해양안전 및 환경보호를 목적으로 하는 국제해사기구(IMO)의 결의서와 협약은 우리나라의 조선업과 해운업에 직접적인 영향을 끼쳐왔기 때문에 산 학 관 협업으로 IMO 의제를 다루기 위한 전문 기관을 설립할 필요가 있다. 이를 위해 기존의 관련 조직과 기능을 새로운 조직으로 통합함으로써 연구원 40명 규모의 '국제해사협력센터'를 설립하고 한국해양수산개발원에 위탁 운영하는 방안을 제시하였다. 조직 운영에 필요한 예산 규모를 산출하고 민간과 공공부문으로부터 재정확보를 위한 현실성 있는 방안 제시와 함께 조직의 영속성 확보를 위해 해사안전법 개정을 제안하였다.

This study classifies the types of spatio-functional differentiation in Korean island areas and analyses typical characters and suggests the development directions by each type. Eup/Myeon-level island areas are classified as six types by the factor analysis and the cluster analysis. First type is the traditional rural center. This type puts emphasis on maintaining phase as the central space and has to maximize development potential of the whole of settlement zone. Second type is the specialized region in manufacturing industry and the qualitative mutual growth of regional industries is able to be suggested. Third type is the specialized region in the neighborhood service provision. This type needs to devise the plan for utilizing potential customers actively and developing into the region specialized in tourism industry. Fourth type is the specialized region in tourism-support service functions. This type has to promote differentiated policies for maintaining amenity infra or value of countryside capital and preservation and utilization of resources by regional features. Fifth type is the fishing industry-dominated region. This type has to promote sustainable fishery development through the policy reflecting regional features and condition. Finally, sixth type is the sluggish region dominated with the traditional agriculture and fishery. This type is needed to aim at developing into the new food production base having the advantage of clean environment by strengthening support in specialized agro-fishery products. The existing researches on spatio-functional differentiation were mostly discussed with respect to land development, but this study highlights the difference in deal with the island areas distinguished from the condition of industry.

본 연구는 디자인비즈니스모델의 관점에서 지역의 전략적 특화산업 재활성화방안을 제안하였다. 지역의 전략적 특화산업을 재활성화하기 위해서는 과거의 전통적인 제조기반 산업구조에서 벗어나 산업체는 시장기반 혹은 디자인기반패러다임으로 전환해야 하고 디자이너는 수동적인 디자인개발관점에서 벗어나 능동적으로 디자인개발을 통해 산업체에 제안함으로써 디자인 주도적인 산업구조를 유도하여야 한다. 즉, 디자인중심의 시장지향적 산업전개를 통해 전략적 특화산업의 재창출이 가능하다. 이러한 산업구조의 형성은 디자이너가 디자인비즈니스적인 관점에서 접근하고 또한 산업시스템 내에서 의뢰 받은 디자인에 대한 개발의 수동적인 관점이 아닌 능동적인 역할을 수행할 때 가능하다. 이러한 개념을 제안하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 디자인비즈니스의 개념을 제안하고 이러한 개념을 담양군의 죽세산업에 적용하여 사례연구를 추진하였다. 사례연구를 통하여 디자이너는 주도적으로 디자인개발을 추진하고 산업체탐색과 생산아웃소싱업체의 탐색등 사업추진체제를 구축하는데 주도적인 역할을 수행하며 이에 따라 판매 로열티와 생산로열티 등 다양한 수입원천을 통해 수익을 창출 할 수 있는 가능성을 제안하였다. 아울러 이러한 디자인주도적인 산업전개에 따라 산업체는 시장에서의 성공가능성을 높일 수 있다고 제안하고 있다.

The current hospital industry is showing relatively low profitability in comparison with other industries due to the low medical fees and high costs. Therefore, our government presented the direction of improvement through model execution and support of the specialized hospitals. However, it is estimated that the specialized hospitals also will show differentiated management performances in accordance with their specialized fields due to the characteristics of medical treatment. Therefore, this study had attempted an analysis on the financial index in accordance with the weight of medical treatment items for the rehabilitative medicine department among the whole hospital groups through getting out of analyzing financial indices of individual hospitals centered at their costs. For this p개pose, this study had carried out its research by partially reciting the study on the plan for utilizing participations of private health resources to expand rehabilitative medicine services into the private people of the Korea Health Industry Development Institute(KHIDI). As its results, it was shown that the stability, profitability, activity and productivity of hospitals with high weight of medical treatment for the rehabilitative medicine department were lower than those for the general hospitals. To support smooth operations of these hospitals 'with high weight of medical treatment for the rehabilitative medicine department or of specialized rehabilitation hospitals, it is judged that the plan such as the support for hospital management fund and the additional recognition on the rehabilitative fees, etc. together with the actualization of medical fees must be provided for the institutions which are providing rehabilitative medical services more than the fixed percentage and being equipped with the sufficient medical equipment and personnel to do them.

본 연구에서는 공업계 특성화고등학교 컴퓨터 계열 학과 학생들에게 라즈베리파이를 활용하여 인공지능 프로그래밍에 대한 내용을 교육할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 교육 프로그램을 만들기 위하여 학교 현장과 산업 현장에 종사하는 전문가들에게 조언을 받아서, 기존 연구와 요구사항에 대하여 분석하고 주차별 학습 계획을 설계하였고, 교재를 개발한 후 수업을 진행하였다. 연구 대상의 수가 많지 않은 이유로, 학생들을 대상으로 인터뷰를 진행하였고, 교사 관찰일지를 정리한 결과도 함께 제시하여 질적 연구결과를 도출하였다. 주요 인터뷰 결과로는 수업을 통하여 인공지능 분야에 대한 관심이 높아진 것은 사실이지만, 여전히 학습 내용은 어렵다는 반응이 많았다. 교사 관찰일지에서는 정보/컴퓨터 교사는 산업 현장의 최신 경향을 놓치지 않아야 한다는 내용이 주를 이루었다. 본 연구를 통하여 공업계 특성화고등학교에서 인공지능 프로그래밍에 대한 비중을 높임으로써, 산업계의 요구에 부응할 수 있는 계기가 마련되었으면 한다.

BLDCMs are widely used in many industries. In certain specialized areas, they need to have high efficiency, high power rate and produce a low volume of noise, etc. In this study, a new type of slotless BLDCM is proposed that has no cogging torque, low iron loss and low volume as compared to commonly used BLDCMs. With a high performance magnet and coreless compact winding structure similar to those employed in linear synchronous motors, motor volume is reduced. The proposed motor has been put been through various experiments arid has demonstrated acceptable results for industry applications.

Creation village is to house diverse programs to complete the master plan which was established 13 years ago. The project was asked to envision the second stage leap of the college and also house programs related to the specialized creative activities with dormitory. The site is located right next to the main gate, so the project has very strong and symbolic image by its location. Therefore, the project is to carry out the college philosophy in education and also work with ideas of connection and separation with required diverse programs.

애니메이션 관련, 영화, 게임 산업은 세계적으로 증가하는 대중수요에 맞추어 그 시장 규모가 급격히 성장하고 있다. 메이저급 제작 스튜디오의 제작과정도 보다 세분화, 전문화되어 가고 있으며, 그 방대한 규모에 따른 경영 및 관리의 부담을 느끼게 되었다. 이에 따라, 메이져 스튜디오의 작업과정의 일부를 전문적으로 수행하는 독립적인 전문 스튜디오가 북미와 유럽을 중심으로 늘어나는 추세에 있으며, 기존 기능적 역할 뿐 아니라 이를 연계한 비즈니스 모델을 구축하며, 그 영역을 확장하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 디지털 컨셉아트를 중심으로 하는 전문 스튜디오를 연구 대상으로 하여, 그 특성에 대해 비교 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해, 첫째, 디지털 컨셉아트에 대한 개념정의와 전체 프로덕션에서의 기능적, 예술적 특성, 그리고 이를 연계한 비즈니스에 대해 문헌과 온라인을 중심으로 고찰하였다. 이를 바탕으로, 둘째, '컨셉아트 서비스', '자체 브랜드 비즈니스/커뮤니케이션', '교육서비스'의 3가지 특성을 도출하였으며, 셋째, 이 3가지 특성을 기준으로, 3개의 컨셉아트 스튜디오 Atomhawk (영국), FengZhu Design (싱가폴), Studio Gage(한국)를 대상으로 사례조사 하여 분석 하였다. 마지막으로, 앞선 문헌조사와 사례연구를 종합하여 비교 분석하였다. 본 연구를 통해, 전문성을 바탕으로 한 컨셉아트 스튜디오는 관련 콘텐츠 개발, 마켓팅 등 적극적인 비즈니스 전략을 통해 새로운 시장의 수요를 유도하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 본 연구를 통해, 새로이 형성되는 전문 스튜디오 시장의 세계적 흐름에 대한 이해와 이를 바탕으로, 차후 국내 전문 스튜디오의 경쟁력 제고를 위한 참고자료로 제시하는데 그 의의가 있다 하겠다.

본 연구에서는 청주시에 새로 건립되는 도서관을 만화특화도서관으로 건립하는 것을 제안하며, 최고의 복합문화공간 구성으로 지역주민의 정보활용능력 및 미래역량 강화에 기여할 수 있도록 하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 만화·웹툰 특화도서관 조성 기초조사 및 현황 분석을 기반으로 만화·웹툰 특화도서관 조성계획을 제안하고자 하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 만화·웹툰 특화도서관의 청주시에 만화·웹툰특화도서관을 설립하는 것의 근거와 타당성을 구체적으로 제시하였다. 둘째, 만화·웹툰 특화도서관의 비전, 사명, 역할과 기능 등을 구체적으로 제안하였다. 연구 결과를 근거로 청주시에 만화·웹툰특화도서관을 건립하게 된다면, 이 도서관은 지역 랜드마크로서의 도서관이 될 것이고, 지역 특색 및 관광자원으로서의 도서관이 될 수 있을 것이다. 또한, 만화·웹툰 창작과 체험을 위한 다양한 정보서비스 제공을 위한 시설, 설비 등 공간을 제공함으로써 미래 산업을 이끌어 가는 인재 양성에도 기여할 수 있을 것이라고 본다.

Micro Electrochemical Machining(Micro ECM) has traditionally been used in highly specialized fields such as those of the aerospace and defense industries. It is now increasingly being applied in other industries where parts with difficult-to-cut material, complex geometry and tribology such as compute. hard disk drive(HDD) are required. Pulse Electrochemical Micro-machining provides an economical and effective method for machining high strength, high tension, heat-resistant materials into complex shapes such as turbine blades of titanium and aluminum alloys. Usually aluminum alloys are used bearings to hard disk drive in computer. In order to apply aluminum alloys to bearing used in hard disk drive, this paper presents the characteristics of Micro ECM for aluminum alloy.
