The primary purpose of this study was to develop performance evaluation indices for measuring the results of the work and performance of the career exploration support centers. For the study, First, to describe the current status of the management system across the 228 centers, examine the staff's perceptions of the current evaluation method and system of each center, and analyze the needs of measuring indices of each center for its performance evaluation, a cross-sectional survey method was employed. Second, relevant literature was reviewed. Next, measurement indices were developed employing the Delphi method with a panel of 15 experts in developing instruments of accomplishment. Based upon the conclusion of this study, The measurement indices developed in this study focuses on the core measurement indices. These indices include a checkbox of necessary and unnecessary in each item so that each local department of education or each center can select indicating items (indices) according to its own needs. The newly developed measurement indices consists of four domains to assess: (1) Institutional competencies-goals, budget, system, and resources, (2) Practitional competences-qualities of programs, administration of experiential career program providers, promotion of centers and programs, management of human resources such as instructors or guides, and establishment of community-center cooperative networking system, (3) Accomplishments-finding new experiential career program providers, the number of participants such as schools and students, reciprocal system, and the degree of participants' satisfaction with the center and programs, and (4) specialized indicators-extra scores for center-based specialized programs.
We should treat carefully the one related to human rights among a large number of decision-making in our daily lives. As it is necessary to obtain physical evidences in the process of criminal investigation for solving a certain crime based on the principle of evidence, it leads to an increase in demand for forensic science and forensic geology. Forensic geology could be regarded as a fusion discipline of geology and forensic investigation and it is principally concerned to the study on the connection of a suspect and a crime scene with soil evidence which could be experimented using geological data and methods. So these results could be used as valuable information in a court. After its academic foundation has been builded since the last 1970s, its research objects have been expanded from soil evidence like rocks, minerals, soils, sediments to sociocultural, political, military and medical objects like ancient relics, mines, corpses. Its role is expanded from the simple finding of a particular location to the examination of archaeological theories and historical facts, the testimony of the cause of environmental pollution and the chronic demonstration of geological distribution of plants and anthropological origination. And these bring this discipline promptly to accept developed geological methodologies and to satisfy various forensic geological needs. Specialized forensic investigation institutes work actively for the R&D activities of forensic geology. In Korea, national institute of scientific investigation works a small part of forensic geological activities in total activities of forensic investigation. In conclusion, we concern to the importance of systematic discussion of building in proper position of forensic geology through its R&D methods, application cases of its performance and etc. based on geological characteristics in our country by a specialized geoscience institute.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify nurse's role through job analysis of nursing duties for nurses working on East Asia traditional medicine wards. Methods: Major steps in the study included a literature review, description of job activities of nurses on oriental medicine wards, comparative description of the literature, expert tests of validity of derived duties and tasks, and investigation of importance, difficulty and frequency of duties on job list. Results: The job of nurses on oriental medicine wards was classified into 12 duties, 59 tasks, and 295 task elements. The 12 duties were nursing assessment, nursing diagnosis, nursing planning, nursing implementation, nursing evaluation, supplies management, management of human resources, management of environment, management of documents, formation of cooperative relationships, self-development, and nursing activity in oriental medicine. 'Formation of cooperative relationships' was the duty ranked highest for importance (4.34), 'self-development' was ranked highest for difficulty (3.47), and 'Formation of cooperative relationships' was ranked highest for frequency (4.21). Conclusion: Basic education for nurses on an oriental medicine unit is necessary for the performance of oriental nursing to be considered as a specialized field. This study contributes to human resource management in the oriental medical hospital.
This study profoundly analyzed cultural welfare workers to find out how they command a strategy of empowerment according to types of action. The analysis result shows that cultural welfare workers perceive cultural welfare as an unstable human service job. Activity types of cultural welfare workers can largely be categorized into professional workers and vocational workers, and they are two extremes and continuum at the same time. On this account, a strategy of empowerment depends on types of action conducted by cultural welfare workers. There are accelerative elements that boost empowerment strategies positively and there are impediment elements that work adversely. These cultural welfare workers are making suggestion to prepare an official requirement for them to be acknowledged as a specialized worker and to increase various types of educational spectrum to meet their level. This study has significance for providing basic data for education, supervision, and policy for training human resources in future.
As a hospital environment is reconstructed from supplier-centered values to consumer-centered ones for the existence in the rapidly changing medical market, it can be said that not only must old slogans such as unconditional restructuring, remodelling, etc. be reconsidered, but a new strategy for the development and renovation of a hospital must be urgently required. Accordingly, development of customer-oriented practical strategies is needed and it appears possible to develop marketing and manage contacts, as a practical management strategy, for raising satisfaction of internal and external customers. The ultimate goal of such strategy development may be to ensure consistent potential development by maintenance of existing customers and securing new customers through a strategy of satisfying both existing and new customers. It appears that the competition in the medial will be keener in the future by human resources, members of an organization, Under these circumstances, and in relation to appearance of a new type of occupation of a coordinator, if a hospital could offer appropriate service which can meet the demand of the customers by efficiently utilizing the limited resources through efficient management of contacts between the customers and personnel, the competitive power of a hospital would be much stronger. Therefore, it is necessary to seek customer-impressing management by utilizing a coordinator as a more specialized intermediary as well as many-sided contact management through positive introduction of an expert coordinator system for internal and external customer contact management. It is expected that a hospital can secure a competitive advantage in the market through strategy development supported by an expert coordinator and increasing competitive power by means of practice of a developed creative strategy.

This study was performed in order to to suggest the library service direction and program provision method for single-person households in the Seoul Public Library. by analyzing the current status of the operation of public services and library services for domestic and foreign single-person households and the results of the survey on perception of library users and experts. As a result, the suggested library service direction for single-person households was proposed to secure and provide information resources closely related to the lives of single-person households, and establish a support center in charge of services to utilize human resources efficiently with local libraries, and create a user-centered facility infrastructure including single-person households away from the material-oriented library, provide regional specifications and customised services based on the characteristics and distribution of single-person households. In addition, the reading culture program for single-person households believes that social activities support for vulnerable single-person households, social ties, care, volunteer work, leisure and cultural activities are more necessary than anything else, and proposed specialized library services and programs for young, middle-aged, and female single-person households.
Purpose - This study aims to derive directions and implications for improving performance in operating agrifood export organizations by identifying significant performance impact factors. Research design, data, and methodology - A seemingly unrelated regression (SUR) model was estimated using data from a survey conducted among 120 exporters including 16 leading export organizations. In the SUR estimation, the export volume and price are used as dependent variables and securing the quantity of products ordered and exported, quality management, and marketing activities are considered as explanatory variables for the operation performance. Results - The amount of farmer education, the manpower in charge of marketing, and the interaction terms between whether or not they belong to a leading export organization and the item dummy for mushrooms have a significant impact on the export volume where the export volume is specified as a dependent variable. The export volume is greater with a greater amount of farmer education and greater manpower in charge of marketing from the perspective of quality management. When the export price is estimated as a dependent variable, the manpower in charge of marketing is shown to have a significant impact on the export price. Conclusions - The government needs to strengthen its support of the performance of agrifood export organizations. The analysis indicates that the education of and consulting with farmers, and the manpower number in charge of marketing are key factors in the operation performance of export organizations. Therefore, supporting the export organizations in expanding their human resources in charge of marketing can increase the export volumes for agrifoods. Given, however, that the export volume associated with joint payments, human resources specialized in quality management, and the amount of participation in export exhibitions are not significant factors, it is essential to improve the supporting policies for those areas. The manpower in charge of marketing from the perspective of marketing has a significant impact on both the export volume and export price. Thus, we identify this as the most important category that should be supported to enhance performance in export organizations.
This research is involved in looking into the cognition pattern of social worker position of a fourth-year student majoring in Social Welfare. The purpose of this research is to offer a basic data needed for education of the students who are preparing to get a job of a social worker. For this, applying Q methodology, this research made an objective analysis of their subjective response to social worker position targeting the 30 students in the department of social welfare at the four-year-course college located in Gyeongsangbuk-do and Gyeongsangnam-do. The research results showed that the cognition pattern of the college students' occupational view on social welfare position could be categorized into the three; The first pattern is a "job-skeptic & reality-evasive" type, who tends to perceive the position of a social worker as the one having a lot of job exhaustion and much workload, showing a pessimistic view on the meaning or a sense of mission of a social worker position. The second pattern is a "practice-centered & specialized-job-seeking type" who tends to think much of practical aspects of a social worker job and to seek after the position of a social worker as a specialized job, and at the same time to rely on the policy or system for a social worker position. The third pattern is a "value-oriented & self-achievement type", who tends to think much of the necessity of value or ethics in putting social welfare into practice and also to make much of self-achievement through the channel of a social welfare worker position. Taken together, it might be possibile to turn out professional human resources, but this research thinks it is more necessary to place the education of values of a social welfare worker.

It is searched that 56 out of 185 university libraries(30.2%) has adopted 'subject specialization' organization. This 'subject specialization' emerged when university libraries began to care about their users and services for them more than other factors in planning and structuring their organization. The number of university libraries which try to adopt that organization has been continuously increasing. To settle 'subject specialization' in the university libraries under Korea's proper condition and to maximize its effect, each library should consider one's own conditions and step the reasonable procedure in adopting that system. Considering the similar condition which the university libraries in Korea face such as shortage of material support, 'Mixed Model of subject specialization" is reasonable, which means in whole structure of library function-oriented organization is adopted and in Reference Service, subject specialization is adopted. However, the ideal and final destination of Korea's university libraries is the adoption of 'Full subject specialized model": it can be reached when they are supported by sufficient human resources and good conditions.

This study aims to analyze knowledge extension and diffusion trend among industries through technological convergence in non-Capital rural areas. A case of Sunchang, Korea examines knowledge extension trend of fermented soy product manufacturing industry. Patent application data are used to make technology convergence analysis and knowledge network analysis. Patent analysis results show that there are differences of knowledge extension trend between the whole country and Sunchang. Technologies of fermented soy product manufacturing in Sunchang is inclined to extend toward technologies related to fermented microorganism. Contrary to the whole country, knowledge extension in rural area like Sunchang is converged to technologies suitable for specialized but limited regional assets and human resources. Core actors of knowledge network of fermented soy product manufacturing in Sunchang are mainly public organizations such as local government, universities, and agencies or institutes. Recently technology sharing and extension is likely to occur through the cooperation between associative corporations and public organizations.
