The Verification of Channel Potential using SPICE in 3D NAND Flash Memory (SPICE를 사용한 3D NAND Flash Memory의 Channel Potential 검증)

  • In this paper, we propose the 16-layer 3D NAND Flash memory compact modeling using SPICE. In the same structure and simulation conditions, the channel potential about Down Coupling Phenomenon(DCP) and Natural Local Self Boosting (NLSB) were simulated and analyzed with Technology Computer Aided Design(TCAD) tool Atlas(SilvacoTM) and SPICE, respectively. As a result, it was confirmed that the channel potential of TCAD and SPICE for the two phenomena were almost same. The SPICE can be checked the device structure intuitively by using netlist. Also, its simulation time is shorter than TCAD. Therefore, using SPICE can be expected to efficient research on 3D NAND Flash memory.

  • 많은 기업들이 소프트웨어 프로세스 개선을 위해 SPICE와 CMMI와 같은 소프트웨어 프로세스 모델 및 표준을 도입하고 있다. SPICE를 도입하고 추진하고 과정 속에서 경험은 중요한 역할을 한다. 특히 경험은 프로젝트 참여자들로 하여금 불확실한 상황에서 좀 더 나은 대안을 선택하게 해준다. 과거의 경험을 활용하기 위해서는 경험을 수집하고 분석하고 저장한 후에 활용하기 위한 시스템을 갖추어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 SPICE 경험을 국적하고 활용할 수 있는 SEF(SPICE Experience Factory) 모델을 제안한다. SPICE 심사 결과를 수집하여 루트워드를 사용하여 분석한 후 데이터베이스에 저장하여 웹기반 툴로 개발하였다.

  • 수준 높은 소프트웨어의 품질과 개발, 유지보수 비용의 최소화, 제품 출하시간의 단축을 위하여 소프트웨어 프로세스에 대한 예측, 통제 가능성을 증가시키기 위함이다. 기업이 최고도의 높은 수준에 도달하기 의해서는 정량적인 모델에 의한 프로젝트 관리가 필요하다. 따라서 기업들은 SPICE/CMM와 같은 표준을 사용하여 조직의 프로세스 능력 수준을 평가하고 수준향상을 꾀한다. 조직의 프로세스의 능력을 평가하고 수준향상을 위해서는 신뢰성 있는 SPICE 심사의 심사결과에 대한 객관적인 신뢰성의 보장과 좀더 적은 비용으로 프로세스의 수준향상을 할 수 있는 방법이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 SPICE 심사의 신뢰성을 얻기 위해 CMM/KPA 설문서를 통해 심사하고 SPICE심사의 결과를 비교 분석하여 SPICE심사의 신뢰성을 검증한다. 또한 이를 기반으로 CMM/KPA 설문서의 정량적인 모델을 제안함으로서 좀더 적은 비용과 시간으로 SPICE 심사의 결과와 같은 효과를 얻을 수 있게 한다.

  • With increasing complexity of automotive software it has become important issue in the automotive safety. So, Automotive SPICE process have been proposed to solve this problem. The integrated management system and tools are needed for perform the Automotive SPICE process. It is difficult to adopt an integrated management system and tools because small business are lack of human resource and tools. Therefore, HIS scope items comply with Automotive SPICE minimum requirement should be targeted for the small business. In this paper, an open-source system based on process management tool required to perform the Automotive HIS scope items is proposed. The proposed system can perform the Automotive SPICE HIS scope items are carried and it showed that satisfy the Automotive SPICE HIS scope items.

  • In this paper, we are indicated CMOS Image sensor circuit SPICE analysis for the Photo Diode and pixel Modeling. We get a characteristic of the photoelectric current using a device simulator Medici and develop the Photodiode model for applying a SPICE simulation. For verifying the result, We compared the result of SPICE simulation with the result of mixed mode simulation about the testing circuit structure consisted photodiode and NMOS.

  • 소프트웨어 프로세서 개선(SPI)의 목적은 조직의 소프트웨어 프로세서 능력을 향상시키는데 있다. SPICE 표준의 기본 목표는 소프트웨어 프로세서 개선과 능력수준의 결정이며 적용대상 범위로 ISO 12207에 근거한 프로세스 계획, 관리, 실행, 통제 및 개선에 두고 있다. 본 논문에서는 SPICE 모형의 심사모형 및 참조모형을 분석하고 능력수준과 프로세스들간의 관련성을 조사 하였다. 또한 기존의 SPI모델 CMM과의 비교를 통하여 SPICE에 장점과 향후 방향을 예측하였다.

  • In this paper, an approach of modeling the optical interconnection system by SPICE simulation is presented. SPICE simulations with equivalent circuit models for optical devices are performed in a stable manner. From the simulated results, eye diagrams for receiver output and BER are obtained. Timing jitter due to laser diode turn-on delay effects can be found under various bias conditions. Using this approach, various system parameters such as bit rate, BER, dissipated transmitter power, and bias conditions can be optimized. It is expected that this approach will find useful applications such as Gigabit Ethernet and ATM.

Antibacterial Activity of Powdered Spice against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus (향신료 분말의 Esdcherichia coli 와 Staphylococcus aureus 에 대한 항균작용)

  • Antibacterial activities of powdered spices(garlic , ginger, cinnamon and clove) against pathogenic Escherichia coli )157:H7 and Staphyloccus auresus were investigated. Spice powder was added in was exponetial phase of each bacterial culture . Growth inhibition was determined by the absorbance at 660nm and morphological changes of the cells were observed by transmission electron microscope (TEM). Ginger powder has the highest antibacterial activity, following cinnamon , clove and garlic has the least activity.Growth of Escherichia coli O157:H7 and Staphyloccus aureus were completely inhibited within 5 hours after addition of 1 % of garlic , 0.3% of ginger or cinnamon , 0.5% of clove powder on the exponential phase of the cells. Spice untreated cells of E. coli and S. aureus, the cytoplasm was entirely surrounded by rigid cell wall and cell walls formed a smooth layer well attached to the plasma membrane. In the cells of E. coli and S. aureus treated with spice powder, cell wall and plasma membrane were lysed and severely damaged. E.coli cells growth in the presence of spice powder showed plammolysis, the loss of electron dense material, the formation of extra cellular blebs and cytoplasm burst out from the cell. S .sureus cells grown in the presence of spice powder showed swell of cell wall, the loss of electron dense material , coagulation of cell cytoplasm and formation of extra cellular blebs. Severely damaged cells of S. aureus lost whole cytoplasm and left as ghost of the cell. Spice powder stimulated autolyssi and induced cell death.

Lithofacies and Stable Carbon Isotope Stratigraphy of the Cambrian Sesong Formation in the Taebaeksan Basin, Korea (태백산 분지 캄브리아기 세송층의 암상과 안정 탄소 동위원소 층서)

  • The Sesong Formation, mixed carbonate-siliciclastic deposits of late Middle Cambrian (Series 3) to Furongian in age, in the Taebaeksan Basin shows the Steptoean Positive Carbon Isotope Excursion (SPICE) with the ${\delta}^{13}C$ values ranging from 1.14 to 2.81‰ in the approximately 15-m-thick stratigraphic interval. The SPICE in the Sesong Formation occurs in the lower part of the Paibian Stage which contains trilobite biozones of the Fenghuangella laevis Zone, Prochuangia mansuyi Zone and the lower part of the Chuangia Zone. The Sesong Formation is composed of six lithofacies including laminated mudstone, nodular shale, laminated sandstone, massive sandstone, limestone conglomerate, and limestone-shale couplet facies. The Sesong Formation is known to have been deposited in the outer shelf below storm wave base. The SPICE occurs in the stratigraphic interval associated with highstand systems tract, correlative conformity and transgressive systems tract of the Sesong Formation. The peak carbon isotope value in the SPICE may coincide with the correlative conformity formed by relative sea-level fall. The occurrence of the SPICE in the Sesong Formation suggests that the SPICE can be used as a tool of global correlation for the successions of mixed carbonate-siliciclastics which lack fossils.

  • A method for simulating general characteristics and temperature characteristics of discharging SCR of the capacitor discharge impulse magnetizer-magnetizing fixture system using SPICE is presented. This method has been developed which can aid the design, understanding and inexpensive, time-saving of magnetizing circuit. As the detailed characteristic of magnetizing circuit can be obtained, the efficient design of the magntizing circuit which produce desired magnet will be possible using our SPICE modeling. Especially, computation of the temperature rise of discharging SCR is very important since it gives some indication of thermal characteristic of discharging circuit. It is implemented on a 486 personal computer, and the modeling results are checked against experimental measures. The experimental results have been achived using 305[V] and 607[V] charging voltage, low-energy capacitor discharge impulse magnetizer-magnetizing fixture of air cleaner DC motor.
