A lot of local governments are trying to develop and brand the regional unique resources as a digital contents because of focusing on the intangible value of it's culture and economy of cultural industry. But every cultual contents business is not always successful. It must be successful on the condition that the cooperation of local government including citizens and private company's participation should make this business a good model of continuous potential growth power. The most important factor of it's business will be the realization of stable plan based on the design of business and carefully throughout plan. The other key factors are the analysis of the objective source and current market demands, the development of contents and story telling. Also the development of strategy of the content including OSMD(One-Source Multi-Device) and OSMU(One-Source Multi-Use) through the step analysis of the result must take into consideration. With the help of analyzing the successful cultural model "Honggildong cultual content business in Jangseong, Jeonnam" which is the representative case of OSMD and OSMU, this study attempts to suggest the successful strategy of regional culture resource brand. In order to provide a typical approach to the local government and cultural content industry which is trying to brand the regional cultual resource, this study researches the analysis of the development of Honggildong cultural resources and it's process step by step which was already finished it's first business stage.

The study explores how Korea's major newspaper cover about science news, especially how newspaper frame biotechnology news including new source, news construction ways, coverage trend. The research has a research design to find out coverage pattern or model with frame theory. The result shows that the newspaper has some aspect of frame through out the biotechnology development in the section, theme, source, complexity. The section has been expend to the society and international section, while the theme shift from disease or cancer cure to life itself, genome, or stem cell. In the complexity, the biotechnology news stories have been developed a story plot (event-problem-development-solution). In the climax, the news coverage focuses on the explanation of biotechnology news.

A decision-theretic concept is introduced to investigate whether targets of interest in array sensor systems are present at some steering direction or not. The solutions to this problem are described as a set of discrete numbers 0 or 1 corresponding to the direction under consideration. This coded number representation is transplanted in the optimisation technique based on the Hopfield neural network, which may provide an easy understanding of determining the direction of arrival (DOA) of sources. Difficulties encountered in using the conventional state schemes of Hopfield neural network models are addressed and their related issues are raised. To deal with them, an idea that a neuron that decreases more energy difference for its state change of 0 to 1can have higher priority in the order of state transition than others is introduced. This does not only lead to an new state update scheme but also opens a different story in comparison to previous work. To cast the perspectives of the proposed approach and illustrate its effectiveness in source direction finding in array sensor system. simulation results and related discussions are presented in this paper.

The purpose of this study is to comprehend the retired elderly person's experience of library using the narrative inquiry method proposed by Clandinin and Cornelly. I intended to grasp the details of the several changes that library use brings to the lives. It was also to examine the meanings of the experiences for their lives. For this purpose, three elderly retirees using public libraries in Seoul were selected as research participants. I interviewed their experiences and constructed field text from interview. Based on the field text, the story of the participants was reconstructed into research text which is form of novels, essays, and letters. Their experience in using libraries was interpreted as a source of regular life, fun and vitality, a treasure house for dreaming new life, a source of consolation to endure old age. And I found some common points within their narrative that they seek for a healthy life through reading books. The results of this study are expected to be useful for expanding the understanding of the public library's elderly users and to be used as basic data for service improvement.

The historical drama played on TV in 2003, Daejanggeum is originally based on the short historical record of lady doctor of the palace from the [Jungjong record] of Josun. The drama mixed fiction and historic record well together draw enormous interest and became a novel, musical and animation for children. Also the location of shooting drama became a theme park to attract travelers and the name 'Daejanggeum' was used for products to create great additional value. Most of all, the drama then was exported to overseas and became the representing drama of Korea. Therefore, drama is the representing piece that proved the success of historic data with its application as various modern cultural contents. The analysis of success reason of showed the creation of new modern woman character, fresh selection of the item that suits well in the time of desiring wellbeing, the strong drama scenario with different story development compared to previous historic drama. Also, it used 'one source multi use' method prior to the broadcasting and prepared production of various cultural contents. This success of Daejanggeum means a lot from the point of 'modern acceptance of tradition' to tradition researchers.

The purpose of this study is to see if cultural contents that are characterized by experience goods have different types of One Source Multi Use (OSMU) phenomena. This study classified original works into web-novels and webtoons, and studied how OSMU evolution paths can be different between the two types of originals. In addition, this study compared Korean and Chinese examples. Using eight original works created between 1999 and 2012, which were later used for OSMU, this study investigated how web-novels and webtoons took different OSMU evolution paths in Korea and China. As a result, this study found that web-novels are more actively used in different formats than webtoons, probably because web-novels can more easily stimulate people's imaginations. In addition, Korea was found to use story-centered OSMU before character-centered OSMU, whereas China showed both types of OSMU simultaneously.

The Dutch colonial government introduced social forestry at the end of the 19th century with a commitment to controlling forest resources in the Dutch East Indies. This program was a response to the rampant deforestation which had resulted in forest degradation and poverty of the population around the forest. This study examined the practice of social forestry in the late colonial period which had not been done much. From a historical perspective, social forestry practices in Indonesia before independence could be explained more comprehensively. This study uses a historical method which includes four stages: heuristic, source criticism, interpretation, and historiography (composing historical stories). Sources of information were explored through studies of archival documents and contemporary artefacts, especially official colonial government reports and contemporary newspapers/magazines. Data from various sources are then compared and tested for validity to obtain data validity. The next stage is to build facts based on data obtained and then interpreted using the social science theories. Finally, compiling a historical (historiographical) story about social forestry during the late colonial period. The results showed that colonial forestry during the colonial period was still limited in terms of area and method, namely in the area of teak forest and involving villagers through the intercropping system. Farmers involved in these activities are called pesanggem who earn income from forest land being rejuvenated. However, the relationship between pesanggem and the forestry service has not been well institutionalized, consequently the pesanggem is often disadvantaged. Including certainty of ownership and ownership of forest land never gained clarity and even became a source of conflict.

The objective of this Paper was to identify the internal and external symbols of Punks, and to assess the significance of punk style giving an inspiration to many high fashion designers. For this objective. comprehension on widely discussed idea of punk, furthermore grasping the internal and external form by inquiring historically punk look, and importantly looking into new ideas pursued by punk fashion by studying traits of punk image in 1980's and after are done. Punk in the latter half of the 70's was anti-fashion expressed for the young of working class to rebel against the established generation. At first some of the fashion was popularized by the young who imitated pop stars under the specific economy of Britain, and others with movement of hippie Punk is aesthetics extremism which neglects traditionalism in the past but pursues newness. It denied traditional way of expression and principles of aesthetics but created newness. Punk look was symbolized as poor look. grotesque, androgynous, black, graffiti, and bricolage. And the internal meanings of these symbols are ego-screaming, expression of nihilism, resistance, irony and ridicule, search for hedonism. The punk phenomenon continues today. Some teens still cling to the complete look. whether they have punks' idea and value or not. Diverse elements of punk style play a major role in the current trend of fashion and a source of the fresh inspiration for the high fashion designers. Punk style is truly the story of a fad that turned to fashion.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the expression types and aesthetic meanings of fashion photographs adopting parody storytelling. The expressions of parody storytelling in advertising into the following five 5 types: parody of literature, movies, TV programs, art, and social issues. Therefore, in this study, we analyzed fashion photographs adopting parody storytelling from literature, movies, TV programs, art, and social issues, in fashion magazines. The meanings of fashion photographs adopting parody storytelling are as follows: First, the photographs adopting parody storytelling create new meanings with respect to a changeable narrative by transforming the original. Second, the humor of deviation comes from fun and interest generated the play of intent transformation and reconstruction of the original. Third, the photographs adopting parody storytelling of social issues suggest current messages. There is a growing tendency toward the value and the meanings of storytelling, and the various contents that have become the motive of the parody have important meanings. In particular, the analysis of expression methods and meanings of storytelling will contribute to raising the brand image through an effective fashion photographs project strategy. A story can be used as a source of inspiration and can contribute various ideas for a fashion photo-shoot and for fashion marketing.

Insects are the most successful organisms on earth in terms of their diversity and adaptability. Insect biotechnology using this insect resource is an emerging area for future biotechnology with various applications. Insect resources have long been used to make food and/or functional food, feed, cosmetics as well as medicine and industrial ingredients. Recently, one of the most well-known industrial material from insect is spider silk that could be commercialize in near future. The insect cell lines have been used to express recombinant proteins that were difficult to be functional expression. For public purpose, while, the insect could be good amenity source and plant farming, so leisure resource. Only the interdisciplinary research will guarantee the successful story for insect biotechnology. And biochemical engineers should used insect as a bioresource for new products with applications in medicine, agriculture, and industrial biotechnology in near future. This review will cover state-of-the art of this field and the research and application areas of insect biotechnology and the possible role of biochemical engineer for the development of the future biotechnology using this bioresource.
