사회적 관계 유형별 임대주택 서비스 선호특성 분석 (Analysis on the Rental Housing Service Preferences according to Social Relationship)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze characteristics of rental housing management and service preference according to social relationship types. The data for the analysis was collected through questionnaire survey method from 12th, April to 4th, May, 2016 and 565 data were finally used. Data were statistically analyzed using SPSS WIN 18.0. The findings of this study are as follows: 1) the six factors on social relations of subjects are made up as 'interpersonal stress of the relationship', 'new relationship', 'neighbor relations', 'online relationship', 'family relations', and 'friendship'. 2) Along with this result, cluster analysis was carried out, and four social relation types are classified and named as the 'extroverted relationship type', 'passive relationship type', 'active relationship type' and 'introverted relationship type'. 3) Rental housing management and service was examined separately as 'housing management system', 'housing services', and 'community facilities'. Differences in preference were identified by type of social relationship. Housing services and community facilities showed a significant difference in almost all items. In the housing management system, most of the items did not show any significant difference according to social relationship types.

Effects of Organizational and Interpersonal Relations on Job Satisfaction of Social Workers

  • Purpose - In this study, the importance of interpersonal relations in the workplace as well as its correlation to satisfaction of social workers were investigated. In addition, effects of organizational culture as well as its implications for human resource management in social welfare workers were outlined. Research design, data, and methodology - A questionnaire was conducted on job satisfaction measured by the Minnesota Job Satisfaction (MSQ) questionnaire. For reliability, the questionnaire was distributed and collected by the self - filling method. From the collected data, reliability analysis, validity analysis (exploratory factor analysis) and multiple regression analysis were used. Cronbach's alpha was used to measure the reliability of the measurement variables and validity analysis was conducted to see if the questionnaires had the same concept as well as SPSS 19.0. Results - The results showed that group culture, hierarchical culture, and rational culture had significant positive effects on job satisfaction. Developmental culture had no effect on the job satisfaction levels. Conclusions - It is important to maintain the hierarchy in order to improve the efficiency of social welfare organizations, but social welfare organizations must accept external opinions and actively listen to the opinions of the employees in the organization.

노인일자리 사업 참여노인의 사회적 관계에 영향을 미치는 요인: 자아존중감과 직무만족을 중심으로 (Factors that Influence Social Relations in Elderly People Participating in the Senior Employment Project: Focusing on the Job Satisfaction and Self-esteem)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 노인일자리 사업 참여노인의 사회적 관계에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보고 이를 바탕으로 노후의 사회적 관계 증진을 통해 노인의 삶의 질을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 임의표집방법을 활용하여 노인일자리 사업에 1년 이상 참여한 경험이 있는 노인 272명을 대상으로 위계적 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 노인의 자아존중감과 직무만족은 노인 일자리 사업 참여노인의 사회적 관계에 유의미한 영향력이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 노인일자리 사업참여노인의 자아존중감, 직무만족이 높일수록 사회적 관계가 좋은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 근거로 정책제언을 하면, 첫째, 노인의 자아존중감을 높일 수 있는 정책 및 프로그램이 필요하다. 둘째, 노인들의 직무만족을 높일 수 있는 근로자성의 인정, 사업유형 및 분야의 다양화, 처우개선이 필요하다. 셋째, 새로운 사회적 관계망 형성을 위한 공적 비공식적 지원체계 개발 및 네트워크 구축이 필요하다.

조손가족 청소년의 가족관계와 적응유연성의 관계 -자아존중감, 공감, 내·외통제감의 매개효과를 중심으로- (A Study on the relationship between family relations of grandparent-grandchildren family adolescent and resilience -centering around the parameters of self esteem, empathy and internal·external locus control -)

  • 청소년기는 가족관계를 통해 1차적 사회관계를 경험하는 시기이기 때문에 청소년의 가족관계는 매우 중요하다. 특히 사회복지서비스를 제공받고 있는 조손가족 청소년은 일반 청소년에 비해 부정적인 가족관계로 인한 심리·사회적 문제를 일으키는 경우가 많아 그들의 가족관계를 완화하여 다시 회복할 수 있는 적응유연성이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 조손가족 청소년의 가족관계가 적응유연성에 미치는 영향에 있어 자아존중감, 공감, 내·외통제감을 매개변수로 설정하였고, 그들 간의 경로를 파악하여 전체적인 측면에서의 통합적인 인과성을 밝히고자 하였다. 이를 위해 전국 단위의 조손가족 청소년 492명을 대상으로 Amos 19.0 프로그램을 이용하여 상관관계 및 경로분석을 실시하였고, 모형의 유의성 및 경로 간의 직·간접효과의 통계적 유의성을 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 조손가족 청소년의 가족관계는 적응유연성에 직접적인 영향을 미쳤고, 자아존중감, 공감이라는 매개기능을 통해서 간접적인 영향력이 상대적으로 높아짐을 확인할 수 있었다. 이를 통해 조손가족 청소년의 가족관계에 있어 자아존중감, 공감, 내·외통제감에 초점을 맞춘 사회복지프로그램 개발과 활용이 사회복지실천적 접근과제임을 제안하였다.

프로세스 모델에서 도출한 조직간 사회관계에 대한 분석과 조직 재설계 (Analysis of Social Relations Among Organizational Units Derived from Process Models and Redesign of Organization Structure)

  • Despite surging interests in analyzing business processes, there are few scientific approaches to analysis and redesign of organizational structures which can greatly affect the performance of business processes. This paper presents a method for deriving and analyzing organizational relations from process models using social network analysis techniques. Process models contain information on who performs which processes and activities, along with the assignment of organizational units such as departments and roles to related activities. To derive social relations between organizational units from process models, three types of metrics are formally defined: transfer of work metrics, subcontracting metrics, and cooperation metrics. By applying these metrics, various relations among organizational units can be derived and analyzed. To verify the proposed method and metrics, they are applied to standard process models of the semiconductor and electronic, and automotive industry in Korea. This paper presents a taxonomy for diagnosing organization structure based on the presented approach. The paper also discusses how to combine analyses in the taxonomy for redesign of organizational structures.

편모가족관계 강화를 위한 집단 프로그램 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Group Program Development for Reinforcing Family Relations of Single-mother Families)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop the group program model for reinforcing family relations of single-mother families as one approach to family welfare service. As previous research findings about problems of single parent families were reviewed and the framework for the program development was identified, a 6 sessions group program was planned and applied to 9 single-mother families from June 2nd to July 7th. Program evaluation questionnaire, Scales measuring powerlessness and FACESIII for family relations, social support network tool, and group process recording were used for the evaluation of this program. The participants evaluated this program as very supportive, useful, and educational. The powerlessness was reduced in a statistically meaningful way before and after the program and the result was found to be maintained for 4 months in the follow-up session. The family relations according to FACES III were mostly balanced and didn't show some significant change after the termination of this program. The single mothers had little concrete supports from others, if any, had some from relatives. They rather had to give supports for the other family members and reciprocally gave and took emotional or informational supports with friends or neighbors. Based on these results, the 2 step model consisted of brief group program and long term support group was developed and the practical methods were suggested for the single-mother families with low income.

유아의 사회적 적응과 관련변인간의 인과관계 -양육스트레스원, 사회적 지지, 양육행동을 중심으로- (The Causal Relations of Children's Social Adjustment and Related Variables: Focusing on the Parenting Stressor, Social Support and Parenting Behaviors)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze a causal relations of preschool aged children's social adjustment, socio-demographic variables, parenting stressor, social support and parenting behaviors. The major findings of this study were as follow; (1) Parenting stressor was the first contribution factor on preschool aged children's adjustment. (2) Parenting stressor had a indirect effect through social suport, limit setting, encouragement of independence behavior as well as a direct effect on preschool aged children's social adjustment. (3) Preschool aged children's social adjustment was affected by social support indirectly through parenting behaviors. (4) Encouragement of independent behavior, limit setting behavior had a direct effect on preschool aged children's social adjustment.

자아존중감이 노인 우울에 미치는 영향 : 가족관계만족도와 근로유형의 조절된 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of Self-esteem on Elderly Depression : Moderated Mediation Effects of Family Relations Satisfaction and Working Types)

  • Object: This study investigated the effect of self-esteem on depression through family relations satisfaction and tested whether working types would moderate such associations. Method: The subjects were 2,145 elderly who are healthy enough to work and were selected for the ninth Korean Welfare Panel Study. The resulting data were analysed by using the statistical program SPSS 2.1 with reference to steps for testing mediation by Baron and Kenny, moderated mediation by Heyes. Results: Self-esteem has both direct and indirect significant effects, revealing that family relations satisfaction fully mediates the effects of coping strategies of family conflict on depression. From the working types, self-employed/employer and unpaid family worker, moderate the indirect effect of self-esteem on depression through family relations satisfaction. Conclusions: In practical intervention of elderly depression reduction, efforts to increase family relations satisfaction is effective when it is difficult to us address satisfaction. Moreover, we have to provide intervention for elderly with work in context of relationship of individual and familial factor.

아동의 개인 및 가족 변인과 교실의 심리사회적 환경이 유능감에 미치는 영향 (Individual and Family Variables and Classroom Environment that Affect Children's Perceived Competency)

  • This study examined different individual, family factors and classroom environment that affect children's perceived competency. For an analysis, achievement motivation, intrinsic locus of control and anxiety were included in individual variables. For family factors, parental support and marital conflict were examined. For classroom psycho-social environment, teacher support, peer relations, classroom involvement and teacher control were used. The sample consisted of 565 fifth and sixth grade children. Statistics and methods used for the data analysis were Cronbach's alpha, Factor analysis, frequency, percentage, t-test, Pearson's correlation, and Hierarchical Regression. Several major results were found from the analysis. First, boy's perceived academic competency was higher than girl's. And no sex difference was in children's social and athletic competency. Second, boy's and girl's perceived academic and social competency and boy's perceived athletic competency had a positive correlation with achievement motivation, intrinsic locus of control, parental support, teacher support, peer relations and classroom involvement. And girl's perceived athletic competency had a positive correlation with achievement motivation, intrinsic locus of control, parental support and peer relations. But boy's and girl's perceived academic and social competency and boy's perceived athletic competency had a negative correlation with anxiety and parental marital conflict. Third, the most important variable predicting boy's and girl's perceived academic competency was achievement motivation. The most important variable predicting boy's and girl's perceived social competency was peer relations. And the most important variable predicting boy's perceived athletic competency was peer relations. On the other hand, the most important variable predicting girl's perceived athletic competency was father's support.

청년실업자의 스트레스와 사회적 지지와의 관계: 한국과 영국 비교 연구 (The relation between perceived stress among unemployed younger adults and their level of social support: South Korea and the UK compared)

  • Objectives: This research aimed to compare perceived stress among unemployed younger adults in South Korea and the UK, particularly the relation between perceived stress levels of unemployed younger adults and their perception of their level of social support including family support and community support. Method: In order to achieve a research purpose, this study undertook a quantitative analysis of 306 unemployed younger adults in portal sites of job recruiting centers in the UK and South Korea from the period of June to July 2014. Results: The analysis found that unemployed younger adults in the UK perceived higher levels of social support, family support among social support, and community support among social support than that of South Korea. Secondly, in the UK perceived levels of social support and community support among female unemployed younger adults outweighed that of male ones. Thirdly, in the dimension of perceived stress, unemployed younger adults in two countries reported opposite results via social class.
