These herb medical societies are flooded with various oriental health industry apart from the legal systematic control so far health industry apart from the legal systematic control so far. The expected survey can not be complete but random under these situations. Nevertheless oriental medical health industry area such as a diet cure, exercise treatment and living condition cure are being considerably expanded, especially living facilities improvement and mind control areas are toward worldwide. Consquently herb health industries are now? consistantly developed by the influence of western nature treatment stemmed from the oriental medicine theory. The role and prospect of the oriental health related industry in 21st century. The oriental health industries can be helpful for the human being's health improvement in general but by the lack of scholastic oriental health theory, it does not contribute to the health welfare. If these problems are made up for in the field of theory area, the oriental health related industry will surely have the potentiallity and know how for health welfare. The successive role of these industry is depended on the fact that the characteristics of the oriental medicine should adjust to the real society with the systematic management. In the 21C, oriental health industry will certainly be vitalized owing to the social and periodical request especially in the area of oriental medical industry, oriental health drink industry, oriental health mind exercise industry, oriental health leasure industry and oriental health complex management industry. Among these areas, it is the oriental health complex amagement industry that will be the limestone of prosperity of the oriental health industry in 21C. Proposal for the social contribution of the oriental health related industry in the 21C. To achive the ultimate role of the oriental health industry in the 21c, first we should know how to use the oriental medicine. Second We should make an effort to revitalize the oriental health industry. So it is indespensible that government, academic institution and enterprise should concentrate their interest on the oriental health industry with common knowledge and systematic management in advance.

Using the 3rd to the 6th wave data from the Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey(KCYPS), we examined the effects of academic characteristics and social relations on the trajectories of the life satisfaction among adolescents. OLS results showed that male students were more satisfied with their lives than female students in the 3rd grade of middle school. As academic characteristics, academic achievement and the level of class adjustment improved life satisfaction but the amount of learning time spent had a negative effect on life satisfaction. However, the effect of academic achievement lost its statistical significance after including variables of social relations. Relationships with parents, teachers, and friends had positive effects on life satisfaction. The longitudinal analysis using the fixed effect estimation also showed a similar result of the associations among the variables to that in the OLS analysis. The life satisfaction gap between male and female students narrowed over time from the 3rd grade of middle school to the 2nd grade of high school. The effects of relationships with parents and friends showed significant effects on both female and male students, but the relationship with their teachers was significant only for female students. Based on the results, we discussed the issues of Korean education related to the life satisfaction among adolescents.
Under the new normal, the China's economy growth has changed rapid growth to moderate growth since 2007. With new paradigm, China is facing an abnormally severe employment situation. Also the financial expenditure is an important macro adjustment method. The research analyzes both implications of financial expenditures to employment in China, and the trend of implication in different regions. The research was conducted by 2SLS method using the panel data of 31 Chinese local governments(provinces, cities, and autonomous districts) during 1998 to 2015. The main findings are as follows. In the new normal model(2008-2015), the financial expenditure to urban employment have higher effect than total employment. Also, higher income region have more positive effect than lower income region. Medical, technology expenditure have positive effect to total employment, social security, education expenditure have positive effect to urban employment. In the total model(1998-2015) have similar results with new normal model, but the elasticity is more higher than total model. Ultimately, it can be seen that the efficiency of financial expenditure is lower than new normal model. The government should increase the proportion of expenditure in fields of social security, education, medical, technology, and improve the expenditure structure. So as to promote the effect of financial expenditure to employment in new normal economy.
This research aims to identify current issues of arts education programs which have designed for North Korean Refugee Youth in South Korea and then navigates further steps to better serve the group. The purpose of study also pertains to the '2010 Seoul Agenda: Goals for the Development of Arts Education' announced at the Second World Conference on Arts Education, particularly, to the third Goal indicating how arts education practices can contribute to resolving social and cultural issues and promoting social cohesion and intercultural dialogues (UNESCO, 2010). Based on the findings of this research, interview participants found its need of current arts education program for North Korean refugee youth become more value-driven and participant-centered. Currently, those programs available seem to incline to helping their adjustment to the South Korean society through arts-related activities, such as enhancing Korean language skills and learning Korean culture. Rather, it has been addressed that providing emotional and psychological supports and opportunities to search their own 'voice(s)' should be core objectives of the arts education programs. Moreover, when it is offered, arts educators and administrators need to make sure that participants can feel safe and secure as being present at the space for programs in order to express and encounter their true inner voice(s).

The present research investigated and compared stress coping strategies of North Korean refugees with those of South Koreans in the purpose to predict and prepare psychological conflicts expected to occur during the Korean reunification. Adapted from Han, Hur, Chae, and Kim(2001), North Korean refugees recorded their coping strategies that they would employ in stressful situations varying in term of three aspects of stress causes - 2(locus: internal/external) × 2(stability: temporal/enduring) × 2(context: individual/interpersonal) - and the responses were classified in terms of three dimensions(active/passive, approach/avoidance, cognitive/affective/behavioral). In the temporal stress situations, adaptive North Korean refugees preferred active over passive, approaching over avoiding, and behavioral over cognitive/affective stress coping strategies more than maladaptive North Korean refugees did. Also, in the stressful situations caused by external causes, they were more likely to take active rather than passive, approaching rather than avoiding copying. Although active copying strategies were preferred to passive ones by adaptive North Korean refugees in individual stressful situations, approaching copying strategies were preferred to avoiding ones by them in interpersonal stressful situations. These findings were found to be different from the pattern of South Korean's stress coping strategies in the same situations. In conclusion, the differences were discussed in the view of psychological integration during Korean reunification.
