To examine how usage of social network services(SNS) can affect users' satisfaction through their involvement to SNS. This study first explored the usage motives on the SNS by reviewing previous studies which are from the perspectives of usage and gratification theory. The structural equation modeling(SEM) approach was used to validate the model and Lisrel was used to analyze 306 data which were collected from college students who have SNS using experiences. The results showed that the motives of information seeking and self-expression have no significant influence on affective involvement to SNS and other hypotheses were all accepted. In order to investigate the relationship of usage motives-involvement-satisfaction between different genders, path analysis in male group and female group were done respectively. The results showed that in the case of male group, the motivation of information seeking, entertainment, and self-expression have positive effect on affective involvement, while only the entertainment motive can increase the cognitive involvement. In the case of female group, socializing motive and entertainment motive have positive effect on both affective involvement and cognitive involvement, but the information seeking motive and self-expression motive can not influence the formulation of emotion in SNS.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify factors affecting fruit consumption behavior by application of the Theory of Planned Behavior. In addition, this study examined the moderating effect of a fruit eating habit. Methods: A total of 734 consumers who have ever purchased fruit participated in this study. Results: Results of this study showed that attitudes toward fruit intake, social norms, and perceived behavioral control had significant impacts on the level of fruit intake. Fruit eating habit that showed high correlation with eating behavior was also included in the model identifying factors having an influence on fruit intake. Attitudes toward fruit intake, social norms, and perceived behavioral control had a positive influence on intention to intake fruit. Fruit eating habits played a moderating role in the relationships between intention to intake fruit and real fruit intake. Conclusion: Increasing positive attitudes toward fruit intake, social norms, and perceived behavioral control would be helpful in increasing the amount of fruit intake.
This study is focused on the historical route in which reconciliation between work and family has been operating in the United States whose welfare standards are low, by using analytic narratives, from late 19th century to early 20th century. The first step saw an increase in the social advancement of unmarried women due to the increase in employment in the occupation of white-collar, as well as the increase of women in the Academy and in educational institutions. In the second step, the social advancement of married women was increased by the enforcement of the New Deal, consumption capitalism, and World War II. In the third step, the sphere of highly-educated women was expanded to a professional one through active measures aimed at gender equality, and the women's liberation movement of the 1960s took place. The United States' path model was completed in the fourth step. This study show that the most important factors have a significant influence to complete route of the American's Route were individual efforts of women (capacity building through the academic and the powerful women's movement) and the individual employment relationship in labor market. This study shows that individual efforts of women, especially in building capacity through the academic and the powerful women's movement, and the labor market, whose individual employment relationship is well-developed, have a significant influence on completing the route of the highly educated middle-class women in America.
In this study we postulated that the trust plays an essential mediating role in the relationship between the corporate social responsibility activities and corporate evaluation and product evaluation. In addition, we examined the perception difference to the Korean-Chinese consumers in these relations. A model integrating four types of CSR activities(economic, legal, ethical, and philanthropic), three dimensions of trust(integrity trust, expertise trust, social benevolence trust), and the corporate evaluation, product evaluation was tested using data of 400 consumers. The results of the data analysis showed that the economic responsibility and ethical responsibility had a significant influence on the integrity trust, expertise trust and benevolence trust in the case of the Korean consumers. But, in the Chinese consumers, the economic responsibility positively influenced on the expertise trust and benevolence trust. The legal esponsibility had a significant impact on the integrity trust and benevolence trust in the case of both Korean consumers and Chinese consumers. Also, ethical responsibility positively influenced on the integrity trust and benevolence trust in the case of Chinese consumers. Finally, philanthropic responsibility had not significant influence on the expertise trust in case of both Korean consumers and Chinese consumers. The results of this study will help corporations to understand the relative importance among the four responsibilities and to make decisions in allocating their resources.

The COVID-19 Pandemic incident forced all educational and learning activities to move online, so it is no longer an option to use information and communication technology for education and learning. Venture capital has made the largest investment ever in Edu-tech startups. This study investigates the factors influencing the intention to use digital technology in education, taking into account the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) along with digital literacy, which has become an essential ability in the digital age. As a result of the structural equation model analysis, we find that performance expectation, effort expectation, and social influence have a positive effect on the intention to use digital technology in education. Moreover, digital literacy has a positive effect on performance expectation, effort expectation, and social impact, but the direct effect on the intention to use digital technology on learning is not significant. Furthermore, to see the moderating effect of age, the results of multi-group analysis present that the differences between 10s and 60s, between 20s and 60s, between 30s and 60s on the path of social influence on the intention to use digital technology in education are significantly reduced. This study academically contributes to expanding the research on the factors affecting the intention to use digital technology in a specific situation of education by considering both digital literacy and Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). In addition, it can be used as a practical guide to the factors to be considered for each age when making learning participants more actively use digital technology.
This study is to research the mediating effects of optimism and quality of relationship which interpersonal traumatic experience influences posttraumatic growth. It focuss on verifying the impact of interpersonal traumatic experience to optimism and quality of relationship and the influence of optimism and quality of relationship to posttraumatic growth. And also it is to verify dual mediating effect between optimism and quality of relationship. Data for this study were collected through the use of a survey instrument completed by 405 interpersonal traumatic experience, 30-60 age group. Collected data were analysed by AMOS program, Structure Equation Model(SEM) was implemented to verify the mediating effect between optimism and quality of relationship. Finally, Phantom Variable was utilized for verification of indirect influence of a multi mediating effects. The findings of this study were as follows, First, the result shows that the higher level interpersonal traumatic experience, the higher posttraumatic growth they have. Second, it shows that optimism and quality of relationship have partial mediating effect between interpersonal traumatic experience and posttraumatic growth. Third, it was analyzed that optimism and quality of relationship had double mediating effect. Based on these findings, the research discussion reinforced the importance of intervene with its optimism and quality of relationship in the site of those who experience interpersonal trauma. Theological, political and practical implications of this study are as follows. First, it has a series of significance in terms of that this study confirmed its influence considering the quality of relationship from interpersonal experience among relevant factors of traumatic accident, optimism among individual factors, quality of relationship among environmental factors based on 'the crisis of life and the theory of individual growth'. econd, even though optimism and quality of relationship were proved as major predictors for posttraumatic growth of those who experience interpersonal traumatic, psychological support center for traumatic experience is not operated systematically in Korea. Third, this study implies that it should intervene mainly with its optimism and quality of relationship in the site of those who experience interpersonal trauma such as any abuses including sexual abuse, bullying, and divorce.

The importance of entrepreneurship has been emphasized recently from academia and government officials and studies trying to investigate entrepreneurial alertness as core competence of entrepreneurial mindset in the research field of entrepreneurship continue. In domestic academic research, research on entrepreneurial alertness has not yet been conducted in earnest, unlike the active flow of research overseas. This paper aims to investigate what factors influence entrepreneurial alertness in the Korean environment, we conducted an empirical analysis through a questionnaire survey for CEOs of small and medium enterprises in Seoul, Gyeonggi province. In this study, we selected prior knowledge of markets and technology, positive attitude, social network, number of books per month as independent variables on entrepreneurial agility based on Ardichvili's Alertness model, and as control variables respondents' Demographic characteristics, such as gender, age, founding career were selected. According to the results of the empirical analysis, prior knowledge of markets and technology, positive attitudes, number of books per month as independent variables, showed positive influence on entrepreneurial alertness, showing statistical significance. However, the social network picked up measured variables by the number of regular meetings which are quantitative indicators, but found that there is no statistically significant effect on entrepreneurial alertness. Despite several limitations of this research, we investigate what factors influence entrepreneurial alertness through empirical research on entrepreneurial alertness impact factors that have not been explained in the domestic academic research. Purpose - Ethical consumption is the action of buying one product over another with an ethical idea in mind. It has gained in popularity since the 1990s with more emphasis being put on the power of consumer actions to create social, economic, and environmental change. Ethical consumption involves boycotts of certain products or brands as well as purchases linked to ethical issues. Cause-related marketing (the buying behavior of ethical consumption) involves a for-profit and non-profit entity teaming up to promote a product at the same time as promoting a social cause. Each time a consumer buys that product, a donation is made by the for-profit entity to the non-profit entity supporting the specific cause. Cause-related marketing has become a tremendously popular type of ethical consumption in recent years owing to its reputation of allowing companies to "do well by doing good." This study examines how consumers' perception of cause and attitude influence their attitude toward a cause-related marketing campaign and attempts to suggest implications for marketers. Research design, data, and methodology - First, this study was designed to examine the consumers' perception factors (cause involvement, attitude for cause, attitude for company and brand familiarity) in order to determine whether these factors have significantly affected consumers' attitude toward a cause-related marketing campaign. Second, this study developed a structural equation model and tested it empirically using survey data from 223 individual respondents. Respondents were undergraduate students in Chungnam. They were shown an existing real campaign message of cause-related marketing, and then filled out a questionnaire. Data were analyzed with SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 17.0 programs. Results - The hypotheses were tested using factor analysis and structural equation modeling. The study's results showed that brand familiarity, attitude to the company and attitude to the cause significantly affected consumers' attitude toward the cause-related marketing campaign and performance. In particular, attitude to the cause was significantly related to attitude and performance of the cause-related marketing campaign. However, the hypothesis about cause involvement was not supported with the results indicating that cause involvement did not affect consumers' attitude toward the cause-related marketing campaign. The findings underline the importance of consumer perceptions of the cause and the company and their attitude to the cause. They point to the importance of individual differences that influence consumer perceptions of the cause, the company and brand familiarity. Also of importance is the consumer's attitude to the cause. Conclusions - The findings suggest some practical implications in designing and implementing cause-related marketing campaigns. It is important to enhance brand familiarity and create a favorable attitude to the company and attitude to the cause before designing cause-related marketing campaigns. The rising popularity of cause-related marketing has been attributed to its potential to cut through advertising clutter. The findings in this study suggest that marketing campaigns supporting a cause make a difference.

This paper was to figure out why online wine purchasing is not activated despite of the many advantages of having online transactions and to fine key determinants of online wine purchasing intention. Thus, the purpose of this study was to identify the determinants of online wine purchase intention, and examines the relationships between the determinants and online wine purchase intention. Data was collected from those who have experienced in using online wine store to purchase wine, and data was used to test the proposed research model. The findings showed that perceived usefulness and social influence(subjective norm, image) were key determinants of online wine site trust, but they were not related to online wine site trust. It also was found that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and subjective norm were positively and significantly related to online wine purchase intention whereas it had no relationship with image. In addition, online wine site trust was shown to influence on online wine purchase intention. Finally, the mediating effects were found in the relationships between perceived usefulness, subjective norm, and online wine purchase intention. Based on the results of the study, implications for future research are drawn.

Role models are also known to influence an individual's job or career choice. The positive effect of role models on entrepreneurship has already been revealed through many precious researches. It is said that people choose not only family members who are related by blood, such as parents, siblings, and relatives, but also acquaintances whom they have met through social relationships as role models. In this study, we divided into entrepreneurs with no role models other than themselves and entrepreneurs with role models. In addition, we classified parental siblings and relative role models as role models with strong ties, and acquaintance role models as role models with weak ties. We analyzed the differences in personal attributes, entrepreneurial orientation factors, and learning orientation between the entrepreneurs with role models and those without role models. Also, the differences in personal attributes, innovativeness, proactiveness, risk-taking propensity, and learning orientation between the entrepreneurs with strong ties role models and those with weak ties role models were examined. The empirical analysis results are as follows. First, it was found that the proportion of women entrepreneurs without role models is higher. Second, the entrepreneurs with role models with weak ties tend to run larger scale start-ups. Third, it was found that the entrepreneurs with role models of weak ties tend to have higher learning orientation. Fourth, gender shows the greatest influence on th absence or presence of role models. Fifth, it was found that learning orientation and startup size have the greatest influence on the decision of the role model with weak ties or that with strong ties.
