동태적 혁신이론 기반의 기술 융합 의료서비스 공학모델 (A Technology Convergent Medical Service Engineering Model based on the Dynamic Innovation Theory)

  • Recently, innovative medical services are fast emerging, which include customized medical services based on bio-informatics, composition of cure and well-being exploiting ubiquitous technology, hospital supply chain management using RFID, and so forth. However, conventional approaches for new service development hardly give us systematic model to analyze and produce creative medical services. Because most of them are static and concentrate on microscopic tools or techniques. Thus, it is highly desirable to suggest an integrative framework to organize the whole transformation process from technology to medical service. The objective of this study is to propose a medical service engineering model based on the dynamic innovation theory. The proposed model contains objectives of service system, strategies of hospital, stages, activities required to deal with medical service life cycle, which incorporates the acquisition of new technology, transformation to the product, penetration into market, and adoption of consumers. In addition, the usefulness and applicability of the newly proposed model are provided using catholic medical center example.

A Security Assessment on the Designated PC service

  • In this paper, we draw a security assessment by analyzing possible vulnerabilities of the designated PC service which is supposed for strengthening security of current online identification methods that provide various areas such as the online banking and a game and so on. There is a difference between the designated PC service and online identification methods. Online identification methods authenticate an user by the user's private information or the user's knowledge-based information, though the designated PC service authenticates a hardware-based unique information of the user's PC. For this reason, high task significance services employ with online identification methods and the designated PC service for improving security multiply. Nevertheless, the security assessment of the designated PC service has been absent and possible vulnerabilities of the designated PC service are counterfeiter and falsification when the hardware-based unique-information is extracted on the user's PC and sent an authentication server. Therefore, in this paper, we analyze possible vulnerabilities of the designated PC service and draw the security assessment.

  • In Korea, the government has developed SEUMTER, an administration system for building related public service, to facilitate and promote the electronic submission and permission activities. SEUMTER is progressing legality system based on 2D drawing for building administration permission service. However, there are a lot of problems related to legality system owing to complexity of Korea regulation relation and structure, inefficiency of legality system based on 2D drawing, duplication examination of document (soliciting forms for civil affairs) and drawing. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop legality system for building administration permission service based on BIM in Korea. To achieve this purpose, the authors have investigated permission procedure and regulation structure that is used in current building administration permission and suggested permission procedure and regulation structure for legality system based on BIM. In addition, the authors have investigated element technologies (for examples, method of structured regulation, BIM model checker, Viewer, etc) for legality system based on BIM. Finally, the authors have suggested strategy and hereafter direction for application of legality system based on BIM.

How Trust in Human-like AI-based Service on Social Media Will Influence Customer Engagement: Exploratory Research to Develop the Scale of Trust in Human-like AI-based Service

  • This research is on how people's trust in human-like AI-based service will influence customer engagement (CE). This study will discuss the relationship between trust and CE and explore how people's trust in AI affects CE when they lack knowledge of the company/brand. Items from the philosophical study of trust were extracted to build a scale suitable for trust in AI. The scale's reliability was ensured, and six components of trust in AI were merged into three dimensions: trust based on Quality Assurance, Risk-taking, and Corporate Social Responsibility. Trust based on quality assurance and risk-taking is verified to positively impact customer engagement, and the feelings about AI-based service fully mediate between all three dimensions of trust in AI and CE. The new trust scale for human-like AI-based services on social media sheds light on further research. The relationship between trust in AI and CE provides a theoretical basis for subsequent research.

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of the service quality of a university-based convenience store on consumer satisfaction, service value, and customer loyalty. Research design, data, and methodology - The questionnaire was developed by using the modified and supplementary questions based on the KD-SQS model. We used the SPSS/PC 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 statistical packages to analyze the results. For validating the research hypothesis and the structural relationship of the research model, path analysis was used. Results - The overall results of this study are as follows. We found that benefits, promotion, and convenience had a significant impact on two variables: customer satisfaction and service value. Conclusions - The basic benefits, promotions, and convenient facilities in the university-based convenience store have already received favorable reviews. Therefore, for improving customer satisfaction, it is important to improve the reliability of service, quality of human interaction, and customer service.

Antecedents and Consequences of Multinational Service Ventures' Social Responsibility Engagement with Local Allies: A Focus on Propositional Development

  • Despite the importance of multinational service ventures' alliances with local firms for CSR engagement, research is little interested in this issue. Because many multinational service ventures have increasingly allied with local firms for their CSR performance, it is important to explain the role of the alliance between a multinational service venture and a local firm. Our study addressed an issue of multinational service ventures' CSR performance through alliances with local firms. Based prominently on the resource-based theory of the firm, the competence-based theory of the firm, and the resource-adavantage theory of competition, we attempted to predict how a multinational service venture can be successful in CSR engagement based on an alliance with a local firm. Our study posited that local firms' CSR knowledge and CSR orientation positively influence multinational service ventures's CSR capabilities. In addition, we posited the positive moderating roles of alliance competence in the relationships between local firms' CSR resources and multinational service ventures' CSR capability. Moreover, our study posited that multinational service ventures' CSR capability is a source of competitive advantage. Finally, we concluded this manuscript with a discussion of scholarly and managerial implications, limitations of the study, and directions for a further study.

서비스 매쉬업 개발자를 위한 유사도 기반 서비스 추천 방법 (Similarity-based Service Recommendation for Service-Mashup Developers)

  • 웹 서비스 기술이 각광받고 그 사용이 확대됨에 따라, 복잡하고 동적인 서비스 환경에서 사용자에게 적절한 서비스를 추천하는 방법에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 또한 효과적인 서비스 매쉬업 개발을 위해 서비스를 추천하는 방법이 제안되었으나, 기존의 매쉬업 단위 서비스 추천 방식은 여러 매쉬업 개발자의 성향을 분석하여 그에 맞는 서비스를 추천하지는 못하였다. 이에 본 논문에서는 매쉬업 개발자들이 만든 서비스 매쉬업의 집합들과 추천 대상 개발자의 매쉬업 집합 사이의 유사도를 측정하고 유사한 매쉬업 집합들로부터 서비스를 추천하는 방법을 제안한다. 그리고 ProgrammableWeb에서 수집된 매쉬업 데이터로 실험한 결과를 비교 분석하여 본 연구의 방법이 사용자 기반 협업 필터링 알고리즘보다 높은 정확도와 재현율을 보임을 확인하였다.

  • In legacy e-learning web service, as deployed contents are changed, web services should be changed together. In addition, it can not coordinate and manage the various e-learning services recently emerged. In this paper, an e-learning platform based on Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) is proposed to solve these problems. We design and implement an e-learning system based on Service abstraction layer concepts. The implemented system can provide the new e-learning services within short development periods.

증강현실 기반 카메라 애플리케이션 서비스 만족도 영향 요인들에 대한 고찰: 네이버 <스노우> 서비스를 중심으로 (Analysis of Determinants Influencing User Satisfaction for Augmented Reality(AR) Camera Application: Focusing on Naver's Service)

  • 4차산업혁명을 대표하는 핵심적인 기술로서 증강현실 서비스가 많은 이들로부터 관심을 끌고 있다. 이러한 시점에 본 연구는 네이버 <스노우> 서비스를 중심으로 증강현실 기반(AR) 카메라 애플리케이션 서비스 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인들이 무엇인지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이에 선행 연구들을 근거로 AR 카메라 애플리케이션 서비스 만족도 영향 가능 요인들을 도출하였고 이들 요인들이 AR 카메라 애플리케이션 서비스 만족도에 어떤 영향을 미치는 지를 또한 실증적으로 검증하였다. 자료는 네이버 <스노우>를 사용해 본 경험이 있는 312명을 대상으로 온라인 설문을 통해 수집되었으며, 수집된 응답들은 위계적 회귀 분석 방법으로 분석되었다. 분석 결과, 인구 통계학적인 요인으로서 성별, 인지된 상호작용성, 미적가치, 외재적 동기로서 유행동기 및 내재적 동기로서 즐거움이 증강현실 기반 카메라 애플리케이션 서비스 만족도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과들은 증강 현실 서비스 관련 사업자들에게 보다 높은 이용자 만족을 이끌어 낼 수 있는 증강현실 서비스 개발을 위한 기초 자료로서 활용될 수 있다는 점에서 시사점을 지닌다.

와이브로와 HSDPA 시스템에서의 패킷 기반 음성 서비스의 품질 측정 및 분석 (Quality Measurement and Analysis of Packet-based Voice Service over WiBro and HSDPA Systems)

  • 본 논문은 현재 상용화되어 국내에서 서비스가 제공되고 있는 이동통신 시스템인 와이브로와 HSDPA (High Speed Downlink Packet Access) 시스템을 통해서 패킷 기반 음성 서비스가 제공되는 경우의 서비스 품질에 관한 것이다. 미래의 체계적인 서비스 품질 관리 방안 수립 과정에서 이미 개발된 품질 측정 소프트웨어[2]를 이용하여 다양한 시나리오 하에서 실제 음성 서비스의 품질을 측정하였다. 측정 결과의 분석을 통해서 현 시점에서 와이브로와 HSDPA 시스템 기반으로 음성 서비스가 제공될 경우 서비스 품질이 상당히 양호할 것임을 확인할 수 있었다. 추가적으로 무선 전송 환경의 변화가 음성 서비스의 품질에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 또 다른 실험을 통해서 MOS(Mean Opinion Score)값의 급격한 저하 현상이 나타나는 무선 품질 지표의 값을 확인할 수 있었다.
