The Effects of Authenticity Perception on Used Trading App Service Satisfaction

  • As the used trading market grows centered on online platforms, it is evolving from practical consumption to pursuing various forms of consumption value. Consumers purchase rare products, enjoy the transaction itself with consumers with the same preference, and investment or eco-friendly value consumption is also increasing. In this regard, the transaction of the second-hand transaction app service must have sincerity in order to respond to various consumption values. In addition, it is necessary to study what components the second-hand trading app service should aim for to secure authenticity and how the usefulness and ease of second-hand trading apps affect the relationship. The research used a questionnaire method to test hypotheses and surveyed 215 consumers in their 20s, 30s, and 40s who had purchased used clothing online within a year. Among them, 200 responses, excluding outliers, were statistically analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 22.0 as confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation models. This study aims to determine the effect of the authenticity of the online used trading app service on the satisfaction of the used trading app service. To this end, based on the previous research results, the following research hypotheses were established and verified statistically. First, the authenticity of the online used trading app service will significantly impact the satisfaction of the used trading app service. Second, the usefulness of the used trading app service will have a moderating effect on the effect of the authenticity of the used trading app service on the satisfaction of the used trading app service. Third, the ease of the used trading app service will have a moderating effect on the authenticity of the used trading app service on the satisfaction of the used trading app service. As a result of the study, the authenticity of the used trading app service significantly affected the satisfaction of the used trading app service. Appeared to be The results of this study will help understand used transaction app services where consumption of used products occurs from the viewpoint of product circular use behavior and can be used as a strategic plan to promote the use of used transaction apps in the future.

An Analysis of the Relationship Between Quality of Service and the Audience Attitude Variables of the Korean traditional opera Performance (창극공연의 서비스품질과 관객태도 변인 간의 관계 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the quality of performance on audience satisfaction, and to verify the mediating effect of service value and traditional image in this process. The subjects of this study included 211 male and female adults who experienced the Korean opera performance in Seoul, Korea in October. Collected data was used as a model of path coefficients obtained through analysis of covariance structure and hypothesis test. As a result of verification, program quality, physical environment quality, and quality of the stage performance perceived by the audience showed a statistically significant positive correlation with performance experience attributes. The path coefficient between performance attribute and service value, performance experience attribute and traditional image were also positively and statistically significant. Further, the path coefficient between performance experience and audience satisfaction showed a positive relationship. The service value and traditional image, service value and audience satisfaction, and the path coefficient between traditional image and audience satisfaction were statistically and positively significant. Finally, all hypotheses were adopted and study results confirmed the effect of service quality and experience attributes on audience satisfaction for the popularization, modernization and marketing strategy of the Korean opera. In this process, it is meaningful to verify the role and function of service value and traditional image.

  • The Korea Institute of Civil Engineering and Building Technology provides the documents and information on the construction technology through the Construction Technology Digital Library System to enhance the technological competitiveness of the construction engineers. The purpose of this study is to measure the monetary value of information service quality in order to improve the documents and information service quality provided by this system. For this purpose, a questionnaire model was designed to apply the DBDC- CVM. We surveyed the members of 300 this systems for the amount of information that they are willing to pay to maximize the quality of information service. The correlation between the dependent variable and the explanatory variables was analyzed with the basic statistics of the survey results. The independent variables affecting the dependent variable are statistically significant. The logit model is used to estimate the monetary value of individual respondents who are willing to pay for information service quality. In previous research, we measured the use value of information service. On the other hand, this study shows that the measurement of value based on information service quality is different from previous research.

The Effect of Ski Shop Service Quality on Consumer Value and Customer Satisfaction (스키장 렌탈샵의 서비스 품질이 소비자의 지각된 가치 및 구매행동에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aimed to improve the service quality of the ski rental industry and provide basic data to satisfy customers' needs by investigating how the service quality of ski rental shops affects consumers' perceived value and purchasing behavior. Therefore, a survey was conducted on users visiting rental shops at six ski resorts in Korea (High1 Resort, Yongpyeong Resort, Jisan Resort, Gonjiam Resort, Phoenix Park, and Welli Hilli). The collected data was conducted by using SPSS (B. 25.0) program, visual factors analysis, and multivariate distributed analysis, simple, simple and multivariate variance analysis, simple and multivariate analysis. The results derived from this study are as follows. First, it was found that the service quality of ski resort rental shops had a significant effect on perceived value in the order of convenience, empathy, service, and facility environment. Second, it was found that the perceived value of purchasing behavior of purchase behavior and recommendations. Third, it was found that the service quality of ski resort rental shops had a significant effect on purchase intention and recommendation intention of purchase behavior in the order of empathy, facility environment, convenience, and service.

The Factors influencing Customer Satisfaction with and Revisiting Coffee Shops in Korea: The Moderating Roles of Psychological Value

  • This study aims to find what attributes of consumer satisfaction are more important when consumers choose coffee shops. Factors when customers choose coffee shops that are considered to be more crucial, such as taste, price, brand, and atmosphere, were tested and also relations between satisfaction and revisit were studied. As a result, factors as 'taste', 'price', 'brand', and 'atmosphere' were found to significantly affect satisfaction; in addition, the path that satisfaction leads to revisit was found to be significant. However, consumers' coffee shop selection attributes differed depending on their psychological consumption value. The path-coefficients from taste and price to satisfaction were more significant in the function-oriented group, meanwhile the path-coefficient from brand to satisfaction was significant in the emotion-oriented group (+) and the function-oriented group (-). The results of this study suggest attributes of selecting coffee shops and provide meaningful implications of consumer value when they choose the attributes.

Estimating the Use and Preservation Values of Jirisan National Park Using a Dichotomous Contingent Valuation

  • This research was conducted to estimate the use and preservation values of Jirisan national park, using a dichotomous choice contingent valuation. Jirisan national park was estimated to have the use value of 6,377 won per visitor. In terms of preservation value was estimated 13,030 won per housed per year. The results of this research show that Jirisan national park generated considerable use and preservation values, exceeding far greater than current admission fees. The findings also indicate that the estimated economic value provides enough justification for the national park service to increase admission fees in order to maintain the quality of the natural environment. This result may contribute to guidance on the pricing policy of national park managers and practitioners, although public policy may be made in the political arena.

  • This study proposes a mathematical model to estimate the economic value of weather forecast service, among which the precipitation forecast service is focused. The value is calculated in terms of users' satisfaction or dissatisfaction resulted from the users' decisions made by using the precipitation probabilistic forecasts and thresholds. The satisfaction values can be quantified by the traditional value score model, which shows the scaled utility values relative to the perfect forecast information. This paper extends the value score concept to a collective value score model which is defined as a weighted sum of users' satisfaction based on threshold distribution in a group of the users. The proposed collective value score model is applied to the picnic scenario by using four hypothetical sets of probabilistic forecasts, i.e., under-confident, over-confident, under-forecast and over-forecast. The application results show that under-confident type of forecasts outperforms the others as a measure of the maximum collective value regardless of users' dissatisfaction patterns caused by two types of forecast errors, e.g., miss and false alarm.

The Relationship of Value Added to Personnel Expenses and Operating Margin in Hospitals (의료기관의 인건비투자효율과 의료이익률 간의 관계)

  • The study intends to conduct an analysis of relations between efficiency of investment to human resources and the operating margin in hospitals. The analyzed results are as follows: First, it is found out that an index related to labor productivity(the monthly value added per bed, the value added ratio to gross revenue), and an index for efficiency of human resources(value added to personnel expenses), do not have a significant difference by years. Second, labor productivity, indicating the efficiency of human resources, does not have a significant difference between regions and between hospital types. But there is a significant difference according to types of establishment: private hospitals have higher labor productivity(efficiency of human resources) than corporate hospitals. The hospital size is small have significantly higher labor productivity. As a result of a follow-up check, it is found out that there is separation between a group with more than 200 beds and a group with less than 200 beds. Third, at the relations between the indices related to value-added productivity and the operating margin that the higher the value added ratio to gross revenue and the higher labor productivity, the higher the operating margin. Especially, labor productivity(value added to personnel expenses), an index for the efficiency of human resources, out of all the indices related value added productivity, has the most significant influence on the operating margin.

Effect of Perceived Value on CRM Quality and Purchase Intention in the Corporate Social Media Context

  • Corporate social media has been recently used in customer relationship management in many ways to improve product sales and company images. Not much research exists on corporate social media, Therefore, in this paper, we propose a research model to identify how corporate social media enhances corporate's CRM quality, resulting in forming customer's purchase intention. In detail, this paper is to examine how customer's perceived value of corporate social media influences CRM quality(CRM trust and CRM commitment), and then how CRM quality affects purchase intention. To this end, a total of 300 questionnaires were used from online panel respondents to test research hypothesis. The findings showed that service performance value and monetary value were major determinants of CRM trust, however, there was no association between brand integration value and CRM trust. In addition, the effects of service performance value and brand integration value on CRM commitment were found whereas monetary value had no effect on CRM commitment. The results also showed that CRM trust and CRM commitment played a critical role in forming of purchase intention. Theoretical and practical Implications are discussed.

The Effect of Last-Mile Logistics Services Quality on Customer Loyalty in Fresh Food E-Commerce: Evidence from China

  • Purpose: In the context of fresh food e-commerce, this study investigates the intermediary mechanisms between last-mile logistics service quality (LMLSQ) and customer loyalty. Utilizing the Quality-Value-Loyalty chain as a framework, it focuses on how perceived functional and emotional value mediate this relationship. Research design, data and methodology: Data was gathered through questionnaires from Chinese customers who purchased fresh products from fresh food e-commerce platforms which provide self-delivery services. Partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was used to examine the proposed hypotheses after confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) revealed the validity and reliability of the data. Results: The findings reveal that condition quality and personnel contact quality positively influence both functional and emotional value, which, in turn, significantly impact customer loyalty. Timeliness quality, however, does not significantly affect functional or emotional value, indicating its limited impact on customer loyalty. Conclusions: The study confirms that improving condition quality and personnel contact quality significantly boosts customer loyalty by enhancing perceived functional and emotional value. The findings highlight the importance for fresh food e-commerce platforms to offer high-quality, reliable, and emotionally satisfying LMLSQ. The results offer practical insights for e-commerce platforms to focus on specific service quality dimensions to foster customer loyalty and contribute to the theoretical understanding of the quality-value-loyalty framework.
