본 논문에서는 다수 로봇의 목표물 탐색을 위한 area-based Q-learning 알고리즘에 대해 논한다. 선험적 정보가 없는 공간내의 목표물을 탐색하기 위해, 로봇들은 주위의 환경을 인식하고 스스로 다음 행동에 대한 결정을 내릴 수 있어야 한다. Area-based Q-learning에서, 먼저 각 로봇은 정육각형을 이루도록 배치된 6개의 적외선 센서를 통해 자신과 주변 환경 사이의 거리를 구한다. 다음으로 이 거리데이터들로부터 6방향의 면적(area)을 계산하여, 보다 넓은 행동반경을 보장해주는 영역으로 이동(action)한다. 이동 후 다시 6방향의 면적을 계산, 이전 상태에서의 이동에 대한 Q-value를 업데이트 한다. 본 논문의 실험에서는 5대의 로봇을 이용하여 선험적 지식이 없고, 장애물이 놓여 있는 공간에서의 목표물 탐색을 시도하였다. 결론에서는 3개의 제어 알고리즘-랜덤 탐색, area-based action making (ABAM), hexagonal area-based Q-learning - 을 이용하여 목표물 탐색을 시도한 결과를 보인다.

RNA polymerase II carboxyl-terminal domain (pol II CTD) phosphatases are a newly emerging family of phosphatases that are members of DXDX (T/V). The subfamily includes Small CTD phosphatases, like SCP1, SCP2, SCP3, TIMM50, HSPC129 and UBLCP. Extensive study of SCP1 has elicited the diversified roles of the small C terminal domain phosphatase. The SCP1 plays a vital role in various biological activities, like neuronal gene silencing and preferential Ser5 dephosphorylation, acts as a cardiac hypertrophy inducer with the help of its intronic miRNAs, and has shown a key role in cell cycle regulation. This short review offers an explanation of the mechanism of action of small CTD phosphatases, in different biological activities and metabolic processes.

Rabbit blood pressure showed gradual fall by intraventricular guanethidine (5mg). The pressure rise by carotid occlusion was markedly inhibited or abolished by the guanethidine, while it was enhanced by small dose (2mg). The intraventricular guanethidine did not affect norepinephrine pressor effect, but caused marked inhibition or abolishment of depressor action of serotonin.

The art museum plays a role as a cultural space that can solve the cultural desire of people and see a good art works. It is in exhibition space that they personally exchange the feeling between an art work and a viewer in art museum. The types and works - a fiber, a photo, an establishment that needs many places, devices, a video art, and an action art called "performance", cultural art - are shown in small art museum. Moreover, exhibition spaces are modified into the space of another art activities like dancing, music concerts in small art museum because it has no profit space for diverse art activities. And the exhibition the characters of the exhibition space in small art museum. So, it needs to change the characters of the exhibition space in small art museum. Under these background, this stud\ulcorner surveys and analyzes the exhibits, the organization methods, the modified conditions, and the scale of the existing exhibitional space in small art museum. Therefore, the goal of this study is to suggest the composition of the exhibition space unit considering the function and the multifunction in minimum art museum and small art museum.

Purpose: This paper introduces new 2-of-3 main and supplementary runs rules to increase the performance of the classical $\bar{X}$ control chart for detecting small process shifts. Methods: The proposed runs rules are compared with other competitive runs rules by numerical experiments. Nonlinear optimization problem to minimize the out-of-control ARL at a specified shift of process mean for determining action and warning limits at a time is formulated and a procedure to find two limits is illustrated with a numerical example. Results: The proposed 2-of-3 main and supplementary runs rules demonstrate an improved performance over other runs rules in detecting a sudden shift of process mean by simultaneous changes of mean and standard deviation. Conclusion: To increase the performance in the detection of small to moderate shifts, the proposed runs rules will be used with $\bar{X}$ control charts.

A small biped robot system is designed and implemented. The robot system consists of a mechanical robot body, a control system, a sensor system, and a user interface system. The robot has 12 dofs for two legs, 6 dofs for two arms, 2 dofs for a neck, so it has total 20 dofs to have dexterous motion capability. The implemented robot has the capability of performing intelligent actions such as playing soccer, resisting external forces, and walking on a slope terrain. In this paper, we focus on the robot's capability of playing soccer. The robot uses a color CCD camera attached on its head as a sensor for playing soccer. To make the robot play soccer with only one camera, an algorithm, which consists of searching, localization, and motion planning, is proposed and experimented. The results show that the robot can play soccer successfully in the given environments.

Objectives: The aim of this experimental study is to investigate the effects of MYRISTICAE SEMEN, GRANATI PERICARPIUM and ALPINIAE KATSUMADAI SEMEN on the anticatharsis by using mice and Guinea pigs. Methods : We evaluated the effect of herbs on the extracted organs contraction, the barium sulfate transport, and the anticathartic action induced by acetylcholine chloride, barium chloride, histamine chloride, neostigmine, castor oil, pilocarpine in the ileums, large intestines, small intestines of animals. Results : In the extracted organs, all herbs showed concentration-dependent inhibitory effect on the constriction of extracted ileum. The transport of barium sulfate in the large and small intestine was increased in comparing with the control group. And every three herbs showed the anticathartic action. Conclusions : These results demonstrate that MYRISTICAE SEMEN, GRANATI PERICARPIUM and ALPINIAE KATSUMADAI SEMEN extracts have an advantageous effects on diarrhea induced by drugs and will contribute to the development of diarrhea treatment through further related studies.

Although the 'Insamyangwee-tang' has been widely used in clinical purposes in the oriental medicine, its clinical efficacy is only documentated for the cases of gastritis, gastric ulcer and enteritis, but the experimental study on these has not been undertaken. So, to investigate the clinical efficacy of 'Insamyangwee-tang' comparing with animal experiments, This study was carried out. The results showed that relaxing action was shown on the isolated ileum in mice and that strong antagonistic actions were seen on $BaCl_2$, acetylcholine and histamine induced contraction of the ileum in mice, rats, rabbits and guinea-pigs that the relaxing effect of the intestinal smooth muscle was recognized. Inhibitory effects on transport rate in the small intestine of mice. Strong antagonistic actions were seen on acetylcholine induced contraction of duodenum in rats and remarkably inhibiting actions were seen of duodenum in rats. Inhibitory action on the secretion of gastric juice and pepsin, anti-ulceration effect was recognized.

Currently, many punitive damages (or statutory damages) and class action laws are discussed in relation to the consumer damage relief system. It is in the background of the argument that the introduction of such a victim relief system will solve many small and large consumer damages. There are many cases in which the punitive damages compensation or the class action system are introduced in relation to the food safety damage naturally. Although the introduction of such a system can clearly help the consumer to relieve large-scale damage, it can not solve all the problems at once because the company can reject the system despite the introduction of such a system. In particular, class action lawsuits should have the same type of damage, but most of the damage caused by food safety is accompanied by physical harm, resulting in various complications such as the physical characteristics of the victim, the health environment. The class action system may not provide a solution in that the content and type of the damage may be different. In this regard, this study aims to investigate the introduction of the food safety damage relief system through the introduction of an administrative dispute settlement system by an administrative agency that occupies an absolute position in the existing consumer protection from this point of view. In reality, the Food and Drug Administration, which is the largest among government agencies related to food, operates a passive attitude consumer protection system such as function like guidance, supervision and surveillance. And it is necessary to make a complementary proposal. In the current law, there is only a small part of the consumer protection work that is positively legal, and even after the damage is scientifically identified, it is not possible to present the solution to the damage suffered by the consumer through legislation. This is a fact that has been raised. In this paper, we propose a reasonable and rapid disaster relief procedure through a separate mechanism within the administrative agency, which is the administration agency, that the dispute settlement procedure due to food safety damage is insufficient by solving the case through the court through counseling, dispute adjustment and civil proceedings. In order to solve the problem of food insecurity and the food industry, various ways of rational solution of the problem were considered. The possibility of (1) Establishment of a food safety dispute resolution committee; (2) Establishment of a food safety disaster relief committee; and (3) Establishment of a food safety disaster relief committee was discussed. In addition, a plan for the creation of a food damage compensation fund was also proposed.
