The number of channels are increased into several hundreds of channels when coming out the digital broadcasting era. In this environment, viewers searching for programs will be very difficult to do. In addition, recent popularization of smart devices are receiving the services that they previously had not been given to. A TV program recommended a system that has been studied as a way to solve these problems. However, most studies have been studied in most web-based research results when applied to broadcast TV for TV program recommendations. In particular, the combination of the current members who watch TV are not considered. In this paper, the environment and TV viewers are considering a combination of the members of the TV program's recommended system proposal. In order to make a group deal successful, we employ the face recognition.

With Internet of Things (IoT) technology, home environment becomes smarter than ever. Not only smart devices such as smart phone or smart TV, but also various IoT devices including sensor, smart thermostat, and smart scale has now become very common on the market. These devices have connectivity to the Internet, so that user can read data from the device or control the device using Internet technology. However, due to diversity of smart home requirements, device collaboration in smart home remains a challenging task still. Usually smart home is built with various technologies to fulfill its own purpose, and these purposes cover very wide area from controlling low-power sensor devices to controlling high-performance devices like smart TV and smart phone. This variety of smart home requirements makes smart home very complicated due to mixed network architecture, protocol and technology. In this paper, a framework to enable managing and collaborating heterogeneous IoT devices in smart home environment is proposed. Several programming models are defined in the proposed framework to make application development for heterogeneous devices more intuitive. The proposed framework has been implemented as a web service, and a case study with real-world smart home IoT devices is presented.

최근 방송 분야에서의 가장 큰 화두는 3DTV와 스마트TV라 할 수 있다. 이른바 '아이폰 쇼크'라고 하는 스마트폰이 불러온 통신 시장의 패러다임 변화를 경험하는 한편 세계 TV 시장의 50% 이상을 석권하고 있는 우리나라로서는 구글과 같은 플랫폼 사업자가 주도하고 있는 TV의 스마트화를 간과할 수 없는 상황이다. 본 고에서는 스마트TV를 위해 필요한 기술들과 산업체, 연구기관에서 최근 추진되고 있는 관련 기술 및 표준화 동향에 대해 소개한다.

The Service had a purpose to be heard through the Smart Phone APP and Smart TV Broadcasting Contents to Foreigner's Language in The Asia Culture Center. This Paper explained how to realize foreigner with Beacon's Signal and IoT gateway provided the voice service with selected his language using AllJoyn Protocol Interface function. IoT Service Platform received the Registration of foreigner's identifier, there sent messages to all devices, which were all IoT gateways, IoT gateway could connect to foreigner's Smart Phone App and heard the Broadcasting contents. If a foreigner went out of Beacon's management distance, the voice App service were released.

Through reviewing the characteristics of digital TVs, which have emerged in CES since 2005, in the view of technology growth and substitution curves, this paper is to provide a prediction on the next generation's multi-media on smart environment. As a result, digital TV has been developed on the flow of its technology growth curve from the early version in 2005 to smart digital TV in 2013, which emphasizes the key word "connected", and it has already come to the market puberty. Also, as it has the characteristics such as supporting multi functional and multi media environments and introducing curved or flexible display, the digital TV in CES 2013 has reached in introductory stage on the technology substitution curve.

스마트TV 관련 사업자들은 적어도 당분간은 스마트TV 보급 및 확산을 위해 스마트TV 기능의 탑재율을 높이고 콘텐츠를 마련하는 등 다각도의 노력을 지속할 것으로 보인다. 이용자들은 스마트TV 기능에 대한 기대를 가진 사람뿐만 아니라 단순히 고사양의 TV로 교체하려는 구매자까지 스마트TV를 구매할 확률이 높아지므로 스마트TV의 확산은 당분간은 지속될 것으로 보인다. 스마트TV에 대한 수용도 조사 결과, 스마트TV를 이용해보지 않은 이용자들은 스마트TV 2.0의 가치를 이해하지 못하여 수용도가 낮게 나타났으나 스마트TV 1.0을 경험해본 소비자들은 이미 고도화될때로 고도화된 스마트폰에서의 편리한 경험과 비교하여 스마트TV가 아직은 불편하고 볼꺼리도 부족한 상태라는 것을 바로 인지하게 되므로 스마트TV 2.0에 대한 수용도가 훨씬 높게 나타났다. 따라서 스마트TV 서비스와 산업의 지속적인 성장 발전을 위해서는 이용자들의 기대수준에 맞는 스마트TV로 조속히 진화 발전할 수 있도록 준비해야 할 것이다.

본 논문은 한국정보통신기술협회(TTA)에서 제정된 "HTML5 기반 스마트 TV 플랫폼 수신기 적합성 시험" 표준(TTAK.KO-07.0119)에 따라 구축한 표준 적합성 시험환경에서 시험 도구의 테스트 케이스 개발에 활용되는 스마트 TV 테스트 프레임워크 설계와 구현에 대한 내용을 소개한다. 표준으로부터 도출된 많은 개수의 테스트 항목에 대한 테스트 케이스를 효율적으로 개발하기 위해 테스트 내용 외의 공통적으로 수행되는 코드부분(테스트 케이스의 정의, 기본 UI, 서버와의 통신 등)을 추상화하고, 테스트 케이스 개발 자체의 난이도를 줄이기 위해 사용하기 쉬운 API 를 제공하는 프레임워크가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 스마트 TV 테스트 프레임워크의 소프트웨어 구조를 소개하고, 테스트 케이스 개발에 활용하는 테스트 서술 API, 테스트 결과를 사용자에게 일관되게 보여주는 테스트 프레임워크 UI, 그리고 테스트 결과를 수집하고 서버에 전송하는 테스트 리포터의 설계와 구현 내용에 대해 소개한다.

The web service companies develop the App support technique of the HTML5 base in the smart media system and smart TV competitively while the Web platform of the HTML5 base is legislated with the next generation national standard. It is essential to the web kernel, which is the common library of the operating system including the file, window, resource and network management is provided in order to support the various app developments of the HTML5 base effectually. Additionally, the web application program can support UI/UX function of the desktop user using the web browser and JavaScript drive and administration, window management function, and etc. is needed.

실시간 방송과 웹 어플리케이션, 양방향 서비스 등 방송과 통신의 융합인 스마트 TV의 보급률이 점차 증가하고 있다. 하지만 발전하고 있는 스마트 TV 서비스에서 기존의 IPTV와는 다르게 악성 어플리케이션 등 다양한 보안 취약점이 발생하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 스마트워크환경에서 활용가능한 스마트 TV의 기술 동향과 보안 취약점에 대해 분석하고자 한다.
