This research studied E-Biz strategy based on the types of internet shopping-mall and user group. This study classified types of internet user into suffer group, searcher group, and confusion group according to navigation characteristics. The types of internet shopping-mall were divided into total directed mall, total mediated mall, special directed mall, and special mediated mall. The empirical study revealed that the intention of purchase has positive relationship with the assurance of e-SERVQUAL. Mediated type shopping-mall had higher market share than directed type in the use of internet shopping-mall. Suffer group was the target market of total mediated shopping-mall. Users of this group considered importantly the trust of e-SERVQUAL. Searcher group targeted special mediated shopping-mall. They had significant consideration to the responsiveness of e-SERVQUAL. Confusion group targeted direct shopping-mall. These groups had important consideration to the assurance of e-SERVQUAL.

The purposes of this study was to identify the dimensions of salesperson's effort and to examine the effect of salesperson's effort on relationship quality and customer intent to relationship continuity of middle upper class older female customers. The subjects used for the study were 202 middle upper class older female customers over 55 years living in Seoul. Factor analysis, paired t-test, multiple regression analysis and path analysis were used for statistics analysis. The results of this study were as follows. First, 5 factors were identified for the dimensions of salesperson's effort in older female customer's perception: attentiveness/product competence/effective access/friendliness/ special treatment. The salesperson's effort perceived most importantly was friendliness. Second, the salesperson's effort perceived by customer had direct and indirect effects on customer intent to relationship continuity; indirect effect mediated by relationship quality was larger than the direct one. Relationship quality was proved to have a crucial role in customer intent to relationship continuity. The influences of dimensions of salesperson's effort were also investigated. The effective access affected considerably on customer intent to relationship continuity.

This paper presents a model for short-term load forecasting using relationship of temperature and load. We made one-day ahead load forecasting model using hourly normalized load and 11 dummy variables that were classified by day characteristics such as day of the week, holiday, and special holiday.

Uniform Computer Information Transactions Act (UCITA) is the first legislative attempt in the world that deals with transaction of digital information. This however gave rise to endless controversies and as of February 10, 2003, its life as the uniform law has expired. There are four kinds of relationships that UCITA regulates for the entities involved in information trading namely, 1) Relationship between licenser and licensee 2) The triangle relationship between dealers, end-user and publisher 3) Relationship between information right transferor and transferee 4) Relationship between financier, licenser and licensee. Amongst these, the most significant one is the triangle relationship amongst the publisher, commonly known as the licenser in the mass market, end-user and dealer. At the essence of the relationship is that the dealers is liable to refund the payment for the information regarding the end user if he/she does not agree with the publisher on the license of the common market. Looking at the relationship between license transferor and transferee, the transfer of license may be prohibited but the special contract must be conspicuously carried out. The relationship financier, licenser and licensee is unique to the United States and is rather unfamiliar to us. UCITA has been criticized for preferentially protecting the benefits of licensers especially when it comes to the specific regulations for the relationship. Therefore, it is not advisable to blindly accept UCITA regulations. However, UCITA does have components that we can utilize in formulating our own digital information trade regulations, save its proprietary nature as an American law and its preferential treatment for licensers.

In this paper sensitivity analysis of temperature on special day electricity demand of land and Jeju Island is performed. The basic electricity demand per 3 hours is defined as electricity demand that reflects the GDP effect without the temperature influence. The temperature sensitivity per 3 hours is calculated through the relationship between special day electricity demand normalized to basic electricity demand and temperature. In the future, forecast error will be improved if the temperature sensitivity per 3 hours is applied to the special day load forecasting.

This study was performed to examine the strategy method for the sustainable stability and effectiveness of small and medium hospital, where the relationship between perceptual satisfaction and expectation factors for special hospital was analyzed. The structural questionnaire was given to the residents of Busan and Gyungnam over the age of 20 and the square contingency and the logistical regression were employed for the analysis of the results. First, the respondent with 68.0% has realized the hospital claiming to be characterization as the special hospital and the Ministry of Health and Welfare designated hospital was identified to the respondent of 21.3%. Second, perceptual satisfaction with expectation level was satisfied to the most visitor in case of visiting special hospitals with subjective perception and was confirmed to the intention of revisiting consistently. Third, for the perceptual satisfaction of visiting with expectation level, the safety and the quality of treatment affected significantly the cause-and-effect. The result has provided the useful information with the establishment of a strategy for the long-term and continued effect through the perceptual satisfaction and the emotional attachment.

To clarify the relationship between the medical supply(medical persons and goods) and the use of bed, the author has made comparison among OECD 24 countries. Per Capita Bed-days can be divided into Average Length of Stay and Admission Rate, and these three variables were regressed upon both In-patient Care Beds of all medical institutions including acute somatic, psychiatric, special, nursing homes and other long-term care and Share of Total Health Employment in Total Employment. The result of regression analysis shows a statistically significant positive relationship between In-patient Care Beds and Average Length of Stay, and negative relationship between Share of Total Health Employment and Admission Rate. In addition to Ordinary Least Square(OLS) estimation, amended Bounded Influence Estimation(BIE) was also made to adjust the influence of outliers. Japan shows a very large number of In-patient Care Beds and a very low Share of Total Health Employment, and this medical situation is judged to have close relation to her long Average Length of Stay and low Admission Rate.

Phylogeny is the evolutionary history of a group or the lineage of organisms and is reconstructed based on morphological, molecular and other characteristics. The genealogical relationship of a group of taxa is often expressed as a phylogenetic tree. The difficulty in categorizing the phylogeny is mainly due to the existence of frequent homoplasies that deceive observers. At the present time, cladistic analysis is believed to be one of the most effective methods of reconstructing a phylogenetic tree. Excellent computer program software for phylogenetic analysis is available. As an example, cladistic analysis was applied for nematode genera of the family Acuariidae, and the phylogenetic tree formed was compared with the system used currently. Nematodes in the genera Nippostrongylus and Heligmonoides were also analyzed, and the validity of the reconstructed phylogenetic trees was observed from a zoogeographical point of view. Some of the theories of parasite evolution were briefly reviewed as well. Coevolution of parasites and humans was discussed with special reference to the evolutionary relationship between Enterobius and primates.

This study investigated factors influencing consumers' switching behavior in apparel purchasing situation. As customer switching behavior is getting more and more important, a considerable amount of researches have focused on how service providers acquire and sustain customers. The field of customers' switching behavior has been relatively well researched over the years, at least from the perspective of the cultural value(Chemyen). The purpose of this study is to understand customer' switching behavior to relationship benefits and Chemyeon. The sample was consisted on 182 females over 20 years old living in Ulsan and Gyungnam province. The data was analyzed by frequency, reliability, factor analysis, and structural equation model analysis. Findings showed that Chemyeon was shown to reduce customer' switching behavior. Also, three factors of relationship benefits(economic benefit, social·psychological benefit, and special treatment benefit) had negative effects on customer' switching behavior.
