의복착용상황과 소비자특성에 따른 의복구매행동의 인과적 관계 (Causal Relationships of Apparel Buying Behavior on Usage Situations and Consumer Characteristics)

  • The purpose of this study were to investigate the conceptual framework of situational vari-ables, and to find out the causal relationships of apparel buying behavior on usage situations and consumer characteristics. Data were collected viaa questionnaire developed on the previous studies from 386 housewives living at Seoul and Pusan, and analyzed by T-test, Factor analysis, and Path analysis. Results indicated that there were significant differences of apparel buying intention on the types of apparel usage situations. The communi-cation situation was found to be composed of Printed Information and Interpersonal Infor-mation, and the buying situation to be composed of Consumer Conditions, such as weather or mood, Shopping Company, Store Atomosphere, Display, and Store Service. The product char-acteristics considered by consumers in apparel buying process were composed of Practically, Fashionability, Brand, and Approval of others. The causal relationships of apparel buying behavior were significantly different on the types of usage situations and the degree of clothing in-volvement.

임상 간호원의 업무 스트레스에 관한 분석적 연구 (An analytical study of work stress among clinical nurses)

  • The study was carried out to measure the degree of work stress among clinical nurses, and to identify factors influencing the work stress. Data was collected from 215 staff nurses working in the Seoul National University Hospital from the end of February to first of march, 1984. The results and suggestion of study were: 1. Nurses perception of work stress. 1) Mean score of total work stress of nurses was 4.467, when maximum score was 6. High degree of work stress is evident among nurses. 2) The highest rank of stress factor was inter-personal relationship with physicians, night duty, heavy work load, inadequate working condition and payment were other stress factors. 2. Relationships between situational variables and degree of stress. There was significant correlation-ship between nurse's total work stress score and educational levels (r=0.153, p=0.032).

  • is designed to study the college women's desirable clothing behavior in campus, and to find out the difference in person perception according to appropriate or inappropriate clothing. Detailed object is to find out the following differences according to appropriate and inappropriate clothing in campus: 1) formation of impression 2) inference of value. Addi\ulcorner tionally the difference in person perception according to major, grade and preference group are studied. For data collection, 460 college women who are attending Ewha Woman's University are included, and convenience sampling method is used. Frequency, percentage, mean, factor analysis, t-test, ANDV A. duncan test, correspondent analysis are used for data analysis. The result are as follows: 1) Wearer's impression is devided into four factors: appearence evaluation, personality evaluation, ability and activity. 2) There are significant differences in impression formation and value inference according to situational appropriateness. 3) There are significant differences in person perception according to major, grade and preference group.

Social Comparison Theory and Interpersonal Contact: The Influence of Incidental Envy on Contacting Higher or Lower Status Others

  • Incidental envy influences behavior in various domains. However, no research, to date, has investigated whether incidental envy influences interpersonal behavior toward others who are unrelated to the emergence of the emotion. That is, the literature is silent on how those who experience incidental envy engage in interpersonal contact and how this may affect consumers. In this paper, we address this question by investigating the influence of incidental envy on interpersonal contact with others of higher or lower status based on the social comparison theory. We demonstrate that incidental envy (versus a neutral emotion) motivates people to contact higher status others to facilitate upward assimilation (experiments 1 and 2). We also show that when competition (a situational factor that heightens the personal relevance of the interaction with the target) is involved, individuals who feel envy (versus a neutral emotion) are more likely to contact lower status others to engage in downward contrast (experiment 3). We conclude with a discussion of the practical implications of our findings.

온라인 도움행동의 원인에 관한 경험연구 - 서울시 대학생을 중심으로 - (An Empirical Study on Explanatory Factors of Online Helping Behavior : Focusing on University Students in Seoul)

  • 이 연구는 온라인상의 도움행동의 원인을 알아보기 위해 기존의 도움행동에 관한 연구를 기반으로 도움행동의 요인을 사회인구학적 요인, 상황요인, 개인동기요인, 사회자본요인으로 구분하고 각각에 해당되는 요인들의 영향력을 조사연구를 통해 살펴본다. 2010년 서울시 대학생 475명을 대상으로 조사한 결과 사회인구학적 요인에서는 연령과 종교가, 상황요인에서는 도움행동의 기회가, 이기적 동기요인에서는 시간과 노력의 손실비용이, 그리고 가장 중요하게는 사회자본이 온라인상에서 남을 돕는 행동에 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 제시되었다. 성과 계층요인, 도움으로 얻는 이득이나 이타적 동기로서 감정이입, 그리고 개인규범 등의 요인은 유의미한 설명력을 갖지 못했다. 도움행동을 유형별로 살펴본 결과에서도 사회자본요인이 정보도움을 제외한 경제도움, 정서도움, 시간과 노력의 도움에서 가장 중요한 설명요인이었다. 이 결과를 토대로 정책적 함의를 논의해 본다.

노인복지시설 영양·급식관리자의 교육 참여동기 및 저해 요인 분석 (Analysis of the Participation Reasons and Deterrents on Welfare Facility Dietitians for the Elderly)

  • Objectives: This study analyzed the education participation reasons and deterrents of dietitians who work in welfare facilities for the elderly. Methods: The survey was completed by 144 dietitians working at welfare facilities for the elderly in Korea. The survey was conducted in October, 2018, both on-line and off-line, based on the demographic characteristics, work status on welfare facilities for the elderly, Participation Reasons Scale (PRS) and Deterrents to Participation Scale (DPS-G). The data were analyzed using frequency analysis, descriptive analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, regressive analysis using SPSS ver. 25.0. Results: The reason for participation were divided into three factors: 'Responsibility of professional and self-development ($5.76{\pm}1.04$)', 'Job stability and personal benefits ($4.98{\pm}1.28$)', and 'Interaction and development of professional competencies ($5.85{\pm}1.00$)'. 'Interaction and development of professional competencies' was the highest motivation factor. Also, the deterrents for participation were divided into four factors: 'Dispositional barrier ($2.70{\pm}1.29$)', 'Dissatisfaction of education usability ($3.39{\pm}1.38$)', 'Institutional barrier ($4.21{\pm}1.45$)', and 'Situational barrier ($2.36{\pm}1.30$)'. 'Institutional barrier' showed the highest deterrents factor. In addition, 'Responsibility of professional and self-development' and 'Interaction and development of professional competencies' were negative attributes for 'Dispositional barrier' (p<0.001). Conclusions: These results provide basic data to promote participation in education and contribute to the improvement of their job ability and education capacity of the food and nutrition management of welfare facilities for the elderly.

암호 없는 사용자의 2차 인증용 복합생체 기반의 FIDO 플랫폼 (FIDO Platform of Passwordless Users based on Multiple Biometrics for Secondary Authentication)

  • 본 논문에서는 암호 없는(Passwordless) 사용자 환경에서 제로 트러스트(zero trust) 기반 복합 생체 인증을 제안한다. 다양한 FIDO 2.0(Fast Identity Online) 거래 인증 플랫폼 연동을 위한 메타버스와 연계를 설계한다. 특히, 스마트 단말기의 위치정보와 지자기 센서, 가속기 센서 및 복합인증(MFA, Multi-Factor Authentication)을 위한 생체정보 등을 적용한다. 이때, 조도 및 온도/습도 등 상황인식을 바탕으로 2차 인증으로 복잡한 인증을 통해 사용자 환경에 따른 적응형 복합 인증 플랫폼을 제시한다. 그 결과 사용자 환경에 따라 지문인식과 홍채인식, 얼굴인식, 음성 등 행동 패턴으로 다양한 제로 트러스트를 기반으로 2차 사용자 인증이 가능하다. 또한 FIDO 플랫폼의 복합 통합 인증 연계 결과를 확인하고, FIDO2.0을 이용한 거래 인증 연계 플랫폼의 인증 정확도를 개선하고자 한다.

조종적성인성검사 문항개발 연구 (Development of Questionnaire Items of Personality Test for the Pilot Aptitude)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop questionnaire items for the Pilot Aptitude Personality Test(PAPT) which can predict the flight training achievement through personality and personal characteristics. To do this, we investigated the personality traits required to successfully conduct flight training for 30 flight instructors as a subject. The results were as follows: motivation, concentration, concentration, situational awareness, and concentration. Based on this, preliminary 300-item questionnaire was prepared by combining the existing studies related to pilot aptitude. Survey was conducted using preliminary questionnaire for 152 student pilots as a subject. As a result of the correlation analysis between the results of the questionnaire and the flight training, 16 questions were derived. Finally, factor analysis showed that the final 14 questionnaire items were confirmed. The internal concept of an item is categorized as personality, perception, and motivation. This study suggests that the pilot aptitude should be viewed from an extended point of view by analyzing individual characteristics and pilot aptitude in relation to flight training achievement.

간호사 극복력 측정도구 개발 (Development of Resilience Scale for Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study was done to develop a measure resilience in nurses. Method: Forty preliminary items were extracted from a view of the literature on concept analysis and scale development, and from in-depth interviews with nurses. These items were examined for content validity, reliability and validity. The scale was verified with 496 nurses working in three advanced general hospitals located in Seoul and Gyeonggido. Results: Factor analysis resulted in the creation of the final scale, which consisted of 30 items that were grouped into 5 factors: dispositional pattern, relational pattern, situational pattern, philosophical pattern and professional pattern. The explanatory variance was 56.25%. The reliability of the scale was Cronbach's ${\alpha}=.95$. Correlation of the scale with the Korean version of the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (K-CD-RISC), established its construct and concurrent validity (r=.74, p<.001). Conclusion: The resilience scale for nurses was found to have reliability and validity, and as developed in this study reflects nurses' disposition and was confirmed as a basis for developing and evaluating programs to increase nurses' resilience.

학령기 아동의 우정관계 개념에 관한 연구 (A Study on Conception of Friendship in Korean Children of School Age)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the components in friendship as reported by Korean children of School age Specially, four major aspects of friendship - definition of friendship, friendship formation, friendship expectation, and friendship termination were explored. The subjects of this study consisted of 600 elementary school children in Grades 1 through 6, 50 males and 50 females at each grade level. Based on Bigelow (1977) five open - ended questions were administered. First and second graders were interviewed individually while 3rd-6th graders replied to a questionnaire in class. For content analysis, responses of each child were coded into 22 categories and each category was assigned a score from 1 to 4 according to its frequency. The data were analyzed by factor analysis. The results showed that four major aspects of friendship in Korean children of school age were found to consist of four different factors. DEFINITION OF FRIENDSHIP was found to consist of the factors; 1) reciprocity of liking vs. helping 2) global evaluation vs helping 3) sharing and 4) common activities. FRIENDSHIP FORMATION was found to consist of the factors; 1) situational effects vs complex evaluation 2) structural dimension vs common activities 3) helping and 4) staring. FRIENDSHIP EXPECTATION was found to consist of the factors; 1) mutuality 2) common activities vs. loyalty & commitment 3) exclusive - dyadic activities vs. admiration (character) and 4) interactive a1truism. FRIENDSHIP TERMINATION was found to consist of the factors; 1) physical separation vs disappointment (character) 2) conflict 3) physical separation vs. psychological dimension and 4) general altruism.
