시멘트 종류 변화에 따른 콘크리트의 온도 및 응결시간 비교분석 (Comparative Analysis of Temperature and Setting Time of Concrete According to Types of Cements)

  • In this study, as part of the foundation for advancing the material compounding aspect to reduce hydration heat cracks in the mat foundation on which the mass concrete is constructed, the degree of concrete varieties of cement is used. The setting time was measured and comparative analysis was performed. Results It was confirmed that the concrete using LHC was more effective than the concrete using OPC in reducing the use of SP, the calorific value of the concrete was low, and it was more effective in preventing cracks. It is also terminated after 10 hours and it is determined that the use of LHC can reduce the cracks caused by the heat of hydration of the mat foundation.

  • This study is conducted to identify the setting time of mortar mixed with super retarding agent as a series of studies to predict setting time based on the equivalent age method. The experimental results showed that mixing super-retarding agents did not adversely affect the quality of mortar, and the equivalent age calculation showed similar results regardless of curing temperature.

  • The compressive strength of concrete is greatly affected by the temperature inside the concrete at the initial age immediately after pouring. The apparent activation energy of cement and the setting time of concrete are major factors influencing the development of compressive strength of concrete. This study measured the apparent activation energy and setting time according to the change in W/B for each mixing rate of Ground Granulated Blast-Furnace Slag (GGBFS). And after calculating the compressive strength prediction model, the accuracy of the prediction model was evaluated by comparing the predicted compressive strength and the compressive strength.

  • This study aimed to evaluate a feasibility of estimating setting time and compressive strength of curing conditions using a Hybrid meter. As a result, It was determined that the measured hardness value at the initial set, final set and at 5MPa of the Hybrid meter were not affected by curing conditions. And the Hybrid meter(A) is confirmed to have a higher correlation, so it is judged to be more suitable for pratical use.

  • This study investigated the time-dependent dimensional changes of elastomeric impression materials using holographic interferometry. Six commercial impression materials, Permlastic(polysulfide), Xantopren VL (condensation silicone), low and medium viscosity of Exafine, Provil (addition silicone), and Impregum(polyether), were selected. Steel plate was used as custom tray, and each impression specimen was 20 mm in width, 15 mm in length and 3 mm in thickness. Each impression material was evaluated at 30 minutes, 1, 2, 4, 6, 8 and 12 hours after setting using real-time holography. The results were as follow : 1. Xantopren VL and Permlastic showed relatively severe and continuous dimensional changes after setting. Low viscosity of Exafine, Provil, Impregum showed relatively slight dimensional changes with function of time and medium viscosity of Exafine showed almost no dimensional change from 2 hours after setting to 6 hours. 2. On initial dimensional changes within 1 hour, the amount of change in low viscosity of Exafine was the least and Xantopren VL was the largest. 3. On dimensional changes at 4 hours after setting, the amount of change in medium viscosity of Exafine was the least and tile change of Xantopren VL was the largest. 4. In overall dimensional stability during 12 hours, medium viscosity of Exafine was the most stable and Xantopren VL and Permlastic were least stable.

규산소오다계 자경성주형의 붕괴성에 미치는 L.D 전로 슬래그 경화제의 영향 (Effect of L.D Converter Slag Hardener on the Collapsibility of Sand Molds Using Sodium Silicate Binder)

  • The collapsibility of sodium silicate-bonded sands mixed with the L.D converter slag powder to form a hardener were investigated. Five to six percent sodium silicate on the basis of silica sand and 30-40% L.D converter slag powder on the basis of sodium silicate, were mixed and the compressive strength, surface stability index(SSI), bench time, retained strength of the standard sand specimens were measured. The properties were similar to those of general inorganic bonded self-setting molds. The compressive strength and surface stability index were increased and the retained strength and bench time were decreased with increased amount of the L.D converter slag powder. The retained strength of sodium silicate-bonded self-setting molds with the L.D converter slag powder were decreased than $CO_2$ sand molds. The collapsibility of sodium silicate-bonded self-setting molds with the L.D converter slag powder were superior in comparison with $CO_2$ sand molds. The L.D converter slag powder could be used as hardener and collapse agent for the sodium silicate-bonded self-setting molds.

소음노출량측정기의 Set Up 방법간의 시간가중평균값(TWA)의 차이 (Difference of Time Weighted Averages in Different Setting Ups for Noise Dosimeter)

  • This study was designed to investigate the difference of time weighted average(TWA) of noise levels and noise doses by the different operating parameter settings such as exchange rate, threshold level and criterion level for noise dosimeter in the field measurements of noise at industrial working environments. The time weighted averages of noise level and noise doses for noise working environments were determined by noise dosimeter on 80 workers employed at 20 industrial establishments of 8 industries. The results obtained were as follows: 1. The mean time weighted average(TWA) of the noise working environments by the operating parameter settings showed 93.4 dB(A) in 3 dB of exchange rate, 80 dB of threshold level and 90dB of criterion level 92.0 dB(A) in 3 dB-exchange rate, 90 dB-threshold level and 90 dB-criterion level, in 90.8 dB(A) in 5 dB of exchange rate, 80 dB of threshold level and 90 dB of criterion level, and 86.7 dB(A) in 5 dB of exchange rate, 90 dB of threshold level and 90dB of criterion level. 2. ln group of noise level less than 90 dB(A), mean TWAs of 80 dB of threshold level were significantly higher than that of 90 dB of threshold level in 3 dB and 5 dB of exchange rate. 3. The case exceeded threshold limit value of noise was 49(61.3 %) in 3dB, 80dB and 90 dB setting, 44(55.0 %) in 3 dB, 90 dB, 90 dB setting, 33(41.3 %) in 5 dB, 80dB, 90 dB setting and 26(32.5%) in 5 dB, 90 dB, 90 dB setting. Above considerations in mind, it is suggested that exchange rate and threshold level be specified in related laws and regulations in the evaluation of working environments noise.

표면파 속도를 이용한 슬립폼 시스템 상승 시기 결정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Determination of Slip-up Time for Slip-Form System using Surface Wave Velocity)

  • 슬립폼 공법에 있어서 초기경화시간은 콘크리트가 거푸집에서 안전하게 빠져나올 수 있는 굳기를 갖게 되는 콘크리트 타설 후 경화시간으로써 슬립폼 시스템의 상승속도를 결정하는 중요한 요소이다. 따라서 슬립폼 시스템의 안전성 확보와 콘크리트의 시공품질을 확보하도록 초기경화시간을 파악하는 기술이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 초음파를 이용하는 기법 중 표면파 속도를 이용하여 콘크리트의 경화정도를 파악하여 초기경화시간을 추정함으로써 슬립폼 시스템의 상승 시기를 결정하는 연구를 수행하였다. 관입저항시험과 압축강도시험을 수행하여 콘크리트의 초기경화시간과 압축강도와의 관계를 규명하였고, 또한 압축강도와 표면파 속도와의 관계를 규명하기 위해 초음파시험을 동시에 수행하였다. 표면파 속도를 측정하기 위해 연속웨이블릿변환을 사용하였으며, 이때 수치해석을 통해 연속웨이블릿변환의 사용에 대한 타당성을 입증하였다. 이로부터 슬립폼 시스템의 상승에 요구되는 표면파 전파속도를 제안하였으며, 슬립폼 시스템의 축소모형실험을 수행하여 제안한 표면파 속도가 슬립폼 상승 시기를 결정하는데 사용될 수 있음을 입증하였다.

  • According to the recent rapidly increasing that construction works are gradually Manhattanized mainly the grand scaled residential buildings, the foundation of the building that is related to safety is increasing for building as a grand scaled mat concrete. Because mat concrete can not be simultaneously placing of concrete in a great quantity due to the circumstance at the field, the inequal deformation of the tensile stress that according to the time lag of hydration heat between the upper layer and the lower layer is affecting as a cause that is the possibility of crack occurrence by increasing. Accordingly, this research checked the efficiency of super retard concrete in applying real structures, and we implemented the preparatory experiment to settle up the inequal deformation of the tensile stress substantially that is according to the time lag of placement between the upper layer and the lower layer by controlling the setting time using the super retarding agent. As the result of test, the more target of delay time lengthened, the more fluidity increased and air content indicated a little differences. There was from 2 to 10 hours between the standard curing and the outside curing at the setting time and in case of calculating the rate of mixing at real structure is required that mix promotion, increasing the amount of mixing, by setting up the curing temperature. The super retard concrete showed the result that in compressive strength, early-age strength was smaller than normal concrete whereas it was same or more figures from at the aging 28days because of the super retarding agent.

초고성능 섬유보강 콘크리트(UHPFRC)의 재료 특성 및 예측모델: (I) 응결 및 수축 특성과 인장거동 평가 (Properties and Prediction Model for Ultra High Performance Fiber Reinforced Concrete (UHPFRC): (I) Evaluation of Setting and Shrinkage Characteristics and Tensile Behavior)

  • 최근 국내에서도 압축강도 180 MPa, 인장강도 10 MPa 이상의 초고성능 섬유보강 콘크리트(Ultra High Performance Fiber Reinforced Concrete, UHPFRC)가 개발되었다. 그러나 UHPFRC는 물-결합재비가 낮고 다량의 고분말 혼화재료를 혼입하며, 굵은 골재를 사용하지 않기 때문에 초기 재령에서의 자기수축이 크고, 표면이 급격히 건조하는 등 기존의 일반 콘크리트(Normal Concrete, NC) 및 고성능 콘크리트(High Performance Concrete, HPC)와는 다른 재료적 특성을 보인다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 UHPFRC에 적합한 재료 실험 방법과 규정을 제안하고 극 초기 재령에서의 강도 특성을 평가하기 위하여 응결 및 수축, 인장 실험을 수행하였다. 응결 실험 결과 파라핀 오일을 UHPFRC의 모르타르 표면에 적용할 경우 표면에서의 급격한 건조현상을 효율적으로 억제할 수 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 시멘트와 배합수의 수화반응을 지연 또는 촉진 시키지 않는 것으로 나타나 응결 실험 시 표면건조 방지제로 적합한 것으로 판단되었다. 또한, 링-테스트를 수행하여 내부 강재 링의 온도와 변형률의 경향이 달라지는 시점을 수축 응력 발현 시점으로 정의하였으며, 이를 응결 실험과 비교하여 본 결과 응결침에 걸리는 관입 저항력이 약 1.5 MPa일 때 수축 응력이 발현되는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 초결 및 종결보다 약 0.6시간, 2.1시간 빠른 것이며, 상기 시점을 UHPFRC의 자기수축 측정 시점(time-zero)으로 규정하였다. 마지막으로, 본 연구에서는 극 초기 재령 인장강도 측정 장비를 제작하여 초결시점에서부터 UHPFRC의 인장강도와 탄성계수를 측정하였으며, 이를 고려한 UHPFRC의 인장강도 및 탄성계수 예측식을 제안하였다.
