Objectives: The aim of this study was to explore whether emergency bell could shorten door to electrocardiograms (ECG) time in chest pain patients presenting to emergency department (ED) by self-transport. Methods: This was a planned 6-month before-and-after interventional study design. We set up the emergency bell in walk-in patients' waiting room. Prior to the change, patients were triaged before an ECG was obtained. In new process, as soon as patient with chest pain push the emergency bell, emergency physicians examined patient and prioritized performing ECG. We analyzed door to electrocardiograms (DTE) times for patients with chest pain and ST segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) patients between two periods. Results: During the enrollment period, a total of 63 patients called emergency bell. The median DTE time was 6 min (interquartile range: 3.0 - 9.0) and 82.5% received an ECG within 10 minutes, and only three patients were STEMI. DTE time in patient with chest pain was not different between two periods (p=0.980). Before intervention period, 15 walk-in patients admitted in ED for STEMI and 53.8% of STEMI patients received an ECG within 10 minutes. After intervention period, total 19 walk-in patients admitted in ED for STEMI. Of these, 89.5% met the time requirement. Conclusion: Because a small portion of patients with chest pain activated the emergency bell, new strategy for promotion of emergency bell must be needed.

The purpose of this study was to survey Suwon citizens over the age of 20 in order to provide basic data on the extent of coverage of the city's water reclamation system and to set guidelines for a policy on water reuse. The survey used a questionnaire with two fields, rainwater use and wastewater recycling, for analyzing factors that influenced water reuse. A factor analysis of 19 questionnaires gave a Cronbach's alpha coefficient greater than 0.4. Factors that influenced rainwater use were environmental protection, water charges, and the risk of climate change. Of the total explanatory power, the share of rainwater use and environmental protection was 39.7% and 28.1% respectively. Environmental protection (explanatory power 24.2%) had an effect on the explanatory power of wastewater reuse. When factors influencing wastewater recycling, like cost of recycling, water management policy, climate change, and suspension of tap water supply were included, the explanatory power of each of these factors went up by 4.3%, 2.8%, 3.3%, and 1.1%, respectively. For more effective wastewater recycling, a water management policy that factors in the above is required, along with a campaign to educate citizens on water management and environment conservation. Additionally, it may be necessary to improve the reliability and the quality of water supply.
The study aims at identifying, through structure model, the relationship characteristics between a private security company and its service customer as well as the relationship between the service quality and the consumer behavior, thereby providing the practical services that may attract new customers and maintain the existing customers in the competition to survive in the same industry and also may raise the loyal customer base, providing academic fundamental data to set up aggressive relationship marketing strategies. To achieve such purposes above, the research was conducted with 229 subjects, the users of a private security company's service as the employees of the stores located in Cheonan area, using the convenience sampling. The data was treated, using the statistics program, SPSS Windows 18.0 Version for frequency analysis and reliability analysis. Additionally, the confirmative factor analysis and covariance structural analysis were made, using AMOS 18.0 Version. Through the data analysis following the research methods above, the conclusion was acquired as follows: First, the relationship characteristics of a private security company makes influence on service quality. Second, the service quality of a private security company makes influence on consumer behavior. Third, the relationship characteristics of a private security company makes influence on consumer behavior. Fourth, the service quality makes an influence as the mediate effect between the private security company's relationship characteristics and consumer behavior.
Indoor location system has been used Wi-Fi to get a location. After the development of BLE(Bluetooth Low Energy), the interest in the method of a indoor positioning had been move on. It has more advantages than using Wi-Fi. Easy installation, low power consumption, low signal interference and changeable setting(Advertising interval, tx power, etc.). These things can improve efficiency or accuracy in a indoor positioning system. For this reason, recent indoor positioning system uses BLE rather than Wi-Fi. Accordingly, error factors of BLE beacon based indoor positioning should be studying for high accuracy of indoor positioning. In this research, set up few experiment scenarios and keep a close watch on how technological, environmental factor is affecting positioning accuracy. When a application uses largest signal strength to get the indoor location, the mean error of experimental results was decreased compare to using received signal strength in real-time. The result was same when the application applied average and standard deviation to get the indoor location. Changing advertising interval had an effect on the mean error of indoor positioning. Short advertising interval makes the lower mean error than large advertising interval.
The clinical practice program for home care nurses was implemented in June 1994, to help to set up a hospital-based home care system in the Kwangju City area as a collaborative work between the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at Chunnam University Hospital and Chunnam University School of Nursing. Under the developed clinical practice strategy, the eight week training was given to five licensed home care nurses who had completed Part I and II of the home health care nursing practicum from June 1994. The purpose of this descriptive evaluation study was to identify the effectiveness of the clinical practice program for home care nurses specialized in the area of patient care for people with musculoskeletal function impairment. As a method in data analysis, data triangulation was used in the five home care nurse case evaluations. The variety of data analyzed include confidence score by home care nurse self-evaluation, patient and family member satisfaction scores, and competency score by preceptor evaluation. The study findings revealed that an increase rate in nursing performance didrate necessarily coincide with an increase not in competency score and also, not with the patient /family member satisfaction scores. And an order derived from the clinical performance scores of five home care nurses corresponded to those from three measurements-competency score, patient satisfaction score, and family member satisfaction score. However, it differed from the order associated with the confidence score. Consistency derived from the three objective evaluation methods may lead to the possibility that the level of competency measured by educator can be further explained by the levels of patient/family member satisfaction. The salient finding of this study was that, in case of nurse A who have had little clinical experience in the orthopedic patient care, there was a significant increase in the level of confidence and competency in subscale of professional skill with the home care clinical practice. Therefore, the effect of the clinical practice program would be successful for nurses who have had little experience in the area of specialization. The study results suggest that there might be some time difference in the development of cognitive sense (confidence) in performance and actual clinical performance (competency). In future research, relationships between the confidence and competency score, and between the confidence score and the patient satisfaction score should to be measured in different time frame to achieve a better explanation power of the study outcome.

We prepared sodium carbonate impregnated activated carbon fiber and evaluated its availability for hydrogen sulfide removal by the comparison with the counterpart, sodium carbonate granular impregnated activated carbon. The sodium carbonate impregnated concentration and immersion duration were chosen as two primary parameters. First, the hydrogen sulfide adsorption capacity increased in proportion to the impregnated concentration up to 3 wt%, above which the sodium carbonate impregnated amount rarely showed an increase due to the pore filling effect for both cases. The optimal impregnated concentration was thus set to 3 wt%. Meanwhile, impregnated activated carbon fiber required only half of the immersion duration compared with granular impregnated activated carbon, while showing a 30% increase on the hydrogen sulfide removal capacity. The greater specific area of impregnated activated carbon fiber explained it. In conclusion, we evaluated advantage of preparation time and improved hydrogen sulfide adsorption capacity by impregnate sodium carbonate, which is capable of reacting with hydrogen sulfide chemically, onto the activated carbon fiber with improved specific area.
This study recognized the mutual collaborative characteristics among consultants as important factors in the performance of the government-supported consulting business, and wanted to look at the impact of the cooperative characteristics among consultants on the consulting performance. First, a research model was presented based on theoretical background, hypotheses were set up and surveyed, and hypotheses were verified by multi-circulation analysis. Among the collaboration characteristics among consultants, the most influential was mutual reliable followed by smooth communication, professional competence and role sharing. information sharing was rejected and was found to be relatively less affected than other variables. This can be seen as more important than the quantitative aspect of information sharing because of the collaborative nature of consultants who must work toward common goals. Collaboration among consultants has been positive when carrying out government-funded consulting projects, suggesting that quantitative characteristics should be considered based on the qualitative characteristics based on mutual reliable. In the future, we hope that this data will be useful for identifying collaborative characteristics among consultants when carrying out consulting projects.

Although a simulation is proposed as a candidate for alternative contents of inquiry activities, design cases focused on the characteristic of science education are rare. This study suggested the definition and requirements of science simulation to clarify science subject-specific design and set up the design guidelines to consider usability. Then the science simulation was developed in the form of an app for mobile devices, where 'Flash and Actionscript 3.0' was selected as a development tool for compatibility, functionality, ease of use and optimization for mobile devices with educational applicability in mind. In effect, six science simulation apps were prepared for seven classes of inquiry activity in 10 science classes on the chapter of 'composition of material' in middle school science 2 textbooks. In this regard, the main advantages of the simulation apps expected from each design characteristic are also suggested in this article. In the implementation of the science simulation apps, educational effects were investigated based on the statistical comparison, while 134 students in the second grade in a coeducational middle school, Gyeonggi-do participated as an intervention group and a control group. Our results showed that the scores of academic achievement and affective test in the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the control group (p <.05). In the questionnaire survey on usability, most students responded positively to the design of the science simulation apps. This study will contribute to expanding the horizon of design about science simulation as a design case in science education.
The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of parent's accomplishment pressure and career guidance on children's career development. The subjects in this study were 59 six-graders in an elementary school. Added to this, this study was to understand the course of elementary school children's career development. For the study, research questions on influence of parent's accomplishment pressure and career guidance on children's career development were set up. The study showed three findings. First, there was significant correlations between parent's accomplishment pressure, and career guidance and children's career development. Parent's accomplishment pressure showed a positive correlation with career development and career guidance had a significant correlation with children's career development. The sub factors of career guidance, except for emotional support, were also significantly correlated with the sub factors of children's career development. Second, Parent's accomplishment pressure didn't show significant effect on fitness of career choice, sex-prejudice and pride, but showed significant effects on total career development, career directivity, career comprehension, self-comprehension and self- control. Third, parent's career guidance showed additional impact on children's career development. But emotional support, which is the sub-fact of career guidance, had no correlation with career development.
In order to provide fundamental data on utilization of dehumidifier in greenhouses, a condensing type dehumidifier using ground water as a coolant was developed and tested dehumidification performance. The developed dehumidifier was applied to greenhouse with fog cooling system and effect of dehumidification on improvement of evaporative cooling efficiency was analyzed. Results of the dehumidifier performance test showed that dehumidification using ground water as a coolant was sufficiently possible in fog cooling greenhouse. When the set point temperature of greenhouse cooling was $32^{\circ}C$ and as temperatures of ground water rose from $15^{\circ}C\;to\;18^{\circ}C,\;21^{\circ}C\;and\;24^{\circ}C$, dehumidification rates decreased by $17.7\%,\;35.4\%\;and\;52.8\%$, respectively. As flow rates of ground water reduced to $75\%\;and\;50\%$, dehumidification rates decreased by $12.1\%\;and\;30.5\%$, respectively. Cooling efficiency of greenhouse equipped with fog system was distinctly improved by artificial dehumidification. When the ventilation rate was 0.7 air exchanges per minute, dehumidification rates of the fog cooling greenhouse caused by natural ventilation were 53.9%-74.4% and they rose up to 75.4%-95.9% by operating the dehumidifier. In case of using the ground water of $18^{\circ}C$ and flow rate of design condition, it was analyzed that whole fog spraying water can be dehumidified even if the ventilation rate is 0.36 exchanges per minute. As a utilization of dehumidifier, it is possible to improve cooling efficiency of fog system in naturally ventilated greenhouses.
