현재 전국주요관광지의 관광해설사의 해설은 관광지를 이해하는데 많은 도움을 주고 있다. 그러나 주로 해설사의 활동공간은 실외이므로 육성으로 모두 알아들을 수 있는 상태가 아니다. 그러므로 마이크와 스피커 등을 이용하계 되는데 대부분의 관광해설의 경우 해설사의 움직임이 많아 의류 등에 부착하여 사용하는 부착식은 사용하기에 번거로움이 많다. 이에 본 논문에서는 설치형 고정식 마이크를 사용하고 입력되는 음성을 적응형 필터를 이용하여 잡음을 최소화하도록 MCU(ATmega128), MSM7731-02 Oki-Dual Codec을 활용하여 On-board 시스템으로 구현하고, 필터 코덱과의 시리얼 통신방식으로 제어 프로그램을 구현하였다. 그 결과 가청방향을 최대 59ms, 회선반향 최대 27ms, 반향 감소 최대 35dB, 등의 적응형 잡음을 제거하는 시스템을 구현하였다.

In terms of reinforcing the functions and services of rescue 119 and emergency corps, we must review the following considerations : Building up security system along with operational expansion, building up a system for emergency medical treatment, buliding up a comprehensive information management system for rescue and emergency, constructing a provincial safety museum and so forth. For the ways to better the works of rescue 119, we can review the following considerations : Improving the education for fire fighting trainging corps under Jeju Provicial Fire and disaster management department, providing rescue members with more opportunity for clinical practices, enhancing the morale of rescue members, installing a comprehensive briefing room for emergency rescue members, building up medical networks along with reasonable policies for information service, operating the consulting system for rescue 119 and so on. Provide little more superior quality high fire fighting service to jeju islander, and need long-term and elaborate research to correspond in rising fire fighting man-power demand newly and investment. Construction of well-matched disaster administration system is assignment that must hurry in international free city. That jejudo receives time factor about that is received for another thing area's number of persons or equipment when regional special quality large scale or disaster happens is that of course the support receives limitation immediately. Jeju fire fighting services is one story reform, specialization taking into account particular situation of jeju area to grow as sightseeing and center of culture intending international free city, should be upgraded. So, it may do big contribution naturally in jeju international free city phase that coincide jeju islander's social welfare promotion and safety desire.

본 연구에서는 철도운송과 철도관광열차의 특성을 중심으로 철도관광열차의 선택시 중요도 및 성취도의 차이를 규명하는데 본 연구의 1차적인 목적이 있다. 또한 철도관광열차 이용경험에 따른 중요도 및 성취도 차이점을 규명하고자 하였다. 이에 연구결과를 종합해보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교통운송수단으로써 철도관광열차를 선택시 중요도와 성취도에서 25개의 항목에서 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 시급히 개선해야 할 부분인 '집중(Concentrate Here)' 측면에서는 열차내의 냉난방의 온도의 적정성, 연계교통수단의 안내서비스로 파악되었으며, '저순위(Low Priority)' 측면의 항목은 관광열차의 운행 빈도/간격 등 총 26개의 항목으로 현재 수준 이상의 노력투입은 불필요한 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 철도관광열차의 경험에 따라 교통운송수단으로써 철도관광열차 선택시 중요도와 성취도에서 차이를 보였다.

날로 심각해지고 있는 환경문제에 대응하기 위하여 정부는 1979년 환경영향평가제도(EIA)를 시행하고 있다. 이에 따라 환경오염은 여느 때보다 엄격히 규제되고 있으나 오염현상은 더욱 복잡해져서 그 피해상황도 여러가지 양상을 띄고 있다. 본 연구에서는 환경영향평가의 효율적인 목적달성을 위해, 체계적이고 과학적인 접근방법을 모색해 보고자 하였다. 즉, 지형정보시스템 (GIS)과 원격탐사(RS) 기법을 환경영향평가제도에 적용시키고자 하였으며, 그 대상지역으로서 관광단지 개발이 예정된 전남 화원 지역을 선정하여 여러가지 가정에 입각한 평가를 실시해 보았다. 평가내용으로서는 토공량계산, 토지이용모델작성, 사면방위도제작, 사면안정성평가, 가용부지추출 등이 연구내용에 포함되었다. 결과적으로 대상지역의 현황을 효율적으로 정확히 파악하고, 환경파괴를 최소한으로 하는 개발계획의 수립을 위한 자료를 제공함에 있어 지형정보시스템의 적용은 필수적이라 하겠다.

본 연구는 산림에서 개인휴대 단말기(PDA)를 기반으로 수치지형도와 GPS를 활용하여 산림지리정보를 활용할 수 있는 소프트웨어를 개발하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서 개발한 산림지리정보 소프트웨어의 주요 내용과 그 특징은 다음과 같다. 산림지리정보검색 소프트웨어는 PocketPC 2002/2003 운영체계에서 작동하도록 하였다. PDA의 표시 화면은 DXF형식의 1:25,000 수치지형도를 PC에서 변환하여 활용하며, PDA에 표시하는 지도데이터는 1:2,500에서 1:30,000까지 5단계로 확대, 축소 표시가 가능하도록 제작하였다. GPS에서 수신한 위치정보 및 이동 경로정보를 화면에 나타내고 저장할 수 있도록 하였다. DXF형식의 수치지형도의 레이어 중 선택한 정보를 본 시스템에서 활용이 가능한 이진파일 형식으로 변환하는 소프트웨어를 제작하였다. 이를 활용하여 DXF 파일 크기 대비 90%이상 압축이 가능하였고, PDA의 처리 속도를 크게 향상시켰다. 산림지리정보검색 소프트웨어는 sub menu 기능과 grid index를 활용하여 GPS에서 수신된 위치정보와 함께 산림조사 자료입력 소프트웨어와 연동하여 표본점의 관리에 활용이 가능하도록 하였다. 산림작업자가 현장에서 필요한 임상, 소유, 위치, 임도, 사방댐, 시설물 설계도 등 산림지리정보를 현장에서 즉시 검색이 가능하도록 하였다. 산림지리정보검색 소프트웨어는 지리정보 표시기능과 정보검색기능을 이용하여, 일반인들의 등산, 관광, 유적지 답사 등에 현재 위치 및 이동 경로에 관한 정보를 제공할 수 있도록 제작하였다.

This study was conducted to identify the characteristics of social carrying capacity at mega-events, especially the 2000 Kwangju Biennale in Korea. In particular, this paper has proposed some management policies for mega events taking into account the relations between social carrying capacity, satisfaction and crowding. The research method was to look into the general characteristics and distributive forms of the location, and then to confirm the possibility of sampling the factors involved in satisfaction degree; last, A factor analysis for causal analysis of perceived crowding was performed. The study needed correlation analysis in order to compare expected crowding and perceived crowding, and performed regression to examine the causality of perceived crowding and satisfaction. The research results were as follows: the correlation of expected crowding, perceived crowding, and the total satisfaction was very low or meaningless. The relation between satisfaction and elements for factor analysis such as convenient facilities and value experience showed partial meaningfulness. The factors of convenient facilities, entrance fee, parking lot use, toilet convenience, and exhibit room use had meaningful results; on the other hand, the factors of value experience showed a meaningful result in the guide service of an event place. In conclusion when those holding an event make a basic project, they should consider management measures for convenience of facilities, proper education for guide service, and systematic guidance. Also, as a method for perceived crowding lower than expected crowding, the study has proposed that it is possible to lower expected crowding by providing appropriate information on the number of tourists expected on the weekends and weekdays. Future research should control variables such as personal characteristics, seasons proper for vacation and holidays, and carefully consider their investigation and design. Moreover, it is necessary to study variables involved in expected crowding of more various space-intensive sightseeing places (mesa-events).

관광 분야에서 가상현실을 이용한 다양한 서비스가 진행되고 있지만, 가상현실 체험은 한정된 장소에서 고가의 장비를 통해 지속적인 유지관리가 필요하면서 활용에 한계가 발생한다. 대부분 관광 유적지가 실외에 있고 관광과 체험이 동시에 이루어지는 것이 필요하기 때문에 본 연구에서는 쉽고 간편한 구글 카드보드와 사용자의 스마트폰을 활용하는 모바일 가상현실 관광 체험을 제안한다. 이를 위해서 사물 인터넷과 결합한 관광 정보를 실시간으로 제공하는 시스템을 구성하고, 유네스코(UNESCO) 세계유산으로 지정된 백제 유적지 공산성과 송산리 고분을 중심으로 다양한 가상현실 기법을 적용하여 콘텐츠를 개발하였다. 또한, 공산성의 왕궁터를 가상으로 복원하여 역사 체험의 활용 가능성을 확인하였고 실제로 공산성에서 체험을 진행하여 긍정적인 호응을 얻었다, 이를 통해서 관광콘텐츠 활성화와 가상현실 대중화에 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

Agricultural tourism is a new kind of industry, which combined agriculture with tourism. It not only has the productive function, but also has the function of improving the quality of ecological environment and supplying people with sightseeing, leisure, vacation. Agricultural tourism is a new kind of industry from the amalgamation of agriculture and tourism: it is based on farm work, characterized by agricultural management, combines agriculture and tourism, and includes the city as a market-place. It satisfies tourist demand with food, lodging, excursions, shopping and entertainment provided by agricultural places and agricultural products. After combining the substance of this study with the primary sources regarding the development of agricultural tourism, I suggest plans for the development of local agricultural tourism on the basis of sustainable tourism theory in case of the Inner Mongolia region. To conduct research, various data such as literature research and surveys are collected and analyzed. According to the result of the research, the Inner Mongolia region has great-wealthy resources for agricultural tourism. However, they have problems as well such as lack of funds, low infrastructure, low business-mind level, low management-mind, the scarcity of mid-supporting organizations for research and education, low awareness, and low service level of the agricultural tourism. In order to solve these problems, have to strengthen publicity, strengthen the county and city communication, educates continuously profession talented person, establish related laws and regulations, increase the integrity of infrastructure. As a developing industry, agricultural tourism is a new field of study which needs more encouraging research. The agricultural tourism of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has only just started development resulting in a limited amount of information available for this study. Future planned work entails a continuous in-depth study of Chinese agricultural tourism, considering Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in particular.

현재 국내 출판계의 전자책과 앱북 시장은 장르문학인 소설과 웹툰 분야의 매출이 전체의 80%에 이르는 특정분야 매출 편중 현상이 두드러지게 나타나는 상황이다. E-book에서 진화한 앱북은 오프라인에서 주로 판매되는 종이책과는 달리 가독성과 구매의 편리함이 강점이지만 일반화되기에는 대중적 전파력에 있어 시일이 걸린다는 점이 단점으로 작용하기도 한다. 그러한 상황 속에서도 국내 전자책 시장의 매출은 가파르게 성장하고 있으며 현재는 장르문학에 국한되지 않고 출판콘텐츠 분야에서 다양한 실험적 도전이 시행되고 있는 단계라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 부산관광콘텐츠를 기반으로 한 최초의 지역콘텐츠 소재 앱북의 기획과 개발과정을 통해 향후 웹 모바일 플랫폼으로서 관광 앱북을 개발하고 기존의 단순한 정보만을 제공하는 앱북의 단점들을 보완하여 유료다운로드를 통한 구매로 이어지는 지속적 사용이 가능한 여행 앱북의 활용 전략을 제안하고자 한다.

I wish to establish Kwang-shi Han-woo agriculture theme park furtherance plan that take advantage of unique area resource of homebred cattle meat sale restaurant of the Chungchong-namdo Yesan County Kwang-Shi Ran-woo village. Improve regional income that develops Kwang-shi Ran-woo area that is made up a rest and experience space that escapes in sightseeing of Ran-woo meat putting first that is food, and contribute in economy activation by promotes City-Farm exchange, and is behind present, and is expected that contributes in farm village area activation that is stagnated Ran-woo specialization area of whole country scale. Kwang-shi Han-woo agriculture-farm village theme park plan is thought that active participation of thorough environmental protection and local resident is necessary condition as plan that take advantage of peculiar latency resource of area. In plan process, reflected various opinion of local resident representatives to space but there is a little insufficient page, and sees that also thorough environment analysis should be preceded. Hereafter, see that correction' repletion need a little through thorough grasping of latency resource that put together thorough natural environment investigation. in Yesan County with analysis at final design step. But, see that plan of theme park that take advantage of characteristic resource in farm village, especially situation of Ran-woo farmhouses that is suffering now difficulty as plan that do appropriateness of city in area activation and economical income guarantee side of farmhouse inhabitants.
