In the last years by the recognition and social capital maintenance of join local people of importance of bridge scenery and design we have get new business, and we have real understood the reflection which be given to the users sensitivity engineering science. We make as object the bridge and subject the design and with questionnaire we make an examine. we made verification of each different judgment. we applied the social capital maintenance into the sensitivity engineering science and discuss about how we can tie the design.

Recently, the Korean Railroad have been operating separately by Korea Rail Network and the Korail since 2005. In addition, because of the lack of government's social overhead capital, New railway projects have been built and operated by private investors which don't have railway operating experience. Therefore, systems engineering management is needed from the initial planning stage to the construction and the opening. In this paper, structural features were considered according to the separation of Daegok-Sosa-Wonsi Private Finance Initiative (Daegok-Sosa, Sosa-wonsi) and the operating agency's unification(Daegok - Sosa business operations). And based on the domestic system engineering applications, System-Engineering Implementation was studied.

The objectives of the study are to analyze the impacts of rural road project on the social and economic activities of community people, offer basic data to perform evaluation of the project, and suggest future directions of the project. Research methodology adopted is a questionnaire method. There were interviewed 281 adult residents selected from 34 villages in Yeongdong-gun(mountainous), Miryang-si(middle), and Gochang-gun(plain). Results of the study are as follows: 1) Increase of income and land prices in mountainous and middle regions by the rural road project is higher than in plain; 2) Most inconvenient road expressed by the interviewee is the one linking farm and residence and 3) The problems of rural roads derived are narrowness, unpavement and partial pavement, unreliable maintenance, and long construction time. In order to meet the community needs on rural roads, it may be necessary that community people participate in the process of the project. And it is desirable to put priority on expanding and paving existing roads rather than constructing new one.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to construct leisure physical activity model of middle-aged women in urban area. Methods: Data were gathered by self-report questionnaire from 211 women aged between 41 and 59 years in urban community. The data were analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 10.0 program and the model was constructed using the LISREL 8.54 program. Results: Variables that have direct effects on leisure physical activity were health state, past leisure physical activity, social support, self-efficacy, and affect. Perceived leisure state and behavioral leisure attitude also influenced leisure physical activity in an indirect way. Perceived leisure state had a direct effect on self-efficacy. Behavioral leisure attitude, past leisure physical activity, and experience of exercise effect had significantly direct effects on affect Conclusion: It will provide basic information for developing strategies of programs to enhance leisure physical activity of middle-aged women in urban area.

본 논문에서는 대용량의 말뭉치로부터 사회망을 자동 구축하기 위한 선행 연구로서 두 인명 사이의 사회관계를 포함하는 문장을 자동 선별하는 시스템을 제안한다. 제안 시스템은 먼저 2개의 인명을 포함하는 문장을 대상으로 형태소 분석과 의존 구조 분석을 수행한다. 그리고 두 인명의 공통 지배소를 기준으로 의존 트라이그램을 추출한다. 마지막으로 의존 트라이그램의 속성값 비교에 기반한 SVM 커널 함수를 이용하여 사회 관계 포함 여부를 결정한다. 실험 결과, 제안 방법이 영어권 연구에서 좋은 성능을 보인 최소 경로 의존 커널의 단점을 효과적으로 보완하였다. 또한, 사회망 자동 구축을 위한 도구로써 활용될 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.

In this paper, we studied facial impression construction with smartphones in a series of experiments with two smartphone applications: SmartRing and SystemSens+. In the first experiment, impressions of faces associated with different music genres (trot vs. classical) were compared to impressions formed from a facial image alone along the social warmth and intelligence dimensions. In the second experiment, the effect of similarity attraction was investigated by manipulating the extroversion of facial images. Results indicated that impressions of faces cannot only be constructed along the social warmth and intelligence dimensions, but can also be made more or less attractive based on their similarity to the viewer's personality. Our experiments provide interesting insights into facial impressions formed in a smartphone environment.

A new concept of building, office-tel, had gone through many ups and downs after being introduced to our nation. However, it overcame all the problems and is now an important part of the rural construction. It showed new potential especially on 1998 by flexibly corresponding when the IMF crisis occurred causing a radical social/economical change. It played a crucial role on activating the depressed real estate business and flourished like never before. This study analyses the office-tel market change pattern and factors by time period and grasps the causal relationship and attempts to set a new standard to evaluate the social/economical role and value of the office-tel.

ODA projects such as multi-purpose dam, industrial complex, road construction etc. have resulted in environmental damage and resident relocation including destruction of site of living. Even the grandiose developments as ODA projects have made clear the value clashes between development and environmental conservation, and have brought about conflicts between public interests and public environmental right, and the discordance between public interests and private property rights in the recipient country. This study summarizes and analyses the Korea's ODA projects and will suggest the public participation and governance system based on Saemaul Movement, Strategic Environmental Assessment and Environmental Impact Assessment based on the guideline of OECD DAC, and emphasize Strategic Environmental Assessment and Social Impact Assessment in the procedure of ODA projects. In the future the ODA project should be implemented for the overcome of poverty and response to climate change based on the experience and trial and errors of Korea's compact growth and past ODA projects.

정보화시대를 맞아 어느 때보다도 활발히 전교과에 걸쳐 학생의 의사소통의 능력을 향상하기 위한 다양한 방법이 모색되고 있다. 학교현장의 수학교육자는 수학교수-학습에서 어떤 상호작용이 일어났는지, 특히 다루기 쉬운 도구로써 계산기가 주어졌을 때 어떻게 학생의 지식 발달이 언어적 상호작용에서 이루어지는지를 알아야 한다. 본 연구는 이러한 학생의 상호작용을 분석할 때 필요한 분석도구를 개발하는 것이다. 예비연구와 본 연구를 통해 언어적 상호작용의 구성요소가 세 영역, 즉, 지식구성 진술, 사회적 상호작용 진술, 그리고 교사의 교육어 진술에서 개발되었다. 본 연구에서 개발한 자료를 이용하여 특히 학생의 지식 구성 발달에 따른 상호작용의 구성요소의 특징을 파악하고 이에 필요한 언어적 상호작용의 역할과 활성화 방안을 모색하는 연구가 가능하다.

In 21th century, high oil price and environmental pollution appeared by serious social problem. It brought important change of logistics environment, and environmentally-friendliness and sustainability are emphasized. In spite of that railroad has high energy efficiency and environmental-friendliness to advantage traditionally, there is still transport division rate of railroad in declining tendency as investment policy that is concentrated on road and insufficiency of social realization about environmental problem. The construction of environment-friendly transport system and the reasonable role sharing between modes of transportation are important. Transportation policy of Korea is presented through plans to constructs efficiently and manages national transportation system. In this study, examine development process of national railroad logistics plan with logistics environment change, and proposes the following ways to development of railroad logistics policy.
