피크패턴법을 이용한 종이재의 PCBs 분석 방법에 관한 연구 (Study on the Analysis of PCBs in Papers by the Peak Pattern Method)

  • The new approach using the Peak Pattern Method was conducted for the analysis of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) from the papers or paper products to provide certain hygienic data for the recycled papers as well as white papers. The height of the each peak, obtained from the PCBs standards, was transformed to the spectrum to compare with that of the samples. In addition to the results of the single PCBs standards, the pattern of mixed PCBs standards with the adequate concentration and ratios were obtained prior to the analysis of the paper samples. The test showed excellent repetition within 5% variation, and the recoveries of PCBs ranged from 92% to 97%. The PCBs, considered as a hazard material, were analyzed using the Peak Pattern Method from six different types of paper samples including the roll tissue. It could not find the same pattern of the PCBs peaks from all of the paper samples.

무병종서 생산을 위한 감자X바이러스 및 엽권바이러스에 관한 연구 (Studies on the Potato Virus X and Potato Leaf Roll Virus for Disease-free Seed Potato Production)

  • A series of experiment was carried out to study on the production of disease-free seed potatoes at the Alpine Experiment Station from 1960 to 1968, which initiated a study of comparison on degeneration of plain warm region and high altitude products and the effect of latent potato virus X (PVX) and potato leaf roll virus(PLRV) on degeneration. Particular observations were made on some aspect of the nature of potato virus disease and its control such as concentrations of PVX, range of host plants, physical properties such as concentrations of PYX, range of host plants, physical properties and carrying effect of insects, by investigating 9 different areas of the main potato producing regions (Kimhae, Taegu, Choongju, Taejoen, Suwon, Kwangju, Chonju, Cheju and Chinju). Highly purified anti-serum was separated and tested for control of the virus disease and also various method of prevention and control of PLRV were observed, using cultivation of sprouted seed tubers, early harvesting method, and systemic chemicals. The results obtained are summarized as follows; 1. Potato yield in the plain region decreased by 32.8~66.3% in the first year cultivation of seed potatoes from colder region, and the rate of virus infection was 92.9 to 95.4%. 2. Plants of three families including, 20 species were susceptible to the PVX, and among the plants Salvia officinalis of a habits only was the carrier while the symptom of Digitalis purpurea of Screphulariaceae was masked. Necrosis and ring spot was occurred in most pJants of the Solanaceae and ring spot symptom also was observed in Nicotiana tabacum L. var. White Burley and in N. glutinosa. 3. The 8$C_2$ strain of virus had the following physical properties; thermal inactivation point, 68-$72^{\circ}C$ : dilution inactivation point, above 1, 000, 000 dilution: ageing in vitro, 240-360 days: and ageing in dry plant tissue, 30 days. 4. Myzus persicae and Oxya spp. did not transmit the 8$C_2$ strain of potato virus. 5. Virus was purified through the ammonium sulphate isolating method, and higher titer value, 1/2048 was obtained through anti-serum test. 6. Inhibition Chenopodiacae on the virus infection of potato was remarkable, and inhibition of local lesion host also was observed. 7, By earlier planting of sprouted seed tubers, growth period could be prolonged by 10 to 12 days. 8. Earlier harvest decreased much the rate of virus infection of seed potatoes. 9. According to the results of aphid control trial using systemic soil insecticides at Kangnung and Taekwanlyung, PSP 204, Disyston and Thimet was effective to aphid control. In particular, control effect of twice treatments of PSP 204 was great. 10. Treatmental effect of those chemicals lasted about 60-70 days. However, single foliar application of emulsified chemicals was not effective to potato virus control. 11. The effect of PSP 204, Disyston, and Thimet on the control of potato leaf roll virus was great, particularly in the case of two treatments of PSP 204, at Kangnung as well as at Taekwanlyung. Higher negative correlationship between the control effect of potato leaf roll virus and potato yield was observed showing the value r=-0.85 at Kangnung, and r=-0.87 at Taekwanlyung. 12. Differences in the control effects among PSP 204, Disyston, and Thimet was not noticed.

  • 발사체가 정확하게 주어진 궤도에 인공위성을 투입시키기 위해서는 Pitch, Yaw, Roll의 3축을 제어하는 정밀한 자세 및 제어 시스템이 필요하다. 현재 사용되고 있는 자세 제어 시스템은 크게 Cold gas 방식과 단일 및 이원 추진제를 사용하는 액체 추진 기관이 일반적으로 발사체에 사용되고 있다. 위와 같은 추진제를 사용하는 추력 제어시스템의 장단점을 분석을 통하여 시스템의 단순성 및 구조비와 운영 측면에서 향후 개발될 발사체 상단에 적용할 수 있는지를 판단하고자 하는 것이 목적이다.

  • This thesis describes the effect of heat treatment on the magnetic properties of Co-bsaed Amorphous. A sample was chosen as basic composition with Co$\_$82//Si$\_$2//B$\_$16/ of zero magnetostriction. It was made by single roll method with quartz orifice 0.5[mmø], Ar gas pressure 0.6 [kg/cm$^2$] and roll speed 28 (m/sec) and atmosphere is ,Ar gas. We obtained the sample of width 2.4(mm), thickness 45[$\mu\textrm{m}$]. Made sample annealed for the improvement of magnetic propertics at at annealing temperature 325,350,375 and 400$^{\circ}C$ and annealing time 15, 30, 45, 60 and 120min respectiveily. Amorphous ribbon of co-based showed high permeab- ility ${\mu}$=8000∼14000, and became improvement of magnetic properties according to anneal ins temperature and time. Especially. Amorphous sample at 325$^{\circ}C$ ,45min appearanced high permeability ${\mu}$=13, 589 at frequency f= 100Hz. and loss factor was reduced at low frequency with rising anneal ins ti me and temperature more annealed sample than basic sample.

  • 불규칙 해상에서의 선체의 횡동요운동을 해석하기 위하여 등가선형화방법을 사용 하였다. 일자 유도 선형 횡동요운동 모델에다가 2차의 비선형 감쇠항과 3차 및 5차의 비선형 복원 모멘트를 추가 하였으며 불규칙 기진 모멘트는 가우스 백색잡음으로 가정 하였다. 등가선형화 방법을 사용하여 예측한 응답의 통계적 특성을Simulation 결과와 비교 하였다.

  • The matrices which consisted of SiC whisker, PES(polyesterasulfone) as a binder, span 80(sorbitan monooleate) as a surfactant, TPP(triphenyl phosphate) as a plasticizer and dichloromethane as a solvent, have been prepared by the various methods such as tape casting, rolling, tape cast-coating and roll-coating method. The fuel cells of single stack type using these matrices are characterized by ac impedance spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry technique. A fuel cell using a matrix prepared by the tape cast-coating method shows the best performance of 466.34 mA/$\textrm{cm}^2$ at 0.6V because it has the lowest polarization resistance at the interface between electrodes and a matrix due to the largest three phase contact region of gases, catalyst and electrolyte.

차선검출 기반 카메라 포즈 추정 (Lane Detection-based Camera Pose Estimation)

  • When a camera installed on a vehicle is used, estimation of the camera pose including tilt, roll, and pan angle with respect to the world coordinate system is important to associate camera coordinates with world coordinates. Previous approaches using huge calibration patterns have the disadvantage that the calibration patterns are costly to make and install. And, previous approaches exploiting multiple vanishing points detected in a single image are not suitable for automotive applications as a scene where multiple vanishing points can be captured by a front camera is hard to find in our daily environment. This paper proposes a camera pose estimation method. It collects multiple images of lane markings while changing the horizontal angle with respect to the markings. One vanishing point, the cross point of the left and right lane marking, is detected in each image, and vanishing line is estimated based on the detected vanishing points. Finally, camera pose is estimated from the vanishing line. The proposed method is based on the fact that planar motion does not change the vanishing line of the plane and the normal vector of the plane can be estimated by the vanishing line. Experiments with large and small tilt and roll angle show that the proposed method outputs accurate estimation results respectively. It is verified by checking the lane markings are up right in the bird's eye view image when the pan angle is compensated.

  • 기계적 조인트와 접착 조인트는 구조물의 일반적인 접합 방법이다. 접착 조인트는 기계적 체결법에 비해 넓은 면적에 하중이 분포되고 우수한 피로 특성을 가진다. 이러한 특성에도 불구하고, 접착 조인트는 환경조건이나 작업자의 숙련도에 대한 접착 건전성이 크게 달라진다. 따라서 접착 조인트의 건전성을 평가 할 수 있는 기술이 필요하다. CNT를 접착제에 분산시켜 접착조인트의 전기적 특성을 측정하는 전기저항법은 결함을 검출하는 매우 유망한 기술이다. 본 논문에서는 초음파 분쇄기와 3-roll-mill을 이용하여 접착제에 CNT를 균일하게 분산시켰으며, 알루미늄-알루미늄 단일 접착 조인트를 제작하여 탄소나노튜브(CNT) 함량에 따른 정적 강도의 변화를 평가하고, 전기저항법을 이용하여 결함탐지능을 평가하였다.

아로마 롤온 흡입법이 경로당 이용 노인의 스트레스, 통증, 우울 및 혈압에 미치는 효과 (Effects of the Aroma Roll-on Inhalation Method on Stress, Pain, Depression and Blood Pressure in the Elderly in a Senior Citizen Clubs )

  • 본 연구는 아로마 롤온 흡입법이 경로당 이용 노인의 스트레스, 통증, 우울 및 혈압에 미치는 효과를 확인하기 위한 원시실험연구이다. 대상자는 경기도 S시에 위치한 경로당 2곳에 등록된 노인 가운데 선정기준에 부합한 33명이 참여하였으며 자료수집 기간은 2022년 11월 14일부터 2022년 12월 19일까지 시행하였다. 아로마 롤온 흡입 전후에 경로당에 직접 방문하여 혈압 측정 후 자가설문으로 구성된 스트레스, 통증, 우울을 조사하였다. 실험군에게 적용한 에센셜 오일은 마조람, 제라늄, 페페민트, 오렌지 스위트를 캐리어 오일인 호호바오일에 희석한 것으로 하였다. 중재는 4주 동안 1일 3회 시행하였다. 연구결과, 아로마 롤온 흡입법은 대상자의 스트레스(t=2.63, p=.013), 통증(t=2.46, p=.019), 수축기 혈압(t=3.01, p=.005)에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 따라서 아로마 롤온 흡입법은 경로당 이용 노인의 스트레스 감소 및 통증 완화, 혈압 관리에 유용한 간호중재로 활용가능할 것으로 기대된다.

SVM에 기반한 음악 장르 분류를 위한 특징벡터 정규화 방법 (Feature-Vector Normalization for SVM-based Music Genre Classification)

  • 본 논문에서는 Mel-Frequency Cepstral Coefficient (MFCC), Decorrelated Filter Bank (DFB), Octave-based Spectral Contrast (OSC), Zero-Crossing Rate (ZCR), 그리고 Spectral Contract/Roll-Off를 복합 특징벡터로 결합하여 Support Vector Machine (SVM)을 이용한 음악 장르 분류 시스템을 설계하였다. 기존 방식에서는 전체 학습 데이터에 대한 특징벡터를 정규화를 한 후 SVM 모델을 생성하여 분류를 시행하였다. 본 논문에서는 비교 대상이 되는 한 쌍의 클래스에 대해서 One-Against-One (OAO) SVM으로 모델을 생성할 때 선택된 두 클래스의 특징벡터에 대해서만 정규화를 시행하는 방식을 제안한다. 기존 정규화 방식을 이용하면 단일 특징벡터로 OSC를 사용할 경우에는 60.8%, 복합 특징벡터를 모두 이용하는 경우에는 77.4%의 인식율을 얻을 수 있었다. 또한, 제안된 정규화 방식을 이용하면 OSC와 복합 특징벡터에 대해서 각각 8.2%와 3.3%의 추가적인 성능 향상을 얻을 수 있었다.
