Fossil fuels have been depleted gradually and new energy resource which can solve this shortage is needed now. Methane hydrate, non-polluting new energy resource, satisfies this requirement and considered the precious resource prevent the global warming. Fortunately, there are abundant resources of methane hydrate distribute in the earth widely, so developing the techniques that can use these gases effectively is fully valuable. the work presented here is to develop the skill which can transport and store methane hydrate. As a first step, the equilibrium point experiment has been carried out by increasing temperatures in the cell at fixed pressures. The influence of gas consumption rates under variable degree of subcooling, stirring and water injection has been investigated formation to find out kinetic characteristics of the hydrate. The results of present investigation show that the enhancements of the hydrate formation in terms of the gas/water ratio are closely related to operational pressure, temperature, degrees of subcooling, stirring rate, and water injection.

본 연구에서는 플로우 4경로모형에서 마음상태와 플레이(play)가 하는 역할과 그 결과를 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해서 선행요인인 도전감 및 숙련도의 조합에 따른 마음상태를 측정하고, 플레이를 플로우 4경로모형에 투입하여 플로우이론에서 가설적으로 제시하고 있는 마음상태와 플레이의 영향관계를 분석하였다. 또한 플로우와 플레이의 웹충성도에 대한 영향도 분석하였다. 가설검정 결과에서는 첫째, 도전감과 숙련도의 조합에 따라 플로우, 두려움, 지루함, 무관심의 마음상태가 형성되는 것이 확인되었다. 그러나 두려움의 수준은 도전감과 숙련도가 모두 가장 낮은 무관심집단에서 가장 높게 나타났다. 이런 결과는 플로우이론의 설명과 일치하지 않는데, 무관심집단은 두려움으로 인해 온라인 쇼핑을 회피하는 것으로 해석할 수 있다. 둘째, 도전감과 숙련도에 따라 구분된 집단 간에 플레이 수준에서 유의적인 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 플레이는 플로우에 대해서는 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤고, 지루함에 대해서는 부(-)의 영향을 미쳤다. 그러나 두려움과 무관심에 대해서는 부(-)의 영향효과가 유의적이지 않았다. 넷째, 플레이와 플로우는 웹충성도에 유의적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 부정적 마음상태인 두려움, 지루함, 무관심은 웹충성도에 부(-)의 영향을 미쳤다. 플레이의 웹충성도에 대한 영향은 부정적 마음상태에서 강화되는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 플로우 4경로모형에서의 마음상태를 확인하기 위해 이를 측정할 수 있는 척도를 개발하여 사용하였다. 마음상태별로 수립한 4개의 구조방정식 모형을 통해 플로우 뿐만 아니라 두려움, 지루함, 무관심의 부정적 마음상태에서 발생하는 영향관계를 종합적으로 입증하였다. 이런 결과는 부정적 마음상태의 영향을 확인하였다는 점에서 이론발전에 기여하였다고 본다. 또한, 플로우모형에서 플레이의 역할을 규명하였다는 점에서도 의미가 있다. 본 연구는 실무적으로도 인터넷 소비자들의 마음상태에 따른 시장세분화와 플레이를 활용한 마케팅전략수립에 시사점을 제공한다.

본 본 연구의 현실은 인체 미술의 발전 추세에 따라 미용인들 사이에서 아트 메이크업과 반영구 화장 등이 뷰티 산업의 유망산업으로 부각 되고 있으며, 시간이 지날수록 전문기술 향상에 대한 인식이 점차 높아지고 있다는 점이다. 이에 따라 미용 산업을 전공하거나 반영구 화장을 배우는 미용사들 사이에서 뿐만 아니라 많은 미용기술을 배우는 뷰티 학원에서도 반영구 화장에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있으며, 이러한 트렌드 기술은 국제 미용대회에서 홍보되고 있다. 반영구적 기술을 전문으로 하는 미용 기술자를 대상으로 기술대회를 개최합니다. 교육에 관한 정보교류의 장으로서 교육제도의 확산 등 시너지 효과를 기대할 수 있을 것으로 기대됩니다. 우리나라의 급속한 산업발전은 산업발전에 따른 전문·세부기능인력의 수급과 기술 수준 측면에서 인력형성에 큰 변화를 가져왔고, 이로 인해 미용사의 기술 및 전문기술이 향상 되어 왔다. 미용사 전문교육자격의 우수성과 높은 기술평가. 이는 자기계발에 큰 영향을 미쳤으며 숙련된 기술을 달성하기 위한 노력의 중요성을 재인식하게 될 것으로 기대한다.

The relaxor ferroelectric feature in lead-free perovskite oxides, where the dipoles are randomly oriented and they can be feasibly aligned parallel to the external bias, is attracting lots of attention in the field of piezoelectric materials science, since it is one of candidates to replace the toxic lead-based materials that are still being commercially used. However, the origin of relaxor characteristic and its related atomic structure are still ambiguous. In this study, $Na_{1/2}Bi_{1/2}TiO_3$, chosen as a model relaxor system, was found to exhibit a cationic-disordered atomic structure; and furthermore the nonpolar atomic structure and its related oxygen tilting were ascertained via annular bright field imaging skill. We also found that this cationic disordering gives rise to the local formation of atomic vacancies.

기존의 시행착오를 거쳐 소재를 개발하는 방법은 조금씩 한계를 보이고 있는데, 왜냐하면 산업과 기술이 고도화되고 기능성 소재가 가져야 하는 특성은 복잡해지면서 그 요구치가 높아지고 있기 때문이다. 이를 극복하기 위해 데이터 기반의 인공신경망으로 복잡한 소재 공간을 빠르게 탐색하여 소재 개발을 가속화하고자 하는 연구들이 진행되고 있다. 특히 결정그래프 합성곱 인공신경망은 결정 소재의 구조에 따른 특성을 학습하는 인공신경망으로 소재의 특성(생성 에너지, 밴드갭, 부피 탄성 계수 등)을 양자역학 기반의 제일원리 계산보다 빠르게 예측한다. 본 논문에서는 46,629개의 결정구조 데이터와 그 생성 에너지를 공공데이터베이스에서 불러와 결정그래프 합성곱 인공신경망 모델을 학습시키고 이를 특성 예측에 적용해 보는 예제를 설명한다. 이를 통해 간단한 프로그래밍 지식으로 소재 특성 예측 모델을 재현해 보고 원하는 데이터 셋과 연구 분야에 적용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 인공지능 모델의 개발은 앞으로 더 복잡한 특성을 가져야만 하는 소재의 개발을 위해 넓은 범위의 소재를 탐색해야만 하는 과정을 획기적으로 단축시켜 소재 개발의 가속화를 촉진시킬 것으로 생각된다.

Today, the problem of interrational competition has been strongly appeared and as the deflation is deep occasionally, it is sure that granting autonomous motivation of businessman or importance of self development is proposed especially. Then, which subject is included in granting autonomous motivation as that\ulcorner We must study about that subject first. First, we should study about essence of granting autonomous motivation. Granting autonomous motivation is the course of accompli¬shment of ideal human individually. There are some men not to be able to talk with, but a businessman should make his surroundings cheerful with granting autonomous motivation. If he understands the men of his surroundings with his positive attitude, all tasks of him will be achieved. Formation of question consciousness that he can study always, is needed on which is the important task in himself.

The purpose of this study was to find out job description and necessary abilities for Consumer Affairs Department Service in business. This study was done using survey by mail to the representatives in Consumer Affairs Department in business. 354 representatives were used for the sample. The business was selected 32 among 107 in OCAP(Organization of Consumer Affairs Professionals in Business), from September 25 to October 5, 2000. The results were analyzed from 96 representatives, 23 business. The results of this study are as follows: 1. The degree of importance and participation on the job description in Customer Service Department was analyzed. The most important job was related to consulting. Consumer management and information collect & provision were next important job in consumer affairs. 2. When the degree of participation on the job description compared to the degree of importance, we found that the general level of participation on the job was a little lower than the degree of importance on the job. Especially, the biggest difference was found in the formation of focusing customer. The smallest difference was found in the field of consulting. 3. The most necessary ability for the representative of consumer affairs department in business was responsibility and sincerity, communication skill. The big difference of present ability and necessary ability of representative was persuasive power and communication skirt.

Information technology instruments arc being rampantly used for knowledge management in companies. IT is used as an interplay tool to enhance the flow of knowledge and information between people. KMS, especially, supports the knowledge management process including sharing, creating, and using of knowledge within a company, and maximizes the value of knowledge resources within an organization. The purpose of this paper is to understand how IT is changing the knowledge management activity. through various examples based on exploratory research from MANDO, the Korean automotive parts manufacturer, and POSCO, the global leading steelmaker. The result shows that IT boosts communication skills, thus creates a mutual relationship outcome. In the same context, the process of knowledge conversion by Nonaka's SECI model simplifies to an Externalization-Internalization process. This process accelerates the birth of explicit knowledge and Socialization, supplements the Limitations of the creation of knowledge in the E-I cycle. The E of knowledge simultaneously promotes the I, and eventually brings an advanced learning skill. IT aids the E of knowledge and furthermore, I and E activity, through the knowledge sharing, brings vitality into an organization. The interplay stage for knowledge activity is to be reorganized to a cyber ba. Furthermore, IT will galvanize the formation of core knowledge through systemized acquisition, management of core knowledge and standardization of work.

This study is thed Embroidery, Cross-stitchery, Weaving, Wax-Printing of technique and design appeared in textile of Miaos dwells in south-west among the minority people of china. 서울시의 건축물 정보를 관리하기 위하여 항공사진을 촬영하고 판독을 실시하여 판독현황도를 제작하고 있다. 그러나 판독현황도는 인쇄된 형태이며 수기로 제작되어 많은 오류를 포함하고 있으며, 갱신에도 어려움이 많다. 본 연구에서는 판독현황도의 수치화를 수행하기 위하여 도면 스캐닝에 의한 방법, 정사영상 및 진정사영상을 활용하는 방법, 수정도화에 의한 방법, LiDAR 자료를 이용하는 방법 등을 적용하고 비교 분석하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 수치수정도화에 의한 수치 판독현황도를 제작하는 것이 건축물 정보의 정확도와 경제성 측면에서 타당한 방법임을 제안할 수 있었다.
