive correlation was found between traffic accident severity (repair cost of car) with repair cost of car, cost of treatment and number of treatment in semi-midsize car, midsize car group. But, any significant correlation wasn't found between traffic accident severity (repair cost of car) with repair cost of car, cost of treatment and number of treatment in small car, full-sized car group. In SUV (sport utility vehicle) car group some significant correlation was found, but it isn't between traffic accident severity (repair cost of car) with repair cost of car, cost of treatment and number of treatment. Conclusions It was found that traffic accident severity (repair cost of car) had an effect on cost of car, cost of treatment and number of treatment by statistical analysis. But, it was also suggested strongly that other factors like a cost of car and ages had an effect on them.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of either endurance training only or endurance and weight training on muscle morphology and oxidative enzyme activities in human skeletal muscles. Fourteen healthy males were randomly divided into one of two experimental training groups, either swim exercise training (n=7, ST) or combined exercise training (swim and resistance exercise training; n=7, SWT). The change of muscle fiber type was not significantly different between ST and SWT following 6 weeks of exercise training. Mean cross sectional areas as well as the numbers of capillary of different types of muscle fiber were not also significantly different from baseline for both exercise training groups (p>.05) although the tendency of increase were more notable in SWT. All oxidative enzyme activities (i.e., ${\beta}$-hydroxyl acyl dehydrogenase, citrate synthase, and carnitine palmitoyl transferase) were marginally higher in SWT compared to ST even though statistical power did not reach the level of significance. Based on these results, it was concluded that performing of combined (swimming and weight) exercise training could be the better modality for improving muscle morphological changes and oxidative enzyme activities than performing of only single aerobic exercise intervention in young healthy human skeletal muscles.

Childhood obesity causes a higher risk of obesity, premature death and disability in adulthood. In addition, obese children experience an increased risk of respiratory problems, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, insulin resistance and psychological effects. This study aimed to investigate how an exercise intervention affects health-related physical fitness and inflammatory-related blood factors in obese children after. We hypothesized that there would be positive effects on serum levels of insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1), connecting peptide(C-peptide) and resistin, as well as in muscle and cardiovascular-related physical capacities, after an exercise intervention in obese children. Thirty-seven obese children haveperformed health-related fitness tests and provided blood samples for the analysis of changes in circulating biomarkers, both before and after an 8-week exercise intervention, which includes stretching, aerobic exercise, resistance exercise and sports games. The results indicate that exercise training beneficially affects body compositions, especially percentage body fat and muscle mass, without influencing to body weight and height. The results of the physical fitness tests show that muscle and cardiovascular capacity were increased in obese children in response to exercise training. Simultaneously, the exercise training decreased circulating levels of C-peptide, which equated to a "large" effect size. Although there were no significant effects on the levels of IGF-1 and resistin, they show a "small" effect size. Therefore, our findings suggest that the exercise intervention have beneficial effects on body composition and physical fitness levels in obese children, whichmight be associated with the decline in circulating C-peptide.
