In this study, Site Investigation Program of cut slope is developed using related techniques and experience got from practical application of Inventory Survey Program of cut slope in work for last 4 years. The Site Investigation Program is designed to can be loaded to the Mobile PC for convenience of carrying in filed, convenience of data input and revision, application of diverse programs, convenience of confirming data and facility of establishment of real-time database system using wireless communication like Inventory Survey Program. Also, for connection with Inventory Survey Program, it has a same work process and can establish real-time database system of almost data obtained in filed using stability analysis tool loaded in this program. Application of this developed program is expected to be an opportunity that can contribute to development of slope investigation and database system area using IT techniques.

The geoscientific study on geological disposal for radioactive wastes has established the stepwise site characterization program, methods and investigation technology. However the intrinsic properties of geological material such as heterogeneity and scale dependent properties make difficulty on satisfactory understanding of geological conditions. To avoid unnecessary time delay and unexpected extra-cost for site investigation, the accurate and complete site investigation program should be established in a stepwise manner and the QC programs for investigation methods and procedures. Moreover, the technical requirements and preferences for a repository should be distinguished and be assessed at the end of each investigation step.

The purpose of this paper is to study and propose playground facilities for physically challenged children to cultivate adaptability in society and advances the opportunity of participate in physical exercise. This study carried out site investigations by visiting and inspecting various facilities: a recreational walking path for physically challenged people, a care facility for physically challenged children, a special school for physically challenged children, and "Madel Park", a private-use playground for physically challenged children. The result of the site investigation found that, overall, play facilities are difficult to use for physically challenged children. In addition, because park space is often small and narrow, children who are restricted to wheelchairs find it impossible to access such facilities. By carefully inspecting each of the facilities, the author found suitable elements to apply for outside play space. These elements include the introduction of an essential slope way to allow for safe movement, the provision of special seats which support the body to outside play equipment and the adaptation of treatment room instruments that assist balance to outdoor playground facilities. On the basis of the site investigation the interview and the indoor education program for physically challenged children the author completed an outside play program. Each item in this program was classified as belonging to either a "sense play" program or and "exercise play" program. Finally, the author designed suitable play equipment for physically challenged children corresponding to each item in the exercise programs in order to research the appropriateness of the equipment to its intended use. This research is the first step. From this point the author expects that specific applications will be developed through a practical space plan and sufficient clinical experiments involving use of the new equipment.

Recently, fatigue related to marine accidents was recognized to be very important contribution factor when marine accidents such as collision, aground, fire, etc. were investigated Many studies concerned about fatigue factors related to human error can be found. In this study, the analysis and examination of USCG Fatigue Investigation Program were carried out in order to investigate marine accidents happened in Korean waters. The Fatigue Investigation Program was established on the MAIFA(Marine Accident Investigators Forum in Asia) web site. Finally, the application plan of the program was discussed.

Selecting optimal wind turbine generators for wind farm sites in the capacity factor point of view is performed in this study. A program to determine the best wind turbine generator for the maximum capacity factor for a site was developed. The program uses both the wind characteristics of the site of interest and the power curves of the wind turbines. The program developed was applied to find out optimal wind turbine generators of three different sites in complex terrain and successfully yielded the best site dependent wind turbine generators. It was also used to determine the best wind turbine generator of the wind farm currently operating in Korea and proved its usefulness. The program and methodology developed in this study considered to be very useful at the initial design stage of the wind farm to determine the best wind turbine generators for the site of interest.

The NIOSH health hazard evaluation program (HHE program) was created in response to the mandate to determine the toxic effect and potential health hazard of workplace exposure, which is found in Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 and the Federal Mine Safety and Health Act of 1977, A primary benefit of HHE program is its ability to provide current health hazard data to employers and employees, which assists them in identifying solutions to occupational health and safety problems in their workplaces, The HHE program also stimulates research in the development and review of sampling methods and diagnostic tests and may prompt additional exposure assesment efforts and toxicological and epidemiological studies. HHE projects also provide human exposure-toxicity data that are used to asses the validity of existing occupational health standards and to support criteria for new standards of recommendation, The HHE request is classified into four categories: 1) category 1: As a administratively invalid, 2) category 2: These are valid requests for which a site visit is not essential to an appropriate response, 3) Category 3 : These are valid requests for which a site visit is necessary for an adequate evaluation, 4) These are valid request which present a complex problem or an opportunity for research, To carry out HHE program one or methods of investigation might be used: 1) direct observation and evaluation of production processes and employee work practices 2) employees exposure level and air contamination level 3) medical test or physical examinations of employees 4) private, confidential interviews with employees 5) review of employer's record of injuries and illness, employee exposure data, medical tests and job histories. After investigation and analysing the data, NIOSH issues a final report, giving finding and recommendation.

In construction of high speed railway, the fan shape is limited to achieve reduction of required travel time and concrete railway which has structural stability and induces small maintenance cost with allowable ground settlement is recently applied. So construction of concrete railway on soft ground in which considerable ground settlement occurs increases and settlement management in soft ground section is required. Field monitoring on ground movement and integrated geotechnical information system which manages construction, design, and field monitoring data are essential for settlement management of concrete railway subgrade. Site investigation data are also required due to future repair work. Therefore in this study, integrated geotechnical information system for construction and maintenance of concrete railway is developed. The developed system consists of a database and an application program. The database contains site investigation, construction, design, and field monitoring data throughout a railway. Application program performs various functions on managing and utilizing information in the database with graphic visualization of output. And by providing integrating information with comprehensible visual displays, the applicability and effectiveness of the developed system for construction and maintenance management were confirmed.

Purpose : The subject site selected in this study was a place that was prepared through the reclamation of foreshore completed in 1973. Since then, the site has been occupied by the industry of ship repair for over 30 years. Method : The results of a precise soil examination conducted in 2013 showed that the site was seriously contaminated with TPH over an area of $10,000m^2$ and GL(-)3.0m in depth, with an expanding coverage of contamination. Results : The soil contamination by refined petroleum products often results in adverse effects to human health and ecological systems, thus the contamination should be purified as soon as possible. Conclusion : Hydrogeological investigation can be employed to assess the groundwater movement and propagation of contamination to determine the potential agents or contaminants in the soil contaminated with high concentration TPH.

The purpose of this study was to serve as a basis for the creation of new design. For attaining the purpose, an investigation was made into the actual condition or problems of domestic and foreign fashion design, and fashion design information was acquired from the Internet. Then, taking the acquired information as the basic data for merchandising, an attempt was made to work out an outline by using the Corel-Trace program, a widely-used computer software, and to modify it by using the Corel-Draw program. The findings of this study were as below: 1) The informations provided by domestic home-pages were largely made up of fashion news and articles on the trend of fashion, but included few of picture report. Almost all of them weren't developed into a database by item or detail. The foreign fashion design web-site were numerous in number, providing diverse information. They offered not only moving images or picture report on fashion show, leading models, photo gallery or fashion trend, but up-dated data everyday. 2) A way to create a design to meet a designer's target is recommended in this study. At first, the fashion information acquired through computer network would be handled by the Corel-Trace program. After Bitmap image would be converted into Vector image, that would be modified by the Corel-Draw program to create a design to suit a designer's target.

This study is purposed to a ripple effects of development of a golf course in rural area analyzed to site suitability, social impact of public opinions, and economical impact. And for study, it is setting up development model of gamaksan golf course in geochang-gun will be constructed. It is carried out those as follows;(1) it is, first of all, examined site suitability considering act and site factors, opinion of residence's, and development planning of geochang-gun;(2) it is, secondly, suggested to analyzed social-economic impacts in rual area;(3) it is, finally, established an alternative proposal for development of a golf course considering it's merits and faults. The result of study, A appropriateness of development planning in golf course is focused to 'regional planning integrated', 'educational program for It's', and 'development council committee' considering harmony of a specialist, residents, government employee, businessman for a identity of interests.
