사회복지전공학생들의 조사연구에 관한 태도 연구 (Social Work Students and Their Attitude toward Research)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 사회복지를 전공하고 있는 대학생 및 대학원생을 대상으로 이들의 조사연구에 관한 태도를 파악하고, 이러한 태도에 영향을 미치는 요인들은 무엇인지를 파악하기 위해 이루어졌다. 표본은 조사가 가능한 수도권 지역 대학의 학생들을 중심으로 추출되었으며, 최종 321명의 자료에 대한 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 사회복지 전공학생들의 조사연구에 대한 태도는 중요성과 유용성에서 모두 높은 수준으로 나타났지만, 선행연구에 비해 낮았다. 학부생과 대학원생간의 태도 조사연구태도 차이는 유용성에 대한 태도에서만 발견되었다. 조사연구수업에 대한 견해와 사회복지실무본질에 대한 견해가 조사연구태도인 중요성과 유용성 모두에 영향을 미치는 변수로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 가지고 우리나라 사회복지교육과 조사연구에 대한 함의를 찾아보았다.

방사선과 학생의 직업가치관 유형에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Types of Work Values of Radiologic Technology Students)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 방사선과 학생들의 직업가치관 유형을 분석하여 그 특성을 규명하는데 있으며 전국에 소재한 7개 대학 방사선과 학생 791명을 대상으로 자료를 수집 분석하여 직업가치관 유형을 추출하고, 직업가치관 특성을 알아보기 위하여 관련 변인에 대한 차이를 검증하였다. 이 연구에서 얻어진 결론은 다음과 같다. 1. 방사선과 학생들의 외재적 직업가치관(지위, 경제적보상)은 내재적 직업가치관(사회기여, 성취, 능력, 직업흥미)보다 높게 나타났다. 2. 방사선과 학생들이 중요하게 생각하는 직업가치관 유형은 경제적 보상, 지위, 성취, 능력, 직업흥미, 사회기여 순으로 나타났다.

사이버대학교 사회복지학 전공자들의 학습참여동기와 학업만족도 (A Study Exploring the Relationship of Educational Participatory Motivation and Educational Satisfaction among Adult Social Work Students of a Cyber University)

  • 연구는 서울시내 소재의 사이버대학교 사회복지전공자들을 대상으로 학습참여동기 유형의 수준과 학습참여동기가 학업만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보기 위해 수행되어졌다. 본 연구는 총 196명의 자료를 실증적으로 분석함으로써, 사이버대학교 사회복지전공자들의 학업만족도를 향상시키는 방안에 대한 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 주요한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학습참여동기의 수준은 목적지향동기, 학습지향동기, 활동지향동기의 순으로 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 학습참여동기가 학업만족도에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 연령, 그리고 세 가지 유형의 학습참여동기가 모두 학업만족도에 영향을 미치고 있었다. 그리고 설명력의 크기는 목적지향동기, 학습지향동기, 활동지향동기의 순이었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 다음과 같은 제언을 하였다. 첫째, 사이버대학교 사회복지전공 성인학습자들은 목적지향동기를 충족시킬 수 있는 교과과정의 충실을 포함한 교육환경개선 방안에 대한 노력이 필요하다. 둘째, 비교적 학업만족도 수준이 낮게 나타날 수 있는 젊은 연령층 학생의 학업욕구의 파악과 반영이 필요하다. 셋째, 배움과 자격증, 학위 등의 동기 외에 사회복지전공자들의 이타적인 성향을 반영한 활동지향적 동기를 충족시킬 수 있는 방안 등의 모색이 필요하다.

일부지역 보건의료계열 대학생들의 직업가치관 구성요인에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Work Value of University Students Majoring in Health Care Management)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore and analyse the work value of university students majoring in health care management. The subjects of this study were 300 students. Maryland Work Value Inventory was used and the data were collected using a structured and self-administrated questionnaire. As a result of factor analysis, the following results were obtained. First, the work value consists of six factors (financial remuneration, social status, social contribution, capability, achievement, proper pride) and it can be classified extrinsic work value (financial remuneration, social status) and intrinsic work value(social contribution, capability, achievement, proper pride). Second, The mean extrinsic work value(4.16) was higher than the mean intrinsic work value(3.80). The preference order of the work value was like this; financial remuneration(4.36) the first, achievement(4.05), social status(3.96), proper pride(3.93), capability(3.78), and social contribution(3.45) the last. Third, the mean of the economic stability in extrinsic work value was the highest. The factors meaningfully relating with intrinsic work value were age, school grade and the experience of job. Forth, as a result of regression analysis, the more school grade they have, the less extrinsic work value and the less their mother's level of education, the higher extrinsic work value.

사회복지과 학생의 현장실습을 통한 지역사회복지의 주체적 참여방안 연구 (A study on the subjective participation plan in community welfare by the medium of the field practicum for social work student in undergraduate courses)

  • In social welfare arena field practicum has been an essential instrument and method for social work students to get socialized to the social work professional. However, to whom involve in the actual field practicum-universities(or colleges), institutes - have some difficulties. On the base of community welfare is a clinical approach in this times. To strengthen community welfare policy, the beginning of community welfare committee is such a good opportunity to tackle the problems of the field practicum. This study suggest that the problem of the field training are 1) a guidance of an individual social work institute, 2) the lack of social work institute, 3) the absence of the trainee's sense of values, 4) the bad conditions of the field practicum for social work students in undergraduate courses at the university(or college), and 5) the lack of professionalism for supervisors. This study makes the following social work suggestions to vitalize field practicum in community welfare. It is more likely important to 1) make the law of the field practicum for undergraduate social work courses, 2) make the coordinated programs of the field practicum for undergraduate social work course in community welfare, 3) enlarge the opportunity that a field specialist take further education, 4) support and carry of supervisor reeducation, 5) make the program development of trainee's personal experiences in social work values, and 6) social work professors make a practice in the social work field.

사회복지윤리교육의 현황 및 효과에 관한 연구 - 윤리적민감성을 중심으로 - (The Present and Effects of Korean Social Work Ethic Education - Focused on Ethical Sensitivity -)

  • 본 연구는 사회복지 안팎의 윤리에 대한 관심이 고조되는 현실에서, <사회복지윤리와철학>교과목으로 대표되는 사회복지 윤리교육의 현황과 그 효과성을 조사해 보기 위해 진행되었다. 윤리교육 현황파악을 위해서는 사회복지교육협의회 회원교들을 대상으로 윤리와철학 교과목 개설현황 및 운영 방법을 조사하였고, 윤리교육의 효과성은 윤리적 민감성에 초점을 두어 윤리와철학 교과목 수강 여부와 수강전후의 차이를 비교하였다. 그 결과, 사회복지 제도교육 체제에서 윤리교육에 큰 비중이 주어지고 있지는 않지만, 이런 상황 속에서도 실제 이뤄지는 윤리교육은 윤리적 민감성을 제고하는 효과가 높으며 이는 여타 요인들에 비해 윤리적 민감성에 더 큰 차이를 가져오는 것으로 조사되었다. 이러한 결과는 사회복지 교육에서 사회복지윤리와철학 교과목의 위상 강화와 사회복지윤리와 관련된 인력 양성 및 연구의 필요성을 제시해 주는 것이다.

사회복지교육에서의 서비스러닝 적용 연구 (A Study on Implementation of Service-Learning in Social Work Education)

  • While the endeavor to introduce the service activity in the college education is enlarged, the object of this study is to introduce the concept of service learning in social work education. The 'content centered service-learning' is focusing on the practical education, the liaison and participation in community and the promotion of civil awareness which are very important in social work education that focuses on the interest and participation in the human and social problem as practical study. This study contemplates the educational effect of the course of social work combined with service learning. This study verifies the self-efficacy, the altruism, the change of social responsibility of students and the effect by carrying out the course of social welfare and service activities side by side. To evaluate the effect of service learning, pre and post test and qualitative analysis in journal of service activity, the discussion during the class and the mid and final term evaluation were done. Through the service learning, students showed the promotion in self-esteem, the altruism, the social responsibility, the self insights as a social worker and were able to have the chance to consider their future job. From the view point of local centers, it was evaluated that the service activity of students was helpful to the institutions and the clients, and that the liaison between the community agency and the college and the experience of integration of service learning and the course of social welfare was helpful too. Based on the above mentioned results, this study provide some recommendations in implementation of service-learning as the teaching methodology of social work.

여대생의 직업의식에 영향을 미치는 요인: 부모의 영향을 중심으로 (A Study on Factors Influencing on Work Values of Female College Students: Focusing on Parental Effect)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore factors influencing on work values of female college students focusing on parental effect to enhance their participation in labor market. The respondents were asked to answer a questionnaire, and the collected 400 data were analyzed using SPSS 23.0. The results showed that the students and their parents had more leisure-oriented and extrinsic work values than labor-oriented and intrinsic work values. The labor-oriented and intrinsic work values appeared to be high in the group with experience of part time jobs, with high educated father or with middle household income. The influencing factors on college students' work values were parental work values, gender consciousness, self-efficacy and major. The results from this study suggest that parents of college students should be educated to change their work values.

여대생의 일가정 다중역할계획의도 예측모형 연구: 사회인지진로이론과 계획행동이론의 통합 (Predictive Model of the Intent of Work-Family Multiple-Role Planning among Female University Students: Integration of Social Cognitive Career Theory and Theory of Planned Behavior)

  • This study presents work-family multiple-role planning by female university students as a new approach to worklife balance. Accordingly, this study examines university years as a key time frame during which students establish their career paths. This study integrates the social cognitive career theory and the planned behavior theory to design and evaluate a model that explains the work-family multiple-role planning process; in addition, it develops an optimal model to predict the intentions of female university students in work-family multiple-role planning. This study has conducted a structural survey with 500 female university students. After inspecting the data, the responses of 435 participants were used in the data analysis (SEM) with SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0. The findings include the following. First, suitability of predictive model presents a satisfying fit. The major factors in this study's model (parental support, subjective norms, attitudes toward multiple-role planning, career decision self-efficacy, and outcome expectations) are verified as direct and indirect predictors of the work-family multiple-role planning intent of female university students. Second, the strongest predictive factor for the work-family multiple-role planning intent is the social environment factor (subjective norms), indicating that the influence of social pressure on intent is relatively large. The predictive model formulated under this study's integrated theoretical framework supplements existing research that focused on attitudes toward multiple-role planning as well as provides a more profound theoretical foundation on which work-family multiple-role planning behaviors can be better understood.

대학생 봉사학습에 관한 실증적 사례연구 (An Experiential Study on Service Learning Experiences of University Students)

  • Service learning usually has two aspects. One aspect is associated with applying class learning to related fields. The other aspect is associated with challenging and dynamic volunteering experiences. This study examined experiences of 70 social work students who took service learning courses at a university. After the courses, these students were asked regarding (1) evaluation and satisfaction of overall service learning experiences, (2) evaluation of service learning contents and the following activities, (3) the process of volunteering activities, and (4) the differences between service learning courses and other regular courses. Results were as follows: students generally regarded service learning experiences as positive; students reported understanding of social work practice and learning of professional skills; however, the service learning courses seemed to be very demanding in time and adjusting personal schedules; teamwork among students seemed to be good, especially in cooperation and emotional support; however, some students reported struggling experiences in allocating roles among team members; finally, the relationship between students and social workers at the agencies and the coordination of community resources seemed to be weak. In order for service learning courses to be more effective, this study presented some suggestions in the conclusion.
