Single PPM Quality Innovation Program is to pursuit of defects below 10ppm in outgoing quality for strengthen the small and medium enterprise's competitiveness. This study aims to find that whether quality innovation promotion is significant or not in the ISO 9001 certification enterprises. To perform this research, we surveyed CEOs, managers and workers working for manufacturing business, we distributed 250 sheets totally and withdrew 171 sheets. We analyzed 135 sheets that we could use for this research using SPSS 15.0 and AMOS 18.0 program.

With Zohar(1980)'s research on safety climate and industrial safety, occupational safety and health literatures begin to emphasize the influence of organizational context. Based on this research trend, this paper tried to review the relationship between safety efforts and employee safety participation, and the moderating effect of safety motivation on such relationship. Based on the responses from 643 manufacturing workers, the results of statistical analysis showed that company precaution activity and management safety involvement have affirmative effects on the employee safety participation, but safety education has not. The extent precaution activity forces on participation activity was proved to be influenced by employee safety motivation.

The current research utilized as its target population who are current users of global small to medium sized companies in Korea. The research validated the innovative dimensions by studying the two constructs within the context of the SMB user population. Correlation was found between innovative dimensions retained as components of a Comprehensive Model. It was determined that these four dimensions-Content, Intrinsic Interest, Control, and Timeliness-are significant predictors of user success. The Comprehensive Model was validated, and it is therefore suggested as a basis for further study of user success indicators in the innovative manufacturing enterprise environment.

Quality management activities are an important factor that they could be regarded as a most significant drive to prompt growth of a corporation. From this research as core strategy of the enterprise single ppm wants to emphasize the importance of the quality management activity. The Empirical results are summarized as follows, for successful Single PPM, leadership and corporate culture should be based on. As Single PPM activities factor, Customer Management significantly affects Single PPM Performance. Therefore, to the success of quality management activities, internal corporate leadership and corporate culture must be formed. And for customer management, should take advantage of a variety of the company's internal and external information strategically.

본 연구는 국내 스마트제조 공급기업의 지속가능한 성장을 위해, 스마트제조 생태계 현황을 조망하고 스마트제조 공급기업의 지속가능한 인력양성 정책 수립의 객관적인 근거자료로 활용코자 함이 목적이다. 따라서 국내 스마트제조 공급기업 2,200여개사(社), 수요기업 6,000여개사(社)에 설문지를 구성, 배포하여 공급기업 259개사(社), 수요기업 155개사(社)에서 응답을 받았다. 연구 결과, 공급 및 수요기업 모두 종합적 전문성을 보유한 디지털 융합형 인력 및 현장 중심의 디지털 전환 전문 인력이 필요하다고 나타났으며. 양성방법에는 재직자 교육 및 사후관리 교육에 대한 수요가 높게 나타났다. 본 연구는 연구결과를 토대로 스마트제조 공급기업의 인력양성 정책적 제언을 제시함으로써 향후 한국의 스마트제조 공급산업의 글로벌 시장경쟁력을 강화하는데 기여할 것으로 사료된다.

본 연구는 역대 정부 창업정책을 Hall(1993)의 정책 패러다임(Policy Paradigm) 관점에서 분석하였다. 총 195건의 신문기사와 202건의 정부 문서를 살펴보고, 각 정부 별 정책목표, 정책수단, 그리고 정책수단의 수준변화 분석을 통해 정책 패러다임 변동을 확인하였다. 첫 번째 패러다임 구축 시기는 제5·6공화국으로 1986년 「중소기업창업 지원법」 제정과 함께 제조업 중심의 창업 촉진 및 성장·발전 지원이라는 목표 설정으로 창업정책 패러다임이 처음 구축된 시기이다. 다음은 국민의 정부시기로 IMF 외환위기 대응을 위한 「벤처기업육성에 관한 특별조치법」제정으로 벤처기업 창업 촉진과 육성이라는 새로운 정책 목표를 설정하고, 이를 달성하기 위한 수단을 강구하였다. 마지막 패러다임 변화는 4차 산업혁명과 코로나19에 적절히 대응하기 위해 문재인 정부시기에 이루어졌다. 「중소기업창업 지원법」전부개정을 통해 창업 개념 확장, 신산업·기술창업 지원 및 집중 육성을 도모하였으며, 벤처투자관련 법을 일원화하고 정비하였다. 또한 중소기업청을 중소벤처기업부로 승격시켜, 창업정책을 주도적으로 실행할 수 있도록 하였다. 특히, 본 연구는 최근 창업정책 이슈인 창업기업의 낮은 생존율과 민간투자 활성화에 대하여 살펴보고, 새로운 창업정책 패러다임 변동의 필요성을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 기술경영활동이 기업성과에 어떤 영향을 미치는지, 기업의 혁신활동이 기업경영활동과 기업성과 간의 관계에서 매개효과가 있는지 분석하여 그 연구결과를 기업실무에 적용할 수 있는지 검증해보고자 하였다. 첫째, "기술경영 활동은 기업성과에 긍정적인 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이다."는 가설1은 부분적으로 채택되었다. 둘째, 기술경영활동과 재무성과 간의 관계에서 제품혁신은 기술리더쉽에 완전매개효과를, 기술경영활동과 비재무성과 간의 관계에서도 제품혁신은 기술리더쉽에 완전매개효과를 가지는 것으로 확인되었다. 공정혁신의 매개효과 분석을 위하여 3단계 매개회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 기술경영활동과 재무성과 간의 관계에서 공정혁신은 기술리더쉽에 부분매개효과를 기술경영활동과 비재무성과 간의 관계에서 공정혁신은 기술리더쉽에 완전매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 연구조사 대상의 전국적인 확대와 제조업과 비제조업, 중소기업과 대기업 등으로 나누어 분석한다면 학문적 관점이나 실무적 관점에서 상당한 의미가 있을 것으로 사료된다.
