FEM에 의한 차량전면부 사이드부재의 축방향 충격압궤 해석 (Axial Impact Collapse Analysis on Front-End Side Members of Vehicles by FEM)

  • The front-end side members of vehicles(spot welded hat and double hat shaped section members) absorb most of the impact energy in a case of front-end collision. In this paper, specimens with various spot weld pitches have been tested with a high impact velocity of 7.19m/sec(impact energy of 1034J). The axial impact collapse simulation on the sections has been carried out to review the collapse characteristics of these sections, using an explicit finite element code, LS-DYNA3D. Comparing the results with experiments, the simulation has been verified; the energy absorbing capacity is analyzed and an analysis method is suggested to obtain exact collapse loads and deformation collapse modes.

회생개념의 에너지소산장치의 적용에 따른 교량의 내진성능평가 (Seismic Behavior of Bridges with Sacrificial Energy-dissipating Devices)

  • Various types of dampers are widely adopted to reduce the seismic damages in bridges. However, dampers may be the improper solution especially in moderate seismic regions because dampers are costly for installation and require constant maintenance during life cycle. In this study, energy-dissipating sacrificial device is proposed, which sacrifices easily substitutable bridge members and dissipates the excessive energy during seismic excitations. In turns, the inelastic behavior of sacrificial members reduces the input energy of the major members, such as piers in bridges, and may prevent the major members from serious malfunction. A simplified mechanical model is developed to represent the behavior of sacrificial devices installed in a bridge. The hysteresis energy of piers is analyzed to certify performance of device under seismic loads applied to this mechanical model. The results from this study show that the proposed sacrificial energy-dissipating device can decrease excessive hysteresis energy and reduce the damage of piers under seismic excitation. Therefore, economical enhancement of the seismic performance of bridges may be possible by employing the proposed sacrificial energy-dissipating devices.

면내 전단하중과 양축압축하중을 받는 선박 판부재의 이중판 설계시스템 개발 (Development of Doubler Design System for Ship Plate Members Subjected to In-plane Shear and Biaxial Compressive Loads)

  • A design system for doubler reinforcement of the ship plate members subjected to in-plane shear and biaxial compressive loads was developed. This design system of doubler reinforcement on ship plate members established by design supporting system and this system was based on the buckling evaluation process of ship plate members for these in-plane loads. Each design parameters were suggested by equations as the form of influence coefficients for the doubler reinforcement subjected to the various in-plane loads including shear load. Strength of doubler plate member reinforced on the plate member could be suggested by the equivalent flat plate thickness after the consideration of corelation equations in the design system of doubler reinforcement. Level of strength recovery of ship plate members for these in-plane loads according to the local reinforcement by doubler could be suggested by use of this design system in the initial repair design stage of shipyards.

농촌 마을 공동체 유형에 따른 의식조사 - 충남 예산군을 대상으로 - (Analysis on Community Consciousness of Leaders and Members of Rural Village Community Organizations by types - Case Study on Yesan Gun -)

  • The purpose of this study is to conduct an analysis of rural village's community status and consciousness through a questionnaire survey of community leaders and members. Nine types of rural village communities were selected in Korea through a pre-survey of amenity resources data from the Rural Development Administration. Survey items that could determine characteristics of rural village communities were derived from a literature survey of rural village community systems. A questionnaire survey was conducted for 12 Eup-Myeon in Yesan Gun and responses were gathered from 66 community leaders and 1,222 community members. The results derived from the data collected from the community leaders show that 50% percent of rural village communities have been operating for over 25 years, and that community works such as group purchases are carried out based on emotional sympathies between residents. The results derived from the data collected from community members show that on average, community activities are carried out at places that are between 30 and 60 minutes away. Most members are satisfied with regard to the status of their rural village community. A correlation analysis showed that the rural village community satisfaction depended on travel time, community fee, and activity time.

차체 경량화를 위한 CFRP 복합구조부재의 충격압궤모드에 관한 연구 (A Study on Impact Collapse Modes of Composite Structural Members using Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastics for Car Body Lightweight)

  • This study aimed to develop members with the optimum impact characteristics to ensure a protected space for passengers in the case of automobile collisions. Accordingly, these members were fabricated to provide sufficient rigidity and safety to the passenger room structure and to absorb large amounts of energy during collision. In particular, CFRP members were fabricated with different section shapes such as square and single- and double-hat shapes. Next, their impact collapse characteristics and collapse modes were quantitatively analyzed according to the changes in section shapes and stacking angles. This analysis was performed to obtain design data that can be applied in the development of optimum lightweight members for automobiles.

조직구성원의 네트워크 위치가 지식공유에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Network Positions of Organizational Members on Knowledge Sharing)

  • Improving productivity of knowledge workers is an important issue in the 21st century referred as knowledge-based society. The core key word is knowledge sharing among constituents of an organization. The purpose of this study is to combine the social network position factors with attitude and behavior factors, and develop an integrated research model for the knowledge sharing among members of an organization. This study adopted the integrated theoretical framework based on social capital, self-efficacy, transactive memory, and knowledge sharing. Surveys were conducted to 42 organizational members from a department in a leading IT outsourcing company to empirically test the proposed research model. In order to validate the proposed research model, social network analysis tool, UCINET, a structural equation modeling tool, SmartPLS, were utilized. The empirical result showed that, first of all, organizational members' familiarity network position had significant influence on knowledge self-efficacy and transactive memory capability. Second, knowledge self-efficacy and transactive memory capability affected knowledge sharing intention. Third, knowledge sharing intention also had an impact on the job performance. However, organizational members' expertise network position had no significant influence on knowledge self-efficacy and transactive memory capability. This finding reveals the importance of the emotional approach rather than the rational approach in knowledge management. The theoretical and practical implications on the research findings were discussed along with limitations.

실측 지진응답을 이용한 지진손상도 평가 및 소성모형 추정 (Seismic Damage Assessment and Nonlinear Structural Identification Using Measured Seismic Responses)

  • 본 논문에서는 다자유도계 구조물의 진동대 실험결과 분석에서 효율적인 지진손상도 평가 및 소성모형 추정을 목적으로, 계측결과를 각 부재별 소성이력으로 환산하고 이 소성이력에 대해 비선형 계수 추정법을 적용하는 다단계 방안을 연구하였다. 이때, 추정된 부재별 소성이력은 부재별 지진 손상도를 평가하는 지표로 활용될 수 있으며, 추정된 비선형 모형 계수를 이용하여 구축된 비선형 다자유도계 구조는 다양한 구조재해석의 모형으로 활용될 수 있다. 제시된 방법의 검증을 위해, 해석적 방법과 실험적 방법의 예제해석이 수행되었다. 예제해석 결과는 해석적 방법과 실험적 방법 모두에서 본 논문의 방법이 매우 효과적임을 보여 주고 있다.

축방향 압축력을 받는 인발성형부재의 좌굴해석 (Buckling Analysis of Pultruded Members under Axial Compression)

  • 본 논문에서는 부재의 lay-up에 상관없이 사용할 수 있으며 복합재료 부재의 거동에 중요한 영향을 미치는 포아송 효과를 고려할 수 있는 확장된 복합재료 보이론을 제시하고, 확장된 보이론을 바탕으로 축방향 압축력을 받는 복합재료 박판부재의 좌굴식을 유도하였다. 유도된 좌굴식을 검증하기 위해서 기존에 발표된 인발성형 vinylester/E-glass 및 polyester/E-glass T형 부재의 휨-비틀림 좌굴실험결과와 vinylester/E-glass H형 부재의 휨 좌굴실험결과를 수치예제로 사용하였다. 이론적 좌굴하중과 실험적 좌굴하중 및 유한요소해석 결과와의 비교를 통하여 본 연구에서 제안된 좌굴식이 인발성형부재의 좌굴하중을 7% 정도 안전측으로 예측하는 것을 알 수 있었다.

  • In this paper, in order to clarify the effect and characteristics of rural women enterprise in rural areas, AWATAKE Restaurant at Kita Ward, Kobe is taken as a case study, and its management and operation condition, and the effects towards the region are analyzed. As a result, it can be concluded that: 1) according to the local employment and purchase of local food products, the economic effect towards the area shows a returning 73% of the gross sales to the area, 2) lifestyle technology which is empowered by women and food culture which is used as a start in the enterprise activities, are functioning as new workplace to cultivate technologies own by the women, moreover, members have never decreased, and most of them stayed for as long as 10 years, 3) however, the average age of the members are high and decreasing, leaving a new task on how to encourage participation of young members, 4) lastly, rural women enterprise is easy to manage, and also received cooperation from family in the members' working environment.

선체모델링에 있어서 구조면의 정의 및 표현 (Representation of Structural Surface for Hull Modeling)

  • 선체는 매우 복잡한 구조물이므로 설계 및 생산의 효율적인 수행을 위하여 선체구조의 모델링에 의한 작업이 필수적이다. 선체모델 구축에 있어서 구조면의 모델링은 초기선형정의에서부터, 선각정보처리, 구획배치, 의장설계, 배관설계, 구조해석 등 선체관련분야와 직접 연관된다. 본 연구에서는 구조면의 효과적인 모델링을 위하여 구조면들간의 위상학적인 자료구조를 구성하므로써 선체구조의 기하학적 정보를 설계의 단계에 따라 발전시켜 나가고 효율적으로 변경시킬 수 있도록 하였다. 본 연구에서 수행된 구조면의 모델링은 선체설계에서부터 생산에 이르기까지 일관된 정보처리를 위한 통합선체모델(Unified Hull Model)구축의 기초가 될 것이다. 구축된 모델의 가시화를 위하여 컴퓨터그래픽스를 이용하여 선체모델을 실물감 있게 표현하였다.
