To estimate information level we do separate level analysis for six sections and integrated total level analysis. After analyzing information level of business, we focus on the factors of this result to understand the most influential environments. The local business we were studying are the third stage-control stage. But Organization of information department and Planning and control of information are the second stage. The number of computer system application field is very related to information level. We present the critical factors of information level of small and medium business.
A major effect of electronic commerce on the Internet is that it reduces transaction costs and creates an efficient market. Thus, an information strategy for developing of regional economy must be changed toward 21st century of electronic commerce era. In this paper, we present an information strategy for activating the electronic commerce of regional small and medium-sized business organizations. The paper stresses creation of a network organization comprising local government, regional business organizations, universities, research institutes, and citizens' coalitions as groups of organizational actors. Necessary conditions of a successful network organization in electronic commerce are to build the public key infrastructure for developing the trust of transactions among partners, and to create an information center to manage a web of partners. In the network organization, the information center must play critical roles as a creator of value and the certification authority in order to issue and manage participants' electronic certificates.
To facilitate a better understanding of the benefits, problems, and issues associated with the use of Internet and (World Wide) Web in business, we conducted an exploratory study on the use of Internet and Web by Small and Medium Enterprise(SME) using the Action-Audience Model. The Action-Audience model categorizes business use of the Web: to provide information (Informational Web), to carry out business transactions (Transactional Web), and to support business activities (Operational Web). The model also recognizes different audiences of the Web. The study shows that SMEs are in the early stage of Web use.
This paper analyzes the role of strategic fit, cooperation, and performance in small-sized subpart suppliers' interactions with large businesses. For this purpose, this paper analyzes survey data from 90 first-tier suppliers of Samsung Electronics and evaluates how strategic fit and cooperative relationships affect their performance. Empirical analysis suggests that strategic fit positively affects small companies' business and innovation performance. This finding aligns with theories arguing for strategies that accommodate specific business environments. In addition, strategic fit is crucial for innovativeness of SMEs (Small and Medium-sized Enterprises). With regard to forming relationships with large companies, findings also show that high quality technological and personnel cooperation boosts subpart suppliers' productivity and efficiency as notably reflected in SMEs' business performance. Moreover, such cooperation between small and large companies reinforces the benefits associated with strategic fit and innovation. This means that if the business environment of small-sized subpart suppliers is uncertain, harnessing differentiated strategies and pursuing collaborations with prime companies will produce innovative outcomes (e.g., increased patent publications). On the other hand, when degree of uncertainty is small, pursuing cost leadership strategies and collaborating with prime companies in areas, such as technology and personnel, will help small-sized subpart suppliers produce innovative outcomes. Based on these findings, this paper argues that choosing the right competitive strategy for a specific business context is intrinsically tied to (1) augmenting technological and human collaborations with prime companies, (2) improving the quality of these interactions, and (3) generating competitiveness among small subpart suppliers. Both competition and cooperation are necessary for strengthening the competitiveness of small companies.

As a result of conducting LDA topic modeling, the support policy for small business owners formed a topic label with government cash and financial support, and the impact of small business owners according to the COVID-19 infectious disease response system formed a topic label with a government-led quarantine system and an individual-led quarantine system, and the COVID-19 economic policy formed a topic label with a policy for small business owners to acquire economic crisis and self-sustainability. Focusing on the organized topic label, it was intended to provide basic data for small business owners to understand the damage reduction policy for small business owners and the policy for enhancing market competitiveness in the future pandemic situation.

All of the ethical and unethical cases of the ten companies have involved aspects of the 21 components, thereby enhancing understandings on how each issue is being seriously considered and/or handled in the small and medium-sized fashion companies. Because of the recession of the Korean construction market, many construction companies are expediting overseas business. Despite the rapid growth of international markets, the polarization of profit with SMCCs (Small and Medium Construction Companies) and large construction companies in the international construction market has become more serious. This problem causes competition to provide the lowest prices, which makes the future of overseas business for the SMCCs uncertain. Thus, the SMCCs require a reasonable capability evaluation system for overseas business. However, the existing evaluation methods focus on large construction companies. To address this problem, this study proposes a system to evaluate the overseas business capabilities. The 27 indicators to evaluate the overseas business capabilities are derived from a literature review and are verified through expert interviews. The indicators are classified into 4 large categories, and a questionnaire-based survey of 50 Korean SMCCs is conducted to analyze the correlation between overseas business capability and the indicators. The system expects to provide the effect of the indicators on the overseas business capability and the chance to evaluate the capability for overseas business.

With the advent of the fourth industrial revolution, the digital transformation craze has intensified in diverse industries, such as finance, automotive, health care and agriculture. However, relative to industry demand, there is only few domestic research on digital transformation of small traders and no one has implemented empirical study on this field at all. Thus, the study conducted an empirical study to measure the digital transformation intention of domestic small traders. In the early days of domestic business start-ups, we searched for factors affecting the digital conversion intention of small business owners and designed an integrated framework to explain the causal relationship between factors. This study not only expanded and refined the scope of related research but also suggested the direction of another research that was not presented in previous research. However, there are limitations in many ways as much as the initial stage of a specific field of small business owners. There are limitations in explaining the overall perception of Korean small business owners. Therefore, in future studies, it is necessary to study more deeply by presenting more specific and various variables. In addition, although the number of respondents was sufficient in the process of empirical analysis, it is considered that the respondents are not enough to universalize the research result as a traditional small business person who did not convert all digital. It is necessary to carry out a comparative analysis by dividing the two groups in more detail and more specifically in the future study. The result of this study can suggest the direction for accelerating small traders' digital transformation intention in terms of practical view, and provide useful references which can support the theoretical foundation for researchers who will perform future related research in terms of academic view.
