This study has the purpose a remodeling plan of apartment complexes in residential areas. Based on the analysis on characteristics of circumstance surrounding it and economic gains for the residents who live in the apartments, this study suggests a concrete model to accomplish the purpose. The apartment in Nowon-gu was studied and some apartments which have same characteristics with the target of remodeling plan were interviewed and answered the questionnaire. To grasp the functions required and planning factors of apartment's remodeling, the questionnaire focused on the residents' request in each levels of their own entire hosing complex, just a building in the hosing complex area, and their own household. The conclusion is, (1) The major problems of common apartment complexes were serious aging, insufficient everyday life facilities and high rate of the residents' dissatisfaction. (2) The study suggests remodeling plans of an apartment complexes in each levels of their own entire hosing complex, just a building in the hosing complex area, and their own household, such as, underground parking area, tree-planting of first and top areas, improvement of a housing floor plan, a view of the front side, and so on.

본 연구에서는 정부의 사업주 직업훈련지원제도가 교육훈련투자를 촉진하고, 촉진된 교육훈련투자가 생산향상으로 이어지는지를 기업체 자료를 이용하여 실증분석해 보았다. 분석 결과 정부지원이 기업의 교육훈련투자를 촉진하는 효과가 중소기업에 비해 대기업에서는 분명히 관찰되고 있지 않다. 또 정부지원을 통한 교육훈련투자 증가는 대기업보다 중소기업에서 보다 분명히 생산성향상 효과가 나타났다. 한편 교육훈련투자 수준이 높은 기업일수록 정부지원을 통한 교육훈련투자의 성과향상 효과가 훼손되는 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 상대적으로 더 높은 수준의 교육훈련투자를 하고 있는 대기업에 대한 정책 효과가 중소기업에 비해 제한적인 것으로 보인다.

Five phenolic compounds were isolated from the whole plants of Juncus diastrophanthus (Juncaceae) through repeated column chromatography. Their chemical structures were elucidated as methyl 3,5-di-O-caffeoylquinate (1), luteolin-7-O-${\beta}$-D-glucopyranoside (2), methyl 4,5-di-O-caffeoylquinate (3), quercetin-3-O-${\beta}$-D-arabinopyranoside (4), and methyl 3,4-di-O-caffeoylquinate (5) by spectroscopic techniques. These compounds were isolated for the first time from this plant.

현대 사회에서는 많은 분야에 스마트 폰이 활용되고 있다. 따라서 개인 개발자 또는 회사에서 스마트폰 어플리케이션을 개발하고, 재난 정보 시스템과 재난 방지 서비스를 활용하고 있다. 재난 정보를 아이폰 애플리케이션을 통해 이용하는 것은 아직까지 드물다. 그리고 기존의 아이폰 애플리케이션은 단지 매우 제한된 양의 기능을 가지고 있다. 따라서 사용자들에게 강력한 재해 정보 수집이 가능한 아이폰 어플리케이션과 GIS 기반 서비스가 매우 필요하다.

When we looked at the seasonal food dregs of the eastern side of gangwondo, gangneung city's summer and winter food dregs showed 25.9 and 25.8% respectively due to the presence of beach areas and ski resorts. Sokcho city showed 28.12% in summer and yangyang gun's summer food dregs showed 40.2%. Yangyang gun's august food dregs showed 2.7 times larger than annual average amount. Outlook density showed regional characteristics. Data showed that food dregs' amount rate has been reduced gradually from 2005 because of the prohibition of direct filling up. As a result of compositions analysis, the eastern side of gangwondo's water fraction of living dregs were lower than that of chuncheon city where is located at the gangwondo's inland area. chuncheon city's data showed residential areas 53.5%, community areas 56.8% and commercial areas 55.6%. These discrepancies caused by the characteristics of dregs discharge type and climate. The caloric value of dregs has been increased incrementally after the ban of food dregs' direct filling up. Therefore, heating value of the dregs exceeds the existing furnace design spec and it can cause high caloric value problems, so we need additional research to solve these problems.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to prevent the Aged from encountering a sudden accident in an emergency situation caused by drinking, help them have better awareness of drinking problems, and provide basic data for forming sound drinking. Method: A descriptive approach was made to the occurrence of emergency situations caused by drinking for the aged by reviewing literature concerning the subject, along with the analysis of the actual condition through the cases of emergency situations. Result: The Aged had a drink to drown their loneliness due to the loss of social belonging and solitude and attempt suicide, relied on drinking due to the loss of economic roles and reduced income to cause emergency situations, drove when drunken to bring emergency situations to themselves and others, and committed incendiarism after drinking due to social dissatisfaction and mental problems. Conclusion: It is necessary to develop leisure management programs positively and provide an opportunity for sound living culture to old people so that they can have sound entertainment culture other than drinking; such educational programs will serve to form healthy society with no emergency situation caused by the Aged drinking.

Recent changes in the Korean education policies are promoting the advances in science and technology and cultivating people of convergence talent. STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art and math) educational program is Korean styled convergence program for creative competent human resources. Therefore, Therefore the aim of this study is developing convergence hand-on educational program coping with climate change for elementary school students. For development of the program, we investigated the curriculum of the elementary school about the climate change, and allocated in the creative learning standard frame. Also, we selected themes related the climate change in the curriculum and learning activity. For more effective program to build the convergence competency, we analyzed the program based on creative problem based learning process and 4 core competency(creativity, communication, convergence, caring) elements. In conclusion, the STEAM program needs to develop by school curriculum and leaner's ability. For elementary school students, the STEAM program consists with creative problem based learning process. And the convergence educational program would analyze by the creative PBL process and convergence competency elements. So, this developing program has brought the promotion of the creative convergence competent talented person for the future global environment.

Background: Recently, pain clinic is attracting attention and interest of both physicians and laymen. It is the purpose of this article to analyze our 10 years' experience to seek and improve better protocol of treating pain. Methods & Materials: We analyzed retrospectively 11,235 patients who visited the clinic during 10 years from 1986 to 1996. Total number of hospital visits was 51,908. Male to female ratio was 35：65(3910：7325). Treatment modalities employed were SGB(stellate ganglion block), TPI(trigger point injection), etc. Results: Yearly distribution showed a gradual upward curve until 1992 and remains in a horizontal pattern thereafter. Of age distribution, 6th decades occupied the largest proportion(27.29%). As of disease entities, Low back pain & lower extremities pain comprised of the majority(34.01%) and the epidural block was most frequently given as a treatment. Conclusion: Pain clinic is improving rapidly as an important part of medical science in Korea and outpatients of clinic are on an increasing trend. So, anesthesiologists should be make every efforts to research for treatment of good quality.

Recently, lots of researchers have been attracted to develope various alternative fuels and to use renewable fuels as a solution of environmental problems from automobile. The use of biodiesel fuel is an effective way of substituting diesel fuel in the long nun. It is a domestically produced, renewable fuel that can be manufactured from vegetable oils, used vegetable oils, or animal fats. In this study, the usability of biodiesel fuel derived from rice ban oil, one of the oxygenated fuels as an alternative fuel for diesel engines was investigated in IDI diesel engine. Emissions were characterized with neat biodiesel fuel and with a blend of biodiesel fuel and conventional diesel fuel. Since the biodiesel fuel includes oxygen of about 11%, it could influence the combustion process strongly. So, the use of biodiesel fuel resulted in lower emissions of carbon monoxide and smoke emissions with some increase in emissions of oxides of nitrogen. It is concluded that biodiesel fuel can be utilized effectively as a renewable fuel for IDI diesel engine.

최근 초고속통신망의 발달로 네트워크 보안 및 시스템 침해 사고에 대응하기 위한 다양한 인증 및 접근 제어 시스템이 도입되고 있다. 하지만 초고속인터넷 환경에서 보안 자체가 취약성을 보이고 있다. 따라서 인터넷 이용자의 다양한 욕구를 충족하고, 보다 안전하고 신뢰성있는 새로운 인증 시스템 도입이 필요한 시점이다. 본 논문에서는 다원화된 네트워크 환경에서 기술방식에 따라 차별적으로 적용하는 기존의 다양한 인증 체계를 하나로 통합하여 네트워크 보안을 강화하고, 보다 안정적인 서비스 제공 기반을 마련하기 위하여 단일 웹 인증 설계를 통한 새로운 인증 체계 방안을 제시하고자 한다.
