The design of structures of modern industry has developed to satisfy stringent service, realiability and safety. Up to now, geometric profile which means surface foughness and dimension accuracy is mainly treated in manufacturing process of work surface. But it is inevitable to evaluate changes of surface geometry as well as the nature of alterations in surface layers because surface of workpiece changes as a result of phase transformation, chemical changes, plastic deformation and stress changes. This paper is to present principal data for safety design by verifying the effect of grinding conditions and method in grinding layers and to explain the method of measuring surface integrity. In this paper, structural steel(SM20C) is used as a workpiece. Of integrity, surface roughness in view of surface texture is analyzed by frequency domain and residual stress, structures and defect of ground layers in view of surface metallurgy are investigated.

During the manufacturing and the service life of Au-Al wire bonded electronic packages, the ball bonds experience elevated temperatures and hence accelerated thermal diffusion reactions that promote the transformation of the Au-Al phases and the IMC growth. In this paper, the IC under high temperature storage (HTS) tests at $175^{\circ}C,\;200^{\circ}C$, and $250^{\circ}C$ are meticulously investigated. Thermal exposure resulted in the IMC growth, Kirkendall void and the crack of the Au-Al phases. The crack propagation occurs resulting in the failure of the Au-Al ball bonds. As the IC was exposed at the high temperature, decreased in the lifetime.

Internet has begun various transformation and innovation in terms of society, culture and industry. Today, Social Network Service(SNS) is an exceedingly popular and useful tool for making human relationships. Previous studies related to SNS, which based on Technology Acceptance Model(TAM), were focused on user acceptance of new technology. However, they had the limitations to focus on technology acceptance, without the consideration of the cognitive factors in using SNS. This study examined how the main factors of intention to use of SNS continuously affect perceived usefulness and ease of use through familiarity, self-expression, hedonic shopping value, utilitarian shopping value and personal relationship. The results of hypothesis testing showed that familiarity, self-expression, hedonic shopping value and personal relationship have some positive impacts on the perceived usefulness and ease of use. The practical contribution of this study is to suggest useful decision alternatives concerned to marketing strategies for acquiring and retaining long-term customers related to SNS business.

There is a case where the core content of another person's work is decorated as though it is his own thoughts by changing own thoughts without showing the source. Plagiarism test of copykiller free service used in plagiarism check is performed by comparing plagiarism more than 6th word. However, it is not enough to judge it as a plagiarism with a six - word match if it is replaced with a similar word. Therefore, in this paper, we construct word clusters by using DBSCAN algorithm, find synonyms, convert the words in the clusters into representative synonyms, and construct L-R tables through L-R parsing. We then propose a method for determining the similarity of documents by applying weights to the thesaurus and weights for each paragraph of the thesis.

This paper deals with the digital autopilot implementation for a launch vehicle. We propose a hardware and software system for digital autopilot implemented by microprocessor. The hardware system designed in this paper consists of CPU and memory board with 80286 MPU and 80287 NPU and I/O interface with A/D and D/A converters. The software system developed is composed of power-on self-test program, initializing program, interrupt service program, and control program. The performance of the overall system controlled by the digital autopilot implemented in this paper is evaluated via real-time simulations, which show that the control performances are satisfactory.

Color reproduction is one of the most important expression factors in digital printing. In this paper, an experiment was done where the characteristics of color reproduction in digital printing. The results could summarized as follows. The printing used device profile showed a color difference of less than printing used default value in digital printing. As a result of weighting color difference, a difference between color gamut of digital original and color gamut of printing, when transforming the RGB color space to CMY color space, a exclusion the gray revision. The solution is to optimize the color transformation by gamut mapping and gray revision.

E-business including e-commerce boosts the competitiveness of corporations remarkably through the creation of new value added, positioning itself as the key to national competitive edge. Thus, advanced nations and international organizations such as WTO and OECD are structuring a positive support system for e-transformation. Korea also has been pushing for activating e-business at the government level since 2000. ECRC(Electronic Commerce Resource Centers) project is an efficient government initiative and inter-agency coordination in implementing e-Business policy for industry. This project has been sponsored by the MOCIE and operated through prime contracts with KIEC. ECRCs provide such services as educational training, technology transfer, consulting and information service related to e-Business for industry. They had given the digital opportunity demanded by industry from 1997 but in these days there are many other new e-business activating projects in Korea. This paper sought to study a strategic reform plan of ECRC.

본 논문은 XSD(XML Schema Definition)기반의 XML 문서를 웹, 엑셀 환경에서 다양한 관점으로 볼 수 있도록 템플릿 서비스를 제공하기 위한 시스템이다. 템플릿 서비스는 데이터스킨 서버에서 스킨을 통하여 서비스되며, XML 문서를 다양한 문서로 변환할 수 있도록 한다. 예로 XML 문서를 HTML로 변경하는 경우 XSLT(Extensible Style Language Transformation) 를 사용할 수 있고, 엑셀 문서로 변환할 경우 엑셀 템플릿을 만들어 스킨으로 제공할 수 있다. 스킨은 다양한 방법으로 구현될 수 있으며, XML 문서에서 사용자가 원하는 문서로 만들기 위한 미들웨어 역할을 한다. 사용자는 데이터스킨 변환 서버에 접속하여 가지고 있는 XML 정보들을 차트, 그래프, 수식 등으로 쉽게 변환할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 OWC(Office Web Component)로 쉽고 빠르게 문서를 변환 할 수 있도록 한다.

이 보고서에 명시되어야 할 주요 문제점 및 이슈를 파악하기 위한 연구의 일환으로, NAESO는 1999년 8월에 2일간의 워크숍을 실시했다. 이 워크숍에서 NAESCO는 에너지절약 전문기업(ESCOs) 및 공공사업체(utilities)의 대표자들과 캘리포니아 에너지 효율 위원회(CBEE)의 회원들을 초대하여, 업체 참가자 및 주요정책입안자들의 SPC 프로그램과 관련된 시장 경험을 검토하면서 SPC 프로그램에 관한 이들의 특정 우려사항 및 관심사항을 주제로 하여 논의하도록 하였다. 워크숍의 목적은 ''시장 전환(marekt transformation)''과 ''자원 획득(resource acquisition)''이라는 조정 목표의 관점에서 SPC 프로그램 이행에 관련된 우려사항을 주요 쟁점으로 하여 이에 집중하는 것이었다. 이 워크숍은 비 거주시설의 SPC 프로그램에 관련된 특정 우려사항을 주제로 설정하였으며, 토론을 통하여, 프로젝트 스폰서의 임무, SPC 운영자의 임무, 가격 설정, 적격 프로젝트, 및 측정 및 검증에 걸친 5가지 부분의 주요 우려사항에 관하여 결론을 돌출하였다. 다음은 이 5가지 부분의 우려사항 각각에 관한 워크숍 참가자들의 결론을 기술한 내용이다.
