현지종업원의 개인특성, 조직 공식화 및 조직몰입간의 관계연구 - 중국 산동성 한국계 기업의 종업원들을 대상으로- (The Relationship of Local Employee's Personnel Characters, Organzational Formalization and Organizational Commitment: The Case of Korean Firms in Shandong Province of China)

  • The paper explores the relationship among the personnel characters, organizational formalization and organizational commitment in Korean firms in Shandong province of China. In this paper, the employee's personnel characters include the sexual, job, college graduate, collectivism(value attitude), Power distance(value attitude). The results of anaysis shows that College gratuate have negative effects on the organizational commitment, and the collectivism have positive effection on the affective commitment, the perception of organizational formalization have positive effects on the affective commitment. And, the perception of organizational formalization have moderlate effects among the job, college gratuate, collectivism, power distance with organizational commitment. Based on the these results, the paper described the theoretical and practical implications.

남한사회에서의 생활경험이 탈북자에게 미치는 영향: 남한과 자신에 대한 인식을 중심으로 (Effects of North Korea Defectors' Living Experiences in South Korea on Their Self-perceptions and Perceptions of South Korea)

  • 본 연구는 남한사회에서의 생활경험이 탈북자 자신 및 남한에 대한 그들의 지각에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 했다. 이를 위해 남한사회에서의 생활경험이 전혀 없는 탈북자(혹은 무경험자) 66명과 평균 2.7년의 생활경험이 있는 탈북자(혹은 유경험자) 99명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 이들은 가치관, 성격특성, 부정적 성행동에 대한 태도 그리고 성역할 고정관념 차원에서 남한사람과 자기 자신을 평가하였으며, 남한사회에 대한 현실인식 및 정치적 통제감을 평가하였다. 그 결과, 남한사회 유경험자는 무경험자에 비해 남한사람 및 자신의 가치관과 성격특성을 더 부정적 평가하는 경향이 있었지만, 성적 일탈행위에 대하여 더 긍정적 태도를 가지고 있었으며, 성역할 고정관념도 덜 강했다. 또한, 유경험자들은 무경험자에 비해 현실인식차원에서 남한사회를 더 부정적으로 보았으며, 남한사회의 정치적 통제감도 더 낮게 평가했다. 이러한 결과를 문화 및 생활경험의 변동에 대한 자신과 사회에 대한 인식의 변화라는 측면에서 논의하였다.

본인 및 배우자의 혼외관계에 대한 기혼부부의 인식 관련 요인 (Correlates of the Perception of Married Couples about Individual's Own Extramarital Relationships and Spouse's Extramarital Relationships)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 본인 및 배우자의 혼외관계에 대한 개인의 인식을 파악하고, 관련 요인들을 밝히는 것이다. 기혼자(402명)를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 얻은 자료를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, '배우자의 혼외관계에 대한 인식은 '본인의 혼외관계에 대한 인식에 비해 훨씬 더 부정적인 것으로 밝혀져, 내로남불 현상이 발견되었다. 둘째, 혼외관계에 대해서 남성들은 여성들보다 훨씬 더 수용적이었다. 셋째, 본인의 혼외관계인식에 영향을 미치는 요인들은 성별(-.161), 연령(.144), 취업활동유무(.107), 신체적 매력(.087), 자율성(.120), 정서적 소외감(.105), 개방성(.124), 주변 혼외관계 만연성(.303), 성생활 만족도(-.131)등이다. 배우자의 혼외관계 대한 인식에 영향을 미치는 요인은 정서적 성숙성(-.127), 주변의 혼외관계 만연성(.113), 성생활 만족도(1.131)등으로 밝혀졌다. 주요 발견점을 토대로, 혼외관계 문제 대처에 활용해 볼 수 있는 다양한 형태의 실천 개입들을 모색하면서 논의하였다.

소비자의 신세대 특성 지향 정도에 따른 성적소구 진 의류광고의 선호도 및 제품 구매의도 차이 (Differences of Advertisement Preference and Intention to Purchase Product between the Groups haying Different Orientation of the Characteristics of New Young Generation in Sexuality - oriented Fashion Advertising)

  • The purposes of this study were 1) to identify the differences between the sexes in the perception of sexuality in jeans fashion advertising, 2) to find out the differences between the high and low sexy advertisements and the differences between the groups which had different orientation of the characteristics of new young generation in preferences of advertisements and intentions to purchase product in sexy fashion advertising. The data were collected using questionnairs which contained nine advertisements of Guess Jeans, from 441 college students (female= 225, male= 216) living in Seoul, Korea participated in the study and the data were and analyzed by paired 1·test and t-test. The results of this study were as follows: First, there were significant differences between male and female in the perceptions of sexuality in jeans advertisements. Second, by paired t-test, male preferred highly sexy advertisement to low sexy advertisement, and female's intention to purchase product was higher in the advertisement of high sex appeal than that of low sex appeal. Third, there were partially significant diferences between two groups which had different orientation of the characteristics of new young generation in preferences of sexy advitisements. The differences of intentions to purchase product between two groups were significant in highly sexual advertising. But in low sexual advertising, the significant differences between two groups were not found in advertisement preferences and intentions to purchase products.

아내학대에 대한 생태체계적 접근 (An Ecological Systemic Approach on the Wife Abuse)

  • The purposes of this study were to analyze causes of wife abuse through married couples as the research subject. The study employed ecological perspective to the study of wife abuse as an multiple dimensional and integrated paradigm combined with isolated theories of other research. The subjects were 369 married couples who live in Gwangju area. Data were analyzed with Cronbach'α, factor analysis, basic statistics, paired-t test, 1-test, ANOVA, Duncan's test, correlation analysis, stepwise multiple regression analysis. and hierarchical regression analysis using the SPSS 10.0 for windows. The major findings were as follows; 1. The psychological abuse score, physical abuse score, and sexual abuse score were lower than median without exception. Hut prevalence rates of wife abuse were considerably serious; 91.9% psychological abuse, 44.4% physical abuse, and 53.7% sexual abuse. 2. The results of the hierarchical regression analysis indicated that the marital conflict had the strongest impact on wife abuse. And the attitude toward wife abuse of husband, hostility of husband, exposure experience of domestic violence during a growth period of husband, perception toward social violence of husband, exposure experience of domestic violence during a growth period of wife, drinking problem of husband, and interpersonal relationships stress of husband had influenced on wife abuse. These variables accounted for 49.5% of variance of wife abuse behaviors. As the result of the study, it concludes that the ecological systemic approach on the cause of wife abuse is useful as a theoretical instrument. Suggestions and implications are made for further research and practical application.

Current Perspectives in Vaginal Laxity Measurement: A Scoping Review

  • This scoping review aimed to identify and categorize the available measurement options for vaginal laxity (VL), their indications of use, and whether these measurements can sufficiently provide objective clinical judgment for cases indicated for vaginal rejuvenation with many treatment options nowadays. Systematic searches were conducted on five electronic databases, manually searching articles' bibliographies and predetermined key journals with no date or study design limitations. We included all studies involving VL in their inclusion criteria, treatment indications, and outcome parameters. We used the Arksey and O'Malley frameworks as the guideline in writing this scoping review. Of the 9,464 articles identified, 66 articles and 11,258 subjects were included in the final analysis. The majority of studies were conducted in obstetrics and gynecology (73%), followed by plastic surgery (10%), medical rehabilitation (4.5%), dermatology (4.5%), and others (8%). Most studies originated from the North American region (30%). The following measurement tools were used: (1) interviews, (2) questionnaires, (3) physical/digital examinations, (4) perineometers, and (5) others. Our results suggested that subjective perception of laxity confirmed by directed interview or questionnaire is sufficient to confirm VL. Additional evaluation of pelvic floor muscle through digital examination or perineometer or other preferred tools and evaluation of sexual function through validated questionnaire (Female Sexual Function Index, Female Sexual Distress Scale-Revised, etc.) should follow to ensure holistic care to patients. Future research on the psychometric properties (reliability and validity) of commonly used measurements and the correlation in between subjective and objective measurements should be initiated before their clinical applications.

  • If we may practice the nutrition education planned on the basis which carefully grasped the inappropriate behavioral determinants of middle-school students, it might be an effective method achieving the change in perception and behavior improving the distorted perception about the ideal body shape, so we are to suggest the 8 week program of body shape perception improvement for successful nutrition education as follows. The body shape perception improvement program is a step-by-step group consulting program. At the introduction stage, we let them understand the meaning of true beauty and body change of teenage period and forming of sexual identity. At the stage of perception conversion, we let them have the opportunity to observe the status of body perception of the teenager and self-observation. At the stage of correction, we let them criticize the distorted body image in the society with mass media at the same time with the self-reflection. At the stage of maintenance and evaluation, we suggested the behavior guidance while preparing it. Setting this as the basis, we applied the contents such as the evaluations through cultural sharing events making somethings while directly participating. As the target groups to practice education were middle school students, we considered the learning level and behavioral features of the middle school students, and composed the programs including the methods such as role play, watching real things, media production, discussions and experiences. If the program of body shape perception improvement developed at this study could be utilized at the field of schools, the teenagers can change their ways of thought naturally avoiding the view about unified appearance rightly perceiving negative self-image that the teenagers can have and if the group consulting can be practiced regularly at each school, many students may experience the change in perception, so it might solicit the improvement of health of the families and local societies as well as that of the individual student.

성폭력 피해 주장 여성에 대한 인식: 주체성과 판단자 성별의 효과 (Perception of women who claim sexual assault: The effects of agency and perceivers' gender)

  • 본 연구에서는 성폭력 피해 주장 여성이 주체적인 모습을 보일 때 피해 주장 여성에 더 부정적인 판단을, 가해 혐의 남성에게는 더 너그러운 판단을 하게 될 것이라는 가설을 세워 이를 검증하였다. 또한 이 현상은 주체적인 피해 주장 여성이 피해자다움과 여성성에서 벗어났기 때문일 것으로 예상하여 이들을 매개변인으로 설정하였고, 더불어 남성 참가자들은 여성 참가자들보다 주체적인 피해 주장 여성을 덜 긍정적으로 볼 것으로 판단하여 참가자 성별을 조절변인으로 설정했다. 연구 결과, 가설과 달리 참가자들은 피해 주장 여성이 주체적으로 묘사된 경우 그 여성을 덜 비난하고, 더 긍정적이고 더 진실되어 보인다고 평가하였으며, 가해 혐의 남성에게 유죄와 형량을 더 주었다. 하지만 여성 참가자들보다 남성 참가자들이 주체적인 피해 주장 여성을 덜 긍정적으로 평가하여 예측한 참가자 성별의 조절효과가 확인되었다. 한편 매개효과의 경우 지각된 진실성에서 가설과 일치하는 결과가 도출되었는데, 참가자들은 주체적인 피해 주장 여성이 더 피해자답지 않다고 보았고 그것이 더 낮은 지각된 진실성을 예측했다. 또한 피해 주장 여성이 주체적으로 행동하여 지각된 여성성이 낮다고 여겨질수록 남성 참가자들은 피해 주장 여성 비난을 더 하였고 여성 참가자들은 긍정적인 인상 평가를 더 하였다.

The data were collected via a questionnaire from 441 collesge students(female=225, male=216) living in Seoul. Korea, and analyzed by t-test. The results of this study were as follows: First there were significant differences between male and female in the perception of sexuality in jeans fashion advertising. Second to significant differences between fashion opinion leaders and followers in intentions to buy the advertised jeans of highly sexy advertisements were found in the data collected from male. But there were not significant differences between fashion opinion leaders and followers in preferences and intentions to buy the advertised jeans of highly sexy advertisements in female's data. Third there were significant differences between fashion opinion leaders and followers in the preference of low sexy advertisements in female's data. But there were not significant differences between fashion opinion leaders and followers in preferences and intentions to buy the advertised jeans of low sexy advertisements in male's data.

성주체성 문제 혹은 동성애적 성향을 보이는 청소년들의 자아 존중감과 성 개방성 (SELF ESTEEM AND SEXUAL LIBERALITY OF ADOLESCENT WITH GENDER IDENTITY PROBLEM OR HOMOSEXUAL TENDENCY)

  • 연구목적 : 우리나라 청소년들에서 성주체성 혼란과 동성애 성향의 빈도를 우선 파악하고자 하였으며, 성주체성의 혼란이나 동성애 성향을 보이는 청소년들이 성개방성과 자아 존중감에서 그렇지 않은 청소년들과 차이를 보이는지에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 방법 : 서울지역 1,748명의 중, 고등학생(남자 중학생 359명, 여자 중학생 452명, 남자 고등학생 483명, 여자 고등학생 454명)을 대상으로, 성주체성, 동성애 성향, 성개방성, 자아 존중감에 대하여 자기 보고식 평가척도를 사용하여 측정하였다. 결과 : 1) 남중생의 $15\%$, 남고생의 $16.7\%$, 여중생의 $39.4\%$, 여고생의 $40.5\%$에서 성주체성 문제의 가능성을 보였다. 경미한 성주체성 문제는 여학생에서 많았으나 성주체성장애가 우려되는 심각한 성주체성 혼란은 남자, 특히 남고생에서 많았다. 2) 성주체성 문제 유무에 따른 성개방성은 여중생에서 만이 성주체성 문제군에서 성개방성이 높았고(p=0.044), 자아존중감은 성주체성 문제군에서 낮았는데, 특히 남중생(p=0.033), 여고생(p=0.020)에서는 통계적으로 유의하게 낮았다. 3) 남중생의 $17.2\%$, 남고생의 $5.4\%$, 여중생의 $17.7\%$, 여고생의 $12\%$에서 동성애적 성향이 있었다. 심각한 동성애 성향은 여중생 $3.3\%$, 남중생 $3.1\%$, 여고생 $2.1\%$, 남고생 $1.7\%$순이었다. 4) 동성애 성향 유무에 따른 성개방성 차이는 없었고, 자아존중감은 여고생의 경우만 동성애 성향이 있는 군에서 통계적으로 유의하게(p=0.039) 낮았다. 5) 성주체성 문제가 있는 경우에 통계적으로 유의하게(p=0.001) 동성애 성향이 많았다. 6) 성주체성은 연령간 차이가 없었으나 동성애 성향은 특히 남학생에서 연령이 증가하면서 감소하였다. 결론 : 성주체성의 문제나 동성애 성향을 보이는 청소년에서 자아존중감이 낮았다. 따라서 보다 체계적인 방법으로 이들을 선별하여 적절한 정신과적 조치를 취하는 방안이 요구된다.
