As society evolves, people are making more of an effort to learn more about human aspects, one of which is emotional intelligence, a topic on which education experts have traditionally concentrated. This is due to the fact that emotional intelligence has a significant impact on how people think and manage their emotions. On the other side, it promotes the development of expressive ability and aids people in better adapting to life. This study explores the relationship between communication skills, leadership skills, stress management, adaptability, and emotional intelligence of FPT University students to determine the factors that affect students' emotional intelligence. To survey 500 FPT University students, this study used a sample size of 500. Previous studies used a 5-point Likert scale to assess the four skill elements. According to the results, students who completed the survey showed adequate communication skills, leadership qualities, stress management, adaptability, and emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence is influenced by communication skills, leadership abilities, stress management, and flexibility. This suggests that students who master these four skills have higher levels of emotional intelligence. The outcomes of this study reveal that students have been conscious of Emotional Intelligence since a young age. The affirmations in this research paper will benefit students and young people interested in enhancing complimentary soft skills that boost Emotional Intelligence.

Purpose: This study was undertaken to develop and test a mastery learning program of nursing skills for undergraduate nursing students. Methods: In this methodological study, first, the preliminary draft of a mastery learning program to provide training for nursing skills was developed based on Bloom's framework for mastery learning. Second, to test the developed program, a single-blinded, nonequivalent control group nonsynchronized study was conducted on 50 senior nursing students in a University selected by convenient sampling. Thirteen students were assigned to a control group; 13, 12, and 13 of them were assigned to intravenous therapy, transfusion, and patient transfer groups, respectively. The achievement levels and performance scores of the selected nursing skills were measured before and after the completion of the program in all the groups. Lastly, the final program was confirmed based on the results of the program testing. Results: Intravenous therapy, transfusion, and patient transfer were selected as essential nursing skills for the program based on the priorities rated by clinical instructors and staff nurses. The achievement levels of selected nursing skills were determined by Angoff scores. After participating in the program, the proportion of passers and performance scores of the nursing skills in the experimental groups were significantly higher than those in the control group. The final program was confirmed which included a diagnostic test, enrichment activities for the passers and three repetitions of corrective activities and formative assessments for non-passers. Conclusion: The results suggest that a mastery learning program for undergraduate students can lead to better improvement and performance of essential nursing skills.

The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship among science process skills. mental capacity and cognitive styles of elementary students. For the study 264 fifth-grade students were sampled. The Test of Science Process Skills(TSPS) was used as a measure of science process skills. Figural Intersection Test(FIT) was used as a measure of mental capacity. Group Embedded Figure Test(GEFT) was also used as a measure of cognitive styles. The results of this study showed that the science processskills increases progressively as the mental capacity increases. The field independent students showed significantly higher(p<.05) science process skills than the field dependent ones. There was no significant interaction between mental capacity and cognitive styles on science process skills. The findings indicated that there may be evidence to argue that mental capacity and cognitive styles play a important role in development of science process skills. The present study provided a possibility of Neo-Piagetian approach in science education research, and also showed an importance of cognitive development in the performance of science inquiry task.
Education systems have made efforts to prepare students by providing technical and nontechnical courses. With video games, however, there is the potential to develop dedicated metaverses that can help teach soft skills even during casual pastimes. The research conducted will propose a set of design practices for metaverse and game development to promote soft skills. While there are many soft skills people can acquire, this paper will focus on certain aspects based on specific games and studies. There will be some information collected from the information to support the design model and arguments. This paper will provide developers with a starting point for imaginative game creation and impart users with soft skills to assist in their professions and social life.

It is necessary to investigate how age or gender affects visual perception and social skills in late adolescence. A study on the relevance of visual perception in late adolescence, a period that requires social adaptation through the development of social functions, is necessary. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between visual perception and social skills in adolescence. Visual perception and social skill were evaluated for 18-24-year-olds, who are in late adolescence, and were analyzed for gender differences and correlations with chronological age. This study found that there was a difference in visual perceptual function according to gender in late adolescence, and it was significantly higher in men. There was no significant difference in social skills according to gender. However, there was a significantly positive correlation between chronological age and visual perception, but there was no correlation with social skills. These findings provide novel information regarding the developmental course of visual perception and social skill in late adolescence.

This study has formed a clear definition of the elements of inquiry skills : inference, determining relationship, causal explanation, prediction, and created the goals of assessment and the items of assessment. They have been checked the validity and the objectivity and the clarity of the items by six professors of science education. At the same time, the two times of the field trial has been executed. and checked the discriminating power and the difficulty index and the effectiveness of distracters, and modified the items. The test developed in this way was administered to 1060 students of the eighth grade, randomly cluster-sampled from the universe, and standardized. The test is the aptitude test as well as the norm-reference test. and has twenty items. The testing-time is thirty minutes. And the cotent validity is 85%, the objectivity of the answer keys 91.7%, the mean of items difficulty 68.8%, the mean of discriminating power 0.39, the standard deviation 3.31, the reliability(K-R 20) 0.69. Because it is the standardized lest, it can diagnose the well-developed skills and the ill-developed skills of the students, and monitor the development of skills.
The purpose of this study was to develop a social skills training program for rejected young children and to investigate the effects of the program. The developed program used several kinds of interaction methods such as instruction, modeling, rehearsal, feedback, and positive reinforcement. The contents of the program are consisted of role-play, art, language activities, and games. The experimental group with a sample of 9 four-year-old children was those children rejected by peers. There were the other 9 children assigned to the control group. The experimental group received the social skills training program for 50-60 minutes per day twice a week during 12 sessions, and the control group received no treatment. And 9 popular children also joined the program from ninth to eleventh sessions. As compared to the control group, children in the experimental group showed a significant increase in peer acceptance and social skills after they participated in the program.

Purpose: Since the 1990s, there has been an increasing interest in patient safety and quality of care. As a result, undergraduate nursing students have difficulties in clinical nursing practice such as health assessment or providing nursing skills. The purpose of this paper was to review current issues related to use of simulations in nursing education. Method: We conducted a thorough literature review including related proceedings to identify present issues in use of simulation education in nursing. Result/Conclusion: Simulation education in nursing differs from that in medical science. In nursing education, we need to focus on developing competencies for nursing students, for example, nursing process, nursing skills, and therapeutic communication skills With an increasing number of human patient simulators, we suggest a more careful approach including faculty development, curriculum development, and cost effective strategic planning. We propose a reliable and valid scenario development among nursing faculty as a consortium in the future.
