  • Applying evolved IT technology to increase the satisfaction of the consumer is a typical feature of the rapidly transformed service industry. Smart devices have taken a place as the mainstream of major media, moreover, IT service strategies utilizing smart devices have been constantly developed. Location recognition method of users has been proposed as one of the significant features to the IT service industry. The long-term care home services can be one example of user location recognition methods that real time computerization of service record utilize an attached tag to home of pensioners with RFID reader or an NFC function of mobile when a home carer provides service. And, the Homecare Electronics Management System (HEMS) and the various location recognition methods will be discussed to improve effectiveness of services. In this paper, we propose a home applicable electronic management system which insurer, home care service facilities, home cares, pensioners and guardians which enables to simultaneously check service records based on the improved system by use of iBeacon.

Accordingly, Cyber village represented as home automation and extend to information of society. it encourage need of information and multimedia of home. It expect home information infrastructure for accepting informations, which make smart home to linked home-working home-learning home-treatment. home-shopping and home-banking. The system of intelligent home is the intelligence of human-biology in the side of environmental friendly and multi-function. it distinguish the system of security, controlling system of inside environment, supporting system of house-working, automatic controlling, house working. Future house require to meet demand of young generation, such as small residental space, the multi-functional space, the flexible space, making mood for dual income couple and of single as intelligent home. Accordingly, basic purpose which are pleasantness, the safe and the convenience the mobile multi-function as well as networking with controlling of temperature, security, health-test, home-entertainment, home-office and consider environment together.

  • In this paper, a black box, which is provided the reliability and user safety of home battery energy storage system connected with solar energy generation, is developed. In the developed scheme, a status and diagnosis data of battery management system, power conditioning system, solar energy generation and grid is measured. This status and diagnosis data is stored and displayed in the developed black box. In addition, this status and diagnosis data is stored and displayed in a monitoring system and a smart phone of user. A performance evaluation of the developed black box is carried out using emulator of home battery energy storage system connected with solar energy generation. Consequently, the developed black box is proved its superiority of the reliability and user safety.

  • As the Internet of Thing(IoT) technology recently has become a big issue, many researches have been carried out to link the Internet of things with the home network system. Various home network systems are being implemented to connect many devices used in the home with the Internet and to control and operate the devices using a smart phone. However, existing protocols that operate on the Internet are not suitable for a limited environment such as low power, low capacity, and low performance. Therefore, the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) Working Group proposed the CoAP/6LoWPAN technology as a suitable protocol for internetworking IoT devices with the Internet in a limited environment and adopting it as a standard. In this paper, a smart home network system is implemented to control and operate various IoT devices in a home using CoAP/6LoWPAN in mobile environment. The performance of HTTP and CoAP such as data transmission time, data transmission rate is analyzed.

  • Today we have an obligation to pass the beautiful earth and enrich people's lives to next generations. According to the keynote, governments have a lot of resources to support the smart grid policies. Also the demand of the implementation of smart home applied the concept of smart grid is increasing rapidly. But the construction of smart home is centered on a new public housing except the pre-existing house which is counted for most of more than 90% of total. In this study, we suggest the implementation solution to make smart-homelike for the pre-existing houses without additional wiring or construction. We develop the technology reducing the unnecessary standby power 800mW to 20mW drastically. If we apply this technology, by the power off of main IC the actual power depends on the consumption of minimal devise located on the AC input side. Then the standby power becomes approximately 20mW(110ac).

  • Vehicle-to-Home (V2H) and Home Centralized Photovoltaic (HCPV) systems can address various energy storage issues and enhance demand response programs. Renewable energy, such as solar energy and wind turbines, address the energy gap. However, no energy management system is currently available to regulate the uncertainty of renewable energy sources, electric vehicles, and appliance consumption within a smart microgrid. Therefore, this study investigated the impact of solar photovoltaic (PV) panels, electric vehicles, and Micro-Grid (MG) storage on maximum solar radiation hours. Several Deep Learning (DL) algorithms were applied to account for the uncertainty. Moreover, a Reinforcement Learning HCPV (RL-HCPV) algorithm was created for efficient real-time energy scheduling decisions. The proposed algorithm managed the energy demand between PV solar energy generation and vehicle energy storage. RL-HCPV was modeled according to several constraints to meet household electricity demands in sunny and cloudy weather. Simulations demonstrated how the proposed RL-HCPV system could efficiently handle the demand response and how V2H can help to smooth the appliance load profile and reduce power consumption costs with sustainable power generation. The results demonstrated the advantages of utilizing RL and V2H as potential storage technology for smart buildings.

  • This paper is concerned with the implementation of power line communication system with 9.6Kbps. This system is suitable to establish the smart home using the power line having been installed in house. In the suggested power line communication system, we use the chirp signal with a linearity and spread spectrum frequency band of 100KHz~200KHz. We had the performance experiment for the implementation system. The experiment was achieved in the pseudo load network similar to real circumstance of power line communication. As the result, the communications under the circumstance were accomplished satisfactorily. We confirmed that the suggested 9.6Kbps power line communication system with the Chirped-SS method had the performance enough to commercialize the smart home.

  • Recently, the smart home environment is expected to be a platform that collects, integrates, and utilizes various data through convergence with wireless information and communication technology. In fact, the number of smart devices with various sensors is increasing inside smart homes. The amount of data that needs to be processed by the increased number of smart devices is also increasing, and big data processing systems are actively being introduced to handle it effectively. However, traditional big data processing systems have all requests directed to cluster drivers before they are allocated to distributed nodes, leading to reduced cluster-wide performance sharing as cluster drivers managing segmentation tasks become bottlenecks. In particular, there is a greater delay rate on smart home devices that constantly request small data processing. Thus, in this paper, we design a Apriori-based big data system for effective data processing in smart home environments where frequent requests occur at the same time. According to the performance evaluation results of the proposed system, the data processing time was reduced by up to 38.6% from at least 19.2% compared to the existing system. The reason for this result is related to the type of data being measured. Because the amount of data collected in a smart home environment is large, the use of cache servers plays a major role in data processing, and association analysis with Apriori algorithms stores highly relevant sensor data in the cache.

  • This paper describes a development of smart power outlet and controller installation which is equipped for discrete power load environment such as office and home appliance. This system will sense a real-time power consumption and analyze the status, then, will keep optimal power use condition. The proposed method is applied to the real design, and that experimental results showed good performances on the wall-outlet, also, is expected to be used in the smart home automation installations.

And to support populations of these features smart phones will be available for obesity management in your home without any equipment using. Accordingly, this paper is the study about application development for management obesity for growing students at home based on the latest smart phone platform Android.
