지역주민의 시각에 의한 정주환경개선과 지역활성화 - 일본 와카야마현 나카츠무라를 중심으로 - (Regional Revitalization and Settlement Improvement from the point of view of the Local Residents - A Case Study on the Nakathu-Mura of Wakayama Prefecture in Japan -)

  • In this study, a new model for improving the settlement environment and revitalizing hilly and mountainous areas was presented. A case study was conducted in two rural villages of Nakatsu-Mura in Wakayama-Prefecture, Japan. The settlement environment was evaluated from the point of view of the local residents, and the expectation of the local residents about the regional revitalization of their village in the future was assessed. From the analysis, each factor used far the assessment displayed characteristics of the two rural villages well. The type of improvement in rural villages was classified by a combination of the degree of satisfaction over the current settlement environment and expectation about the regional revitalization of the villages in the future. A method for improving and revitalizing settlement environments was clarified.

이전 공공기관 종사자의 혁신도시 정주환경 만족도 평가 분석 -광주·전남 공동혁신도시를 중심으로- (Empirical Settlement Environment Satisfaction Evaluation of Public Institution Employees in Innocity)

  • 본 연구는 혁신도시 정주환경 개선이 혁신도시의 발전과 성장에 기여한다는 측면에서, 혁신도시 정주환경에 대한 만족도를 조사하고 이를 통해 정책적 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 혁신도시 이전 공공기관 종사자들을 대상으로 물리적 특성(6개 문항), 사회적 특성(3개 문항), 시설적 특성(5개 문항), 경제적 특성(3개 문항), 전반적인 만족도(3개 문항)에 대해 조사하고 이를 토대로 로지스틱 회귀분석을 통해 정주환경 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 도출하였다. 분석 결과, 정주환경에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 물리적 특성(자연환경 및 경관, 주거환경, 광역적 접근성, 대중교통)으로 나타났으며, 사회적 특성(이웃과의 관계), 시설적 특성(상업시설, 교육연구시설) 등이 유의한 요인으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 거주자의 인식에 기반하였다는 것과 설문조사 지역이 한정되어 있다는 한계가 있음에도 불구하고 향후 혁신도시 정주환경 개선을 위한 정책적 함의를 제공하였다.

  • It is a common practice to extract water from the ground for domestic, agricultural or industrial uses or to lower the groundwater level for construction work. An accurate prediction of ground settlement Is sometimes crucial when groundwater is pumped. This case study have shown that drawdown of the groundwater table may cause ground subsidence. Many settlement gauges was installed in the vicinity of a pumped well to measure the surface settlement. The relationships between the level of groundwater drop and surface settlement is investigated In this research.

능선환경으로 본 천안 백석동 청동기시대 취락의 최적 입지환경 - 지형분석과 GIS분석을 이용한 주거지 입지 특성에 주목하여 - (The Optimal Locational Environment of the Bronze Age Settlement in Cheonan Baekseok-dong through the Ridge Environment's Perspective - Focusing on the Locational Characteristics of Residential Areas Based on Geographical Analysis and GIS Analysis -)

  • The purposes of this research are as follows: First, to reconstruct the optimal locational environment of the Bronze Age settlement in Cheonan Baekseok-dong (hereinafter referred to as the study settlement). Second, to identify the priority ranking of the topographical factors that influenced the Bronze Age people when selecting their the settlement location. For these reasons, the topographical factors of the 200 Bronze Age dwellings (hereinafter referred to as dwellings) confirmed in the survey area were analyzed through the ridge's environmental perspective. The results are asfollows: First, the optimal ridge environment of the Bronze Age settlement is largely a sub-ridge in N-S direction (for example, NNW-SSE, N-S, NNESSW), especially at the top (Crest slope, Crest flat) of the south-facing aspect of the ridge. Second, when the Bronze Age dwellers selected a residential location, they carefully considered topographical factors in the following order: (1) the slope direction of the ridge surface, (2) the micro-landform of the ridge, (3) the ridge scale, (4) the ridge direction, and (5) the surface relief. The results of this study could be used as basic data in related fields such as archaeology, quaternary research, and traditional architecture and so on.

웹기반의 농촌정주환경진단 정보시스템 개발 (Development of a Web-based Information System for Rural Settlement Environment Diagnosis)

  • The purpose of this paper is to develop a web-based information system for rural settlement environment diagnosis which is useful to apply the village based evaluation for new rural development projects. To achieve this purpose, this study performed : 1) analyzing the business process in the field of rural settlement environment diagnosis, 2) designing the data flow diagram and the database based on settlement environment diagnostic indices(SEDI), and 3) developing the system using APM (Apache, PHP, and MySQL) of web-system development environment. The developed system was applied to the study rural villages for testing of efficient and logical working. Users of the system, such as, researchers, decision makers, and rural residents, can input directly the village data to diagnose through a file format of Excel in MS Office. Futhermore, they can analyze the visual results with graphic and graph types, simultaneously. From the results of this study, it showed that the developed system enables decision-makers not only to assist the planning process of the rural village development project, but also to improve the level of information technology in the research and planning field concerning with rural development.

  • Previous settlement prediction method based on settlement monitoring such as hyperbolic, monden method were developed under instantaneous loading condition and have restriction to be applied to soft ground under ramp loading condition. In this study, settlement prediction method under ramp loading was developed. New settlement prediction method under ramp loading considers influence factors of consolidation settlement and increase accuracy of settlement prediction using field monitoring data after ramp loading. Large consolidation tests for ideally controlled one dimensional consolidation under ramp loading condition were performed and the settlement behavior was predicted based on the monitoring data. As a result, new prediction method is expected to have great applicability and practicability for the prediction of settlement behavior.

노동환경 만족도가 정주의사에 미치는 영향: 주관적 고용안정성의 매개효과 (The Effect of Working Environment Satisfaction on Settlement Consciousness: Mediating Effect of Subjective Employment Stability)

  • 본 연구는 2021년 강원도 사회조사 자료를 활용하여 주요 노동 인구의 노동환경 만족도가 정주의사에 미치는 영향과 주관적 고용안정성의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 노동환경 만족도는 근로소득 만족도, 노동여건 만족도, 지역생활 만족도 3가지 하위영역으로 구분하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 노동환경 만족도의 3가지 하위영역과 주관적 고용안정성은 정주의사와 모두 양의 상관관계가 나타났다. 그리고 각각의 노동환경 만족도의 3가지 하위영역이 정주의사에 영향을 미칠 때 주관적 고용안정성이 부분매개효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구결과를 통하여 노동환경 만족도와 주관적 고용안정성이 정주의사에 미치는 영향을 밝힘으로써 지방 인구유출 예방을 위한 실증적 자료를 제공한 데 그 의의가 있다.

정주여건을 고려한 의사결정나무기법 활용 농촌지역 유형화 (Typical Classification of Rural Area Considering Settlement Environment by Decision Tree Method)

  • The objective of this study is to classify the types of rural areas (138 $si{\cdot}gun$) considering settlement environment by Decision Tree Method (CHAID). The CHAID method was used for decision tree algorithm and the seven dependant variables and 5 explanatory variables were selected, respectively. By decision tree method, rural areas were finally classified into six groups through three separate processes. City area, lower area in aging rate and higher area in farmland area ratio was analyzed to be relatively rich rather than other area in the case of settlement environment index. In the future, this study will be able to utilize as a reference to the planning of rural development projects.

  • This paper proposes a village level settlement environment diagnostic indices in rural areas which can apply to analyze various conditions at village level. A living space in rural areas has been changed with a diverse aspect according to living infrastructure, industrial structure, accessibility to neighbor city and so on. This indicators considered these mega-regionalization of economy and lifestyle in rural areas. The indicators consists of basic indices for all types villages and convenience service indices for center villages and the other neighbor ones classified by a functionality of their convenience facilities. As the results of delphi expert survey and a field validation, rural village settlement environment diagnostic indicators were selected 3 types, 15 domains, 24 subdomains and 61 items. And these indicators weight were determinted by AHP method. These developed indicators were used to diagnosis settlement conditions of 31 villages, located on county of Yeongdong. to validate a applicability and feasibility.

  • This study aims to present the policy issues and direction of sub-urban residential complex by analyzing the settlement environment and life satisfaction. For the purpose, 10 sub-urban residential complexes in Chungnam Province were surveyed for general situation, physical environment, social environment, economic environment. The results are as follows; 1) The satisfaction in the physical environment is more higher in case of the complex created by the public organization. 2) The physical environment is an important factor in the determinant of the settlement, while the economic environment have a relatively lower impact. 3) The residents community is the more active, the satisfaction in the social environment is the more improved. 4) The source of income or the activity of consumption doesn't have an effect on the satisfaction in the economic environment. On the basis of this study, three programs for improvement of sub-urban residential complex policy were suggested. First, the various information and counseling service should be provided to attract city dwellers. Second, the policy on the development of sub-urban residential complex has to consider residential preference factors and improve the quality of life. Third, to increase the life satisfaction, the residents community should be activated and especially the activation of community with residents in other village is very important.
