In order to investigate the relation between the environmental properties and catch fluctuation of set net fishing ground located in the coastal waters of Yeosu, oceanographic observation and catches on the grounds were carried out from Jan. to Dec. in 1990 and 1992. The results obtained are summarized as follows; 1) Because of the surveyed area is a costal shallow water, the fishing ground was influenced largely by atmospheric phenomena such as air temperature. precipitation. etc. and so showed large variations in temperature and salinity yearly. The inner water flowed out mainly between Yeosu ad Namhe-do, and then through Kumo-do between Dolsan-do and Kumo-do. On the other hand, off shore water was supplied into the fishing ground from the vicinity of Sori-do and Yokchi-do. thus the fishing ground was occupied usually by various sources of water. 2) The water mass in the fishing ground were divided into the inner water(29.0~30.6$\textperthousand$) and the mixed water(31,7~32.2$\textperthousand$) and off shore water(32.3~32.8$\textperthousand$) accourding to the distribution of salinity from T-S diagram plotted all salinity data observed in 1990 and 1992. In summer the inner and mixing water which was formed by river flowed southerly and spread south-easterly in the vicinity of Kumo-do. The off shore water which supplied from the vicinity of Sori-do and Yokchi-do and inner water formed the thermal front and halo front in summer. 3) The fishes caught by the set net were arranged in the order of catch amounts as follows: Spanish mackerel>Horse mackerel >Hair tail>Common mackerel> Sardine> Anchovy. The Catches of anchovy and sardine were high in April to May and those of hair tail and horse mackerel in July to September, but spanish mackerel were caught during the whole period of fishing. When inner water and mixing water appeared respectively and inner water and mixing water speared together in the set net fishing ground, the set net showed a high catch.
Single Electron Transistor Logic (SETL) can be characterized by HSPICE simulation using a SPICE macro model. First, One unit SET is characterized by Monte-carlo simulation and then we fit SPICE macro-modeling equations to its characteristics. Second, using this unit SET, we simulate the transient characteristics of two-input NAND gate in both the static and dynamic logic schemes. The dynamic logic scheme shows more stable operation in terms of logic-swing and on/off current ratio. Also, there is a merit that we can use the SET only as current on-off switch without considering the voltage gain.
Fish catch by a set net in Hamdeuk fishing ground off Jeju Island were studied to determine seasonal variation of species composition and catch from 1998 to 2000. A total 72,022.9 kg was caught during the survey period, including Scomber japonicus and Trachurus japonicus of $76.4\%$ in the total. The other dominant species were Siganus fuscescens, Loligo chinesis, Seriola dumerili, Sepioteuthis lessoniana, Sardinops melanostictus, and Seriola lalandi accounting to $20.0\%$ of the total. The fishing period conducted by a set net in Hamdeuk fishing ground were from May to November. The catch by a set net were higher in summer than in spring and autumn and closely related with the seasonal variation of sea water temperature. The catch was higher in 1998 than In 1999 and 2000, which was related to the sea water temperature in fishing ground.
A prediction of binary droplets collision is important in the formation of falling drops and the evolution of sprays. The droplet velocity, impact parameter and drop-size ratio have influence on the interaction of the droplets. By the effect of these parameter, the collision processes are generated with the complicated phenomena. The droplet collision can be classified into four interactions such as the bouncing, coalescence, reflexive separation and stretching separation. In this study, the two-phase flow of the droplet collision was simulated numerically by using the Level Set method. 2D axi-symmetric simulations on the head-on collisions in the coalescence and reflexive separation, and 3D simulation on the off-center collisions in the coalescence and stretching separation were performed. These numerical results showed good agreements with the experimental and analytical results. For tracking the identity of droplets after the collision, transport equation for the volume fraction of the each initial droplet were used. From this, the identities of droplets were analyzed on the collision of droplets having different size.

Ever since the introduction of offset lithography, an operator have looked for ways to improve the process by reducing need for dampening solution. Lithography like off-set printing is processed using the repellent properties between water and oil, so all inks for lithography printing must work with dampening solution. The dampening solution may cause the emulsification of ink by the printing pressure in the printing nip. Emulsified ink changed viscosity, tack and causes problems such as bad transfer, uniform density and printed mottle. For a high quality web printing, we studied the effect of emulsified heat-set web inks on the printability, such as amount of ink transfer, printed density and uniformity. For this study, we were carried out by using IGT printability tester C1. For determination of ink properties using the spread meter and Thwing Albert Ink-o-meter, and using the densitometer and image analysis for printed quality determination. The experimental results of this study, we look forward to can be used as the basis for improve of the web print quality.
The constrained off-line competitive deletion problem is a simple form of the set manipulation operations problem. It excludes the insertion operation from the off-line competitive deletion problem. An optimal sequential algorithm and a CREW PRAM algorithm which runs $O(log^2nloglogn)$ time using O(n/loglogn) processors were already presented in the literature. In this paper, we present a reconfigurable mesh algorithm for the constrained off-line competitive deletion problem. The proposed algorithm is executed in a constant time on an $n{\times}n$ reconfigurable mesh, and the result is $AT^2$ optimal.

We have fabricated n-p-n HBTs using 3-inchAlgaAs/GaAs hetero structure epi-wafers grown by MBE. DC and AC characteristics of HBT devices were measured and analyzed. For HBT epi-structure, Al composition of emitter was graded in the region between emitter cap and emitter. And base layer was designed with concentration of 1${\times}10^{19}/cm^{3}$ and thickness of 50nm, and Be was used as the p-type dopant. Principal processes for device fabrication consist of photolithography using i-line stepper, wet mesa etching, and lift-off of each ohmic metal. The PECVD SiN film was used as the inslator for the metal interconnection. HBT device with emitter size of 3${\times}10{\mu}m^{2}$ resulted in cut-off frequency of 35GHz, maximum oscillation frequency of 21GHz, and current gain of 60. The distribution of the ideality factor of collector and base current was very uniform, and the average values of off-set voltage and current was very uniform, and the average values of off-set voltage and current gain were 0.32V and 32 within a 3-inch wafer.
Purpose: To minimize an interruption in chest compression, reduce the hands-off time, the American Heart Association has recommended the ratio of chest compression to ventilation ratio to 30:2 from 2005 CPR guideline to 2010 CPR guideline. However, current studies have shown that the hands-off time was > 10 seconds with that method. For this reason, we devised new CPR method that a ventilation to chest compression ratio of 2:30 to reduce pt assessment time and skipped the assessment step of carotid artery pulse would be a more effective way to reduce the hands-off time & the time to set the CPR. According to the more detailed purpose are listed below. 1) We would like to confirm efficiency of a ventilation to chest compression ratio of 2:30 than a chest compression to ventilation ratio of 30:2 to reduce the hands-off time & the time to set the CPR. 2) We would like to evaluate possibility of increasing for chest compression accuracy of a ventilation to chest compression ratio of 2:30 than a chest compression to ventilation ratio of 30:2 3) We would like to evaluate possibility of increasing for ventilation accuracy of a ventilation to chest compression ratio of 2:30 than a chest compression to ventilation ratio of 30:2 Methods: According to 2005 American Heart Association Guidelines, 60 paramedic students(20 students X freshmen, sophomore, junior) performed 5 cycles of 3~ chest compressions : 2 ventilations after A, B, C evaluation with Laerdal Resusci R Anne SkillReporters. After 5 minutes rest, the 60 students performed 5 cycles of 2 ventilations : 30 chest compressions after A, B evaluation with the manikins between 13 and 17 September 2010. The short reports including speed & accuracy of chest compression, respiratory, CPR cycle were gained from the manikins. Hands-off times were measured by assistants. Results: Recently, the importance of high quality CPR was emphasized in order to perform the CPR faster and more accurate. To find out improving the conventional CPR method, we switch the procedure of the compression and the ventilation. By switching the procedure back and forth, we are able to compare the effectiveness of CPR between two type of CPR method which are 2:30 and 30:2 methods. 2:30 is that the breaths is delivered twice, first and perform 30 compressions while 30:2 perform 30 compressions first and give 2 breaths followed by the ABC method. Also, we verify the effectiveness of the hands off time, compression accuracy of the compression through the comparison of the two procedure as mentioned earlier. Consequently research verified that 2:30 is the efficient by providing faster set up delivering more accurate chest compression. Conclusion: 2:30 can minimize a time delay from cardiac standstill until starting the chest compression. In addition, hands-off time which is an interruption in chest compression can be shortened by 2:30 method, which result to effective oxygenation of coronary artery & maintenance of the bloodstream. Once again, performing the 2:30 method provide lessen hands off time and increase the accuracy of the chest compression.
This paper proposes a multiobjective model describing the trade-offs involved in selecting the locations of drop-off boxes for collecting used products and transporting these products to designated locations. We assume the following reverse flow of used products. Owners of used products (cellular phones, digital cameras, ink cartridges, etc.) take them to the nearest drop-off box when the distance is reasonably short. We also assume that owners living closer to drop-off boxes dispose of more used products than do owners living farther from drop-off boxes. Different types of used products are collected, with each type requiring its own drop-off box. A transportation destination for each product is specified. Three objectives are considered: maximizing the volume of used products collected at drop-off boxes; minimizing the cost of transporting collected products to designated locations; and minimizing the cost of allocating space for drop-off boxes. We formulate the above model as a multiobjective integer programming problem and generate the corresponding set of Pareto optimal solutions. We apply the model to an area using population data for Chofu City, Tokyo, Japan, and analyze the trade-offs between the objectives.
In this paper, the characteristics of LCL set-up parameters for the satellite load distribution are analyzed under the electrical system environment, implemented the LCL circuits and evaluated the performance and its behaviour. Recently, it is implemented the load distribution circuit by latching current limiter(LCL) rather than conventional fuse and relay for the protection of the satellite power system from a fault load. The LCL circuit is composed of the electrical components, not mechanical parts with the fuse and relay. When detected the over current on a fault load, it is activated to maintain the trip-off level for set-up time and then cut-off the load power by the active control. It is more flexible and provided a chance to reuse of the load in case of temporarily event, but the fuse and relay can't be used again after activating due to the physical disconnection. However, for implementation of LCL circuit, it should be carefully considered the behavior of the LCL circuit under the worst electrical system environment and applied it to define the set-up parameters related with over-current inhibition.
