The Smart Home and the Home Networking industry have growth rate in 53.9% per year, and many nations appoint it as a nation's developing industry to research and invest. As KS, a standard composing smart instruments for smart home, maintain systematically in every year, and in other side construction standardization only in way to indicate, but never has national standard. Based on the Modular Coordination(MC) the framing standard of design drawing was examined in every year, and in same way for making the framing standard about Smart Home there need making a Modular Coordination(MC) at first. This investigation recognize the necessity about the modular that will be the base of architectural space which control the smart instruments. And aimed at indicating smart modular through the research about modular of the existing residence space and survey about the applicable smart technology.

4차 산업혁명 기반에서 인공지능(AI), 전기자동차 및 로봇 등의 급속한 기술발전에 있어 반도체가 핵심성능을 좌우하면서, 반도체 경쟁력이 국가 경쟁력과 직결되는 상황을 맞이하였다. 하지만, 한국 반도체 산업은 메모리 반도체를 제외한 시스템 반도체 분야에서 지속적으로 경쟁력이 약화되어, 본 연구에서 침체기에 빠진 한국 팹리스 시스템 반도체 기업의 성장에서 가장 시급한 세계시장 개척을 위해 새로운 스마트계약 기반 블록체인 거래모델인 F-SBM (Fabless-Smart contract based Blockchain Model)을 제안한다. 본 연구는 새로운 F-SBM 모델을 통해 반도체의 Technology, Economy, Reliability 항목의 스마트 계약 기반 컨소시엄 블록체인을 통해 팹리스 업체의 신규고객 확보방안을 검증하였다. 이는 한국 팹리스 시스템 반도체 산업의 숙원인 세계 시장 개척을 위한 신규고객 확보의 높은 진입장벽이 개선됨과 새로운 성장방안을 도출하였다는 측면에서 큰 의의를 가진다.

주택문제, 도심 오픈 스페이스의 감소, 난개발, 교통체증, 도심쇠퇴와 같은 문제점을 겪고 있는 현대도시의 지속가능성을 논의함에 있어서 도시성장관리는 지방자치정부의 차원에서 중요한 이슈중의 하나이다. 이러한 지속가능성을 가능케 하는 실천전략으로 본 연구에서는 스마트성장의 개념을 살펴보았다. 또한 도시의 지속가능성에 가장 큰 걸림돌 중의 하나는 지속가능한 전략을 일관성 있게 추진할 수 있는 선순환 구조가 결여된 자치단체의 내부구조상의 문제점을 들 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 지역혁신시스템(RIS)에 기반하여 각종 도시성장관리 전략에 있어서 지속적인 선순환 구조를 가능케 할 수 있는 지방정부조직의 개념적 모형을 제시하였다.

스마트 농업의 온실 관제 시스템으로 표현되는 생산 모델에서의 구성요소와 관련 서비스 표준 기능에 IT 기술을 적용함으로서 스마트 농업 전 과정의 효율과 질적 향상을 기대하게 되었고 특히 IT 영역의 정보 분석 기술과 자동제어 기술은 농산물 생산에 많은 장점을 제공하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 IT와 접목한 스마트 농업 환경 중 생산 모델에서의 표준기능과 인터페이스 구성 요소를 제시한다.

Market of smart toys is showing rapid growth globally. Recently, new types of toys which can be synced with smart phones, so called smart toys, are being released continuously. As a result, products from RC cars with camera attached that can be driven and monitored using a connected smart phone to toys that would call kid's name once it has been entered through a mobile app. It has been confirmed that there are various way to connect those toys with mobile devices. In this paper, functions of smart toys are classified, and research on different synchronization methods of the toys sold in market as of July, 2017 are explained.

An amazing growth in the field of Internet of Things (IoT) and Blockchain based smart cities from both industry and academia has been witnessed in the recent years. There are many smart applications such as intelligent transportation, smart banking, improving the life style of citizen, energy consumption and managing the waste in the city, handling home needs are supporting the Smart city concept. These applications are profoundly supported by the advanced technologies like Blockchain as well as IoT in the recent past. Smart cities can be supported by the Blockchain core concepts such as secure, transparent, decentralized and immutable nature. Still, Blockchain and IoT technologies implementation in smart cities are in their early stages and significant research efforts are desirable to integrate them. This review article explores the roles and responsibilities of Blockchain and IoT in building smart cities.

최근 수산 자원의 고갈에 따른 육상 양식장에서의 '기르는 어업'에 의한 생산성 향상에 대한 기대가 크게 고조되고 있다. 육상 양식장의 경우, 해상 환경과 달리 환경 및 양성 요소에 대한 제어와 관리가 용이하며, 출하 계획에 따른 생산량 조정이 가능한 이점이 있다. 반면, 자연 환경에서와 달리 어류 성장을 위한 인위적인 관리가 필요하기 때문에 운영에 따른 비용이 크게 증가할 수 있는 단점이 있다. 따라서, 계획된 목표 출하량에 맞추어 효율적으로 양식장을 운영함으로써 이윤 극대화를 추구할 수 있다. 이러한 효율적인 양식장 운영 및 어류 양성을 위해서는 대상 어종에 따른 정확한 성장 예측 모델이 반드시 요구된다. 현재까지 대부분의 성장 예측 모델은 양식장 수집 데이터를 활용하여 통계적 분석 기반의 수치 해석적인 결과들이 주를 이룬다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 통계적 관점에 의한 성장 예측 모델이 가질 수 있는 데이터 확보의 어려움 및 낮은 정확도에 대한 정량적 수치를 제공하기 어려운 단점을 극복하기 위해 확률적 관점에서의 성장 예측 모델을 제시한다. 확률적 접근을 위하여 양성에 가장 중요한 요소인 수온을 기반으로 한 가우시안 프로세스 회귀 방식을 도입하여 모델링을 수행한다. 이를 통해, 특정 시점에서의 성장 예측값에 대한 평균치와 해당 값에 대한 신뢰구간을 동시에 제공함으로써 보다 효율적인 양식장 운영을 위한 참고 수치를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

One of the major factors influencing the phenomenal growth of the smart phone market is the active development applications based on open environments. Despite difficulties in finding and downloading applications due to the small screens and inconvenient interfaces of smart phones, users download applications nearly every day. Such user behavior patterns indicate the significance of smart phone applications. So far, studies on applications have focused mainly on technical approaches, including recommendation systems. Meanwhile, the issue of culture, as an aspect of user characteristics regarding smart phone use, remains largely unexamined throughout the world. Hence, the present study attempts to analyze the highest ranked smart phone applications downloaded and paid for that are ranked the highest in 10 countries (Korea, Japan, China, India, the UK, USA, Indonesia, Canada, France, and Mexico) and we then derive the CDSC (Cultural Dimensions Score of Content) for these applications. The results derived are, then, mapped to the cultural dimensions model to determine the CISC (Cultural Index Score for Country). Further, culturally significant differences in smart phone environments are identified using MDS analysis.

For the service and creation of new space, the next generation smart device for interactive space using tailor-made contents process serve as an opportunity for the growth of new special display due to the integration of the latest digital technology. The application of next generation technology is in the field that most people expect. So, this thesis serving as the beginning, it is hoped that the smart mirror and wall industry in Korea will play a practical and academic momentum. An interactive environment which is the smart device can be realized when space displays based on smart device built on the experience of the user can provide various tailor-made processes such as academics, performances, meetings, virtual experience, exhibits and promotion, and through this a strategic direction was suggested for the development of each field.

본 논문에서는 농작물의 생육 관리를 위하여 농작물에 설치된 센서 정보를 수집하고 모니터링 할 수 있는 스마트 멀티 센서와 환경 모니터링 시스템 소개하고자 한다. 기존의 농작물 모니터링 시스템에서는 각 센서의 정보를 취득하기 위해 센서를 종류별로 농작물에 설치하였다. 이 과정에서 각 센서들의 설치 비용이 발생하며 센서 설치 위치를 수동으로 설정해야 하는 번거로움이 있었다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 센서의 설치 비용을 최소화하기 위하여 센서들을 단일화한 스마트 멀티 센서를 설계 및 구현하였고 RFID 통신을 이용하여 설치된 스마트 멀티 센서의 위치 정보 및 센서 정보를 모니터링 할 수 있도록 설계하였다.
