본 연구는 사용자들의 공유행위의도에 대한 이유를 설명하기 위해 계획된 행동이론 모델 변인(주관적 규범, 태도, 자기효능감)과 소속 욕구, 자기성장주도성의 관계를 입증하고자 하였다. 온라인 설문조사를 통해 온라인 비디오 공유 경험이 있는 959명의 참가자들을 표본으로 수집하였으며, 수집된 데이터는 구조방정식모형 검증을 통해 분석되었다. 연구 결과, 소속 욕구는 온라인 비디오 공유에 대한 태도와 주관적 규범에 영향을 미쳤으며, 자기성장주도성 역시 온라인 비디오 공유에 대한 태도와 자기효능감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 계획된 행동이론 모델의 3가지 변인 모두 온라인 비디오 공유 의도에 영향을 미치고 있음이 확인되었으며, 온라인 비디오 공유에 대한 태도는 주관적 규범과 자기효능감에 영향을 미치고 있음이 확인되었다. 본 연구는 소속 욕구, 자기성장주도성과 함께 계획된 행동이론 모델의 구성 변인을 통해 사용자의 온라인 비디오 공유 의도에 대한 설명력을 입증하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

The primary purpose this descriptive study was to identify, describe, and compare the patterns of shared governance and nursing unit culture in the hospital settings. The secondary purpose of the research was to identify, describe whether the participation style or responsibility style of nursing management activities shared through nurses in a consistent way. Methodology included survey and in-depth interviews with a total 145 members of 15 nursing units in 3 hospitals. One was a national hospital, another was a corporation hospital and the other was a teaching hospitals. Conclusions from this research included the following: 1. The degree of shared governance in nursing management activities was the highest in the corporation hospital. 2. In the participation style of nursing management activities, 'all participation' was the highest in the corporation hospital. 'Nursing administration only' was the highest in the national hospital. 3. Distribution of responsibility style differed from that of participation style. Three hospitals showed high in nursing management activities such as 'nursing administration only' and 'head nurse only' style. 4. Five experts surveyed showed that the ideal level of nurses' participation in nursing management activities was a traditional nursing governance pattern. 5. There was a distinct difference in the nursing unit culture throughout the institutions in the professional growth. 6. There was no significant difference in the same nursing units of three hospitals in nursing unit culture. According to these results, the following implications can be made; 1. In nursing administration, there should be an emphasis on preparing staff nurses' potential decision-making ability through continuing education so that staff nurses' autonomy and responsibility will be developed and increased. 2. It is necessary to develop a strategic nursing unit for improving nursing quality in hospital setting. 3. The relationship of shared governance, nursing unit culture and nursing outcome should be researched further.

세계적으로 공유경제 시장이 성장함에 따라 최근 국내에도 다양한 공유 서비스들이 등장하고 있다. 국내 공유 모빌리티 산업을 대표하는 서비스 중 하나인 서울시 무인 공공자전거 대여 서비스 '따릉이'는 높은 인지도와 이용률에 비해 따릉이 대여에 필수 매개체인 따릉이 모바일 어플리케이션의 사용성은 개선되지 않아 사용자의 불편함을 초래한다. 본 연구는 따릉이 주 이용자인 20~30대를 대상으로 사용성 평가 (Usability testing)와 심층 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 그 결과 따릉이 모바일 어플리케이션이 갖는 문제점을 파악하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 따릉이와 같이 공공성을 갖는 공유 모빌리티 서비스의 디자인 고려사항을 제안하였다. 이는 공유 모빌리티 서비스의 사용자 경험 향상에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

기업의 경영 활동과 사회적 요구를 결합하여, 기업의 지속가능 성장과 사회 문제를 동시에 해결할 수 있는 공유가치창출(Creating Shared Value, CSV)이 주목 받고 있다. 이에 따라, 공유가치 창출 방안과 성과 측정방안에 대한 연구 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 그러나 최근 논의들은 기존 비즈니스 모델에 단순히 CSV 개념을 적용하거나 공유가치를 경제적 이익만으로 측정하려는 경향이 있다. 즉, CSV 적용 적합성에 대한 검토나, 산업 특성을 반영한 성과 측정에 대한 논의는 아직 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 CSV 적용 시, 가장 큰 가치창출이 예상되는 산업을 선정하고 해당 산업에서의 공유가치 성과 측정방안을 제안하였다. 전문가 인터뷰를 통하여 한국의 10대 전통 주력 산업 중, IT를 접목할 경우 사회적 요구 해결과 기존 산업에 새로운 가치를 창출할 수 있을 것으로 판단되는 산업을 도출하였다. 적합한 산업으로는 최근 스마트 환경에서 산업 성장 정체를 경험하고 있으며, 에너지 절감 및 환경 문제 등에 직면하고 있는 전통 가전 산업이 선정되었다. 그 중 친환경 가전을 중심으로 마이클포터의 CSV 전략 3단계에 따라 가치 창출 과정에서의 측정변수와 성과변수를 제시 적용하였다. 본 연구는 실증적 차원에서 한계점이 존재한다. 그러나 CSV에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있는 현 시점에, 산업 특성을 반영한 CSV 전략 활동과 성과 측정방안을 제시하였다는데 의의가 있다.

기존의 기업의 사회적 책임(CSR, Corporate Social Responsibility)의 전략적인 발전 형태인 Porter(2011)의 공유가치창출(CSV, Creating Shared Value)은 기업의 핵심역량을 발휘하여 기업적 가치를 창출하는 동시에 사회 내의 다른 이해관계자들의 사회적 가치를 창출한다는 점에서 자본주의적 원칙에 더욱 부합하는 형태라 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 CSV 개념을 기업 경영에 도입하여 가치를 창출하는 식품기업 사례를 살펴본다. 식품산업의 특성을 고려하여 농촌 농업에 대한 CSV 활동에 초점을 맞추어 사례분석을 실시하였다. 사례분석 결과 사회적 가치와 기업적 가치의 접점에서 새로운 조직이 구성되는 '공동창업형' CSV 활동이 발견되었다. 기업이 농업 농촌의 이해관계자들과 협업하여 새로운 조직을 창업하는 양상은 공유가치 창출 방법에 따라 다소 차이를 보이지만, 기업과 이해관계자의 가치창출을 동시에 추구한다는 점에서 공통점이 발견된다. 본 사례연구는 CSV 기반 창업활동을 제시하여 동반성장, 상생경영에 대한 시사점을 도출하였다는 점에서 의의를 갖는다.

The three processes of 1) high- & low-temperature microwave heatings, 2) the soil washing, and 3) the thermal desorption processes in soil remediation are analysed on the treatment cost data for 2003-2012 years. The cost of microwave heating method with at temperature 500-700℃, for 30 minutes, and at 4-6 kW is approximately 10 $/ton (13,000 ₩) due to the deep through heating of micro-wave, the soil washing with chemicals is about 80 $/ton (85,000 ₩) due to the chemicals & duration, and the thermal desorption process is around 40 $/ton (41,000 ₩) from the less efficiency. Furthermore the sustainability has been assessed, and suggestions are made. 1) Green; the minimal environmental footprint, 2) Growth; the least cost, 3) Shared; the social & environmental justice, 4) Smart; the microwave characteristics of deep through irradiation & heating, and 5) Mutuality; the flexibility of the technology. More additives including water, the government support, and public relation are suggested realizing the microwave in this condition is not harmful to human beings.

Purpose: This paper treats a defense-supply chain quality management model for analyzing the Korea defense industry. Methods: Various literature, the quality collaboration index for supply chain management model proposed by Korean Standards Association and shared growth index presented by Korea Commission for Corporate Partnership are reviewed to develop the defense supply chain quality management index and model based on the method presented by Hafeez et al.(2006). In addition, based on the proposed model, we survey the supply chain quality management efficiency including focused group interviews in the defense industry. Results: We propose a defense-supply chain quality management index and model for analyzing the quality level between the parent companies and its partners. In addition, the results of applying the model are proposed to improve the quality of military items. Conclusion: A model is developed for improving the quality of military items. This proposed model will be adopted to enhance the quality of military items.

최근 글로벌 경쟁이 더욱 치열해짐에 따라 기업의 경쟁력강화를 위한 대 중소기업간 상생협력과 동반성장이 중요한 사회적 관심사가 되고 있다. 대 중소기업 상생협력은 기업경쟁력 강화측면 뿐 아니라 장기적으로 CSR과 CSV 관점에서도 중요성이 더욱 커지고 있다. 실제로 많은 국내 대기업들이 상생협력을 강화하고 있는 추세이다. 본 연구에서는 삼성전자를 비롯한 국내 주요 대기업들의 상생협력 사례를 비교 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 국내 대기업들의 상생협력 방안에 대한 시사점을 도출하였다.

본 연구는 창업에 성공한 지역사회거주 비혼모들의 기업가정신 경험에 관한 연구이다. 연구자는 지역사회에 거주하며 자녀 출산, 양육과 직업 활동을 병행하고 있는 비혼모 5인의 모성권과 노동권을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 연구 참여자들과의 일대일 심층면담을 바탕으로 수집된 자료를 Colaizzi(1978)가 제안한 기술적 현상학적 방법으로 분석하였다. 자료 분석 결과 53개의 주제와, 10개의 주제결집이 드러났다. 자료 분석 결과를 바탕으로 임신갈등 극복, 창업의 계기, 창업 성공 경험의 범주에 재배열하여 기술하였다. 본 연구의 주제결집은 '생명단절의 압력', '축복받지 못한 생명을 떠맡음', '낙인과 기회의 박탈', '기본 생활 유지 불안과의 동고동락(同苦同樂)', '인생 제로(Zero)그라운드에서의 시작', '일과 양육, 줄다리기', '지원보다는 나의 능력에 의지', '신용 자본의 획득', '동반 성장 철학', '벼랑 끝에서 만난 무한 가능성'으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 연구 참여자들은 자신과 자녀의 생존을 위해 긍정심리자본을 기반으로 창업을 시도한 결과 사회적 자본이 드러났으며 동반성장을 도모하고 있었다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 동반 성장의 윤리와 레질리언스에 대한 논의를 하였다.

For unknown reasons, a few trees in a private chestnut orchard in Icheon si, Gyunggi-do suffered leaf chlorosis and growth decline. Based on symptoms, phytoplasma was a probable cause. Leaf samples were collected from two symptomatic and non-symptomatic trees in the orchard for phytoplasma detection. An amplicon of about 1.2 bp size was obtained from both symptomatic trees by PCR with the universal 16S rDNA primers. Sequences of these amplicons were found to have 99% nucleotide sequence identity to the corresponding genomic region of 16SrIII (X-disease group). More than 100 phytoplasma isolates, such as Candidatus phytoplasma pruni, Milkweed yellows phytoplasma, Goldenrod yellows phytoplasma, Tsuwabuki witches'-broom phytoplasma, Candidatus Phytoplasma trifolii, etc. were involved in the list. Phylogenetic analysis revealed that the sequence obtained in this study closely clustered with Candidatus phytoplasma groups. While one of the amplicons shared 91% identity with the Candidatus phytoplasma castaneae, the other shared only 47%. It needs further analysis and investigation to determine the exact taxonomy. Meanwhile, based on the analysis of the sequences, chlorosis, and small leaves were associated with phytoplasma.
