CO2 고정 탈황석고를 사용한 슬래그 시멘트의 기초적 특성 (Basic Characteristics of Slag Cement using CO2 Fixed Desulfurized Gypsum)

  • 본 연구에서는 CO2 고정화 탈황석고(CFBG)의 건조온도에 따른 기초 물성 및 슬래그 시멘트의 자극재로 활용 가능성을 검토하였으며, 콘크리트 배합 시험을 통한 성능평가를 진행하였다. CFBG의 주요 성분은 CaO 및 SO3로 나타났으며 건조온도가 증가함에 따라 CaO 및 SO3가 증가하였다. 미건조 CFBG는 함수율이 15.7 %로 나타났으며 건조온도 85 ℃는 1.7 %, 105℃ 는 0.03 %로 나타났다. CFBG를 사용한 모르타르는 건조온도 증가에 따라 플로값이 저하하는 경향이었으며 압축강도는 FGB 사용 배합과 동등 수준을 나타냈다. CFBG SC를 사용 콘크리트 실험 결과 슬럼프 및 공기량은 60분 경과 후 모두 목표 범위를 만족하였으며, 압축강도는 일반 3성분계 배합 대비 전반적으로 증가하는 경향이었다.

  • The Act on the Punishment of Serious Accidents to Prevent Large-scale Disasters, including Ferry Sewol and Taean Thermal Power Plant, passed the National Assembly on January 8, 2021, and has been in effect since January 27, 2022. However, the law, in which the representative of the headquarters is unlimitedly responsible for each worker's accident, is somewhat unreasonable at a time when a company owns dozens to hundreds of construction sites due to the nature of the construction industry. I agree with the purpose of enacting the law to reduce chronic serious accidents at construction sites, but it is necessary to carefully reconsider the implementation of the law in that punishment alone cannot achieve industrial safety. Previous studies focused on revising the Occupational Safety and Health Act, but there are few studies on the impact on the construction industry after the implementation of the Serious Accident Act. Therefore, this study attempts to derive problems related to the application of the Serious Accident Act and present improvement measures. To this end, after analyzing previous studies, SWOT analysis was performed by applying the Delphi method to derive strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. In addition, the results of two surveys of safety experts such as public institutions, academia, and companies were reflected, and its countermeasures were presented as follows. S/O strategy: establishing on-site execution capabilities of health and safety management system; W/O strategy: expanding legal and system execution checks; S/T strategy: establishing a risk response system; W/T strategy: expanding consulting by external specialized institutions

A Trend Analysis on the Research of Clothing Construction in Korea - for the recent ten years ($1996{\sim}2005$) -

  • The purpose of this research is to propose the scientific and rational establishment of research projects and directions for research by analyzing the research trends on clothing construction. The 689 papers in the field of clothing construction are selected among 5433 papers published within the recent ten years (1996-2005) in Journal of the Korean Home Economics Association, Journal of the Korean Society of Clothing and Textiles, Journal of the Korean society of costumes, Research Journal of the Costume Culture, Journal of the Korean Society of Clothing Industry and Journal of Fashion Business. The trend of researches on clothing construction is analyzed by classifying the topics by design, body type, pattern, size of apparel, fitting of clothing, protective clothing and functional clothing, and the others, and the results are as follows. The frequency order of the studies in the field of clothing construction is body type (32%) > pattern (24%) > size of apparel (13%) > protective clothing and functional clothing (10%) > the others (8%) > design-related clothing construction (6%) > fitting of clothing (4%) > sewing (3%). The major areas of research are body types, pattern, and sizes resulting from them. Most of researches are focused on women, and researches on men are relatively lacking. In addition to the deficiency of men-related research, Moreover, researches on characteristics of body types and on corresponding sizes of consumers in the target countries of export are necessary when the reality of Korean clothing and fashion industry that depends more on foreign demand than domestic demand is considered. For production of segmented and specialized results from clothing construction research, related tools such as CAD, 3D shape systems and dress form should be developed and utilized to contribute to precision of research results.

  • The construction industry highly depends on each specialized manager which is essential to successful project. However, a new employee, who has just graduated from architectural engineering college, is requested additional education for 1~2 years such as On-the-Job-Training (O.J.T) to perform his/her professional job in construction site. It is wasteful for both construction company and the employee in terms of time and cost. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the required abilities and analyze the gap of demanded abilities between field managers and students. To collect data for analysis, questionnaire which uses Likert Scale has been performed to both parts. As a result, the analysis show that the graduate's abilities related to field experience get especially low degrees in compare with non-field experience factors. These results will contribute architectural engineering education in college to make more realized.

원양어업 전용부두 개설 앞두고;-원양업 거듭나기 구상 - (The Revitalization of Deep-sea Fishery Through the Construction of Fish-Pier)

  • Pusan is the largest fishing port in Korea, and deals with more than I million ton of fish catches annually, including catches of coastal and off-shore fisheries as well as those of deep-sea fishery. However, it hen had no fishing port facilities specialized fer deep-sea fishery since it started 30 years ago. Economic and physical losses resulting from this have teen enormous. Although fishing port facilities are a part of infra-structures built by Governments, the construction of them has been delayed due to financial difficulties of Central or local governments. To overcome this harsh situation to which deep-sea fishery cooperations faced, some cooperations have decided to construct fishing port facilities including fish-pier specialized for deep-sea fishery in Gamcheon port. The construction expenses of these facilities were financed by private funds to which they themselves jointly contributed. As a result, a fish-[pier, which has the capacity of serving one fishing vessel of 10, 000 ton or four of 5, 000 ton or four of 1, 000 ton at the same time, will be opened in here by 1994. The paper examines the master plan to revitalize the deep-sea fisheries industry in a deep depression with the opening of these physical facilities. The framwork of the plan is pursued in two different aspects, which are both hardware and software. In a hardware aspect, the plan in to develop Pusan into a city which is suitable for one of the best fishing ports in the world. That is, it is to develop the city into a place famous for sightseeing as well as the distribution and processing of fish-products centering around fish-piers. On the other hand, in a software aspet, it is regarding improvement of the distribution system of fish-products. One way to do that is to make up some deficiencies of the current system of a producers' joint sale. And the other is to establish an exchange of fish-products futures. Through these institutions, we could abrsorb speculative funds, which would otherwise be invested in speculation on fish-products, into productive investment opportunities, We believe that if the plan is realized, the deep-sea fishery in Korea will revive from a long-tasted depression and make progress to become one of the mai industries of Korea.

민간경호업의 질적 발전 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Qualitative Improvement of Private Security Industrial)

  • The suggestions that follow are about the Qualitative Improvement of private security Industrial. First, in legal and institutional policy, new establishment by law for private security and more support from government is asked. Moreover, the restructuring or M&A between petty companies and the pricing for security service should be performed. Second, in the structural aspect of private security industry, the professional education center for private security guards should be established and the terms of payment and welfare should be improved to the level above standard. In addition, it should be achieved to change the public to have a new and correct understanding of private security and develope the specialized parts suited to the characteristic and ability of each companies. Third, the construction of operating system for private security service should be achieved; recruit system for competent security guards, marketing strategy and enforcement system, widely known confidence to client, normal training system for security guards and post management system for client. This is also to be suited to the characteristic of each companies.

4년제 대학의 패션관련학과 교과과정 비교분석: 한국, 미국, 영국, 일본, 홍콩를 중심으로 (Analysis of fashion Curriculum in 4-year Colleges : Cross-national Comparison of Korea, USA, UK, Japan, & Hong Kong)

  • This study analyzed the curricula of fashion related majors at 4-year colleges in the USA, UK, Japan and Hong Kong as well as in Korea and compared the characteristics of the Korean curriculum with those of the four countries. A total of 124 curricula from 103 colleges were collected. Courses were divided into eight categories (including industry and market information; materials; merchandise planning; design; production; distribution and selling; basics; and consumption) representing the production and distribution process of fashion business. There were differences in course offerings among the five countries. Overall, curricula in Korea emphasized design and production (construction) areas and showed not much differentiation among colleges. While industry and market information, merchandise planning, and production (management) areas were emphasized in the USA , differentiation/specialization by major was observed . UK and Hong Kong had well-specialized curricula by major Japan seemed to offer traditional and consumption oriented courses. Based on the findings, some propositions for the Korean fashion curriculum were discussed.

  • Information technologies centered on the internet in the area of shipbuilding and marine engineering further incur the needs to increase the flexibility of the organization, the dispersion of work process, and the use of out sourcing, as well as the globalization of related market. In near future, electronic commerce and concurrent engineering based on CALS/EC and the Internet will be an integral part of the environment and upon these changes, ship design and construction will become a computer supported cooperative work of many dispersed and specialized groups. As the means of active response to these environmental changes, many new concepts such as digital shipbuilding, virtual shipyard, and simulation based design are appearing. In this paper, the concept and current status of digital manufacturing in general manufacturing industry will be reviewed. Then, related technologies, area of application and methods of digital manufacturing in shipbuilding and marine industries are presented. In addition, virtual assembly simulation system for shipbuilding(VASSS), a tool for crane operability and block erection simulation in virtual dock based on 3D product model, will be introduced.

  • 일반적으로 건설사업관리는 발주자를 위한 방식과 시공자를 위한 방식으로 구분되고 있으나 현재 국내에서는 사업관리 기능을 포함한 감리를 중심으로 대부분의 프로젝트가 진행되고 있는 실정이다. 이로 인하여 사업참여자간의 업무관리가 복잡하고 감리자 및 건설사업관리자가 효율적인 사업관리업무를 수행하는데 어려움이 있다. 따라서 전문화되고 체계적인 사업관리절차를 포함한 통합사업관리시스템의 활용이 어느 때보다 절실히 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 전주월드컵경기장의 CM사례를 통해 현행 CM업무의 현장적용상의 문제점을 분석한 후 통합사업관리시스템과 CM의 발전방향을 구체적으로 제시하는 동시에 현장 CM에 대한 개념구축, CM업무 수행 지침서 작성 등의 현장 건설사업관리업무의 향후 발전방향을 제시하고자 한다.

  • Energy consumption has been increased world widely, and the energy retain is one of the most important economic alternatives. These tendencies expand the nuclear power plants not only quantitatively but also qualitatively. Despite of the increasing construction of nuclear power plants and related facilities, every system in main control room(MCR) has been designed and administered solely based on the safety-first principles because of the specificity of nuclear industry. However, recent main control rooms started with the concept that the operators' performance could be optimized though the organic interrelation between human, machine, and environments. Now, it has been recognised in the scope of Ergonomics and Space Design which acknowledge our living spaces as Man-Environment Interface and this change connotes the MCR spaces should be special spaces rather than ordinary spaces. This research investigated domestic and foreign nuclear power plants' MCRs to suggest basic alternatives which can be applied to future MCR. With the review of characteristics of MCR, an integration of interior design, lighting and Ergonomics was explored and classified as types. Futhermore, the classification of environmental characteristics within the relationships between human, machine, and environments was developed through the case analysis of nuclear power plants. The results of this study will provide a basis of space design for system environments that the high level of safety and function are extremely important.
