So many patterns of the clothing give the specific indication for one's clothing behavior and present the common style for the society. Human being gives the one's free expression and attempts to change the existing cultural environment by the clothing even though human being would be restricted in choosing the clothing within the category of the society & the culture. The value of human being which attempts to escape the restriction through the behavior theory of T. Parsons is analysed and studied. The role of the modern society is being transformed and human being attempts to express one's self through the clothing very strongly. The clothing behavior means the expression of oneself for others. This phenomenon comes from the changing of human being's view of value through the social & cultural environment which give human being the freedom of the individual to choose the various clothing.

The purpose of this study was to develop a theoretical model from which to test the influence of family background and work experience on the level of rural high school students' (N=381) occupational aspirations. In the basic model, mother's occupation directly influenced occupational aspirations. Father's education influenced occupational aspirations directly and also indirectly through students' academic achievement. The number of working hours per week had a direct and negative influence on academic achievement. In a different path, working hours had an indirect positive influence on academic achievement through parents' different treatment which especially focused on the fact that parents gave students more freedom compared to the relationship they shared before the students began to work. Enjoying school, studying homework, and extra reading were influenced by students' number of working hours. Two variables, extra reading and job characteristics, predict the social acceptance work attitudes which are a direct predictor of occupational aspirations. Academic achievement had a greater total effect on the level of occupational aspirations than any other variables.

People can differently act online than in real-life. Their virtual identities may allow them to express themselves more freely. In this perspective, there is a self-discrepancy between virtual- and real-life. Due to the anonymity, people can feel free to express who actually they are online without considering social pressure. Especially, for those people who live in a repressed society, virtual-selves can play a significant role to achieve their well-being. For this reason, a self-discrepancy between actual- and virtual-self related to well-being was studied. With 183 survey responses, political freedom, extraversion and neuroticism are identified as significant influencers of subjective well-being (SWB). In addition, an increase in self-discrepancy between virtual- and real-life for 'unhappy' people leads to an increased online well-being, which is contradictory to Higgins' self-discrepancy theory.

It is said that primary territories such as homes are ercellent examples of how we useterritories to portray ourselves to others. The homes often display openly the personality and values of its occupants. At the same time, as far as childrens' privacy in the household environment is concerned, the range of privacy options generally increases from adolescence on because there is more freedom from parents' supervision at this age period. Children are subject to perpetual intrusion because they are defined as dependents. As long as they continue in this role, they are viewed as, at best, semi-autenomous. In this paper, the authors carried out amd analized some cases specifically to see thestatistical data reported previously more intensively. The results of the analysis are as following; 1) Kids who have bed-rooms of their own(exclusively) seems to be encouraged to invite their friends in more openly and freely than those who share the same bed-room. 2) Social interaction among members of family seems tn be carried cut more frequently and closely in the extended family than in the conjugal family.

Perceived game realism (PGR) has recently emerged as a key concept in explaining the mental processing of digital game playing and the societal impact of digital games. However, few studies have examined its conceptualization and educational effects from an empirical viewpoint, especially in educational games. This study's participants included 292 university students in South Korea. A total of 212 questionnaires were valid and used for the analyses. They learned English expressions using a computer-based educational game and then completed questionnaires on the research variables. We investigated six factors of PGR: simulational realism (SIR), freedom of choice (FRC), perceptual pervasiveness (PEP), social realism (SOR), authenticity (AUT), and character involvement (CAI). We expected the factors to have valid effects on the university students' flow and learning satisfaction after a game-based learning (GBL) experience. Our research results demonstrated a causal relationship between SIR, FRC, CAI, and learning satisfaction. Furthermore, the indirect effects of SIR and CAI on learning satisfaction through flow were statistically significant.

The Purpose of this study was to build a substantive theory about the experience of postpartum depression. The qualitative research method used was rounded theory. The interviewees were eight others who had experienced postpartum depression. The data were collected through in-depth interviews with audiotape recording done by the investigator over a period of twelve months. he data were analyzed simultaneously by a constant comparative method in which new data were continuously coded into categories and properties according to Strauss and Corbin's methodology. Analysis the grounded data resulted in 28 concepts being identified. Eight categories emerged from the analysis. The categories were regret, loss of freedom, isolation of oneself, heartache, loss, emotional upset, avoidance, recovery. These substantive categories are consistent with precious research results. Causal conditions included : regret, loss of freedom. Phenomena : heartache, loss, emotional upset. Context : isolation oneself. Intervention condition : avoidance. Action/interaction strategies : desire for recovery. Consequences : recovery. These categories were synthesized into the core concept-The process of filling the empty loss of self. The process of the experienced postpartum depression was ① change after delivery, ② searching for a reason for depression, ③ effort to recover from postpartum depression, ④ recovery from postpartum depression and return to previous life. The process of recovery from postpartum depression was proceeded by ① support from others, especially husband, ② resolution of stressful life events, ③ reconstructing of life goals and resolution strategies, ④ acceptance of depression and seeking psychiatric treatment. Seven hypotheses were derived from the analysis. ① Mothers who experienced stressful life event and economic problem are more depressive. ② Mothers who have conflict with parents are more depressive. ③ The more somatic symptoms, the more depression. ④ Social support facilitates recovery from postpartum depression. ⑤ Mothers who have lower self-esteem are more depressive. ⑥ Mother's role overload disturbs recovery from postpartum depression. ⑦ Ideal maternal identity facilitates recovery from postpartum depression. Through this substantive theory, nurses can understand the importance of postpartum depression management.

As modern society advances, women's self-consciousness and attitudes toward beautiful appearances have changed. Amid this trend, the young and slim body of adolescent girls expressed in contemporary fashion incites fantasy on continuing youth among women. In modern society, women's youth is frequently regarded as a subject of consumption and a sex product in the mass media. In this regard, the study is focused on examining desire and psychology of worshipping women's youth and beauty in connection with flapper fashion in the 1920s. In the process, the study took a look at the social and cultural background of flapper fashion and conducted an analysis on formative characteristics and aesthetic sense of flapper fashion as follows: First, the formative characteristics include a short skirt that expresses straight lined shape and the beauty of exposure, lighter clothing, thick make-up, short hair style and black or vivid colors, and they lead to exceptional and innovative aesthetic sense in flapper fashion. Flapper fashion style is focused on completely denying outdated fashion worn by women in the age right before. Second, pursuit of mature, graceful and classical beauty that had continued in previous ages has gone through complete changes in the flapper era in the name of pursuit of youth, and the flapper fashion expresses sensual image through the exposure of slim arms and legs of a young girl. In the formative characteristics, aesthetic sense of youth and sensuality inherent in the flapper fashion was generated. Third, women's free-spirited lifestyle at that time and 'aesthetic sense of freedom and amusement that reflected the speed of machine civilization could be found in the flapper fashion. Material and decoration of the flapper fashion pertained to clothing that enabled a free expression through rapid movements. Aesthetic sense of the flapper fashion generated in the process could be defined as women's internal determination to express individual and free-spirited ideas through the use of fashion when tradition and order of the old age were torn down. And this aesthetic sense is continuously affecting modern fashion design.

인간의 존엄과 가치의 존중은 모든 기본권의 이념적 전제인 동시에 모든 기본권 보장의 목적이므로, 이러한 목적을 달성하는데 필요한 자유와 권리는 그 어느 것이나 보장되어야 한다. 인간의 존엄과 가치의 실현이라는 목적 달성을 방해하는 행위는 금지되어야 한다. "인간으로서의 존엄과 가치를 가진다."는 개인 대 국가의 관계에서 국가는 개인을 위하여 존재한다는 반 전체주의적 이념을 선언한 것이며, 헌법의 각 조항과 법령의 효력이 문제될 경우 그에 관한 궁극적 해석기준이 된다. 또한 행복추구권은 인간이 행복을 추구하는데 필요한 것이며 헌법에 열거되지 아니한 자유와 권리까지도 그 내용으로 하는 포괄적 기본권으로 보고 있으나, 최소한의 수준에서 사회적 기본권과 같은 적극적 권리성의 성격도 볼 수 있다. 헌법재판소의 결정례에 따르면 행복추구권은 일반적 행동의 자유권, 개성의 자유로운 발현권, 자기결정권의 영역으로 범주화되고 있기에 의의와 연혁입법례를 통해 행복추구권의 중요성을 강조하고자 한다.

최근 개도국의 빈곤을 해소하기 위한 국제사회의 관심이 고조되고 있다. 공정무역은 공정한 거래를 통해 개도국의 빈곤을 해소하기 위한 실천으로 주목을 받았다. 본 연구는 공정무역이 개도국의 발전에 긍정적 효과를 가져오지 못한 점에 주목하여, 공정무역의 문제를 생산자의 하위주체성이란 맥락에서 고찰한다. 공정무역은 선진국과 개도국 간 파트너 관계를 강조한 공정성의 원리에 기초하여, 개도국의 지속가능한 발전을 지향하는 사회운동이었다. 하지만, 공정무역은 개도국의 가난을 극복할 수 있는 바람직한 실천이 아님이 밝혀지고 있다. 본 연구는 공정무역이 공정한 거래가 되지 못하는 이유를 선진국이 주도하는 원조성 프로그램의 일환으로 추진되었기 때문임을 밝히면서, 개도국의 생산자가 중심이 되는 공정무역의 실천을 제시한다. 이를 위해 개도국의 로컬은 개발에 대한 인식적 전환, 시장의 가치에 대한 재발견, 자유로서의 발전, 로컬의 개별성을 고려한 발전 방향을 포스트개발의 맥락에서 고려할 필요가 있다.

The purpose of this study is to review the innovation of Vidal Sassoon's hair design. His hair styling was created in 1950-60, and it was related to the Zeitgeist, 'Convulsion'. It was aesthetic reform that eliminated artificially of headdress through new design concept and high technique. It was social renovation that changed women's life through freedom, ease and mobility of hair form. Also, it was scientific innovation that emphasized improvement of hair care. Therefore this researcher set a high value on his contribution in beauty industry, and studied the formative characteristics of his hair styling. The results are as follows: The formative characteristics are classified into the simplicity of form, the mobility of construction, and the variety of color and texture. 1. The simplicity of form showed through geometric form. Vidal Sassoon's hair design had the overthrow traditional concept of femininity and beauty; in addition, it conferred freedom on not only hair itself but also women's action. 2. The naturalism and mobility of construction was found in layered and softly swinging hair made up by skillful cutting technique. It was developed by studying on the dynamism of sports in 1984 LA Olympic games. 3. The variety of color and texture showed conspicuously its visual evidence because of the simplicity of form. Especially, he borrowed factors of fine art, that is to say, form, space, texture, line, color and light, and created a performance art. His work is analyzed into an art, and he is one of the best artists.
